Chapter Text
Being pregnant with the Gojo Satoru’s baby created a very unique and special situation. The Gojo clan is insanely powerful and curse users across the world want to prevent the clan from growing any bigger. If anyone knew, you would become a serious target.
Satoru was always there to reassure you though, telling you that you would never have to worry because he was the strongest after all. And it made sense, nobody was brave enough to fight him head on, and if they were, they regretted it almost instantly. For someone to attack you, they had to be crazy enough to think they could pull off a hit without facing the unbridled wrath of Gojo Satoru.
Despite it all, you wanted to be careful. You wanted to keep your pregnancy a secret for as long as possible. Everyone knew Gojo Satoru, his wife, and almost everything about the two of you. Right now, your baby was for you only, not the world. Having something for you and your husband exclusively was amazing and you valued that element of privacy immensely.
Even since the day Satoru found out you were pregnant, was even more clingy than usual. When the two of you went back to school after he recovered from the flu, he was around you twenty four seven. The entire time you guys were together, it wasn’t unusual for you both to be spending a lot of time together, Satoru would be attached to your side, adoring all the time he spent with you. As of now, on top of that, he was protective.
Instead of just meeting you in the cafeteria for lunch, after class he would be right outside your door to walk with you. When you were going back to your office to start grading some of your students’ work, somehow, he beat you there, sitting in your own chair. The PDA increased as well (to be fair, there was a good amount of PDA from the start, almost always instigated by your darling husband). At any opportunity available, Satoru would attach himself to you in anyway he can. He would try to give you kisses but you were adamant that there was a limit of PDA that you could allow.
One day, you were out with the second years, advising them as they were sparring with each other. Pairing Panda and Maki together, Panda kept making one small error, and despite your best advice, he just wasn’t understanding what you were trying to tell him.
“Panda!” You say, grabbing his attention after he made the mistake one more time, “I’m going to go against Maki,” You get up and begin walking towards the two of them, “and I want you watch me, and see what I do.”
The timing was perfect as Satoru was stepping out towards the track field, watching you get up from the bleachers and get into a position to start and Maki doing the same, facing you. Immediately the sorcerer teleported right next to you, placing a hand on your shoulder to stop you.
“Hey guys!” He said, with a cheery tone in his voice, completely hiding his stress.
The second years were completely unimpressed with the sorcerer’s sudden appearance.
“Numbskull, we were in the middle of something.” Maki rolled her eyes and relaxed out of her sparring stance. She was not a fan of his intrusion.
“I was thinking…. a three versus one! You guys, against me.” Satoru was beaming with his suggestion, but in reality, he was just butting in to get you out doing any sparring.
“Oh, I forgot…” You mumbled under your breath. In the moment you weren’t even thinking about carrying a baby. Going through the everyday motions and being focused on your students, it slipped your mind.
“Forgot what?” Maki asked, picking up on your words that you mainly said to yourself.
Satoru, knowing exactly what you meant moved his hand from your shoulder to your lower back to give you some comfort, but he jumped slightly when Maki spoke, worried that she was going to catch onto them. She was a sleuth.
You looked over at your husband after his physical reaction in surprise, not really knowing what to say in response. But thinking on the fly, you turn your attention back to your student, “Forgot to tell you guys that Gojo was coming to help today. Sorry.” You flashed a smile, hoping they wouldn’t see right through you.
“What?!” Your husband exclaims, completing going along with this story you’ve created. “Well, there’s no time like the present, it’s sparring time!”
“Salmon…” Toge was not looking forward to going up against his former teacher.
“Gojo-sensei is always difficult.” Panda complains, agreeing with Toge.
“Come on guys, I’ll be nice I swear.” He pouts. In response Maki prepares herself to go against Satoru, whenever he acted annoying just made her want to wipe that smug grin off his face.
“Let’s just get this over with.” She said, knowing there was no way to get out of it.
With that, you sat on the side, paying attention as the four of them sparred with each other. You were upset with yourself for almost hurting your baby by getting into physical activity that you knew was dangerous.
After the spar (that Satoru won), your husband came to meet you on bench and the second years went to go get something to eat. It was obvious to tell you were upset about something.
“What’s wrong?” He said, sitting down practically on top of you.
“I wasn’t thinking.” You said with a frown on your face and with that he was frowning himself.
“Don’t beat yourself up, it’s only been a week since we’ve known, you just haven’t gotten in the swing of things.” He says, giving you an encouraging smile.
You look at the ground and there’s a moment of silence before you speak again, “I didn’t want you to get upset with me.”
Satoru immediately jumps off the bench and crouches down on the ground in front of you, holding both of you hands. “I can never be mad at you, especially for an accident. And how could I be mad when you’re trying to be a good teacher?”
You make eye contact with him and he continues. “Seriously, even though we both have no idea how to do any of this,,” he gives an awkward smile and squeezes your hand, “I know for a fact that you’re going to do great.”
You smile, your doubts disappear with his comforting words.
