Dream Career: Comic book artist, especially alongside Molly. Struggles to maintain focus. Keeps scrapping and rewriting his ideas (which he often bounces off Chloe, Molly, Kevin, or his kids)
Occupation: 5th grade school teacher, but draws comics on the side (Unpaid). He’s excessively familiar with the material and tries to be as passionate about teaching it as possible. A bit eccentric and try-hard, but many students enjoy him. At his core, he tries not to be boring.
Other Employment: Pencil Nexus (“The Boss of Me”), delivered pizzas throughout his teenage years
Does art commissions on rare occasion, but mostly for his friends. Loves drawing with his kids.
In his younger years, Catman offered to help him network in the acting world. He’s perfectly fine saying no, but he could likely get his foot in the door.
Considering law school, but sees it as a fantasy (knowing he lacks the patience). Can’t shake the feeling he got involved with some job shadow with Catman as a kid...
BACKGROUND
Self-Perception: Fun, friendly, and creative, he’s a pretty great guy (albeit average) who’d love to have a family of his own someday and possibly travel the world with his future wife once they become empty nesters.
Alignment: Neutral Good
MBTI: INFP
Deadly Sin: Sloth
Heavenly Virtue: Kindness
Love Language: Quality time
Reinforcers: Attention; small accomplishments
History: Smothered in his childhood by a helicopter dad who filmed his life until age 8. Tortured for several years by his over-the-top babysitter, Vicky.
Timmy received Cosmo and Wanda as godparents at age 9 and later wished for them to have a baby named Poof. The joined him in many wacky adventures, helped him through school with a fairy-hunting teacher, and watched him save the world a time or 12.
Timmy’s godfamily remained with him for years (especially since Timmy secretly froze time for 50) before they finally parted ways a few months before Timmy turned 18. This left Timmy with memories of an imaginative childhood and encouraged him to get into writing fantasy novels and playing tabletop RPGs.
Personality: Timmy has always been an emotionally cautious kid. As a young child he was able to make a few friends, but after years of disappointment, secrets, and betrayal, he’s been wary of allowing new people close to his heart. Timmy has a very gentle view of the world and that’s been used against him in the past (by Remy in particular). He’s guided by his heart more than his head.
Introverted and a little shy, he often hesitates to initiate conversation. That said, he isn’t afraid of asking for help when he needs it. Until he was 8, Timmy was raised to have impeccable manners. He’s still quick to say “Please” and “Thank You” and tries to respect his elders... sometimes. Although cautious to share his feelings, he values the intimacy of being with someone you can trust completely, leading to his desperation to have a girlfriend.
Although Timmy can be oblivious (often selfish), he really does have a heart of gold. At his core, he’s incredibly kind. His first instinct is to defend himself since he doesn’t trust easily, but he’s also a sensitive child who tries to do the right thing... even if it means he doesn’t get exactly what he wants. He has a sassy tongue and a strong sense of shame; he’s much more likely than, say, H.P. to lie awake in bed thinking over his words and wondering if he should apologize for them. Prone to night terrors and sleep-wishing, especially when he feels guilty.
Timmy is very curious and likes to explore, but he requires high stimulation. He likes adventure, action, danger, and intense emotions. He knows what he wants and how to get it (which of course has resulted in him having little patience). Although he causes problems almost as often as he fixes them and he has a habit of shoving himself into other people’s business, he doesn’t want to hurt people (but will defend himself and his friends if it comes to it).
Timmy has a tendency to commit fundamental attribution error (i.e. perceiving actions as a result of personality, regardless of situation). He tends to back away from those he considers problematic and hesitates to give someone a second chance... but if he feels you’re willing to change, he’ll extend the hand of friendship- Befriending Mark is the most notable example of this, or his tentative willingness to forgive Vicky in “Snow Bound.”
As of “The Switch Glitch,” he’s tried to take a “Kill ‘em with kindness” attitude and not retaliate just because he has the power to. He isn’t the type to actively seek revenge... though he might read your diary and tuck away the info he finds for a rainy day.
He’s incredibly imaginative and clever. Despite his impulsive play habits and sometimes thoughtless wishing, he’s very good at strategizing- he creates detailed, oft complex plans (e.g. “Fairly Odd Baby,” “Fairly Oddlympics,” “Wishing Well,” “Cheese and Crockers,” “Shelf Life,” etc.) and pulls loopholes around when he can (e.g. “Wish Fixers,” “The Five Days of F.L.A.R.G.”). He also plans ahead out of paranoia that someone will sneak up on him (“Most Wanted Wish,” “Escape From Unwish Island”).
Deep down, Timmy knows he’s become reliant on his fairies and would like to develop better life skills... but he’s also become so accustomed to them, he has a hard time imagining what life would be like without.
Education: Attended school in Dimmsdale and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the basic subjects his classes covered during the frozen timestream.
Knows an extreme amount of random trivia like world capitals after decades of pop quizzes. Can tell you which countries border other countries, but struggles to identify them on a map.
Elementary School: Attended Dimmsdale Elementary and is extremely familiar with its layout and teachers.
Middle School: Thanks to his 50 years of repeated elementary education, Timmy was mostly prepared for middle school. He performed well in world history, science, and English, though new topics in math tripped him up. His biggest struggle was lack of motivation.
High School: Tim played on his high school soccer team, which helped motivate him to keep his grades up. After decades of familiar information, learning new material proved a struggle. Frequently comparing himself to Chloe and A.J. didn’t help.
Procrastination became a constant problem, leading to him staying up late and often falling asleep at his desk.
Further Education: Briefly attended community college before dropping out to care for Tammy and Tommy. On one hand he’s not planning to return since he doesn’t like school anyway... on the other he’d kind of like to finish what he started.
Favorite School Subject: World History

- Finish school someday so he can be a better elementary teacher than Mr. Crocker was
Beliefs:
- People and positive relationships are incredibly important
- Success is mostly hard work, not luck
- Kids have a lot to say and their views are as valid as adults’
- Animals are very intelligent and need to be treated kindly
- Imagination should be nurtured and appreciated
- You can solve any problem if you think and work hard enough
- Raising kids is a lot of work, but also a lot of fun

- Clowns
- Vicky
- Losing memories of his fairy family
- Long-term loneliness
Upsets:
- Frustrated by a lack of caring attention

Comforts: Doodling, reading comics, scrapbooking, talking about his feelings (Usually with his godparents, Sparky, or his therapist), playing with Sparky, exploring nature
Indulgences: Video games, drawing, and (from age 17 on) writing fantasy
EXTERNAL
Verbal Notes: Says “Hey!” and “Guys!” often; “Aaah!” is also common in his vocabulary. Constantly gives people nicknames, though he usually keeps them to himself (Cosmo and Wanda don’t know he thinks of them as Mr. and Mrs. Literal). Chloe is one of the few he calls nicknames out loud.
Timmy’s natural inclination is to say “Please” and “Thank you.” He often says what he thinks without realizing he might hurt his friends’ feelings, and that sass can ruffle feathers.
Despite this, he can be a bit of a smooth talker at times, especially when flirting. Timmy and Molly bonded over both being direct, blunt people (although this caused their relationship to suffer in the long run). Timmy’s charming gestures of affection and flirtation skill have won him girlfriends even if he is a little sassy around the edges.
Language: Speaks English fluently, took several years of Italian in school.
Physical Notes: Timmy has always been short for his age and wasn’t well-muscled in his youth. He mostly ran, played soccer, and swam for exercise. After dropping out of school to raise Tammy and Tommy, Timmy devotes more time to working out. He’s more muscular as an adult than he expected to be as a kid.
Handedness: Somewhat ambidextrous; favors left hand
Body Language: Often talks with his hands in his pockets, leaning back on his heels or adjusting his weight to one side. Has a tendency to look up while he’s talking. Quick to wave his hands to grab attention. Almost always makes gestures with both, not just one. Prone to twitches and is rather jumpy. As a young adult he often plays with his necklace.
Hair: Soft and scruffy; usually kept short, though he grew it long at ages 15-17 and had a crewcut at age 18
Teeth: Infamous buck teeth
Scars: A few random scars across his body from wishes gone wrong; the one he notices most is a long cut on the back of his right hand, which he picked up around “Abracatastrophe”
Tattoos: Three small shooting stars (Pink, green, and purple) on the inside of his right forearm; match the ones Chloe has on her left arm
Style: Casual; doesn’t come off quite like a nerd, but doesn’t come off quite like a jock either. Refuses to lose the necklace no matter how many times he’s teased about it.
Regular Clothing: Usually wears pink, though in later years switches his pink shirt out for a pink jacket. Sometimes ditches it and sticks with the white shirt, though carries the jacket from room to room with him.
Casual Clothing: A plain t-shirt, usually pink or white.
Nightwear: Favors blue striped pajamas. Occasionally wears pink or white ones.
Formal Clothing: Prefers white suits (the fancier the better) with pink accents, though mint green or purple are alt favorites.
Height: 5′3″ (Shorter than average)
Hygiene: Excellent oral hygiene; average hygiene where all else is concerned. He rarely brushes his hair. Prefers showering before bed over showering in the morning, especially since he often works out late in the day.
Morning Schedule: Timmy wakes up about 7:00 every day, has breakfast, and heads to school or work. Sometimes he’s up even earlier.
Typical Day Schedule: When he first dropped out to care for Tammy and Tommy, he didn’t have a job (or consistent schedule) and his day mostly revolved around caring for them.
Evening Schedule: Once, Timmy preferred spending afternoons with his godparents and playing video games in the evening.
Since dropping out, he no longer has to do homework and tries to spend time with Tammy and Tommy. Living with his parents has been a blessing in that respect since some evenings they can all play board games together.
Sleep Schedule: Stays up late working on homework and only sometimes crawls into bed. Sleeps as late as he can and throws himself together in the morning, leaving just enough time for a cereal breakfast. Living with Molly helped him focus, and she’d usually wake him if he drifted off at his desk.
PERSONAL
Timmy’s Family Tree: HERE
Relationship Status: Dates and then cohabits with Molly for several years; spends part of his adult life as a single dad. Eventually marries another woman (giving Tammy and Tommy a step-mom) and he fathers another girl
Ideal Relationship: Timmy needs to feel loved, appreciated, and important, and wants a partner who isn’t embarrassed to hold hands with him in public, or introduce him as “my boyfriend.”
He’s affectionate. Having someone he can openly flirt with and kiss in front of his friends would be ideal. Timmy likes all kinds of food and would hate to date a picky eater (especially since he loves spontaneous outings).
He has a history of going for girls with long, dark hair.
Sexuality: Definitely questioned his identity a lot over the years before concluding he doesn’t want to pin a definitive label on himself and that’s that. He’s very “go with the flow.”
Intimate History: Molly was his first “official” girlfriend, and they cohabited for several years in their early adulthood. In that time, they had both Tammy and Tommy. He always remained faithful to Molly and didn’t engage in any one-night stands even after their break-up.
Though out of the dating game for a few years due to being a single dad raising two small kids, he eventually picks himself up again in the hopes of getting married someday.
Turn-Ons: Spontaneity. Timmy is a bit of an adrenaline junkie and likes to be kept on his toes- He’s easily bored by predictable dates.
He finds holidays such as Valentine’s Day and anniversaries romantic only so long as they promise an exciting day; if his partner acts like they’re some boring obligation, he’ll be miffed.
Children: Tammy Wanda Turner, Tommy Gary Turner, Addison Alexis Turner
Father: Thaddeus “Dad” Turner
Grandfather: Trevor “Pappy” Turner
Grandmother: Teryl Turner (née Jackson)
Aunts: Great Aunt Gertrude (“Power Mad”)
Uncles: Tyler “Ty” Turner
Cousins: Vivian “Viv” Turner, Roy Raskin
Notable Ancestors: Ebeneezer Turner (Early original settler of Dimmsdale)
Mother: Dominika “Mom” Turner (née Vladislapov)
Grandfather: Vlad Vladislapov
Grandmother: Gladys Vladislapov
Aunt: Anabel Kane (née Vladislapov)
Cousin: Kimmy Kane
Fairy Godfather: Cosmo Julius Cosma
Met June 3rd, 2001
- A godfather Timmy can goof around with! They play a lot of video games, read comics, and chat about love.
Fairy Godmother: Wanda Venus Fairywinkle
Met June 3rd, 2001
- A godmother who keeps Timmy on track! He loves her dearly and has gotten into sneaky hijinks with her on many occasion.
Fairy Godbrother: Poof Nebula Fairywinkle-Cosma
Met February 18th, “2008”
- Timmy has very positive feelings towards Poof, who loves him too.
Godsister: Chloe Carmichael
Met March 1st, 2004
- Timmy and Chloe see one another as step-siblings. Their relationship was rocky in the beginning, but it blooms into a friendly step-sibling-like relationship over the years.
- They’re very close friends from middle school through adulthood, even if they bicker.
Dog: Sparky
- Met March 8th, “2053”
- After Timmy parts ways with his fairy godfamily, Sparky remains by his side for many years (albeit under strict orders to keep his mouth shut).
- During Timmy’s teen years, he gets into hunting with Sparky as his faithful companion.
Girlfriend: Molly Gwendolyn Oakes
Met June 17th, “2011”
Mother of Tammy and Tommy while they cohabited
Endgame Spouse: Presumably Tootie or Trixie, but left up to reader interpretation
Mother of Addy, whom she was pregnant with during the epilogue of “Channel Chasers.”
Other Important Relationships: Timmy maintains his friendships with Chester and A.J. into his adult life, and even begins to see Sanjay as a good friend too (particularly after Sanjay marries his cousin Kimmy). Elmer’s in there too, but he’s got his own... thing... going on. Timmy and Remy aren’t particularly close, but they have strong memories of each other due to fairy shenanigans.
Around Season 6, Jorgen, H.P., and Anti-Cosmo took a strong liking to Timmy and competed for his attention in silly and increasingly stressful ways, leading up to “The Fairly Oddlympics.” He’s their neutral party and they think he’s cool (deep down under how annoying they find him in general).
After Timmy got into hunting, he and Chester bonded over this and it became their “guy” activity (with Timmy’s Pappy and Chester’s dad onboard and A.J. sometimes trailing behind with gadgets and a bit more reluctance). Timmy’s also gone hunting with Hadley Harrington and Dale Dimmadome, who both come from families big on hunting.
- Hadley and Timmy aren’t incredibly close, but they consider each other acquaintances or even friends. Timmy was always unwishing Hadley’s wishes in his younger years since she didn’t care to do so herself, even if they led to chaos.
He mocks Crocker on occasion, but after parting ways with his fairies, sees him more as a quirky teacher than a threat, and ends up on average friendly terms with him.
Timmy eventually makes his peace with Vicky, even attending Doidle’s funeral (“Bones”). He maintains a fond friendship with Mark, although sees him less and less as they grow older. He also befriends Kevin over time, especially once he begins dating Molly since Kevin and Molly are step-siblings.
Timmy dates both Trixie and Tootie at different points during his adult years following his break-up with Molly (Along the Cherry Lane) and presumably marries one of them in the end. Or maybe he marries Veronica; who knows?
TRIVIA
- He lives at 1010 Cobbler Street. Chloe lives at 1011.
- His favorite sport is soccer, which he’s played since he was 7; he continues playing in high school.
- His relationship with his parents improved a lot once he was old enough to attend events with them. As an adult, he often watches movies and plays board games once his kids are in bed.
- He’s a scrapbook keeper (“Abracatastrophe” and “Imaginary Gary”).
- During his teen years, he taught himself a lot of sleight-of-hand magic tricks and is pretty skilled at them.
- He’s allergic to sauerkraut (“The Fairy Flu”) and oranges (“A Bad Case of Diary-Uh”).
- His aunt Gertrude (“Power Mad”) is actually his great aunt (“77 Secrets of ‘The Fairly OddParents Revealed’”).
- His childhood phone number is (323)-555-9597 (“Boys In the Band” along with the assumption that Dimmsdale shares Hollywood’s area code in reference to the Dimmsdale sign on the hill).
- His childhood locker number is 110 (“Power Pals”).
- His Squirrely Scout troop is Troop 13 (“Girly Squirrely”).
- The license plate on the Turner station wagon says RO32TH (“Mooooving Day”).
- Incredibly proud of his perfect attendance streak (“Timvisible”). Deep down, he does care about school and hard work... He just also lives in a world where he wasn’t making progress for 50 years and neither his parents nor teacher respected or congratulated his efforts.
- His secret talent is stunning his 5th grade students with his rapid yet detailed whiteboard drawings. Loves using his art as a teaching aid. His classroom is full of posters he and Molly designed.
- Due to spending so much time with his godparents, Timmy has picked up a few of their magical immunities, like being more resistant to pain than non-godkids. For example:
He’s more acrobatic than average (and much more difficult to kill).
He can’t get paper cuts, stub his toe, slam his funny bone, and it doesn’t hurt if you yank his hair.
When he’s itchy, he has to scratch his skin much harder than normal in order to find relief.

