Chapter Text

"Can y'all hurry up??? The Murder Mystery 2 lobby is about to be full!" Han hastily types into his group chat, consisting of his friends Bang Chan and Changbin. He'd been waiting for them on video call for about three minutes now, and he was growing impatient.

*Ding* ... *Ding*

"Finally you guys joined, now hurry up and join my game!" Han says, exasperated. "Alright, I'm joining- oh yeah, I changed my avatar, check it out, pretty fire right?" Chan replies, spawning in, Changbin following suit. Looking at his avatar, Changbin saw that it changed from its original default outfit to a fully emo one, consisting of a black and white striped shirt, black pants, black wings, a black mask, and a black hat. "Wow it's fire," Changbin says, in awe, "but, it's not as good as mine." "What!? Yours sucks." Chan replies, "your avatar literally is wearing a rainbow hoodie and swords." Changbin ignores him, "Han, what do you think?"

When Han doesn't reply, the two begin to worry. "Han? Hannn!!!" Chan yells into his mic. "Dawg, yelling into your mic will not help." Changbin says, frustrated. "Well, do you have a better idea?" Chan asks, annoyed, "Yeah, the next round is just about to start, lets find him in game and talk to him there." Chan thought for a moment, then nodded, "Sounds good, lets do it, but if we do find him, how will we talk to him? Should we turn on our in game mics?" "Hm, we can, but my 2014 laptop will explode if I use my roblox voice chat and discord." Changbin replies. "That's fine, whatever it takes to find Han!"

The two turn on their in-game voice mics and left the video call, and soon enough the round began. They spawn into the mansion 2 map, right next to each other. "So, I guess we should split up for now, try and cover more ground." Chan says in-game. "Alright, and Chan," Changbin's voice got serious, "if... if you see the murderer... just... just try and stay safe ok..." He runs off before Chan can reply, leaving him confused. "Why's he so dramatic it's Roblox... anyway time to try and find Han!"

After a minute or two of searching, Chan notices that there were only four people left alive, meaning one of them was the murderer. Coincidentally, he runs into Changbin. "Changbin! We have to be careful, this murderer is good. Any word on Han?" He asks, whispering to not be heard. "No, I can't find him anywhere!" He replies, worried. "Where could he be? We've checked everywhere... wait. Changbin! There's a secret area in this map! How could we forget!?" Changbin looks at him confused, before realizing. "Behind the painting! Of course, let's go before we get found!"

They quickly and quietly scurry over to the painting, trying to stay out of sight of the potential murderer. Once they made it inside the secret room behind the painting, they found exactly what they were looking for, but Han didn't look... exactly like himself. "Dude! What's wrong with him!? Why is his avatar all glitched out and distorted!?" Changbin exclaims. "I-I don't know! What do we do!?"

A mysterious voice appears behind them. "You two won't be doing anything." Before Chan and Changbin can see who it was, their screens began to glitch and distort. After a few seconds, their Roblox crashes.....

Chapter Text

Soon after their roblox crash, they join the discord voice call. "Dude, what are we going to do!? I think Han's in serious danger!!!" Chan exclaims. "Shoot, uhm, wait! Let's go to his house!" Changbin replies, Chan facepalms, "Of course! Let's go, quick!"

The two of them leave the call and meet eachother in front of Han's house within 5 minutes, immediately noticing his front door unlocked and open. They carefully enter the house, calling our for Han.

"Han!!! Han where are you!?" Changbin calls out. "He's not down here, let's go to his room." Chan says, heading up the stairs. Changbin follows him, and they enter Han's room, which is vacant. Their attention draws to his computer, which is left on with roblox playing. They quickly begin to investigate his homepage, and they notice some weird things...

"Woah! What's up with his friends list!? It's all glitched out! There's only two friends for some reason..." Chan says, studying the screen. "Somethings weird," Changbin replies, pointing at the two friends on his list, "That one, lino_, is normal, but the other one, I>N, keeps appearing and dissapearing, and his friend list keeps changing from 2 to 1." Chan puts his head in his hands, "Man, what are we going to do, he's probably kidnapped!" Changbin pats Chan on his back, "Step aside, you don't know this, but I'm a master hacker, watch." Chan looks up and blinks, then hesitantly steps aside for Changbin.

