I'll dance, but will you join me?

Summary:

"He danced to the music with his whole body. With the wide, red ribbons he held in each hand, he swayed like the wind, pranced like a horse, and jumped as high as the mountains. He was so elegant, so graceful, that there was no way he was a human like them. But as much as he was talented, his nature as he danced masked it. He smiled with the dancers around him; weaved through them like it was natural. He looked like he was enjoying himself, setting himself free."

Or I put kageyama into another royalty au harem bc I need more of that >:)

Chapter Text

“I welcome you to the Kingdom of Karasuno! Please, feel free to explore around! There is a festival just down the castle in the village, go and enjoy yourselves! Don’t stay holed up in your rooms!” The King laughed joyously, taking an exaggerated sip from his cup of wine. Everyone in the room toasted and took a sip as well.

Today was the first-ever meeting day, but not last, for the kingdoms that signed the National Treaty. The National Treaty was a treaty formed 5 years ago after a war had broken out between the kingdoms because of their greed. Only after they realized how much their people were suffering, did they gather together in Karasuno, which was the most powerful kingdom during the war (and still is), and finalize a treaty. In addition to the treaty, they had pledged that after their kingdoms were restored to their once great state, they would meet again in Karasuno, with one person/group representing each kingdom, to rebuild relationships and strengthen their treaty of peace.

So now here they were, just about to head out to explore the main village of Karasuno and its famous “Crow Festival."

“I wonder how many cute girls are just waiting for me,” Miya Atsumu, the first delegate and First Prince of Inarizaki laughed.

“How unsightly. Why would they flock to you when I’m here?” Oikawa Tooru, Aoba Johsai’s Crown Prince and delegate scoffed.

“And why would they flock to someone who only dresses in white and green?” Atsumu taunted back.

“You dare! Ugh- IWA-CHAN!! Why’d you kick me?!” Oikawa started before being forcefully shut up by his childhood friend, knight, and second delegate of Aoba Johsai, Iwaizumi Hajime.

“Shut your mouth, Oikawa. We’re supposed to be treating each other nicely and respectfully, as per the treaty,” he scolded.

“Ha! That’s right, Tooru-kun! Listen to your knight- oof! ‘SAMU!”

“That refers to you too, idiot,” Miya Osamu, the Second Prince and delegate of Inarizaki, lazily said.

“Bunch of idiots,” Sakusa Kiyoomi, Second Prince and delegate of Itachiyama, muttered, annoyed.

“I think they’re fun!” Kuroo Tetsurou, First Prince of Nekoma and its delegate, laughed.

“Me too! Me too! I like them!” Bokuto Koutarou, First Prince and delegate of Fukurodani, piped up next to Kuroo.

“I think they’re tiring, too much energy,” Kozume Kenma, Kuroo’s childhood friend and son of the Duke of Nekoma as well as a delegate, murmured.

“You’re always tired of interactions, Kenma,” Akaashi Keiji, Bokuto’s longtime friend, advisor, and delegate of Fukurodani retorted.

“Exactly,” Kenma sighed.

“You excited for the festival, Wakatoshi-kun?” Tendou Satori, the First Prince of Shiratorizawa’s aide and its delegate, asked.

“Mhm, I can’t wait to see what sort of attractions they have,” Ushijima Wakatoshi, Crown Prince of Shiratorizawa and delegate, agreed to his aide.

“Ooh ooh! We’re almost outside! I can’t wait for the festival!! I heard there was a special attraction this year!” Hinata Shouyou, the chosen representative of Karasuno and the Crown Prince’s close knight, cheered.

“Why’s he here again?” Atsumu whispered to Oikawa.

“He’s a part of Karasuno, of course, he has to be here...but why just him? Shouldn’t Karasuno’s Prince be here too? It’s only formal,” Oikawa whispered back.

“He’s busy. Something about preparing for something. But he’ll be here later! And you guys will need all the help you can get in this big Kingdom, so appreciate me!” Hinata answered them, puffing out his chest at the same time.

“How’d he hear us-”

“You aren’t exactly good at whispering, Baka-kawa.” Iwaizumi jabbed.

“Should your knight be talking to you like that?” Akaashi questioned.

“It’s fine, he’s the only one allowed to. Plus that’s his way of showing he loves me,” Oikawa stated proudly, with no shame whatsoever. That earned him yet another kick.