Marries Kevin Crocker once they have their own place
Occupation: University professor and field linguist

BACKGROUND
Self-Perception: A supportive, loving, and genuine person who isn’t afraid to put herself out there and wants to see everyone around her succeed at their dreams (even if it means sacrificing her own)
Alignment: Lawful Good -> Neutral Good
MBTI: ENFP
Deadly Sin: Wrath
Heavenly Virtue: Charity
Love Language: Acts of service
Reinforcers: Making people smile; watching someone she helped improve her life; blue ribbons, plaques, and trophies; applause
History: Chloe was born to Clark Dinkleberg and Connie Carmichael, who never were good at settling down; they’ve never been married and she was a surprise. She spent her early years moving frequently, curious and enthusiastic about the world around her (much to her nervous’ parents dismay).
As she grew, Chloe realized how much her parents love nature and began to wonder if her birth got in the way of their adventuring. They didn’t seem to love the city like she did... Was she dragging them down? Thoughts like these make up the core of her anxiety; deep down, Chloe will always suspect her parents see her as a burden and don’t love her as much as they claim.
Chloe made a few friends in school, but they always seemed to lose interest before long (unable to keep up with her energy). A string of pushy and chaotic attempts to “do good” and “right wrongs” cost her the rest of her friends, earned her the frustration of her parents, and immediately became the most humiliating experience of her life... and on top of that, it aired on TV. A distraught Chloe collapsed in on herself. She kept to her room as much as possible, and it wasn’t long before her parents discussed plans to move to Dimmsdale.
Chloe’s misery tripped the sensors at the godparenting agency, but although everyone agreed she deserved a fairy godparent, there wasn’t one available. On top of that, the “One Godparent / One Godchild” Act (Whimsifinado v. Fairy Court) had just been passed, which would allow the Pixies to be godparents in the absence of available Fairies.
- See also, @zachbrightside’s “Big Fairy Share Scare” rewrite, In Over My Head.
Personality: Chloe is constantly motivated to chase her dreams, help others chase theirs, and live each day to the fullest. She’s always full of energy... which is why she has a history of burning through her friends. Chloe’s can-do attitude leaves a lot of people exhausted, and even Timmy needs breaks from her now and again. Kevin, however, finds her to be a bright spark of positive energy in his otherwise dreary existence, so they get along well.
Although Chloe loves her parents, her relationship with them is strained, especially when she’s older. Her parents have a tendency to control her, and that really ramped up once she left the house and Clark and Connie couldn’t monitor what she was doing.
Chloe often finds herself tripping over her feet for them, calling several times a week even if she has to be up at 2 AM to make the time zones work.
As she grows, Chloe questions more and more of her parents’ rules. When she moved out, the first thing to go was her vegetarian diet, which was always more about pleasing them than because she wanted it for herself.
She’s not exactly no contact with her parents, but... Timmy and Kevin both wish she would be.
Although Chloe considers herself a genuine person and a loyal friend, many people see her as desperate and clingy (especially when she ran for student government in high school). What people don’t realize is that Chloe is much too oblivious to social norms to ever be inauthentic. She isn’t about to change herself to fit in, and has the tearful therapy sessions to prove it.
Chloe doesn’t like to admit it, but she has an enormous ego. She truly believes she can be the best at anything she puts her mind to, and when she meets an expert, she’s motivated to be the one who finally outmatched them; she’d be shocked to lose a science fair to Jimmy Neutron or a ghost-catching contest to Danny Phantom, regardless of how much experience they possess. In her youth especially, she believed positivity could always take her to victory. She’s still unlearning that idea as she’s grown.
Despite her ego, Chloe struggles with self-doubt and frequent anxiety attacks. She’s a perfectionist at heart to the point of procrastination and paranoia, and has more meltdowns than she’d like to admit... and she doesn’t like admitting any of them, even to Timmy. Her parents generally ignore her when this happens, assuming she’ll “calm down” and “figure it out” (“Booby Trapped”).
Chloe’s natural defense mechanism is denial. It worked as a kid, but as her world awareness has grown over the years, she’s tried denying things more and more. Cosmo and Wanda have been a stable force in her life, helping her overcome her naivety and recognize red flags in others and the faults in herself.
Every day, Chloe breaks away from her sheltered past a little more. She strives to be caring to all and wants to be there for others just like Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda were there for her when she needed it most. She’s very grateful for her sweet husband... even if he IS an oddball.
Education: Attended some elementary school in Seattle, Washington during the frozen timestream and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the basic subjects her class covered.
Elementary School: Moved to Dimmsdale, California in 2004 and attended Denzel Crocker’s class, where she met Timmy. Pathological lying kicked in hard around this time as she longed for affection she didn’t receive from her parents, not to mention friends to fill the void left by those she’d upset in cities prior.
Middle School: Performed well in school and was well-liked by her teachers; stayed close friends with Timmy. Socialized with others, but her naivety caused her to make friends with people who spread rumors behind her back.
Chloe hid her increasingly poor eyesight from her parents (denying everything), but in the end they discovered the truth and insisted she get glasses.
High School: Ran for student government in her second year and won the sophomore class president position. Went a little power crazy that year and was not re-elected. Focused on an abundance of extracurriculars instead, sometimes working herself to exhaustion.
Dated A.J. during junior year. Did not run for student government as a senior. She faced an increasing amount of rumors (having annoyed a lot of people during her power trip).
During junior year, rumors spread that Chloe was cheating on A.J. with Timmy (and that Timmy was cheating on his long-distance girlfriend with her). In senior year (after Chloe and A.J. broke up), the rumor was that Chloe’s “tutoring sessions” didn’t involve much tutoring at all.
Other criticism Chloe faced was that she was clingy, desperate, easy, and an overly controlling psycho girlfriend. Not the best four years of her life, but keeping in contact with Kevin via email made the world a little brighter.
Further Education: Obtained the schooling to become a field linguist; takes online courses for fun and collects certifications.
College was particularly stressful for Chloe, who found herself overwhelmed and unprepared for adult life. Suddenly straight A’s were a struggle and her parents’ disapproval haunted every waking moment. Chloe unfollowed A.J. on all social media - something she hadn’t done after their break-up - because every time she thought of him, she was wracked with extreme jealousy.
But in the end, Chloe did graduate (and her parents were there to see it, too!) If she isn’t in the field, Chloe emails her friends, calls her parents, and tries to think of people to visit.
She’s also employed as a university professor (and gripes to Timmy that his 5th grade students seem a lot smarter than those she assigns projects to).
Favorite School Subject: Chemistry
Least Favorite Subject: English (Enjoyable, but not challenging enough)
Had Fairy Godparents: February 28th, 2004 (Just before turning 11) - March 20th, 2011 (Just as she turned 18)
Favorite Wish: Wishing to be an adult (“Dimmsdale Daze”); despite the drama it caused, she considers it a very valuable learning experience

