"Really?" Sapnap leaned in and laid his hand on his best friend's forehead. Dream held himself from letting out a sound but when Sapnap touch his neck as well, he accidentally whined, scaring the ravenette who jumped back. "Woah, what the hell?"
Dream's face burnt with red in embarrassment as he covered his face with his hands. "S-Sorry..." He mumbled, continuing to pant desperately for air like he just ran a marathon.
Sapnap inspected him for a long time before shaking his head. "I don't think it's a fever, George."