“And!” He stands up, raising his finger, “I, Gojo Satoru, promise to do anything my beloved asks of me!” He declares and your small smile turns into a big one.
“Really? Anything?” You ask as you stand up as well.
“Anything at all!” He confirms, and pulls you into an embrace, his arms wrapped around your lower back.
“I don’t really want anything.” You say, a dopey smile on your face and your husband laughs in response.
“All that build up for nothing?” He asks and you just shrug your shoulders.
“I already have anything I could possible want.” You grab his hand and the two of you start to walk back for building, “But I will be holding you to your promise until the future.”
“That’s fine by me!”
In the weeks that follow, the two of you did have fun with your secret. Being around all your peers and knowing something they didn’t was exciting.
There would be more moments in either your or Satoru’s office where the man in question would in question would have his face not even two inches from your abdomen, talking to your baby, telling them about how much he loved everything about them and their mother.
It was so endearing to hear how much love your husband had for the family you were creating. You didn’t even have a bump yet and Satoru was already dying to meet his baby.
Regrettably, those moments were often cut off by someone coming in to talk to either you or Satoru (when it was Ijichi he was often told to come back later, with a “sorry!” from you as the door closes). Luckily, your husband would use his six eyes to tell right before someone was coming in the room so the two of you could “act natural” before anyone could see you.
Though every time the door closed and it was just you, there would be a brief pause or silence before you would look at each other and start laughing.
It was a very wholesome secret to be keeping.

“Gojo is acting weird!” Nobara declared, standing up from her seat and tossing her phone on the table and the other two first years looked up at her. Yuji was curious to hear what could possibly be up but Megumi, on the other hand, was not.
Yuji raised his hand before speaking, “Wait which one are we talking about again?”
Nobara rolled her eyes, “C’mon, we’ve gone over this, Gojo Satoru.” Having two teachers, both with Gojo as their last name caused a bit of confusion. You were luckily enough to be Gojo-sensei while your husband was limited to Gojo, deemed not mature enough to be called a teacher. (When the man in question found out his students were calling him that, he complained, claiming that he had the name first).
Megumi was nonchalant as ever as he responded to Nobara’s first statement, “When is Gojo not acting weird?”
Nobara turned to face Megumi after hearing his question, “I’m saying, weirder than normal! I think he has a secret, something to do with Gojo-sensei. Maki-senpai told me he was acting strange the other week, like he was hiding something.”
“Now that you mention it,” Yuji started thinking back on what he remembered, “He has been spending more time with her…”
“I think we need to investigate.” She said, a serious look prominent on her face, and Yuji nodded, now very dedicated to the plan. Though Megumi wasn’t as committed as them, “Are you sure you want to get into their secrets?” He asks, knowing Gojo was a man that had more than a couple of skeletons in his closet.
“I need to know!” She demanded and Yuji stood up to join her, ready to embark on their adventure, “Let’s go Fushiguro.” Realizing that they weren’t going to let up, Megumi sighed, standing up as well, “Where are we going to start?”
The other two looked at each other and smiled, “Time to spy!” Nobara began to lead the trio to your office, “I’ve seen them meeting up here a lot recently…” She whispers as they near the door.
“How are we supposed to see if they’re even in there?” Yuji asks and Nobara points towards the small window on the upper half of the door, “But be quiet.” She whispers.
He looked towards the door and then back at Nobara, an unamused expression on his face to ask, ‘really?’ With a slap on the shoulder and an aggressive glare from her, Yuji started to sneak near the window, trying to see anything through the slats of the blinds.
Failing to see anything, Yuji turned back towards his peers shrugging silently.
Nobara frowned and gave him another light smack to get him to try harder, but he only shook his head, the last thing he wanted was to be caught snooping on his teacher. After a silent stare down between the two of them, Yuji eventually gave in.
Deciding that he was taking too long, Nobara took matters into her own hands and got up to look herself. That’s when the squabbling started. Both teens started to push each other to see through the window, but still tried to do it quietly.
Megumi watched uninterested, as it was normal for these two to get into pointless arguments about anything, but his bored face quickly turned into one of surprise as Nobara bumped into Yuji who’s body knocked into the doorknob at the perfect (worst) angle.
Yuji fell directly onto the floor as the door swung wide open. It was just a moment, but it felt like time stopped as everyone froze, silently. Nobara stood in the doorway, looking like a deer in headlights.
You were already facing the door as you watched everything that was carried out in front of you, taking your attention away from your husband.
Satoru had just revealed a present he got for you, the box was open in his hand, showing a gorgeous locket with space to fit a picture of your family in the future. Still holding the same position, it was both comical and intimidating the way he turned his head slowly to see who was interrupting the private time he had with you.
Realizing it was just his first year students he forced a smile, but even with a blindfold covering his eyes, there was no hiding his annoyance.
“Run!” Nobara yelled and immediately began to flee the scene and Megumi, who was not keen on being in trouble, was right behind her. Yuji scrambled to get off the floor, lagging behind them.