- Deadlines are motivating and when you beat them, you deserve a little treat
- Family is important, even if you have conflict
Fears:
- Oversleeping / Forgetting appointments
- Failure to meet expectations
- Being unlovable / Divorce
- Every cringey thing she’s ever done that she can’t forget
Upsets:
- Frustrated by disorganization / low effort
- Stressed when she realizes she’s running late
- Flustered when her parents confront her unexpectedly and she’s forced to explain herself on short notice
Comforts: Discussing her feelings with another person and receiving validation (a diary really doesn’t cut it), keeping things organized, long baths, sewing, painting, hot chocolate and movie night, learning new skills, lots of cuddles
Those languages she knows? Studied with care so she felt like she was accomplishing something despite her anxiety and meltdowns.
Indulgences: Having a free day to spend on herself without work or school, the occasional treat (like a cupcake or éclair), snuggling under blankets
EXTERNAL
Verbal Notes: Chloe’s voice is usually level and cheerful, though it spikes when she’s excited. When she’s especially thrilled, she’ll squeal and scream, often in someone’s ear.
Chloe tries to be uplifting, even when things aren’t going her way, but her patience has its limits. When pushed too far in a short amount of time, she’ll lose her temper and yell. Her raw emotion pour out, often hurting others’ feelings even after all the effort she’s put into being kind.
Chloe’s passion bleeds through when she talks, and you can tell when she’s not enthusiastic about an idea from how low her voice drops. She isn’t very good at flirting and her attempts to woo people usually come across as awkward and transparent.
Having grown up without close friends, Chloe can be a little socially awkward. In fact, the way she phrases her sentences can be weird in general, especially with her advanced vocabulary (“You are a strange and tortured soul” to a peer her age, or saying “resilient arachnid” to a group of children when talking about a spider).
One of Chloe’s quirks is using nouns as adjectives when she’s upset, such as “You are monster children!” She shares this trait with her mother (i.e. “You people are garbage people!”) Another quirk is making a statement, then adding another sentence to clarify what she meant. For example:
“I don’t believe in hate. I strongly dislike it, but I don’t hate it. Because as previously mentioned, I don’t believe in hate.” (“Blue Angel”)
“You look even more unstable than normal. Which is alarming.” (“Clark Laser”)
“I never should have suggested that you’d put tacos before our friendship! Although in my defense, it is kind of believable.” (“Tardy Sauce”)
Chloe rarely gives people nicknames (in teasing or affection). She’s always called Kevin “Kevin,” never “Sweetie” or “Honey.” Once Timmy asks to be called Tim instead, Chloe switches to that name even when some of his other friends (and Poof) continue calling him Timmy.
- On rare flirty occasion, Chloe calls her husband “Kevie.”
Language: Can hold basic conversation in 12 languages (though not all of them are human). These include English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Tagalog, American sign language, Dolphin, and Flightless Booby Bird...
... But not French, which A.J. teased her about while they were dating since he speaks French fluently.
Physical Notes: Chloe has always been a little taller than Timmy, though not taller than Kevin. She’s often too busy to make it to the gym, but she tries to at least go for runs around the neighborhood in the mornings or evenings. She’s also practiced tae kwon do for most of her life.
Handedness: Right dominant
Body Language: Waves her arms around, particularly when pumped up. Often holds her arms in front of her when trying to focus her thoughts or calm down. Lifts a single finger when she wants to say something or gather attention. Stares at her feet when embarrassed. Rarely crosses her arms. Always up for hugs and snuggles.
Hair: Has soft hair; prefers keeping it long (past her shoulders) but often ties it up
Teeth: Has a chipped front tooth; perfect teeth other than that
Scars: As if her parents let her get scratched (Don’t tell them about her wild adventures with Timmy and Kevin)
Tattoos: Three small shooting stars (Pink, green, and purple) on the inside of her left forearm; match the ones Timmy has on his right arm
Style: Likes to wear “funky” things; loves eccentric outfits but has to tiptoe around her more conservative parents. Loves patterns that have lots of curves and detail in the designs.
Regular Clothing: Takes pride in a clean appearance and tries to dress nice, often in a dress or button-up shirt
Casual Clothing: Yellow short-sleeve shirts (and mom jeans)
Nightwear: Usually wears pale pink; sometimes wears nightgowns
Formal Clothing: Loves short-sleeved dresses; prefers pastel colors
Other: Loves cosplay and sews her own outfits
Height: 5′8″
Hygiene: Excellent (and proud of it)!
Morning Schedule: Chloe wakes up around 6:15 each day, has breakfast, and heads to school or work. Sometimes she tries to run in the morning, grateful for warmer weather than what she grew up with pre-Dimmsdale.
Typical Day Schedule: As a kid, Chloe would tutor her peers after school, but as a college student she realized she had to dedicate most of her “free time” to studying. As a field linguist, Chloe spends her time at home organizing her research, and her time away meeting personally with the speakers of languages that are fading fast. She strives to help those she perceives as less fortunate than herself and open eyes to what help the people she meets with truly need.
She tries to complete at least one service project a month, such as cleaning the park or ocean. She volunteers her time at schools too and donates equipment to the Little League teams, doing her small part to make the community a better place.
Evening Schedule: Chloe likes to go to bed early and Kevin likes to sleep in late, so the two are most romantic in the early evening. Sometimes they’re so busy they don’t have much time together, so they try to make the little moments special- such as lighting candles and dimming lights for dinner.
Sometimes they bake a dessert together and swap stories about their week, then put on music or a movie and snuggle up. Just your regular ol’ cuties, neither of whom have poor relationships with their families or totally messed-up memories of their childhood...
Sleep Schedule: Chloe tries to be in bed by 10:00, though she’s rarely asleep before 11:00.
Kevin likes to stay up late reading, so Chloe’s had to adjust to falling asleep with the lamp on. She likes to sleep with her head on his arm or chest, and Kevin keeps his book where she can read it even though he knows her eyes are closed.
PERSONAL
Chloe’s Family Tree: HERE
Relationship Status:
Married to Kevin Crocker (Didn’t actually show up for her wedding, but that’s another story)
Wedding Anniversary: June 10th, 2016
Ideal Relationship: Chloe needs a relationship where she can be her authentic self without criticism. She doesn’t need fiery passion or flashy displays, but she definitely needs caring affection. She wants someone she can laugh with and snuggle up to in cozy pajamas. A love for animals and the outdoors are a must.
Sexuality: Loves everyone (That’s no secret); has a hard time recognizing sexual attraction since she’s always struggled to make friends and interprets her feelings as a longing for friendship.
That said, Chloe does lean towards social outcasts or anyone else who seems mysterious and brooding sad. Chloe needs someone who grounds her, and Kevin did just that.
On paper, she’s demisexual. Timmy doesn’t understand why this was thrilling for her to discover and didn’t have much to say when she came out to him, but Chloe clings to it as something she finds important about herself; she values listening to her heart. She identifies closely with the asexual community; she’s felt attraction towards very few people in her life and likes reading and engaging in this mysterious world her parents don’t understand.
Kevin doesn’t totally get it either, but he baked her a color-coded meal when she came out because he has two thumbs and loves supporting his girlfriend.
Intimate History: Has been sexually intimate with only one partner: Kevin Crocker (though she did snuggle and kiss A.J. while they dated).
Turn-Ons: Chloe has a high threshold for arousal, so she’s happy just spending time with Kevin.
Cuddles are an absolute must with her, and she loves spending hours under the blankets with him, just resting her hand on his chest beneath his shirt (Gotta have the shirt or it’s not fun!) and feeling his fingers comb through her hair. That kind of touch satisfies her more than an hour of passionate kisses ever could.
Chloe is cautious and values security; she needs to feel confident that she’s in a lasting relationship with someone who’s interested in her for who she is, not just what she brings to the bedroom. The key here is opening with compliments, then moving to dirty talk while progressing very slowly with physical touch.
Father: Clark Dinkleberg
Grandfather: Jack Dinkleberg
Grandmother: Pauline Dinkleberg (née Charleston)
Uncles: Sheldon and Robert Dinkleberg
Mother: Connie Carmichael
Grandfather: Max Carmichael
Grandmother: Heather Carmichael
Aunt: Nicole Carmichael
Fairy Godfather: Cosmo Julius Cosma
Formally met March 2nd, 2004
Fairy Godmother: Wanda Venus Fairywinkle
Formally met March 2nd, 2004
Fairy Godbrother: Poof Nebula Fairywinkle-Cosma
Met May 15th, 2004
Godbrother: Timmy Turner
- Formally met March 1st, 2004
- Timmy and Chloe see one another as step-siblings. Their relationship was rocky in the beginning, but it blooms into a friendly sibling relationship over the years.
Ex-Boyfriend: Archimedes Breen Jr. (A.J.)
- Met March 1st, 2004
- Became good friends in middle school; went on several dates in high school. Were an official couple for a year
Husband: Kevin Quinton Crocker
- Met May 17th, 2004
- Married June 10th, 2016
Foster Child: Foop
- Foster kid/adopted kid disguised as human for a lifetime. Hmm...
- See also, “You’ll Never Know”
Other Important Relationships: Friends with Chester and A.J. (though not as close with them as Timmy is). Gets along well with Kimmy (Timmy’s cousin) and her husband, Sanjay.
Enjoys the company of her sister-in-law, Molly, even though they rarely agree on anything. Molly resents Chloe a little (Molly being jealous of how happy Chloe seems to be and how perfect her life appears), but Molly hides this as well as she can (knowing how important Chloe is to Timmy).
Chloe has anxiety that Molly doesn’t like her, but both Kevin and Timmy assure her that Molly is “just a bit blunt” or “rough around the edges.”
Has a good relationship with Mrs. Crocker and a mostly positive relationship with Mr. Crocker. She always calls Anti-Cosmo “Mr. Foop’s Dad” and Anti-Wanda “Mrs. Foop’s Mom.” She’s on very bad terms with Pixie World (See also, “This Is a Box”).
Chloe got along great with Cosmo and Wanda. Oddly, she and Poof always had a strained relationship, especially as time went on; her energy was a lot for his laid-back personality. I hear he always resented her for staying on with Cosmo and Wanda after Timmy lost his memories...
TRIVIA
- She lives at 1011 Cobbler Street. Timmy lives at 1010.
- Her signature is based on its appearance in the title card for “The Fair Bears.”
- Doesn’t do a lot of doodling (Too disorderly). Gets hung up about stray marks on her papers and prefers pencils over pens because of that.
- Her parents still boss her around as an adult. She tends to listen, much to Kevin and Foop’s annoyance.
- Not very coordinated when it comes to ball sports.
- Easily influenced by the media.
- Unironically likes pink and purple together.
- Not afraid to whistleblow. Will out your secrets for extra credit points or throw you under the bus in an attempt to excuse herself (See also, “Marked Man” and “Tardy Sauce”). This really hurt her relationships as a kid and is something she is still working to improve in her adult social life.
- Will always remember your allergies and keep them in mind when she brings snacks.
- Always carries a water bottle and probably has granola bars.
- Dances around her house when no one is watching and also when they are.
- No longer vegetarian as an adult. Even as a kid, she sometimes snuck meat behind her parents’ backs (See also, “A Sash and a Rash” and potentially “Chip Off the Old Crock”).
- Prone to schoolgirl crushes on those with power and elegance. Gushed over Anti-Cosmo as a kid and was not subtle about it. Kevin teases her for her supposed attraction to famous historical figures.
- Doesn’t know her middle names and neither do I.
- Her Squirrely Scout troop is Troop 13 (“Girly Squirrely”).
- Didn't show up to her own wedding.
- Due to spending so much time with her godparents, Chloe has picked up a few of their magical immunities, like being more resistant to pain than non-godkids. For example:
-> She’s more acrobatic than average (and much more difficult to kill).
-> She can’t get paper cuts, stub her toe, slam her funny bone, and it doesn’t hurt if you yank her hair.
-> When she’s itchy, she has to scratch her skin much harder than normal in order to find relief.

