“I’m the comedic relief!!”. Sunoo Shouted as the whole school freezes
He fixes his hair and stares directly into your eyes. “I AM THE CUTE COMEDIC RELIEF OF THIS HIGH SCHOOL ROM-COM!!!”. He walks forward, passing circles of frozen students, “and this fine guy is the Main Character his name? Park Sunghoon, a varsity student of both Hockey and Figure skating to put it in simpler terms HE IS THE MAIN CHARACTER”.
He sits beside Sunghoon, who was holding a spoon; his mouth was agape in the midst of biting his lasagna. Sunoo unfroze the scene “Hi Hoonie-hyung!”. He faced Sunghoon, who was a little bit startled. “Oh! Sunoo-ah, when did you get here?”. Sunoo looked directly at nothing (at you) and spoke, “Let’s just say I fell from heaven cause I’m an angel” Sunoo then faced Sunghoon and playfully winked, which earned him a chuckle from the beautiful man.
“You sure know how to make me happy, Sunoo,” Sunghoon said; after chuckling he put his spoon down and also faced Sunoo with his smile; he spoke, “Have you eaten yet? If not, share this with me,” Sunghoon said while pointing to the plate of delicious lasagna.
Sunoo turned again as the whole scene once again froze. “See? He’s the Main Character he got it all Caring check! Sweet check! Romantic check!”. Sunoo turned to face the beautiful man again, unfreezing the scene. “Thank you, hyung!” Sunoo said as he took a spoon-pull of the lasagna.
“Careful now you might choke,” Sunghoon said, concern in his voice as he grabbed his water bottle from his bag and places it near Sunoo ``oh, do you have chem with Mr. Kim?” Sunoo asks as his lips were tainted with the sauce. Sunghoon nodded as he took a towel and wiped Sunoo’s lips. Sunoo was taken back for a minute. He stared at Sunghoon’s hand, which was holding the towel, and he spoke, “Why, thank you, Hyung!”.
After eating, the duo went to the Classroom; once in the door, Sunoo looked at you again. “Okay, I’ll give you 5 seconds to guess where Sunghoon sits ………. That’s right, THE WINDOW SEAT! So cliche, right?” he unfreezes the scene again and goes to his seat, which was two seats away from Sunghoon.
After an hour, they went out, and there stands Jake Sim waiting for the duo; while Sunghoon and Jake do their thing, Sunoo froze the scene. “So that’s Jake-hyung, the epitome of human dogness. HE IS LOYAL!.... And handsome too! If I say so myself, he is the second lead” Sunoo unfroze the scene as he walked to Jake opening his arm for a warm embrace.
While the hug was separated as the trio walked to the front of the school, as school has finely come to an end, they met with their other Friends. Once again Sunoo froze the scene Pointing to one of them. “This is Jungwon, My very own Jake,” he chuckled “he is my platonic soulmate, my best friend! my do or die,” he then pointed to another one of their friends. “This is Jay-Hyung, the missing link to the 02’s or what we call “jaysuke” the trifecta of handsomeness and richness, he also has a crush on Jungwon,” he winked “And this is NiKi, an exchange student from Japan He’s very cute hheeh very tall too!” he then pointed to another one of their friends “This is Heeseung-Hyung he’s my unofficial favorite because he’s a mint-choco lover too hehe” Sunoo then unfroze the scene again.
Talking for a while, the group parted ways. Jay, Jungwon, And Jake took the bus while Heeseung and NiKi walked the same as Sunghoon and Sunoo but in a different direction.
Walking beside Sunghoon, Sunoo looked at him and asked, “Wanna hang out in my room after this? I’ll cook ramen” His smile widened as Sunghoon nodded yes “oh Sunoo-ah, mom asked if you wanted to stay at home for the time being because she’ll be abroad for a month because of her job she said you could use the guest bedroom,” Sunghoon said as he pulled Sunoo closer to him Smiling Sunghoon looked into Sunoo’s eyes Sunoo suddenly froze the scene “His damned smile if I were the main character you know I would have quickly fallen for him cause look at him” Sunoo looks at him staring up, Sunoo sees his perfect little details his sparkling eyes, his lips, his mole Sunoo smiles as he unfroze the scene “I’ll take my things later how about I cook in your house hyung?” Sunoo said as he looks up to Sunghoon he then pulled Sunghoon People in the alley can hear both of them running, chuckling in the little alleyway.
Opening the door, Sunghoon immediately took Sunoo’s coat as he went to the kitchen, Sunghoon looks at the coat he smiles as he reminisces that this coat was once his when he was about Sunoo’s height. Still, due to his rapid growth that year he gave it to Sunoo but at first, it was too big for Sunoo but now it’s just the right size to hug his slender figure.