It was quiet as you began to take in what happened. Satoru turned back to face you and you could only laugh seeing his confused face, “What was that?” You ask and your good attitude transferred to him as well, and the both of you began to laugh together.
Moving on, you turn your attention back to the locket, it only made you more excited for your future family. “Thank you ‘Toru.” You lean forward to give him a kiss and receive the box. “Of course.” He smiled as you leaned back in your seat, “Now as much as I want to stay, I need to figure out what those kids were up to.”
The first years were running back to the dorms before their teacher literally appeared out of thin air in front of them, blocking their path.
“Oh, hey guys,” he said, “funny meeting you here.” The smile on his face was creepy.
“You can’t hurt me!” Nobara declared, pointing at his blind folded his face, “We know you’re secret!” The goal was to blackmail him to get out of any potential punishments for spying, and at the end of the day, she ended up getting the intel she wanted. Despite only being in your office for a couple seconds, she recognized the Cartier necklace the second she saw it.
Yuji on the other hand was dumbfounded, “What do you mean we? We haven’t discussed any-“ Nobara’s hand slapped across his mouth, cutting him off.
“Oh really?” Satoru asks, now a little nervous that maybe his students did find out about his secret.
“Really! It’s about Gojo-sensei, you’re-“
“Fine!” Satoru interrupts, acknowledging that he’s finally been caught, “We’re having a baby.” He beams, talking about it always made him giddy.
Every ounce of confidence Nobara had in her claim was out the window, her and Yuji stood there completely slack jawed, that news was the last thing they were expecting to hear.
Ignoring them, Satoru turned to look at Megumi, who wasn’t surprised at the confession. “I can’t believe you told them Megumi, it was a secret.” He pouted.
“I didn’t tell them!” Megumi said, offended at the man’s accusation, “I would never betray Gojo-sensei like that.” He included under his breath.
The other two turned to face their peer, their shock only growing.
“You knew!?”
“You would betray us!?”
While the bickering grew, Satoru became more confused, “Wait a minute, did you guys not know? What did you think I was doing?”
“I… thought you were cheating and spoiling Gojo-sensei to make up for it.” Nobara admitted, embarrassed now because of how different the reality of the situation was.
“I for one,” Yuji raised his hand, interjecting himself into the conversation to voice his innocence, “had no idea what was going on.”
“See, I didn’t tell them.” Megumi added.
Satoru frowned hearing that anyone would even think he would cheat on his wonderful wife. “You better not be spreading that around.” He told Nobara and then stepped back to address the three of them, “Don’t tell anyone about our baby either, trying to keep it on the DL.”
“You’re cringe when you try to sound young.” Megumi said.
“Congratulations sensei!” Yuji said before Satoru got to process exactly what the other teen said.
“Thank you Yuji!” He responds, his smile coming right back, expressing how proud of himself he was.
“I don’t understand how you got anyone to marry you, let alone agree to have a baby with you.” Nobara huffed but there was a small teasing smile on her face, keeping it in good nature.
“Hey, she wants to have a baby with me, ask her!” Bragging about how lucky Satoru was to have someone like you as his wife was one of his favorite things to do. “Actually, maybe don’t,” he adds quickly, “I’m going to get in trouble for telling you guys.”
“Wait a minute,” Yuji’s confusion was clear on his face, “How come Fushiguro knew?”
“Well,” Satoru went over to the teen in question, ruffling his hair, “Megumi here is gonna have a little sibling! It would only make sense to tell him.”
Megumi scowled and pushed the man away from him, “The only way you’re considered my family is because of marriage.” Despite the fact that Satoru was the one who officially adopted Megumi and Tsumiki, the only one he would consider as a parental figure was you. Satoru only laughed in response.
“I always forget that you were raised by him…” Yuji said to himself.
“I think it’s time to congratulate the woman of the hour, she’s the one doing all the hard work anyways.” Nobara suggested, moving on the previous topic.
Satoru’s face immediately fell into a shocked frown, “Are we just going to ignore what I just said?”
“That’s a great idea.” Megumi added, a small smile on his face, “I want her to know I didn’t leak the secret.”
“I always like talking to Gojo-sensei, I can’t wait till she’s our teacher next year.” Yuji says and the trio began to walk back to your office.
“Wait guys let’s talk about this, Megumi do you want some new shoes? New clothes? I’ll get you something nice if you want to cover me for this.” Satoru was trying to bargain as he followed behind his students. But to no avail, they were set on their goal and with how much Satoru likes to tease Megumi, the teen was always a fan of giving him a taste of his own medicine.
After the surprise of the first years entering your office (on purpose this time) and the heartfelt congratulations (as well as apologies from your husband), you had decided it was finally time to tell the rest of your friends at Jujutsu Tech.
You’ve been keeping this secret for weeks and with the first years’ reactions, you didn’t even know how happy it made you to share your news with people that you care about. You always knew you were going to tell people eventually, and there’s no time better than the present.
