Drunk and hopelessly pining for his married rival, Il Dottore makes a mistake. A human child sized mistake, that looks suspiciously like one as well.
In an effort to draw Pantalone's eye one last time, Il Dottore makes himself a new segment. A vessel, complete with all the "attractive" features Pantalone adores. However, like many of Il Dottore's experiments, this one goes awry when the incubator stops early, leaving a lost and helpless child in its wake, one that Pantalone just happens to stumble across and take pity on.
Now, faced with a furious Pantalone and agonizing feelings, Dottore is forced to play father to this little monster (which he hates). That is... until he starts getting attached to it. Oh no. He's caught feelings to it already, and he's only had it for two seconds. Not only that, but Pantalone is growing ever closer to him, too close to be "just" coworkers any longer.