“Okay! We’re finally here!” Hinata announced loudly, gaining everyone’s attention.

The delegates looked up from their conversation and were greeted with a bustling but positive sight.

The whole village was covered from head to toe in streamers and decorations. There was confetti flying everywhere along with the delicious smell of food stalls all around, in addition to the many other stalls. Music and people were chattering happily. Kids and adults were running around with genuine smiles on their faces.

To them, as Princes and nobles, this was a sight that they truly wanted their people to look like every day. Happy, content, and thriving within their kingdoms.

“Joyous isn’t it? I’m lucky to live in a kingdom that has people as bright as it is,” Hinata widely smiled and the guest couldn’t help but smile back. “Now, let’s go have fun!”

And have fun, they did. They went to food stalls and had mouth-watering food. They played games and won prizes. They laughed with children and chatted with adults. It had been a long time since they’ve been able to enjoy themselves with how much restoring their kingdoms took out of them. It was refreshing to just let go and forget titles, and just be free.

“Hurry, hurry! I don’t want to miss it!”

“I can’t wait, Mama!”

“Oh look! It’s started!”

“How exquisite.”

Voices and cheers suddenly rose out of the people. Curious, the men followed the crowd to the center of the village.

“What’s happening, Shouyou-kun?” Atsumu asked, weaving through people but staying close to the group.

“Uhh, right now it’s scheduled for the festival’s annual dancing center, but then again, there’s apparently something special planned too, so I don’t know,” Hinata answered, confused himself since he was told nothing too specific.

“I guess we just have to find out,” Kuroo grinned before he started pushing past people, of course, as politely as he could. Everyone else followed behind him.

Finally getting to the front where they were closest to the attraction, they understood why so many people were crowding trying to watch the attraction.

In the middle, clearly being surrounded by dancers to showcase them, was another dancer. And boy, did he stick out. But not because he was bad, but because he was good amazing , breathtaking.  He danced and twirled everywhere, and no one could take their eyes off of him. He was so effortlessly talented that even they, who all had seen millions of dancers, couldn't take their eyes off.

He was wearing a sinfully skin-hugging, cropped, sleeveless black turtleneck with a loose and big blue silk button-up over it that had huge bishop sleeves that moved along with his body. With that, he also had a sun orange sash tied around his middle, but above his shirt, tucking it in under the sash. The sash was decorated with strings of coins that jingled when he danced. For pants, he had flowy black plants that fanned out near the bottom before going back in near the ankle. But the most tempting things about those pants were the long slit on the side of each leg that opened just enough when he moved to tease a person. He wore simple flats, had bracelets and anklets decorated in bells that jingled, three necklaces - two of which was made of coins while the other was a simple black string with an embroidered symbol, and a feather earring, one cuff, and one hoop earring. With his shining and smooth raven hair that reached his shoulders, was a coin headband that connected to a faint purple view behind that spun along with him.

Then came his face. Healthy and bright peach skin, with a little tan from staying in the sun. A perfect sharp face shape with high but soft and rosy cheeks. Rose-colored, supple lips. A sharp and short nose. Perfect almond eyes. And beautiful, captivating, ethereal blue eyes that shone in joy and an attractive determination.

Why, he had to be both Aphrodite - the goddess of love, beauty, pleasure, passion, and procreation - and Terpsichore - the muse of lyric, poetry, and dancing. For he was as beautiful as he was talented.

He danced to the music with his whole body. He looked like he was enjoying himself, setting himself free. The men both envied and stood in awe of him.

Before they knew it, the dance had ended and more people joined the floor. Suddenly, they were watching him interact with the people, and this sight had to be even more breathtaking. He danced with the adults, swayed with the elderlies, and twirled with the children, a small but genuine smile always on his face. He was everywhere, dancing with everyone, making sure they enjoyed this as much as he did. It was like he thrived on their happiness. The men couldn’t help but wish that their bodies would move them from their spot and go dance with the beautiful man. But they could only stare.

Eventually, the dance ended and people gradually left the center of the village to go back to the stalls and party once more before the night ended. Now, the only people that remained were the 12 men, still in the same spot where they watched the elegant man dance.

“Shouyou-kun,” Atsumu breathlessly said, “ Who  was that?”

“I can’t- I can’t believe that he would- That’s what-” Hinata only muttered to himself, a blooming blush covering his face.