Changbin cracks his knuckles and begins typing faster than Chan can think, after about 30 seconds he sighs, "I can't seem to find lino_'s IP address..." Chan scoffed, "are you sure it's not because you suck?" Changbin rolls his eyes, "Let me try I>N's, hold on..." He begins quickly typing again, before exclaiming "EUREKA! I've cracked the code! We have I>N's address, let's go!" Not wanting to argue, Chan quickly follows behind Changbin.

A 30 minute drive later, they arrive at the address Changbin found, "This better not be wrong..." Chan mutters, Changbin ignoring him. The two walk up to the door, and noticing it was unlocked, they walked in. The floor they were on was dead quiet, but after a few seconds, they heard commotion from the basement, including a familiar voice.

"Is... is that Han!?" Chan asks, worried, "I think it is, let's go!!!" Changbin quicky replies, already running down the stairs. Catching their breath after running down the stairs, they look up and see someone tied up in a chair... Han!?

"Han!? Who did this to you!? What's going on!?" Changbin asks, panicked, not noticing the duck tape over Han's mouth. Before Chan could point out his stupidity, Han's muffled words increased in volume. The two turn around to see a strange man. He was about the same age and height as them, having black hair and wearing glasses. "Wait, is this that I>N guy!?" Chan asks, quietly. His question didn't get answered, however, as a loud thud was heard from upstairs, and suddenly, another strange man came tumbling down the stairs.

After a loud boom, signaling the end of his tumble, the man got up. He was also about the same age and height as everyone else, and he had brown hair and a stupid look on his face. "What's going on here? Who are you two!?" Chan exclaims. Neither man answers, rather, the brown haired one suddenly gets up. "I.N! I've found you!" I.N Doesn't get a chance to reply, as the brown haired guy drop kicks him immedately. "Woah! What the hell? We need to get out of here, Chan!" Changbin says, running over to Han. Chan follows, and they quickly untie him while the strange men were fighting. Ripping off the duck tape over his mouth, Han, along with Changbin and Chan make a break for the staircase.

"Not so fast!" The three of them stop running when they hear the sound of a gun load. They turn around slowly to see the brown haired guy on the floor, and I.N pointing a Glock 19 at them. "Holy shit, it's murder mystery in real life!" Han says, in shock. Chan smacks him in response. "This isn't the time to be cracking jokes, what do we do!?" Changbin whispers, only receiving a shrug from the other two. "If it's murder mystery, then I must be the sheriff." Everyone's head whips towards the brown haired guy, who, unnoticed, snuck up behind I.N, and knocked him out with a baseball bat.

No one says anything for a solid 20 seconds, until the brown haired guy speaks up. "Well? Where's my thank you?" "Uhm, how are we going to thank you? How do we even know you're a 'good guy'?" Chan asks. "Well, I just saved your butts, didn't I?" The guy replies. "Hold on, everyone stop. I need an explanation, we don't even know your name! What's going on!?" Changbin says, putting his hands on his head. The strange man sighs, "Alright, let me explain, but not here."

3racha follows the strange man upstairs, and outside, where he begins to explain. "Okay, saur, to start things off. My name is Lee Know, or you might me also know me as lino_. I'm sorry, Han, I wasn't trying to hack your account, rather, I was trying to save it from being hacked by I.N. He's the most powerful hacker in the universe, and I've been tracking him for days trying to take him down. Thanks to you, I've finally achieved my life-long mission." Han blushes, "You, went through all that, to save my account...?" Lee Know looks at him, confused, "No..? I was trying to find the hacker..." Han covers his face, blushing harder, "Wow,,,,, you're so romantic.... AHH!!!" Lee know looks at him weird, and averts his attention to Chan and Changbin. "So... yeah... that's what happened...!" Chan and Changbin look at each other and shrug. "Well, okay I guess, thanks!" Chan says, and the two begin to leave. Noticing Han wasn't following, Changbin taps his shoulder, "Hello? Han? Let's go?" Han looks at Changbin, nervously, "Go ahead, I'll catch up." Changbin rolls his eyes in response and follows Chan.

Once Changbin leaves, Han looks up towards Lee Know. "Hey... I think it's so romantic what you did for me... do you wanna go out sometime?" Lee Know thinks for a moment, before shrugging and agreeing, "Yeah, sure, let's go on a roblox date! You have my user right?" Han blushes again and nods, "Alright, see you then!" He quickly runs off after saying that, joining the rest of 3racha to boast about his upcoming date.
