Work Text:
(Track 1: Ride Home)
It just started with Suna Rintarou forgetting his umbrella one day, and Miya Osamu offers him a ride home in a motorbike. Suna was going to decline, but at the same day he had forgotten to bring money. So, he just places on the extra raincoat and helmet and they drive off onto the rain-driven street. "Sorry." Osamu starts, then laughs a bit. "Hope your phone won't get wet after this."
"I hide it in my pockets just dry and fine." Suna says confidently.
This goes on for a bit: The funny banters in between the stoplights, stopping every few minutes to get some gas (Osamu's bike was sorta broken, but he wasn't going to admit that to Suna), and playing random songs on the FM Radio. Osamu looks at Suna for a moment before back on the road. "So, how's the band life?" He suddenly asks. Suna chuckled, smirking a bit. "Perfect. And I just got a new song, too."
"Really now? What's it about?"
"About a ride back home."
(Track 2: It's You)
Miya Osamu and Suna Rintarou were just human. Osamu was someone who tried to fall in love, and Suna was someone who wanted to fall out of love. Yet, they found each other. It was always them.
"Hey, Samu," Suna starts. At the moment, they were lying down on Osamu's bed for the night. Osamu, who was busy staring at the ceiling, responds with a small hum. Suna didn't bother in getting his attention, he was used to do this by now. "It's always been you, you know that?"
Osamu turns to him now, smiling a bit. "Same with you, Rintarou. It's always you."
(Track 3: When Somebody Loved Me)
"Nice song," Kawanishi Taichi says before handing back the notebook to Suna. "What's the story behind it? If there was any."
Suna hid the notebook in his back before sighing. "It's someone I used to know." He answered.
Hirugami Sachirou hummed at this. "Someone you loved?" He asks jokingly. Suna gives a face and Hirugami faces away from the two. "Gees, if it really is someone you loved then sorry for bringing it up."
Suna shrugs in response. "It's fine."
But it wasn't. Osamu was... someone who accepted Suna as a whole.
(Track 4: Teardrops On My Guitar)
Osamu wasn't expecting to see Suna performing onstage with Kawanishi and Hirugami, and Suna definitely didn't expect to see his former lover backstage. "Miya," Suna starts. "What are... you doing here?"
"Just... passing by. My cousin gave me a pass." Osamu says.
There was silence before Suna breaks it with a sigh. "I hate you," He says with a glare. "I don't want to see you," He continues, clenching his fists. "I want you gone from my life, please."
Osamu could see the tears forming in Suna's eyes. He turns his back on him, hands in his pockets. "Same here, but guess which is the lie."