“Chibi-chan,  who was that?”  Oikawa desperately questioned, quickly turning to face the younger, face also as red.

“I can’t- I can’t tell you,” Hinata shook his head, unable to get anything more out.

“No, no we  need to know,” Kuroo pleaded. He was so close to getting down on his knees to beg, to hell with his status as a Prince. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and this was one of them. He just needed to know the dancer’s name- anything really!

“Yes! I want to meet him again! I want to dance with him! He was so good and so pretty and I need to know his name!  Anything  about him!” Bokuto pleaded loudly along with Kuroo, the Nekoma Prince nodding along.

“No, no, I shouldn’t. I can’t,” was the response.

“Is there anything you can give us?” Ushijima asked this time, just as curious as to the others.

“Uhh…umm, well, you’ll meet him sooner or later again.” Hinata reluctantly gave in, “But! That’s all I’m giving you!”

The louder men whined in return, the reserved ones slumped into themselves.

“Really, acting like this for one male dancer,” Sakusa looked at them disapprovingly.

“Omi-omi-” Atsumu started.

“Don’t call me that-” Sakusa had cut in.

Omi-omi,  don’t act like you didn’t lean in when Shouyou-kun was about to give us a hint,” Atsumu smirked in victory when he saw Sakusa’s pale face turn red in embarrassment.

“Now, now, no need to be so shy! We’re all curious about the little dancer, aren’t we?” Tendou singsonged, turning around to walk back to the castle. They had a ball to attend to later and they needed to go back to get dressed.

“Not really…” Kenma drew out, following behind Tendou as the group followed those two. Akaashi and Osamu both gave him a look in response. Caving in to the stares, Kenma muttered, “Okay, maybe just a little.” The boys both laughed good-naturedly in response.

“Hmm, but he was really talented. He must’ve studied for years to be that good at dancing. I haven’t seen anyone that good in a while, and when you’re Oikawa’s knight, you see a lot of people fling themselves and their ‘talents’ at him to try and get his attention,” Iwaizumi chuckled.

“Rude!” Oikawa pouted, “...But you’re right. It was captivating watching him dance. Ahh, I wonder when we’ll meet again? I would love to ask him for a dance, maybe something more? He was pretty cute.”

“And why would he want to dance and be with you?” Atsumu sneered.

“Uh, because I’m the Prince of Seijoh? Who wouldn’t want to be with me?”

“Yeah, well, I bet 1,000 horses that he would go to me first!”

“Why do you always try to make my life more miserable?” Osamu groaned, “...But add 600 more for me.”

“Yeah? Then I bet 1,500 bags of medicinal herbs that he’d choose me!” Oikawa retorted childishly.

“Oikawa, no!” Iwaizumi yelled, but he was too late.

“Oooh! Then I bet 2,000 acres of unused fertile land that he’d choose me!” Kuroo did not hesitate to jump in on the train, both for fun and because he genuinely wanted to know who that dancer would pick if he had to choose.

“2,100 weapons and armor on me!” Bokuto excitedly contributed to the disaster they were building.

“I would recommend not betting on things that we  just  restored from after the war,” Akaashi wisely added.

“Shh, let them go at it. I want to see what’ll happen,” Tendou quickly shushed Akaashi and continued to watch the boys, grinning at the scene. “Add Wakatoshi-kun and me in there too!! 3,000 tubs of oil for us!”

Akaashi and Kenma could only shake their heads in disappointment at their and the other’s Princes (even if they secretly put in their own bets, not much like the others but enough to make a statement).

Hinata watched all of this happen while leading them back to the castle, and smiled. Though the ginger was surprised that  he  contributed to the festival by  dancing , he could not deny that he didn’t enjoy the show. Oh,  he’ll  be so surprised by the number of proposal letters  he’ll  be receiving after they find out who exactly  he  is. Hinata giggled in excitement. Of course, it was about time his master got the attention he deserved, but that didn’t mean Hinata would just let these men freely go after  him . Hinata will do everything in his power to make sure they’re someone who deserves  him . But as of now, it’s really funny watching these nobles and Princes fighting like little kids over a toy.

After they reached the castle and got whisked away by the maids to dress, they finally walked out of their room after 3 hours of preparing.

“Why, don’t I just look fresh, Iwa-chan?”

“Sure, whatever floats your boat. Though, I think it should be hitting an iceberg any minute now.”