Reinforcers: Hyggekrog evenings, praise, attention from Wanda, his mother's love, his sons telling him he's a good dad
Personality: Cosmo has a very creative mind and always wants to find the upside to every situation... He isn't always in the mood to try, but he loves fun and loves when others have fun along with him.
As a kid, Cosmo had an open mind, a big imagination, and a lot of love to give. He adored his older brother even though Schnozmo found him a little tiresome and annoying. Nonetheless, the brothers got along in their early years.
Cosmo was a clingy mama's boy turned clingy husband- He loves Wanda and isn't afraid to say so. He loves Wanda and doesn't feel even a little guilty that she dumped Juandissimo for him, leaving her long-time ex-boyfriend - Technically her fiancé at the time - confused and brokenhearted. He loves Wanda and didn't care what that might do to Anti-Cosmo or Anti-Wanda... He loves Wanda. Everyone else just has to deal with it.
Cosmo is a caring father who tries to focus on emotional care, not just physical security. He takes time to speak to his godkids and his sons, asking how they're doing and trying to set them up for healthy solutions and social success. He's a little overconfident at times, offering his help for things he doesn't know the answers to. He enjoys feeling helpful and takes great pride in fatherhood and caretaking- He loves his kids very much.
As a godparent, Cosmo tries to keep kids engaged and show them that every day can be fun if you make time to play and goof around. This can certainly get out of hand - See also, the Not Study Game - but Cosmo wants nothing more than to make people laugh...
... If only he felt like he understood the difference between joking around and crossing a line.
Education: Mostly homeschooled during Spellementary and middle school, except for when he wasn't. He participated in a few on-campus activities, including school plays, but mostly kept near Mama Cosma.
High School: Attended Carl Poofypants High for his last 10 years; homeschooled prior that
Further Education: Fairy Academy - Godparenting
Favorite Magic Subject: Intro to Gravity Manipulation
Least Favorite Magic Subject: Special Cases of Da Rules
Favorite Non-Magic Subject: Applications of Quantum Mechanics
Least Favorite Non-Magic Subject: Physical Education - It may seem like physics, but it isn't as fun as it sounds
History: Cosmo entered the Cosma family at a difficult time. His father’s addiction to gambling and unfortunate early death left them deep in debt to Big Daddy Fairywinkle, his restless brother Robin was starting to get into trouble, and his mother fought every day to hold them together as a happy family.
Cosmo was born with a mutation that left his magic unstable, and actually leaves him unable to channel magic at all if he doesn’t regularly drink the hormones present in Fairy nursing milk. He keeps a baby bottle-shaped thermos on hand at almost all times just in case he needs a recharge. Though not the first to show the mutation, he quickly became the most recognized when he caused chaos and destruction throughout Fairy World as a child.
Cosmo has been in and out of trouble with the Fairy Council his entire life. After accidentally killing hundreds during his Terrible Twos and prompting the No Fairy Babies mandate, he was just as infamous as a child in Fairy World as Poof is adored. Which means the Fairy Council had (and still has) very few qualms about using him as a pawn when Anti-Cosmo arrived on their doorstep to beg the mandate be lifted so he may father an heir. But, that was a long time ago, and he’d rather you didn’t make him revisit those memories...
Growing up, Cosmo liked to play outside, but was always under his mother's eye. Even so, he learned to skateboard, played with neighborhood kids, and did okay in school. He begged to get a job and saved his own money to get a car, which he named Darla (and whom he cares deeply about).
- Prompt #70 - "Repeat" - opens with teen Poof begging to drive Darla to sports practice and Cosmo hesitant to let him go.
Cosmo was an avid reader in his younger years before Fairy World’s (and his mother’s) extreme preference for brawn over brains made him feel stupider and stupider until finally he gave the hobby up... as far as you know. His lack of physical strength got him bullied frequently as a child, so his mother pushed him to train at the Fairy Academy.
He’s never been the brightest, but because he’s always been fascinated with stars, politics, and energy sources, he can tell you a lot about all three (in his meandering Cosmo-ish way).
He met Wanda during their adolescence, sold Darla to pay for her medical bills after accidentally running her over, and has been smitten with his sweet little wildflower ever since. And as luck would have it, Darla ended up in his hands once again.
Of course, even Cosmo has his secrets. Though extremely self-conscious any time he’s caught reading (even by Wanda), he still spends his free time writing. He’s published multiple books about complicated aspects of the magical world (such as gravity manipulation, fairy biology, and the Big Wand) translated into layman’s terms, in addition to several children’s books. Picture books for kids are his personal favorite.
He’s dabbled in political criticism and has played a more influential role in that field than he wants to believe. Since hints of his political alignments are sprinkled across his works, many are shunned from schools. His picture book How the Honeybees Say Goodnight is completely banned almost everywhere in Fairy World, while Pixies and Anti-Fairies adore it.
Cosmo sees his books as innocent and finds Fairies’ reactions very confusing (they only contribute to the negative way he sees himself and his mind). He struggles with more self-deprecating thoughts than he likes to let on.
All good things must come to an end, especially when Cosmo is involved. When revolts broke out in Fairy World (after the War of the Angels) and stuck-up, eggheaded, pro-Anti-Fairy know-it-alls were under fire, Cosmo panicked. He immediately destroyed most of his writing and changed his focus in school from Astrophysics to Godparenting.
He’s been cowering on the outskirts of Fairy World in self-inflicted exile ever since, lying low in Wanda’s shadow and maybe, maybe playing a little dumber than he really is. Just a little, of course. I wouldn’t suggest asking him about those books… or too much else about his past. Who are Westley and Nixie? ... No one you need to know, I'm sure.
- See also, Prompt #121 - "Told You So" and #70 - "Repeat"
While his past was wrought with fear, self-loathing, and bouts of depression, Cosmo is actually doing well for himself nowadays, for the most part. Always an introvert, he loves to study and write about the stars and spend time with his wife. He actually knows a lot about politics, electricity, outer space, and the ins and outs of wands and magic. Most godkids just don’t ask.

EXTERNAL
Verbal Notes: Long, run-on sentences. Cheerful in public but passive-aggressively savage to people he doesn’t like. Often obsessed with being “the fun one” since that’s what seems to win him love. Not one to swear, or to sit quietly while others swear with in his earshot.
Language: Not one to swear, or to sit quietly while others swear with in his earshot. Speaks Snobbish fluently; knows some Lialia as well as a few words of Elrulian.
Physical Notes: His stomach acid can dissolve metal and his saliva can disable magic locks. His nose is disguised with magic; he actually has a long nose like his brother ("The Boy Who Would Be Queen").
Cosmo has wider hips than Wanda does. Post "Fairly Odd Baby," he has noticeable stretch marks around his pouch and abdomen.
Handedness: Right dominant
Body Language: Has an aura of being both a supervisor and ready to play, more like a daycare employee than a full-time parent. Lots of widespread arms or hands propped on hips. Hands-on-hips is his go-to, though he sometimes crosses his arms when frustrated.
Hair: Natural green, usually in two large scruffs. It was a single scruff in his youth and slowly morphs to three as he ages. As with Anti-Cosmo, I draw Cosmo with a 'C' tuft in the back of his hair. However, Anti-Cosmo's usually remains in the C direction while Cosmo's follows the position of his head.
Teeth: If you looked at them closely, you'd be able to tell his are sharper than a human's and designed for eating meat. His are tough enough to resist his acidic saliva
Wings: Common fairy wings mirror the globe skimmer dragonfly, granting their subspecies the unique ability to fly backwards. In line with common fairy marital tradition, Cosmo has three subtle commitment notches in his wings, mirroring the three punctures in each of Anti-Cosmo's wings.
Make-Up Products: Pancake face and blush ("Nega-Timmy").
Scars: Small, random ones from a few injuries, especially during the war. Has a subtle turtle mark on his neck that reflects a magical symbol Anti-Cosmo has (from being the mortal host of the Water spirit, Sunnie). For the same reason, you can faintly see the mark of the Water year branded into the underside of his left wrist. Cosmo has a very blatant star-shaped scar over his midsection from his fagiggly gland transplant ("The Gland Plan").Tattoos: Several colorful stars on his right hip, representing his kids.
Style: Dresses nice, blending his own desire to "do something right" and Mama Cosma's desire to see her boy looking nice. Cosmo could poof his buttons up with magic, but he likes the effort of getting out of bed and doing it by hand. When he's done, he's ready to eat food, which keeps him from lying in bed too long.
Overall, he leans towards cleanliness and things that take a little thought to put on, like dresses with corsets and ties. It's nice to feel accomplished and enjoy showing off! Tries to avoid skirts on the job due to hovering above godchildren.
Regular Clothing: White button-up shirts, black slacks, black tie
Casual Clothing: Checkered button-up shirts, tank tops, or hoodies- Rarely T-shirts
Nightwear: Striped top-and-bottoms with button-up shirts and a matching nightcap
Other: Favors trunks for swimwear
Height: 3′6″ (Average for a fae)
Hygiene: Pretty good- Cosmo keeps his face clean for easy make-up application and does a decent job washing up. He keeps his teeth clean, not wanting to disappoint the Tooth Fairy.
Morning Schedule: Wake up before godkids if possible (For breakfast), but breakfast can be eaten throughout the day as needed. Be attentive- Ready to play and make suggestions!
Cosmo is usually awake earlier in the morning and later in the evening than Wanda, so she likes her blindfold. Cosmo often gets Poof and Dusty ready for the day (Or did when they lived at home).
Typical Day Schedule: Hang out with his godkid and try to make every day a unique, fun adventure! On occasion, Cosmo visits his mama, but he tries to do so early in the day (Sometimes while godkids are at school). Mama Cosma blatantly tries to keep him late to throw off his intimate time with Wanda, which Cosmo is oblivious to.
Evening Schedule: Hang around godkid until curfew, then start to unwind. He and Wanda usually eat dinner when their godkids are still awake, but a late meal is sometimes necessary.
Wanda often gets some godparenting paperwork done while Cosmo relaxes with his books or coloring stuff (Plus a candle, cozy pajamas, and a hot chocolate). They often snuggle, but usually sleep in separate beds.
Being members of the common fairy subspecies, Cosmo and Wanda come into heat for 18 months every 500 years. They're more flirty and sexual during that time, but more cuddly and less sexual when outside their heat.
-> See the Fairy Architecture post for info on the yidreamu- A special room in a Fairy house for mating, which is a big deal in Fairy culture (Given the long history of damsels dying afterwards)
Sleep Schedule: Light, restless sleeper, but usually sleeps pretty well despite that. Moves around and kicks a lot, so he and Wanda benefit from separate beds.