After fixing their coats as if his body was programmed to do he quickly went to the kitchen island and watched Sunoo gather the ingredients from the cupboards to the fridge he watches as Sunoo opened the ramen pack and poured the broth mixture, Even if what Sunoo was simple Sunghoon was enamored, he was encapsulated by how perfect Sunoo was and whoever ends up with him will be very lucky.
Sunoo was focused on what he was doing that he didn’t notice Sunghoon idling while looking at him but when Sunoo spun around and went to the Kimchi fridge which was under the island when he ducked down to take the container he heard rumbling as if Sunghoon was moving in his seat and when he stood up his eyes met Sunghoon’s which were staring back at him Sunoo stopped the scene “god….. Why is he staring?? I won’t poison his food if that’s why he’s staring. I'm also eating this life what the heck, right?!” he said as he went back to his original position.
“Hyung... don’t worry I won’t poison OUR ramen,” Sunoo said, not breaking their gaze into each other “I promise I won’t burn your Kitchen, now go prepare the dish the ramen is near finishing, so go now” Sunghoon nodded. However, he was still looking into Sunoo’s eyes, but after a four-second stare down from both of them, Sunghoon finally stood up and went to fix the dish that they will eat on.
Sunoo was struggling to carry the kimchi and the pot of ramen to the table but as soon as Sunghoon heard Sunoo grunt he came sprinting to Sunoo, He then took the pot of ramen instead of getting the plate of kimchi which Sunoo presented to Sunghoon this action made Sunoo smile.
Eating face to face Sunoo looks at Sunghoon who was eating peacefully, with a smile Sunoo ate too but then Sunghoon spoke in a low voice but enough for Sunoo to hear "You don't need to go home I have many clothes you can wear Sunoo-ah" He said To the smaller boy as he ate his ramen, Sunoo froze the scene he stood up.
“AAAAAAAAAAAA good lord please help me” he shouted to no one in particular “This is usually the scene where the main character sings the love song but I won’t sing because I'M NOT THE OTHER MAIN CHARACTER I’m just the comedic relief……. I’m just the comedic relief…..” he said the last one not for you but for himself he needs to remind himself that he isn’t really the love interest in this world so he fixed his position and looked at his hyung then unfroze the scene.
“Oh really? Can I use your red hoodie??” Sunoo asked his hyung with enthusiasm and with a smile and a slight nod he got Sunghoon’s approval. After eating Sunghoon cleaned the diner table and he let Sunoo wash up first he sat in the living room taking his phone and turning the Television on he put on a drama he didn’t actually watch he just stared at it because he can’t focus.
A few minutes after Sunoo emerged from Sunghoon’s room wearing Sunghoon’s red hoodie and an oversized pajama “Sunoo-ah you look extra small HAHAHAHAHA” Sunghoon said as he was ogling Sunoo.
Sunoo froze the scene as Sunghoon was touching his cheeks. He closed his eyes to cherish the moment “I wish we can stay like this hyung….. If only” he then unfroze the “Hyung you should wash up too we have classes tomorrow I’ll iron our uniforms okay? You wash up now!” He pushes Sunghoon to the room as the bathroom was there.
Sunoo was near finishing ironing the uniforms when the door of Sunghoon opened he was in the middle of wearing his shirt but Sunoo saw his figure he really have the skater’s figure slender but toned and muscled enough for hockey his hair was still wet and plastered in his face which was stripped of its light make-up but honestly Sunoo likes it when Sunghoon is bare-faced because he can see his mole more clearly.
After preparing their uniform in the living room Sunoo said his good night to Sunghoon and went to the guest room and prepared to sleep but after an hour or two he just can’t sleep so he stood up and went to Sunghoon’s room, slowly opening the door and seeing a smiling Sunghoon who was sitting in the edge of the bed made Sunoo’s heartbeat extra loud it looked like Sunghoon waited for him but he pushed the thought “maybe he was just doing something?” he thought to himself but he was called back when Sunghoon patted the extra space in the bed which Sunoo took as the go signal to go to his bed.
Sunoo laid in the spot parallel of Sunghoon, As Sunoo saw Sunghoon staring at him Sunoo smiled with content; the aroma around him was familiar the scent of Pine, vanilla, and a soft touch of camomile which puts a relaxing daze in Sunoo who was slowly losing his fight against sleepiness so he gave up and as the night age Sunghoon can’t stop himself not looking at Sunoo who looked ethereal under the basking light of the moon, his hair moving because of the breeze, his eyes fluttering with the light, and his hands clutching Sunghoon’s blanket which was draping the both of them.
Sunghoon decided that he’ll turn the lamp off and as he pushed the switch off the scene froze he smiled while looking at you “You didn’t think that Sunoo was the only one who can do that right?” As the lamp dimmed until it was completely black we can see how Sunghoon engulfed Sunoo in a hug and the scene unfroze as the night ended with a familiar embrace.
