Brian walk inside the modern medical clinic, with his heart pounding with a mix of apprehension and hope.
Since he his little, he is battle a rare and debilitating condition known as the baby blue disease.
Countless doctors have fail to find a cure, but he have hear whispers of a renowned specialist at this clinic.
Approaching the reception desk, Brian clear his throat and told his name.
«I'm Brian Littrell. I have an appointment with the baby blue disease specialist», said Brian.
A gentle voice respond to him.
«Of course Mr. Littrell. Dr. Andrews is expecting you. Please have a seat in the waiting room», said the reception person.
Brian sit on a chair, with his mind racing.
This could be his chance at a life free from the relentless pain and fatigue that have plagued him for so long.
As he wait, he couldn't help but notice the others patients in the room.
Some were elderly, others young children, all battling their own struggles.
Suddenly, a warm voice broke the silence.
«Mr. Littrell?' Said the doctor.
Brian look up to see a tall man with piercing brown eyes and an warm smile.
«I'm Dr. Andrews. It's a pleasure to meet you. Shall we?» Ask the doctor softly.
With a mixture of excitement and trepidation, Brian follow Dr. Andrews inside an examination room.
As he listen attentively to his medical history, Brian feel a sense of optimism he have not experience for a very long time.
Dr. Andrews explain that baby blue disease is a complex disorder with limited treatment options.

Doctor Andrews explain the potential benefits and risks in details and Brian found himself torn between hope and the fear of disappointment.

Doctor Andrews massage very gently Brian’s hand to continue to reassure him.
