   Summary

   The First Seat crumbles, the foundations of the Interim Seat carefully constructed with and around the bones of a system that couldn't ever truly work. Power is passed on and then down, until the Seat of Nine is a true gift to the citizens of Midgar - and really, to the rest of the world.