“IWA-CHAN, MEAN!” Oikawa huffed, stomping around like a child, in the hall where they were supposed to meet.

“I think I saw a play similar to that before...the couple didn’t end up together though. The woman just left the man to die in the ocean even though there was clearly enough room on that boat,” Kuroo suddenly appeared with Kenma who was busy reading something, ranting.

“Wow...that’s frustrating. And he was fine with it?” Bokuto asked, also appearing out of nowhere with Akaashi dutifully following.

“Yeah, he was in love after all. Also...he was in the ocean, dying so-”

“Oh yeah-”

“Love, in my opinion, is too strong a power. It can make a person rise as much as it can make a person fall,” Atsumu’s voice and weirdly wise advice came from behind Bokuto.

“When did you learn to be smart?” Osamu smirked.

“Why you little-! I’m older than you!”

“I’m Mother's favorite.”

Atsumu dramatically gasped, “Don’t you dare assume-”

“She said so,” Osamu lazily shrugged, his smirk constant on his face.

“No, she didn’t-!”

“Ohhh, what’re you arguing about?” Tendou smiled, bending to his side to look straight at the twins from where he stood next to Ushijima.

“None of ya’ business,” Atsumu turned away, pouting.

“What a child,” Sakusa muttered, rolling his eyes.

“Shut up Omi-omi!”

“Are you guys ready?!” Hinata’s loud voice called out from the other end of the hallway.

“Yeah, yeah! We’re coming!” Oikawa dragged out, before being hit by Iwaizumi again.

“Wow!! You guys look great!” Hinata complimented, smiling at them broadly as they walked to the ballroom entrance.

“You don’t look half bad yourself, Shrimpy,” Kuroo grinned.

“Hey!” Hinata yelled, offended. But even then, he was telling the truth when he complimented them. They did look great. They were all dressed in their official colors and wearing formal attire with a long, flowy capes, along with a crown on the Princes' heads. Their outer coats were decorated in medals and shiny jewelry. Their pants steamed and smooth over their legs in an elegant way. Why, Hinata thought he would be blinded just by looking at them. They were shining that  much. But of course, Hinata knew that ultimately one person would outshine them all. And  he  wasn’t scheduled to come until later.

“Oh! We’ve arrived!”

“Introducing,” the announcer for arrivals started, “Sir Hinata Shouyou, Karasuno’s Flying Knight!”

“Introducing Prince Oikawa Tooru, Crown Prince of Aoba Johsai!”

“Introducing Sir Iwaizumi Hajime, Aoba Johsai’s Golden Knight!”

“Introducing Prince Miya Atsumu, the First Prince of Inarizaki!”

“Introducing Prince Miya Osamu, the Second Prince of Inarizaki!”

“Introducing Prince Kuroo Tetsurou, the first Prince of Nekoma!”

“Introducing Sir Kozume Kenma, heir to Duke Kozume of Nekoma!”

“Introducing Prince Bokuto Koutarou, First Prince to Fukurodani!”

“Introducing Sir Akaashi Keiji, advisor of the Royal Family of Fukurodani!”

“Introducing Prince Ushijima Wakatoshi, Crown Prince of Shiratorizawa!”

“Introducing Sir Tendou Satori, aide of the Royal Family of Shiratorizawa!”

“Introducing Sakusa Kiyoomi, the Second Prince of Itachiyama!”

“Pfft- Golden Knight!” Atsumu cackled off to the side.

“Your highness, please, shut your mouth. That was a title I got years ago,” Iwaizumi gritted out, face flushing in embarrassment.

“Woah! You have a title too! Mine’s the Flying Knight! Cool right?!” Hinata cheered.

“That is pretty cool! Akaashi, we should get titles too!” Bokuto excitedly turned to his advisor.

“We already have titles, Bokuto-san,” Akaashi calmly replied.

“Oh...OH! We do!”

“I wanna leave,” Kenma groaned next to Akaashi.

“Loosen up Kenma! The party just started!” Kuroo laughed, throwing a hand over his childhood friend’s shoulders.

“Of course it started now that I’m here!” Oikawa smirked as girls screamed and gathered around him, all looking for a dance.

Everyone else just rolled their eyes.

“How are you liking the party Wakatoshi-kun?” Sakusa asked, standing next to Ushijima as they watched the more active and outgoing ones get swarmed by either old noble farts or girls.