Ideal Relationship: Cosmo has a lot of self-doubt (and self-hatred) and wants someone in life who can support him without completely babying him (which pairs well with Wanda's love for taking charge). He enjoys Wanda as a steady, comforting presence in his life very much.
Sexuality: Romantically and sexually attracted to Fairies, especially those who play into overly feminine stereotypes for Fairy culture.
Attractiveness: Has extreme magical strength, which is very attractive in Fairy culture... and may play into why he was picked on throughout high school. Generally, Fairies see Cosmo as attractive, but "without the good sense to know how to use it."
He was very shunned by Fairies for writing books that went against traditional Fairy beliefs (such as proclaiming that stars are balls of gas rather than Fairies with wands) or for publishing political commentaries and pro-Anti-Fairy children's literature. The attractiveness definitely took a hit from that.
His disorganized set-up and frequent struggles with paperwork don't reflect well on him in Pixie culture. In Anti-Fairy culture, Cosmo's writing may attract attention, but his struggle to hold a stimulating conversation can cause interest to wane.
In general, Cosmo holds an air of mystery, distinction, and a sense of falling from grace. Some speculate a curse was put on him to take away his success (and brains). Others believe he fell from grace in the public eye, but his personality never changed. Still others believe the pressures of being turned on by society completely broke him, causing him to snap and change his life course.
Intimate History: Considers his first sexual experience to be with Wanda, not long after the War of the Angels ended.
- ... Wait. Is that right?
According to rumor, he once had a fling with [REDACTED], but don’t try talking to him about it... You probably won't get answers and will send him into a mental breakdown.
- See also, the "Sentry" arc, the Frayed Knots chapter "The Delicate Art of Fudging Truth," and/or Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Pixies
- First one has the mildest rating. Proceed with caution on the others.
Turn-Ons: Nice candles, cuddles, and playful teasing... Plenty of time for slow kisses and running his fingers in Wanda's hair. He tries not to pull it down since he really likes the way Wanda wears it up.
Cosmo and Wanda have a special game they play when they're in animal disguises, in which they really get into the roleplay and refer to one another by special animal terms. Timmy jumps any time he hears Cosmo refer to Wanda by the name for female dog.
During Cosmo's two pregnancies, they also flirted by bringing in words for baby animals like "Puppy," "Kitten," and silly ones they made up for inanimate objects. They flirt sometimes in animal form, and sometimes they don't flirt so much as groom each other and snuggle up.
Cosmo enjoys living every day of his life with Wanda and wouldn't do well in a long-distance relationship... That's for sure.

- It's worth noting that Cosmo and Wanda occasionally looked after Westley Periwinkle while he was growing up (Mostly when Blonda dumped him on them)
Celebrity Crushes: The Tooth Fairy; Blonda Fairywinkle
Blonda supported Cosmo a lot during a difficult time of his life. See also, Prompt #70 - "Repeat"
Current Love Interest: Wanda (Always and forever)
Other Important Relationships:
Juandissimo - Cosmo terrifies the man... They both know where they stand with each other, and Juandissimo keeps a mostly respectful distance away. Despite their mutual interest in Wanda, Cosmo doesn't mind Juandissimo as a person and considers him a peripheral friend; he even allowed him at his baby shower.
Anti-Cosmo - Needy, greedy, and always in the way. Let's not talk about it anymore.
Anti-Wanda - Cosmo doesn't mind her presence, though there's no question Wanda Prime is a better match for him romantically.
Foop & Smoky - Cosmo holds no clear ill will towards his counterpart's children. He considers them his nephews and lets them call him uncle, even tolerating Foop's use of "Uncle Idiot." He's babysat the boys a few times and does a surprisingly good job at mitigating their damage... I guess Mama Cosma rubbed off on him!
Jorgen - The focal point of many tough things in Cosmo's life, but they're distant cousins... And Jorgen's only rough because he cares. Right?
Emery - Head of the human godparenting division; Cosmo's boss. He gets along with her well enough, seemingly oblivious to Emery's blatant favoritism of him over Wanda (given that Emery is H.P.'s sister and their family has never gotten along well with the Fairywinkles).
Cupid - Not an easy guy to get along with, but his heart is usually in the right place.
Timmy - Cosmo's long-term godkid who's both a hard worker and a lover of fun! They get along great.
Chloe - Cosmo admires her for being herself and indulging in "childish interests" like little kid shows and toys. He connects with her really well and often talks her through her feelings, especially when her anxiety kicks up.
Crŏ̸̧̝̓̓̉͝͝ckę̶̜̯̊͌̀̀͛̓r - ... Confusing. The one that got away.....
Sanderson - While they aren't close, Cosmo crossed paths with Sanderson a few times throughout his high school visits to Pixie World's laundromat. They vaguely know each other, though Sanderson's more familiar with Anti-Cosmo.
W̸̢̮̖̹̫͉̱̄̽̕ę̶̜̯̊͌̀̀͛̓s̸̛̠̺̼̬̘͊̓͌͌̔̿̕͝͝t̴̢̻̹̰͍̫̫͕̄̿ͅl̷̨̩̘͍̩͑̀̆̈́̿ẻ̶̹̲͙̬̻̋̈́͒͗̿̋̚ÿ̴̧̛̰́̄͗̀ - They're not close, but Cosmo's always hoping for his success. He and Wanda looked after Westley a couple times in his youth.
S̸̗͓͑̔̓̾̑̈ḁ̴̢̦͋͗̐̈f̸̧̧̙̝̠̥̻̯̏̾͑͊f̶̢̫̈́̒̈́͝r̴̯̠̞͈̆͜ŏ̸̧̝̓̓̉͝͝n̸͉͓͓͇͇͚̒̈́̐ - ... I don't remember much...... Didn't Cosmo try to take custody of her kid or something?
N̶̖͚͎̰͖̙̏͒͘i̷̮͛̌ͅx̶̱̥̑̈́͒̅͐̚͜ḭ̴͚̓̾̊̀͛̔͋e̷͔̦̿- ... Maybe we don't talk about that one.
TRIVIA
- Cosmo’s middle name was revealed to be Julius in the printed comic “Baby Factory” (March 2007) and confirmed again in “77 Secrets of ‘The Fairly OddParents’ (Revealed)”
- Fought the Anti-Fairies in the war over godkids ("Balance of Flour").
- Can’t use magic if he hasn’t been drinking his milk.
- His signature was designed to look like it starts with K, as Cosmo often thinks his name does.
- I color his skin a little darker than Wanda's; it comes from his dad's side of the family.
- Has a Zappy award ("The Zappys").
- He’s allergic to potato skins (“Dust Busters”), peaches (“A Sash and a Rash”), and peanuts (“Squirrely Puffs”), but not cashews (“Clark Laser”).
- Preferred non-magical weapon is a slingshot ("Love Struck"). Coincidentally, this is also Anti-Cosmo's and Foop's weapon of choice ("Fairly Odd Baby" & "When L.O.S.E.R.S. Attack")
- He can also use a sword (and use his wand as a sword; "Best of Luck").
- He's a talented kazoo player ("77 Secrets of 'The Fairly OddParents' (Revealed)").
- His go-to password is Philip ("77 Secrets").
- According to "77 Secrets," his and Wanda's address while living with Timmy was 123 Fishbowl Lane, Timmy's Room, USA.
- Given Hazel's apartment number being 3 ("Fly"), he and Wanda likely live in apartment 2 or 4 (in City Lights AU).
- The list of books he's authored includes Astrophysics For Morons, Shiny Crowny Things For Morons, Conversations with Butch, and "Little Wands For Little People" ("77 Secrets").
- Extremely fascinated by fish; he finds that he gets really, really excited around them, completely unaware that this “excitement” is actually his dragonfly DNA having a heart attack.
- Likes elephants, even having an elephant-shaped bed when he was growing up ("Fairly Odd Baby"). Anti-Cosmo hates them.
- Leaves one of his childhood toys with every godkid (Rehoming all the stuff Mama Cosma spoiled him with).
- Likes reading his late dad's poetry books.
- Not great with painting his nails, so Wanda often does that for him.
- A decent cook, but excels in mixology. He can make the best hot chocolate you've ever had.
- Suspiciously good at picking locks.
- Constantly fighting postpartum depression.
- Wanda did most of Poof's and Dusty's nursing, but Cosmo loved bottle-feeding his sons. On rare occasion, they nursed on liquid magic from his stomach pouch (though Wanda has a pouch for that too and was usually the one to do so, leaving Cosmo to rest after giving birth).
- Though Timmy and Chloe lost their memories, he and Wanda check up on them the one day each year they're allowed to: every Midsummer's Eve (June 23rd, give or take). They keep tabs on a couple other godkids too, but Timmy isn't easy to forget.
- His love life is forever managed by politics, but we don’t have to talk about that.

Cosmo's arc in the 130 Prompts can be found in the Pink Train series on AO3. He appears in several multi-chapters such as Frayed Knots and Devil's Backbone, along with shorter stories like "See That Dust Fly" and "Bells on Bats' Tails."
Cosmo is one of the main protagonists of Devil's Backbone, alongside Blackwood and Anti-Poof. He's a notable character in Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Pixies as well, acting opposite Poof but not necessarily as an antagonist.
Notes:
🌃 City Lights AU - Dusty isn't alive during Hazel's time period, but since Fairies age very slowly, Cosmo and Wanda are still well within their prime when they have him; Dusty is still born in the year 3002.
It's weird for Peri, but his relationship with Dusty is a lot more positive in City Lights than it is in Cloudlands AU.

