“I thought you were busy with school,” he spoke up only for her to hear despite the noise of music and conversation seemed to drown everyone around them.
It did not stop the sound of his strained voice biting back his anger. There was a sickening sense of satisfaction at his displeasure which rose up warmly within her chest. The corner of her lips curled into a smirk. It was Xavier he was so bothered to the point that they were where they are now.
“I lied,” she answered with a smirk, gratified by his unhinged state.
Wednesday moved to sidestep any more advances, eyes trained on the corner of the crowded room in search as if she was more preoccupied with anyone but him. Before she could duck out of his reach, her movements were abruptly interrupted by the sudden hold. Her body was then held firmly in front of his own. Tyler’s breath brushed against her face and ear as his hands trembled slightly against her body in what she could only surmise was from his jealousy.
“Why are you here with him?”
Tyler confesses his feelings, Wednesday cannot reciprocate properly, and he gets very jealous.
