Summary
One month had passed since Eve took a bullet to the head, a consequence of a seemingly innocuous package she was meant to deliver. It took her some time to adjust to her new reality, and as she reached the infamous Strip —a neon-lit oasis of vice and power, she encountered her own killer, who fled to the Fort like a coward that he was, she was left with an invitation to meet the "almighty” Caesar and every faction leader waiting for her to pick a side in an upcoming battle.
