Sasha was taking King Adrias down with Grime after Anne's power outburst. She then saw Anne being pulled by Plantars to the portal Marcy was opening using the box, knowing what to do she started slicing through King liazard's thick skin to distract him,
Sasha took a peak to the portal see if everything was going alright but didn't notice the King swing his massive tail towards her knocking the air out for her lungs, she dropped her swords and groaned as she crashed to a wall, blacking out.
"Sasha wake up! You need to go! We need to-"
Sasha woke up at Grime shaking her, ears still ringing from the impact, wincing at the pain on her side she turned to follow his gaze at the portal just to see a flaming sword stabbed through Marcy's chest, King Andrias himself standing behind her.
Everything around the room stopped, her ringing ears now fading.
Sasha sat there shocked, seeing as red liquid formed from the young girl's cape and armor, blood sizzling from the flame.
"Now look what you've made me do." King Adrias' voice pierced through the silent throne room.
Sasha didn't even notice a tear ran down her cheek when she wobbly stood up, she began running to the portal were Anne and the Plantar frogs are still in, leaving Grime behind her. Not looking where she was going she stumbled on some debris, grunting as she fell.
"I'm sorry- for everything.." She heard Marcy choked out as the King pulled out this sword making the girl fall, her hands letting go of the music box, dropping to the ground with her.
"MARCY!" Anne's voice screamed,
Everything went white for a moment, Sasha close her eyes from the sudden brightness, she then blinked them open and looked around to see that the portal door was nowhere to be seen, leaving her and Marcy- Marcy!?
She frantically looked up just to see the King hands on his legs panting but still looming over the body of her friend.
Sasha then saw the War hammer besides a still shocked Grime near her, she stood up and grabbed the hammer. 'when did it get so heavy?' She shook her head, she didn't need to worry about that right now, right now she needs to end this. She dragged the now glowing hammer towards the giant lizard.
A war cry crawled out of her throat as she ran at the alarmed King, she swings the hammer hitting King Andrias at his already injured leg,
The King let out a pained cry falling on his knees, dropping his sword. He tried to reach out his hand to grab the sword just for Sasha to push it away with her foot, swinging another hit, but King Andrias lift his hand to block the attack.
The giant lizard cackled feeling amused, "She deserved it," he hissed out, "She was so easy to manipulate, and I thought she was the smart one." He continued to laugh, "It's her fault that the Calamity box is destroyed, there's no point on bringing her back." King Andrias quietly said mostly saying that to himself unfortunately Sasha heard it.
She glared at the King, "You sick slimy reptile," She huffs, backing up for another hit.
She swung the hammer once again hitting King Andrias at his shoulders, he let out another pained roar, now falling on four.
"Such a shame to see a someone go, don't you think?" The King taunted, cackling once again.
"Shut up you overgrown lizard!"
Sasha hand enough, she gripped the hammer tight as she swung the hammer for the last time, aiming for the head.
"Y'know I-" King Andrias started but got cut off,
Bones crushing was heard followed by a loud thud, Sasha dropped her hammer beside a now dead King, feeling her cheeks wet but she ignored it while she ran to her fallen friend.
Sasha fell to her knees beside Marcy's body, shaky hands cradle her friend's pale face wiping away the dry tears, Her eyes we're stinging as she took in the sight if her friend, her eyes were closed and blood was trickling down her mouth, her now burned bloody holed chest having a stuttery rise and fall, Sasha urged herself not to vomit.
'Thank toad, she's still breathing..' Sasha sighed, she immediately carried her friend bridal style ignoring the blood staining her armor and arms,
"Sasha-"
"Not now Grime." Sasha said as she ran pass the toad and left the throne room.
She soon reached at the entrance door, opening it she was met by nothing but air, the castle still descending back down.
Sasha tighten her grip on her friend, closing the door she soon started pacing, mumbling words on repeat, "Hurry, please hurry, I can't lose her, Please hang in there Marcy," Tears starting to form once again,
"Sash.." A wavering voice whispered making Sasha stop pacing. She looked down to see Marcy awake her eyes glistening, weakly tugging on Sasha's arm.
"Oh my gosh, Marcy-"
"I'm sorry-" She wheezed,
"Your fine Mar-mar, your fine," Sasha reassuring her probably herself as well, hugging her friend close.
"It's my fault that we got separated again!" Marcy cried out blood still leaking from her quivering mouth, "A-Anne is back at Earth, you're still here in Amphibia, and me probably somewhere-"
"Marcy don't say that!" Sasha screamed cutting her off, "We're gonna take care of you when this thing lands and we're gonna f-find a way to fix the music box and go back to Anne and-"
"Sasha," Marcy sternly said, "I'm losing too much blood. I won't survive this, ok?" She pointed her chest for emphasis, coughing violently afterwards.
"You will, you will, just hang in there while we-"
"L-Let me talk," Marcy winced as she lifted both of her hands cupping the blond girl's cheeks, wiping the now flooding tears away, "I'm not gonna survive this, I don't even know how I'm talking right now," She chuckled in disbelief, "But please promise me something," The black haired girl said, putting one of her hand on the blond girl's arm.
"Marcy-"
"Promise that you'll take care of Anne when you get back home, and fix things between you too." She huffs the last part while caressing Sasha's cheek scar, "A-And also please-"
"M-Marcy I refuse to lose you! Please we're gonna get back to Anne together, j-just hang on," Sasha pleaded, voice cracking.
"Sash-" Marcy started coughing again but harsher, blood spilling from her mouth, her grip on Sasha's arm tighten.
"Marcy!" Sasha's legs buckled down from how long she'd been carrying the young girl.
She gently place Marcy on the porcelain floor, as she kneeled down beside her the blond girl wince at her throbbing legs. She then moved Marcy's head on her lap to see her better, she was about to speak when her friend cut her off." J-Just promise me that you will tell Anne I'm s-sorry one last time,"
"I-"
"Please," it wasn't a question,
Sasha closed her eyes, cupping Marcy's pale face tenderly. "I-I promise," she finally said.
"T-Thank you..."
Sasha felt Marcy's grip on her to loosen, she saw her hand falling lifelessly.
