The night had fallen on the school of talented juveniles' high school, Kirumi had just finished sweeping the dining hall after the hectic dinner thanks to Kokichi's and Miu's creative insults... Luckily most of the students had retired to their room.
Kirumi made her way to her room, she walked the SHSL ice skater's lab hearing noises. She was curious at what may be the reason for her to be practising at this hour as she retired early at dinner to go to bed.
She opened the door and immediately was met with a cold breeze, of course, the ice skater's lab would be cold to keep the ice from melting. Y/N was practicing a routine, she was in her world and didn't notice the maid's presence.
Kirumi admired the grace of the movements, she had never seen the ultimate practice. She smiled forgetting how cold it was.
After a bit of skating around, the Ultimate finally regained consciousness of her surroundings, she noticed the maid looking at her, "Oh hi Kirumi, did you need something?" the skater asked getting closer to the border. "No, I was simply passing by and was wondering how come you were practicing."
"Right, well I had trouble falling asleep..."
"Did you want me to make you some tea?"
"I'm fine, plus you've already finished cleaning, I wouldn't want to get everything dirty, though there's something you could do for me."
"I'll do anything you ask me to."
"Skate with me? I have extra pairs of skates, I'm sure one will fit you."
"I'm afraid I must decline; I don't know how to ice skate."
"That's not a problem, I'll teach you!"
She excitedly excited the ice, placing the protectors on the blades. The skater opened the door to a closet where a few costumes and skates were stored, "These should fit, take a seat!"
Kirumi sat down on the closest bench, "I can put them on myself it's fine."
"I know you can, but I want to do it." she flashed a smile to the maid and resume tying on the skates. The maid stood and with her help, they made their way on the ice. Despite being Kirumi's first time on skates she was doing pretty good. At one point she was able to skate on her own, "You're doing great Kirumi!"
"Thank you, Y/N, it is certainly easier when you have a great teacher." The maid smiled when the skater's face flushed, "Ah- thank you Kirumi."
They kept skating together for a bit. The ice being used from the intense training started to have small bumps in it, which made the maid trip, "Y/N careful- "
It didn't take a minute before the maid brought the skater down with her. The maid ended on top of the other. "Sorry... I must have been practicing so much the ice started cracking..." the skater said giggling nervously at the compromising position.
"It's fine, but perhaps I should get to my room."
The maid was about to get up, but the skater took her hand, "Please stay, just a bit."
"Of course, but wouldn't you prefer that we move from this position?"
"Kirumi... you don't understand do you..."
"Whatever do you mean Y/N?"
"I like you, a lot."
"I do appreciate your company a lot too."
"Not like that." You sighed pressing your lips on her cheek. A thin layer of pink appeared across her cheeks, "Oh..."
"It's fine if you don't feel the same, I just needed to get it off my chest- "
You were interrupted by Kirumi's lips on yours, relaxing a bit you didn't waste a second and kissed back until you heard a familiar laugh. "Mom and Y/N are kissing! Does that mean you're my parent too now?" Kokichi said in a mocking tone. "You little bitch, I'll show you how sharp those blades are!"
After that, you ran after Kokichi while Kirumi was smiling making her way back to the border trying not to fall.
