Chapter Text
Story starts with Sam and Dean hunting a witch, Sam already choking on the witch's smoke and Dean bursting in- the witch gets away.
They move on to another town for a new case and Sam almost threatens the sheriff who tries to flirt with Dean. Dean is surprised with his aggressiveness. Back at the motel Sam goes from anger to coy with Dean very fast. A memory gets triggered in Dean of teenage Sam and he starts to worry if the witch's smoke was more than just smoke.
They go to a bar where the homeless were getting picked up by the latest monster and Sam literally kisses the bartender in front of Dean, horny and teenage-like. It arouses Dean.
Sam and Dean follow a moving figure from around the bar towards the nearby forest with practically no leads. Sam shoots the homeless victim thinking it is the monster and starts to have a breakdown, Dean drags him away. Back at the motel Sam is overly emotional and weepy about the whole ordeal of killing a civilian. Dean realizes that Sam's gun was never fired.
Sam ruts in Dean's bed when he wakes up next morning and Dean was out getting food. Dean bursts in just in time to watch Sam come.
Studying the case files while Dean eats, Sam finds that the autopsy report can shed more light on a hunch he has. They visit the morgue and Sam finds that the livers are missing, cut almost surgical on the victims. The reports didn't mention it, nor did the medical examiner.
It is a special brand of shapeshifter who feeds on livers. Silverr dipped steel knife is the weapon and they go to the morgue as the medical examiner is the prime suspect, to test him with silver. He passes. They meet the sheriff outside who doesn't pass the test and they kill him. The medical examiner attacks them as he is werewolf. Turns out they were two separate monsters, working in cahoots. Sam stabs him to death.
Dean cleans Sam up in the car, tension heavy between them. They talk that night, Dean admits that he wanted Sam when Sam was underage, called him jailbait. Sam admits he had wanted Dean too as a kid. Dean says it's all his fault, the way he influenced Sam all his life. Sam doesn't know what he wants.
Sam can't sleep from being hard all night and goes to shower at the crack of dawn but can't seem to masturbate. Dean helps him like he always does and Sam takes the opportunity to return the favor and blow him, despite Dean's initial protest.
Dean has been sneaking to research on the witch who got away and keeping it from Sam. Sam finds out. The curse is like amateur attempt, a mix of multiple curses, somehow working to kill people by regressing them emotionally and makes them seek out their true love Sam guesses, possibly fuck-or-die curse. They leave together and the witch tells them that the cure is to find your soulmate which is funny because nobody has those since they are so rare. Dean shoots her in the head since she had no cure.
Back at the motel, Sam wakes up supernaturally aroused and can't help himself. Dean is staring at him from his bed and Sam goes to him, fucks him and Dean allows him, urges him on to do it.
They have a blowout argument about Dean refusing to talk and Sam realizing that Dean only let him fuck him because only he can lift the curse because they are soulmates. Sam said he wanted it and Dean said it was probably the curse in him, not his real self. Sam confesses his love and Dean walks out the motel room, completely ignoring this entire case even happened.
Sam is devastated.