BACKGROUND
Self-Perception: A fun, energetic rebel who was forced to stifle that part of herself... After all, someone had to buck up and be "the responsible one."
Indisputably loyal, very caring, and knowledgeable about her line of work. Had a rough childhood and wants nothing more than to live a happy adult life of following her own heart.
Alignment: Neutral Good
MBTI: ISFP
Deadly Sin: Pride/Wrath
Heavenly Virtue: Charity
Love Language: Physical touch
Reinforcers: Cosmo's flirtations, a happy bedroom life, feeling motherly, the achievement that comes from helping godkids (and her actual kids) succeed in life, the peace of relaxing after her monthly godparent reports are off her plate for a few weeks more
Personality: You might not guess it by looking at her, but at her core, Wanda is a rebel who isn't afraid to push against tradition. She eloped, cut ties with the religious beliefs she was raised with, and isn't afraid to rearrange the set-up of things or commit to large redecorating projects, even in homes that aren't her own... or even if that home is as widely known as Mt. Olympus ("Freaks and Greeks"). She'll slam down her foot and speak her mind- and that's just scratching the surface.
Wanda tends to brace herself for pushback (or worse), but underneath her defenses, she's plagued by guilt and shame that have a stronger affect on her life choices than she wants to think about. She'd like to do things right the first time and feel secure knowing that people like and trust her, but this is sometimes at odds with her desire for personal freedom.
Wanda tends to subscribe to the idea that if she's harsh with herself first, it won't hurt as much if someone else says a harsh thing. She has many regrets about her past. She could be described as "trying to play most sides" and keep the peace between people she has no reason to hold onto, like Juandissimo.
In the background, she's also doing what she can to put on a happy face and keep her family connected, even when that means being cordial with Mama Cosma. As the eldest daughter, she believes it's partly her duty to keep her family connected- She's the one who reaches out, asks how people are doing, and knows her relatives by name. If it doesn't clash with her godparent work, she tries to attend important events (like weddings) or at least send gifts for notable birthdays (like turning 100 instead of 99).
Wanda largely believes Blonda doesn't care about keeping their family together and that she's "just being difficult." They have very different views of how accepted they are by their family and how much they want to play into traditional Fairy expectations.
-> For instance, Blonda is exclusively attracted to Anti-Fairies and faces disapproval from her family because of this. She's less willing than Wanda to "make nice with the relatives." Blonda will openly bring someone she's seeing to family dinner, which Wanda is very tense about (believing it's better not to make a fuss).
-> See also, Wanda opting to elope and live her life - even writing misleading letters home to her father - rather than trying to bring Cosmo into the Fairywinkle social circle.
Wanda's rebellious soul still beats, but it's been twisted by the longing to connect and be seen as a good daughter (on top of feeling obligated to take on household and childcare responsibilities, especially in godparenting).
With that sensitive (and perhaps clingy) nature in mind, perhaps it's no surprise that Wanda struggles to let go of things she enjoys. She's always looking forward to her next opportunity to write, enjoy her favorite meal, or do a craft. She's a bit of an impulse buyer (See "Mice Capades") and tends to hold onto things even if they're only useful for very specific situations.
She's more reliant on magic than she'd like to let on (Ex: Taking for granted that Fairies can poof between rooms and remarking that "Doors are for chumps" in "Truth or Cosmoquences"). In fact, taking things for granted is one thing she struggles with- For instance, believing that she and Cosmo were both on the same page about their anniversary in "Apartnership" and acting tense with Cosmo under the belief he thought they were celebrating their 'False Anger' anniversary.
She gets very wrapped in her head at times and doesn't always check how practical she's being (especially when it comes to trying to disguise herself as a human, only to immediately announce that she's 'married to a grilled cheese sandwich'- "Fairly Old Parent").
She also leans on magic for frivolous things, such as entertaining herself with a toy while juggling many responsibilities (such as Poof's care) in "Manic Mom Day," or summoning a fan to wave away a smell in "Transparents" despite Timmy having just reminded her that she needs to pretend to be human (and not use magic). While she isn't a hoarder, she's definitely a maximalist, which can likely be traced to growing up under Big Daddy's hand.
Wanda was taught by her father to trust her instincts. She’s quick to make decisions and tends to launch herself towards things that benefit her without a lot of planning, leading her to dump Juandissimo, elope with Cosmo, wipe out the dinosaurs, and grant a few impulsive wishes because “They could be fun!” without always considering the consequences in advance (like surprising Juandissimo with a break-up when he thought things were going great between them, cutting her family out of her life for 10,000 years, or the effects of eating nothing but dessert for months on end).
All that said, her instincts are mostly good. Millennia of godparenting have tempered her recklessness to unsteady responsibility, especially when it comes to motherhood (and especially when it comes to being Timmy’s godmother).
At her core, Wanda is a playful woman who marches to the beat of “What is best for me?” Her life is her own and she wants to live her best one without being pushed or pulled around too much. Da Rules and Jorgen are her master because they have to be, but in the end, Wanda is an independent woman who seeks her own happiness regardless of what an outsider may think is best for her.
She’ll boldly plunge with you into every dangerous adventure, but will also make sure you packed a good pillow for the trip and brush your teeth every night. She brought snacks.
Education: For the most part, Wanda worked hard in school and scored top marks. She went through a few rebellious phases, but Big Daddy always set her straight, reminding her of all she had to look forward to... or else.
Spellementary School: Wanda attended alone while Blonda was homeschooled, keeping up the illusion that Wanda was an only child... The perfect cover for a little thief, as far as Big Daddy was concerned.
Middle School: Wanda and Blonda both attended, though Blonda was made to live in disguise as a drake by the name Walter (at her father's insistence). Rumors began to surface that Wanda and Walter might be twins.
High School: Blonda finally rebelled against the Walter disguise, took the name Blonda, and dove into hyperfemininity. Wanda did her best to hang out with and support her sister while balancing her own education. They were pretty close for many years.
-> Wanda began dating Juandissimo when she was in high school. Anti-Cosmo was in several of her classes (Frayed Knots) and was assigned as her partner for her first trial godkid. Shortly after, Wanda formally met Cosmo and began to grow more interested in him over time.
Further Education: Fairy Academy - Wanda's attendance was interrupted by the War of the Angels, but she was able to return and graduate when the war was over. Wanda and Cosmo were assigned together for their first human trial godkid (Erg - 50,000 B.C.) and grew more familiar with one another.
Favorite Magic Subject: Advanced Shapeshifting
Least Favorite Magic Subject: Unicorn Riding
Favorite Non-Magic Subject: Creative Writing
Least Favorite Non-Magic Subject: Theater
History: Wanda and her twin sister, Wendy, were born into a complex family with complex rules. Their father ran a strict household and has a very messy life behind the scenes. He took advantage of having twins by dragging young Wanda into shady dealings (and keeping Wendy’s true identity hidden unless Wanda needed an alibi).
Despite their complex family situation, the girls always knew they were loved; Daddy doted on them, heard out every adolescent vent, and helped them find activities they enjoyed.
He supported Wanda's decision to pursue life as a godparent despite his own reservations that crossing paths with that many people can be unpredictable (and even dangerous).
He hovered around her a bit during her early years of training, but eventually backed off, content in the belief that Wanda was capable and could take care of herself.
Wanda's mother, Serena Fairywinkle (née Wildwisp), was a quiet, patient fairy who taught her daughters good manners, a variety of domestic skills, and instilled in them traditional Fairy beliefs (though Wanda no longer follows them). It wasn’t until their teenage years that the twins discovered Serena wasn’t their birth mother at all, and they’d been born of an affair their father had with a will o’ the wisp during his honeymoon.
Serena seems to put up with this for the sake of the family, but she isn't one to wear her feelings on her sleeve. She's a tough nut to decipher.
As is typical of elder twins in Fairy society, Wanda was notably favored by her father over Wendy. He gave her everything, insisted she help him at work, and encouraged her to grow up as the girl he envisioned she would be. This was difficult on Wendy, the shadow in a society naturally suspicious of lookalikes. As a result Serena favored her to ensure she received plenty of attention too.
This was tough on Wanda, who felt she had no one to turn to as her father shaped her into his idea of a perfect woman whether or not she wanted his values for herself. Wanda and Wendy remained close throughout their youth, but their father’s blatant favoritism, Wendy’s longing for the spotlight, and Wanda’s struggle to relate with her dramatic sister finally drove them apart.
Wanda still loved and valued Wendy and even invited her to her wedding when she eloped, but their relationship remained rocky up until “Blondas Have More Fun,” when they finally began repairing it. Their relationship today is better than it’s been for a long time.
Wanda's been struggling for years with her chocolate addiction... a dangerous thing to have when you're a species that gets inebriated after consuming too much sugar ("Power Pals"). She's been lying low since her elopement, so seeking Sugarholics Anonymous groups is risky business. Cosmo is a great support to her, especially during the times they were very much on the run from their parents.
Wanda's boss (Emery) and Jorgen keep a close eye on her... She's definitely not supposed to indulge too much around godkids, and her probation in "Where's Wanda?" was rough for a reason.
Overall, Wanda's managed herself pretty well in modern times. She still slips now and then - holidays like the Fairy New Year and Midsummer's Eve are especially rough with the party atmosphere - but she's pretty happy with how things are, all things considered.

