Shortly after Dave Afton’s tragic death in 1983, with William still in the midst of grief, Charlie Emily is murdered, devastating Henry. The long-time business partners find comfort in one another, bonding over their shared loss. Their friendship develops into something more as they struggle to keep the failing business afloat. However, when Henry discovers that William was behind the murder, he struggles to reconcile the man he’s grown to love with the man who killed his daughter.