“It is quite lively, I’m enjoying it. Karasuno is a very bright kingdom,” Ushijima serenely answered, nursing his drink.

“Too bright,” Sakusa murmured into his drink.

“You’re such a bum! Go dance with one of those girls over there!” Tendou tried to push Sakusa onto the dance floor but Sakusa only expertly avoided him, making Tendou do a strange flappy move to try and stay up.

“It does seem like fun…” Ushijima watched from the wall they were leaning on.

“Now, now ladies. There’s only one me and so many of you,” Oikawa gave a charming smile and the girls all fell like flies. “Another day of hard work done-”

“Why take turns when you all could just have me at once? Doesn’t that sound like fun, my beautiful roses?” Atsumu stroked a girl's cheek, smirking. In return, more shrieks were shouted as blood gushed out of some of the ladies’ noses.

Oikawa glared competitively at Atsumu, who only grinned a cocky smile back. They stared at each other for another minute before turning to quickly try to woo more girls than the others.

“They’re a bunch of idiots,” Iwaizumi grumbled.

“Agreed,” Osamu replied, munching on some snacks he got from the snack table.

“Akaashi, how can you drink this stuff?” Kenma made a disgusted noise at the wine.

“You get used to it...you also need it after dealing with an energetic bunch of royalty.”

“Ah-”

“Kuroo! Look! Look!”

“No way! Bro, that has to be at least 10 feet high!” Kuroo exclaimed, looking up at the gold chocolate fountain that was decorated in fruit.

“How’d they even get it in here…” Bokuto whispered, amazed.

“I don’t know bro, I really don’t…”

“...Want to drink out of it?”

“Bet-”

“Do you know if he’s almost here?” Hinata questioned his friend and the Crown Prince’s aide, Tsukishima Kei.

“His highness is on his way now, Shrimp. Calm down, would you?” Tsukishima scoffed, his eyes never leaving the crowd, scanning for anything out of place (like assassins).

“Geez, still as salty as ever,” Hinata pouted, “I’m just excited alright? Did you know he was supposed to perform at the festival?”

Tsukishima raised an eyebrow at that, taking his eyes off to look at the “Flying Knight,” “He did? Wow, never expected that from him. He would get down to us commoner levels? I’m disappointed I didn’t get to see such a scene.”

“Oh shut up Stingy-shima, you’re as into him as the next knight,” Hinata rolled his eyes as Tsukishima shot him an annoyed but flustered glare, “You’re just upset because he didn’t tell you in advance so you could leave to see him dance and jealous because I did. And let me tell you, he was beautiful. So, so  beautiful, Tsukki. If you saw it instead of me, I would’ve been jealous too. It’s been so long since I’ve seen him be so free…” Hinata trailed off, reliving the scene once again (he relived it when he got to the castle; spent the time the servants were dressing him up to remember).

Tsukishima glanced at the dazed look on Hinata's expression and he could feel his envy grow. He quickly looked away, putting his attention to making sure that everything was perfect for his Prince to arrive.

“And our last guest!”

The bespectacled blonde grinned. Right on time.

The loud announcement caught everyone by surprise. The delegates looked up and decided to gather together. Whoever this last guest was, it had to be important for everyone to suddenly quiet down.

“Who do you think it is?” Bokuto whispered.

“The only one who isn’t here…” Sakusa trailed off.

“The Crown Prince of Karasuno,” Osamu finished.

“Can’t believe we’ll be seeing Karasuno’s Sapphire Crow,” Kenma wondered, a pique of interest in his voice.

“Why do they call him the ‘Sapphire Crow’ Akaashi?”

“Because his eyes are like sapphires that glow brighter than the sun at day and the moon at night,” Akaashi answers, eyes never leaving the door on top of the stairs that decline into the ballroom.

“He’s rumored to be one of the most beautiful men in all of history,” Tendou hummed, rocking back and forth on his heels.

Oikawa scoffed, “How could anyone be more beautiful than me?”

“On the outside, sure. The inside? Debatable,” Iwaizumi fired back quietly. Oikawa only gasped dramatically before turning his head away, pouting, while everyone else snickered. “But still," Iwaizumi continued, "Isn’t he the illegitimate son of the King? How’d he rise to the position of Crown Prince?”

“The people,” Kuroo answered.

“They chose him to be Crown Prince. He got so much support from the people that the nobles had to cave in even though they didn’t fully support him. Eventually, those who didn’t, fell under his charm. It’s why he’s also recognized as the people’s Treasure,” Ushijima elaborated.

