   Summary

   When Hercules is sent to assist in the salvage of an ocean liner, strange rumors of a killer tugboat begin to creep into Bigg City Port. Although Ten Cents and Sunshine have differing opinions, they are forced to take a side when Zorran is accused of committing a series of brutal murders.