EXTERNAL
Verbal Notes: Many sentences begin with "Well," "Uh," or "You see." She's much more likely to say "Hi" than "Hello." Wanda tries to lightly prompt people towards making good decisions, but believes in giving others the chance to figure their social situations out for themselves before she jumps in.
Some of her common phrases are "If you must know" and "Personally, I wouldn't let that slide." She also uses "C'mon," and "Cheer up" quite a bit.
Comes across as serious and is sometimes criticized for nagging. She tends to say what she's thinking, although she may take a moment to dress it up in nicer words. She knows what she wants and isn't afraid to communicate- Something that goes over all right in Fairy society, but leads Anti-Fairies to think she's incredibly rude.
Often calls godkids nicknames (Such as "sport" for Timmy and "squirt" for Hazel). Other favorites are "slugger," "scooter," "spike," "skipper," "scamp," "superstar," "turbo," "pumpkin," "peanut," "champ," "ace," "bucko," "buster," "tiger," "turkey," and "rascal."
She usually finds one that sticks for a person. They're mostly reserved for godkids, though she uses them for people in her social group on occasion. "Sweetie" is one many of her godkids hear and "Junior" is a special one for kids named after a relative.
After getting to know Anti-Cosmo in Frayed Knots, she starts calling him "scout."
More likely to swear than Cosmo, though she avoids doing so unless she’s extremely overwhelmed.
Language: Speaks both Snobbish and Lialia fluently (and Elrulian mostly fluently). Knows a bit of ceremonial Gaedeliac, but wouldn't be able to hold a conversation.
Physical Notes: Has thinner hips than Cosmo and some very notable stretch marks around her pouch (Nursing marks).
Handedness: Mostly ambidextrous; favors left hand
Body Language: Usually relaxed and ready to engage in learning and play, but with an underlying wariness about her. She often turns her wand sideways and curls in on herself when uncertain or trying to appeal to someone's better nature; she isn't quite as big and loud with her body as Cosmo is with his arms. Wanda commonly sets her hands on her hips or tucks them behind her back.
Hair: Naturally mousy brown; dyed fuchsia since she was young. I draw Wanda with a small "W" tuft.
Teeth: If you looked at them closely, you'd be able to tell hers are sharper than a human's and designed for eating meat.
Wings: Common fairy wings mirror the globe skimmer dragonfly, granting their subspecies the unique ability to fly backwards. In line with common fairy marital tradition, Wanda has three subtle commitment notches in his wings, mirroring the three punctures in each of Anti-Wanda's wings.
Make-Up Products: She dyes her hair Fabulous Fusciafest #7, and her favorite fragrance is called Wing It (See also, “77 Secrets of ‘The Fairly OddParents’”).
Scars: Small, random ones from a few injuries - especially during the war - but nothing incredibly interesting. Has a subtle bird mark on her neck that reflects a magical symbol Anti-Wanda has (from being the mortal host of the Sky spirit, Munn).
Tattoos: Small pink heart behind her left shoulder (Just above the place her wing connects). It mirrors a yellow one that Blonda has. They got these tats when they were teens. Wanda's considered removing hers a few times when she and Blonda fight, but she always ends up leaving it, unwilling to part with that memory of her sister.
Style: Neat, nice, but pretty simplistic. Likes going all-out to dress up for special occasions - like fancy dinners - but usually wears comfy clothes. Loves wearing yellow.
Regular Clothing: A yellow shirt and slacks. Sometimes the shirt is fancy and ruffled, other times its simple. Tries to avoid skirts on the job due to hovering above godchildren.
Casual Clothing: May throw on a comfier shirt or even a hoodie, usually in yellow, brown, or black.
Nightwear: Cozy pajamas, but sometimes a bathrobe.
Other: Likes bikinis and ruffled things for swimwear. Sometimes wears cover-ups and shawls too. Often wears gloves if an outfit allows it... Possibly a habit from her childhood thief days.
Height: 3′5″ (Average for a fae)
Hygiene: Very good- Wanda prides herself in research and can get pretty absorbed in reading up on skincare, teeth care, hair care, and so on. She takes care of her looks and health.
Morning Schedule: Usually sleeps a little later than Cosmo. Sometimes he makes breakfast - Usually bacon, if left to his own devices, or sometimes cereal - and looks after Poof. Wanda helps him once she gets up, then joins him in waiting for their godkid.
If their godkid is up early, Wanda will try to eat healthy snacks like fruit and granola throughout the day (and offer them to Cosmo too)
Typical Day Schedule: Accompany her godkid, trying to grant wishes, teach life lessons, and keep Cosmo out of trouble all in one.
Evening Schedule: Hang around godkid until curfew, then finish paperwork. Every month, godparents turn in reports on a child's happiness level, social experiences, wishes, and similar things.
Once she's done with paperwork, she can take a nice bath and then relax with Cosmo (Who's usually reading or coloring by then).
Sleep Schedule: A bit of a light sleeper. Prefers wearing a blindfold to help her fall asleep early and stay asleep later; sometimes uses face masks for skincare.
Cosmo is a restless sleeper, so he and Wanda benefit from separate beds. Wanda can be a bit snippy when she's tired, not wanting him to crawl into bed when she needs her rest for another long day of wielding the forces of the universe and cleaning others' messes, but sometimes she'll let him crawl under the blankets with her.
PERSONAL
- Wanda’s Family Tree: HERE
Relationship Status:
- Committed to Cosmo as of the Winter of the Muddy Topsoil
- Wedding Anniversary: The second Sunday of March each year
Ideal Relationship: Someone who can make her feel pampered and cared for after a long day of hard work... Someone who respects her need for personal space, but also likes to be around her.
Wanda doesn't enjoy doing mental gymnastics to "keep up" and doesn't like "keeping score." Her preference for being in control pairs well with Cosmo's desire for a partner who always has his back and can keep the world turning when he's in a slump.
Sexuality: Romantically and sexually attracted to Fairies... Might have a thing for youthful looks and muscles, but that's between her and us.
Attractiveness: Wanda is considered a well-rounded individual who meets high standards of attractiveness in both Fairy and Anti-Fairy societies. She appears to have the raw strength that Fairies value - and knows how to wield it.
Wanda's magic is actually stunted, but she uses a booster wand that covers for her natural weakness.
She's just book-smart enough to catch an Anti-Fairy's admiration without falling so much into the book-obsessed stereotype that it's a turn-off to most Fairies (who tend to value brawn over brains).
That said, Wanda is often perceived as more bookish than Blonda. Also, subtle differences in the way they wield magic play a role in Blonda seeming to be the "more attractive twin" in Fairy culture, despite the two having similar interests and magical prowess.
Intimate History: Dated Juandissimo for many millennia and cared for him deeply. Went as far as sharing a Year of Promise with him... a very big deal in Fairy culture.
Despite this essentially being an engagement period with a wedding expected shortly after, Wanda realized she couldn't deny her feelings for Cosmo any longer, and that she might actually be happier with him and the promise of adventure than in marrying the "safe option." Juandissimo didn't see it coming and Wanda does regret how long it took to split... which may be why she lets him hang around.
Wanda's parents always preferred Juandissimo, seeing him as a boy with a good head on his shoulders, but Wanda didn't let their approval stop her. She's been faithful to Cosmo ever since.
Turn-Ons: Wanda can be a little oblivious to flirting, but she does well when it's undeniably direct. She enjoys Cosmo's nicknames for her and a lot of his verbal flirting more than touch. She likes cuddles, but especially loves the build-up... like when Cosmo leans on her, whispers in her ear, or runs his fingers through her hair.
She also enjoys some of his drawn-out flirtation games (like leaving her cute notes) or when he pretends the way he brings her bath snacks or leads her towards their room is completely innocent. She can be won over by date nights full of dancing, emotional talks, and seductive whispers. The set-up really gets her smiling.
While Cosmo's known for his powerful magic, Wanda admires him with or without it... but it certainly doesn't hurt~
Father: Dusty Lloyd Fairywinkle Jr.
Grandfather: Dusty Fairywinkle Sr.
Grandmother: Ember Fairywinkle (née Jadewind) - AKA Nana Cadabra
Uncles: There are 10
Mother (Raised By): Serena Fairywinkle (née Wildwisp)
Grandfather: Riot Wildwisp
Grandmother: Grace Wildwisp
- Appeared in Prompt #32 - "Looking Back" as the teacher for the kids one zodiac cycle older than Poof.
- Both Poof and Foop call her Nonna and consider her a grandmother (Despite Foop being a separate species). Foop doesn't have the Anti-Serena in his life.
Mother (Biological): Kylia Swiftspark
Grandfather: Unknown
Grandmother: Unknown
Aunt: Kaitlin Swiftspark
Cousin: Kanin Caden Swiftspark
Notable Ancestors: Ilisa Maddington (The first will o’ the wisp)
- Kylia was a one-night stand and is absent from the lives of the Fairywinkles. None have a relationship with her.
Twin Sister: Wendy "Blonda" Fairywinkle
Sibling-In-Law: Who even knows at this point?
"Nephew": Westley Periwinkle
Husband: Cosmo Julius Cosma
Met: When he ran her over with his car ("Cosmonopoly"). Met him in a more formal location when he worked as a waiter at a diner ("School's Out! The Musical")
Sons: Poof Cosma, Dusty Cosma
Brother-In-Law: Robin "Schnozmo" Cosma Jr.
- Cosmo and Wanda occasionally looked after Westley Periwinkle while he was growing up (Mostly when Blonda dumped him on them)
Ex-Boyfriend: Juandissimo Luis Magnifico
- Still on good terms. He gets invited to parties, but Wanda avoids meeting with him alone.
- Has a not-so-secret crush on him even now ("77 Secrets of the Fairly OddParents (Revealed)")
Celebrity Crushes: No one she'll admit to
Current Love Interest: Cosmo (Her dear devoted)
Other Important Relationships:
Anti-Wanda - Rarely cross paths. Wanda has a lot of deep-seeded jealousy about the "freedom to live life without parental expectations" that she perceives Anti-Wanda as having. She overlooks a lot of Anti-Wanda's hardships (like being abandoned as a kid) and is easily frustrated when talking to her. Anti-Wanda has a way of getting under her skin. Wanda gets annoyed if you compare her country singing voice to her counterpart's.
Anti-Cosmo - Thinks he's a braggart with few morals; not his biggest fan. Wanda was assigned as Anti-Cosmo's partner during their early godparent days, as they both were in the study abroad trial program at the same time. They got through it okay, but not without tension. She also wasn't happy with him dating Blonda (and certainly doesn't like the ways he's messed with Cosmo's life since then).
Foop & Smoky - Wanda severely mistrusts and dislikes Foop, feeling that she's given him several chances and he needs to shape up. Smoky's smart mouth gets on her nerves. She has zero qualms about feeding them treats that put curses on them ("Fairly Odd Fairy Tales"). However, she sees them as nephews and allows them to call her Auntie Wanda.
In her mind, they're part of her extended family and she can't get rid of them, so she tolerates them as best she can. She's babysat a few times, but never enjoys it (and can be quite harsh in disciplining them, which is honestly justified). She likes Smoky's piano playing and taught him the basics of guitar. She puts up with Foop's tinkering, but tries to nerf his inventions.
Jorgen - A high-up she has to respect. Wanda doesn't like how rough he can be (or how he's treated Cosmo in the past), but deep down, he doesn't scare her. Jorgen's pushy and needy, but he'd never really hurt Big Daddy's daughter, and they both know it.
Emery - Head of the human godparenting division. Wanda suspects Emery has a grudge against her specifically (seeing as Emery is H.P.'s sister and the Fairywinkles have never gotten along well with their family). Wanda is very dutiful in completing her paperwork, determined to do everything on her end perfectly so Emery has no choice but to grudgingly admit she's good at her job. Take that!
In City Lights AU, Wanda suspects Emery assigned Peri a difficult first godkid on purpose just to see him fail.
Timmy - Her long-term godkid! Wanda does think Timmy can be spoiled from time to time, but she knows he has a heart of gold and that his mind is usually in the right place. She's proud of who he turned out to be.
Chloe - Wanda did her best to be a caring mother figure to Chloe, trying to treat her as a job without getting as caught up in her as she got with Timmy during the 50 years of frozen time. Chloe is a lot of energy and Wanda kept a bit more distance than Cosmo (Ex: "The Fair Bears"). Cosmo connected with Chloe more than Wanda did, despite her genuine efforts. Funnily enough, she and Poof are similar that way.
Crŏ̸̧̝̓̓̉͝͝ckę̶̜̯̊͌̀̀͛̓r - ... It's difficult. It's a shame things turned out the way they did. She doesn't remember him clearly, what with her memories scrambled by forget-a-cin, but she remembers enough to feel regret.
According to Crocker in "Looking Back," Wanda avoids eye contact even when she's a decorative item on Timmy's desk or bag... I feel like there's a missing piece to this story, but I can't put my finger on it.
TRIVIA
- Fought the Anti-Fairies in the war over godkids ("Balance of Flour").
- Her seasonal color palette is winter ("Apartnership").
- She's the reason dinosaurs went extinct ("The Really Bad Day!")
- Raised in a wealthy family, so she didn't worry about poofing from room to room (compared to someone like Cosmo who grew up using doors and public transportation to save money).
- Her phone (wand?) number is 555-8180 ("Dog Day Afternoon").
- Has two Zappy awards ("The Zappys" & "Blondas Have More Fun")
- Didn't really keep in contact with people from her high school graduating class after leaving school (Seeing as Cosmo convinced their class he and Wanda weren't married in "Truth or Cosmoquences").
- Absolutely terrible driver ("Transparents"). She and Cosmo rarely drive these days, but he's always the one who does. She doesn't even have a driver's license (despite Poof getting one as soon as he was able to).
- Despite eloping, she faithfully wrote letters home to her dad - occasionally visiting without Cosmo in tow - but often embellishes her life ("Talkin' Trash").
- Considers herself familiar with human culture and thinks she's excellent at blending in with humans. She is not.
- Loves pins. Her schoolbag (Seen occasionally in Frayed Knots) is covered in pins, especially ones for Fairy World landmarks.
- Went through a rebellious semi-goth, semi-punk teen phase. Learned to embroider and added many patches to her favorite jackets.
- She and Cosmo both like warm vacations, but Wanda has a soft spot for snow too. It's a little too cold and wet for Cosmo long-term, but he has a good attitude around godkids. She likes building forts and castles.
- She's trained in self-defense (Physically too, not just magically - "Playdate of Doom"). Big Daddy wasn't about to let his daughters leave home without protecting themselves.
- Skilled with a bow and arrow ("Odd, Odd West").
- Thinks she's attractive with a beard ("The Fair Bears").
- Not a big fan of camping ("Girly Scouts" & "Goldie-Crocks and the Three Bears").
- Will sometimes follow Cosmo's suggestions without even questioning them ("Girly Scouts" and "Patty Possum's Party Playground").
- Wanda nursed both Poof and Dusty (both milk from her breasts and liquid magic from her pouch). Cosmo also pouchfed his magic on occasion, but Wanda often volunteered so he could recover after giving birth and so she could bond with her little sons. She was often exhausted, but grateful for the opportunity.
- She's a very talented speller ("77 Secrets of the Fairly OddParents (Revealed)").
- Skilled wandminton player ("77 Secrets").
- She can play the guitar and banjo ("77 Secrets").
- She's a country singer and has recorded an album called Big Daddy's Daughter. One of her songs is "Mommas, Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Pixies" ("77 Secrets").
- In Cloudlands AU lore, Poof has the same patron dragonfly as Wanda (Not Cosmo). Considering he also has Fairywinkle pheromones, there's no denying those genes are strong.
- Though Timmy and Chloe lost their memories, she and Cosmo check up on them the one day each year they're allowed to: every Midsummer's Eve (June 23rd, give or take). They keep tabs on a couple other godkids too, but Timmy isn't easy to forget.

Wanda's arc in the 130 Prompts can be found in the Pink Train series on AO3. Beyond that, she appears in several multi-chapters such as Frayed Knots and Devil's Backbone, along with shorter stories like "See That Dust Fly" and "Bells on Bats' Tails."
Wanda makes most of her Frayed Knots appearances in Act 3, where she's seen dating Juandissimo throughout her teens. She does a trial godparent run alongside Anti-Cosmo and cameos during the war with the Anti-Fairies. She's also a notable character in Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Pixies, supporting Poof as best she can.