“Introducing-”

Everyone - Princes, nobles, servants - quieted fully and waited in anticipation.

“-Karasuno’s Sapphire Crow and the People's Treasure-”

The doors cracked open, and everyone held their breath in.

“-The beloved Crown Prince of Karasuno-”

The doors fully flung open and the cologne of the Crown Prince and wind flowed in like a wave. And there, right in the middle, in his royal attire and jewelry, stood  him

“-Prince Kageyama Tobio!”

Right there in the middle, in his royal attire and jewelry, stood the dancer they saw earlier. In all his glory, stood the same enchantress that danced like no tomorrow in royal blue clothing, surrounded with a gorgeous fur cape, topped with a shining crown on his head.

The dancer was Kageyama Tobio. Karasuno’s Crown Prince. Karasuno’s Sapphire Crow. The People’s Treasure.

The delegates stood in awe at his mere presence. He  was  beautiful. They knew that, even when they saw him twirling around at the festival. They knew even if he didn’t slick his hair back to reveal his beautiful face. Knew even without the gold earrings and necklace and crown. He radiated dignity, elegance,  power . He walked down those steps, each hand in his knight’s and aide’s, with confidence.

And suddenly, it was like everyone around them just disappeared, and it was just them and him. Like he was looking exactly at them; like he was walking to them , only them

So when he appeared in front of them, they felt like they shouldn’t have been surprised but they still were.

“Gentlemen,” he spoke from those sinful lips in a velvet voice, and it was like they were back at the festival. Stuck in one place, watching as he played around them enough to aggravate them but not enough that they wanted him to stop.

“I, Kageyama Tobio, Karasuno’s Crown Prince, greet you. I do hope we get along in the future,” the dancer- no  Kageyama smirked and they knew they couldn’t fight him if they were put into a battlefield together because they would all fall so fast if Kageyama even spared them a small quirk of his lips.

Kageyama turned, ready to walk away, and all they could do was  stare . But before he left completely, he turned back to look at them, his jeweled eyes gleaming in mischief, “I do hope that I can get in one more dance before you leave. Maybe you could join me too.”

Then he turned and strode away, leaving all the men in awe as they watched the beautiful man sway his hips and use his long legs to tempt them.

(Hinata and Tsukishima secretly snickered at their expression; all wide-eyed and open-mouthed. Oh, how they were so proud of their Prince...but then again, this meant more competition. Oh why did their Prince have to be so charming?)

“I...don’t want to leave,” Atsumu’s voice broke their daze.

“Mhm, me neither…” Osamu added, eyes never leaving his new interest to greet everyone at the party.

“AKAASHI!” Bokuto suddenly yelled, swiftly turning to Akaashi who hadn’t moved, “I suddenly want to have a vacation! Oh, I know! We should have Karasuno! Wait, what a coincidence, we’re in Karasuno. I want a vacation now!”

Akaashi dutifully nodded, already moving through the crowd to find a servant so he could send a letter to the Royal Family in Fukurodani.

“Kenma, wouldn’t you like a little break from working so hard as the heir of the Kozume Dukedom? Great because I was thinking of having one too. Oh my, you want to have it here? Me too!” Kuroo grinned mischievously and all Kenma could do was hide his small smile, not at all opposing the idea.

“Tendou,” was all Ushijima said.

“Yep! We brought extra clothes, long enough for two weeks at most!” Tendou nodded in agreement, his smile broadening.

“Iwa-chan, I think-”

“One and a half weeks at most,” Iwaizumi concluded.

“Booo, I want it longer.”

“One. And. A. Half,” Iwaizumi repeated, stricter.

“Ugh fineee!”

“Well, it wouldn’t hurt to stay a couple more days,” Sakusa said to himself, dodging men and women as they rushed to their Crown Prince.

“Osamu-”

“Already sent a letter to Kita.”

“Damn okay-”

Omake:

"Do you think I was too forward?" Kageyama asked nervously, looking at his two best friends.

"Nope," Tsukishima easily answered, eyes never leaving the paperwork he was doing even with slender and elegant hands carding through his blonde locks.

"Pretty sure they liked it," Hinata affirmed before going back to cuddling on his Prince's laps.

"Hmm, ok then," Kageyama concluded and went back to spoiling his knight and aide.
