Fleetfoot's wings shivered in excitement. This was it! The grand day! With a slight bit of anxiety, he counted the supplies in his light baggage, to make sure nothing was out of order or missing.
"My clivia, are you sure you shouldn't pack more food?" The voice of Sichuan, his darling, resonated through their roost.
"Don't worry so much, I have just enough. I will miss your food, but I can't go and pack the whole pantry in my bags" The nightwing chuckled.
In response, the rainwing adopted a mock-displeasure blue, shooing him out from the pantry.
It had been long since the three sister's war had ended, long enough that the old "Nightwing guide to pyrrhia" was entirely obsolete. If it could have ever been called truthful, full of lies and propaganda that it was. This was what motivated Fleetfoot, the idea of finally providing an accurate view of the world for the ones less lucky than him, not able to travel the world.
And so as he sorted his papers a final time, he finally took out a first notebook, and started to write.
"Dear reader, welcome to the Nightwing's Guide to Pyrrhia ..."
