Takes place after the events of S4E10 where instead of Mk managing to steal Wukong’s memory tile from the Azure Lion, he swapped it with a duplicate and now Azure is planning to bring Wukong back and thanks to gaining the Jade Emperor’s power, he managed to succeed.
There is just one small, teeny-tiny, itty-bitty, problem…
Wukong has amnesia.
And not the one he had when Pigsy fed him that ghost pepper, oh no, this is the ‘starting a clean slate’ type and nobody knows if it’s permanent or temporary. Azure is saddened about this and blames himself for Wukong gaining amnesia due to his recklessness but on the bright side, Wukong won’t be burdened by his past or remember the pain he experienced at the hands of heaven or anybody anymore!
And maybe this time, he has a chance. A chance to have the monkey to himself.
And no god, demon or mortal will stand in his way.
No Mk or Monkie Kid Crew will stop him.
And most especially, no Six-Eared Macaque is going to take him away from him.
Not this time.
