Summary
Following the events of the “The Lanling Massacre” the cultivation world is still trying to recover from the horrors of that night. There is division among the sects and standing in the middle of it is Lan Xichen. As he tries to navigate the aftermath of his father's war, he attempts to build a stronger future for himself, his husband Nei Huaisang, and their future child.