Bio: Robin Cosma Jr. was always closer to his father than his mother, which left him feeling abandoned and angry after his father’s death. Although he shared a bedroom with his younger brother (Cosmo) while living in their mother’s home, Robin never felt particularly close to him. Mama paid extra attention to her newborn son after losing her husband, so Cosmo became an instant mama’s boy. This caused her to pay even more attention to him. Meanwhile, Robin felt he faded right into the wallpaper.
Hurt and lonely, Robin spent the majority of his time living at school, visiting home on the holidays out of obligation before slowly cutting off his visits altogether. Being about 40,000 years older than Cosmo, their time in the same school didn’t overlap for long. Robin, too cool to be caught hanging out with his baby brother, avoided Cosmo as often as he could. Nonetheless, the nickname his supposed friends gave him - “Schnozmo” - has stuck to this day.
Shortly after losing his father, Robin began acting out for attention. He’d smuggle school supplies home and leave it out where his mother could find it, or swipe things from her room and dump them in the garbage. When that stopped prompting the reactions he was looking for, he began stealing from neighbors and roommates. He spiraled down his con artist path from there, smooth-talking his way out of trouble and growing smoother every day.
Never one to settle down, Schnozmo flits from place to place, staying briefly and keeping his head low. He goes through new aliases almost as quickly as socks. Some centuries he can’t afford the bill for his wand and goes without magic entirely.
He’s juggling multiple girlfriends, all of whom believe they’re his one and only. He and one such girlfriend - Ingrid - unexpectedly had a child not long after the ban on fairy babies was lifted. Not paying attention to things has its consequences...
Schnozmo’s grown surprisingly attached to little Snowball. Officially she stays at her mother’s place, but Schnozmo visits Ingrid way more often than he once did. Though he’ll always be restless, his new role as a father seems to tug him closer to stability than anything else ever has. Whodathunk?
Schnozmo appears as a minor character in Origin of the Pixies, becoming fast friends with the Head Pixie during the War of the Angels. He makes a few small appearances in the 130 Prompts and also appears in Devil’s Backbone. I heard he may play a role in Lemonade and Papercuts... But of course, that’s just a theory!
WENDY “BLONDA” JUNO FAIRYWINKLE
Occupation: Actress
Birthday: 2nd Friday of May, Spring of the Surrounding Thunder (Sky)
Height: 3′5” (Average for a fae)
Age During Frozen Timestream: 394,777 (Mentally 35)
Age As of Devil’s Backbone: 558,037 (Mentally 49)
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
MBTI: ISFP
Love Language: Words of affirmation
Handedness: Right dominant
Hometown: Starglint Town - Small, somewhat wealthy town located in the woods not far from Emper
Core: Tracking radar
Core Color: Pink
Crown Lift: Average
Wand Type: Ulkroot
Fagiggly Color: Pink
Preferred Shapeshifting Form: Cat
Bio: Wendy Fairywinkle was born into a strict, organized family who brought her up in traditional Fairy beliefs. Under Fairy World’s inheritance laws, only the firstborn child can inherit a family’s business or property- in this case, that meant Wanda.
Not only was Wendy the younger daughter, but she was also born a twin in a society that views lookalikes with suspicion... right on the heels of Fairy World’s war with the Anti-Fairies. And the war that hit during her young adult years didn’t help either.
The Fairywinkle family is a complicated one, and Big Daddy took full advantage of having twin daughters. Little by little, he schooled Wanda in the art of being underhanded and kept her identical twin at the ready in case she needed an alibi. Up until adulthood when she finally had enough and revealed herself as Big Daddy’s second daughter, Blonda disguised herself as a boy and used the name Walter.
Wanda was obviously their father’s favorite growing up. Seeing this, the twins’ mother (Serena) paid particular close attention to Wendy and tried to offer the emotional support Big Daddy wasn’t interested in sharing. It wasn’t until their young adulthood that the sisters discovered Serena wasn’t their birth mother at all, and they’d been born of an affair their father had with a will o’ the wisp during his honeymoon. Apparently, Anti-Wanda’s small ears came from somewhere after all...
After publicly revealing herself as Big Daddy’s second daughter (and not a boy at all), Wendy decided to put the performance skills she’d picked up from living that façade to good use. Sick of her family, she left home, dyed her hair bright yellow, changed her name to Blonda, and has pursued a career in acting ever since.
Blonda still doesn’t get along well with her father, but has recently begun repairing her relationship with her sister. She no longer harbors all the jealousy she did throughout their youth, though there’s still tension between them.
Blonda is referenced in Origin of the Pixies and appears as a minor character in Frayed Knots, where she has a brief relationship with Anti-Cosmo. She makes background appearances in the 130 Prompts and plays a larger role in Devil’s Backbone.

Notes:
Schnozmo does not like it if you imply he named his daughter after his brother's childhood dragon.

Age As of Devil’s Backbone: 815,822 (Mentally 72)
Alignment: Chaotic Evil
MBTI: ENTJ
Love Language: Words of Affirmation
Handedness: Left dominant
Hometown: Serentip - A highly congested port city in Fairy World full of apartments and skyscrapers

Preferred Shapeshifting Form: Bear
Bio: Florensa was born the youngest of three children on the heels of the War of the Sunset Divide (sister to Harold and Joanie Lunifly). From a young age, she showed a prowess for books and art... No surprise to anyone, given that her counterpart (Eleanor Anti-Florensa) quickly gained a reputation for brawn and skill.
Not to be outshined, Florensa joined the military straight out of upper school. During her service, she met Robin Cosma. Both completed their required service years and chose to return to school, officially dating during this time. They were married about halfway through their advanced education, leading Florensa Lunifly to become Florensa Cosma. She soon graduated with her godparenting license.
She's always cared deeply for her husband, whom she describes as "fascinating, intelligent, and so, so romantic;" she took very good care of him during his pregnancy and was always the first to sacrifice her own comfort to assure the best for her husband and sons. Notably, the pregnancy occurred shockingly early in Fairy culture (~Age 21 mentally where most Fairies wait for mid to late 30s). Florensa and Robin certainly received a lot of sideways glances due to their youth, but they worked hard to give their sons the best lives they could. They loved the idea of being a family.
Florensa prides herself greatly on her military training. To her glee, there's no question that she can hold her own on the battlefield. She fought for that joy every step of the way, regardless of those telling her not to bother because "her counterpart would always outclass her." Her short temper, rash attitude, and brazen overconfidence get her into trouble, but she pays her penitence when its due.
She's very passionate about making a better life for herself and her children... perhaps to her sons' detriment. Hardened by a cruel world, Florensa favors fawning over her boys, constantly assuring them that they're enough just the way they are and that she'll always love them. That said, she cannot help but see the flaws in the choices they make and tends to keep them on a tight leash. Well... At least one of them.
Florensa teaches godparenting classes, and was even assigned to teach Wanda during her time on probation (i.e. summer school; see the end of the Season 3 episode "Where's Wanda?") Her hobbies include playing card games (especially Bridge; see the Season 6 episode "Odd Squad"), networking with fellow educators (and Jorgen), caring for her home, plotting against Wanda Fairywinkle, and kidnapping figures of high social standing (See the Season 5 episode "Big Wanda").
While she isn't fond of either of her sons' partners (Wanda Fairywinkle and Ingrid Wandflick), she enjoys doting on her grandchildren. Poof has a lot of mixed feelings about Mama Cosma due to her dislike for his mother. Dusty acknowledges her hatred and plays along as if it's roleplay (to Wanda's hurt) because at least he's getting cookies and might inherit some interesting items someday. Snowball buys completely into Mama Cosma's agenda and is blatantly Grandma's favorite. Ah, well... Everyone has issues with their mother-in-law, right? What else can you do but tighten your lips and bear it?
Notably, Mama Cosma stood by her devotion to her husband in Origin of the Pixies Chapter 37 ("Off") when she affirmed her adherence to the practice of lifelong monogamy prevalent in the common fairy subspecies. However, Sanderson called this into question in "In Confidence," pointing out her affiliations with Dusty Fairywinkle Jr. ("Big Daddy") don't appear purely platonic in nature. Hmm...
ROBIN “PAPA” COSMA, SR.
Occupation: Librarian; poet
- Former Occupation: Military
Birthday: Summer of the Pacing Voles (Breath)
Height: 3′10″ (Tall for a fae)
Alignment: Neutral Good
MBTI: INFP
Love Language: Quality Time
Handedness: Left dominant
Hometown: Emper - A small town on the outskirts of Fairy World, occasionally circled by pirates
Core: Whetting stone
Core Color: Purple
Crown Lift: Average
Wand Type: Chesberry
Fagiggly Color: Green
Preferred Shapeshifting Form: Swan
Bio: Robin was the eldest of two boys born to Gonzo and Starling Cosma. He was born and raised in a traditional estate alongside his younger brother (the chronically ill Hawk), their Anti-Fairy counterparts, Anti-Starling, and their Refracts; notably, this excludes Anti-Gonzo, who wandered Fairy World with his flockmates and famously only appeared when required to sire Anti-Robin and Anti-Hawk.
Robin always held a strong sense of kindness, community, and goodwill and always made an effort to care for his younger brother and include him in all his games. Sweet, loyal... Robin became everything Anti-Robin wasn't, but that's another story. Does it matter? They both died long ago, before their younger sons really got to know them.
After upper school, Robin joined the military, where he met Florensa Lunifly. He kept one foot in the military all his life, but returned to school alongside Florensa to pursue education as a librarian. He became pregnant with Robin Jr. (Schnozmo) shortly before graduation, then had his second child (Cosmo) some years after. Schnozmo would describe Robin as "Plenty loving, but not always fully engaged." Robin always did love staying busy, serving his community, and responded quickly when danger struck.
Unfortunately for Robin, he was a first responder when his son (Cosmo) entered the Terrible Twos and cast a bubble around a large portion of Fairy World, which slowly deprived those within of magic. Robin was last seen pounding his fist on the inside of the bubble, pleading with Cosmo to end the magic, but sadly succumbed to asphyxiation along with many other individuals. To this day, Cosmo blames himself for his father's death; he cares deeply for his father's poems and even pursued writing himself.
Robin Cosma Sr. is best remembered for his poems, which explore a wide variety of topics and play with elegant language. While many of his poems could be classed as feel-good and well-liked by the Fairy population (and many were steamy in nature), an astute eye will catch the societal criticism lurking underneath...

Bio: Dusty is the firstborn son of Dusty Sr. and Ember Fairywinkle (Nana Cadabra). Since birth, he's carried heavy expectations on his shoulders. As a child, Dusty developed into a gyne: a large, freckled Fairy on the path to developing into a "queen bee." While gynes are often feared and regarded with caution, his parents couldn't have been more thrilled. Who doesn't want the heir to the family business - Heck, their entire estate - predisposed to bulk and brawn?
Ember and Dusty Sr. insisted he was well-educated, well-tutored, and set him up well in life. Dusty Jr. learned quickly that asking to take things slower - or searching for other paths than the one they set him on - wasn't an option. Not for a firstborn Fairywinkle gyne like him. While he didn't enjoy studying, he performed well and took pride in his scores (and received praise from his parents in the process).
As a gyne, Dusty Jr. took many grappling classes and occasionally fought other gynes in his general age group. His badge (Legally required to be worn on upper school property) is a red star. If this lore sounds unfamiliar, remember that Poof's gyne badge is a red heart.
Dusty Jr.'s life is best described as "maintaining a cool exterior while suffering in silence." He chases peace, fun, and beauty wherever he can, whether that's his secret indulgence for horse head plushies like Mr. Neigh-Neigh (See the Season 5 episode "Big Wanda") or the affair he had on his honeymoon with a will o' the wisp that landed him pregnant with Blonda and Wanda and no easy way out.
He cares deeply for Serena, though from her view, their relationship might be best described as "cordial." Suffice to say, she never forgave him for the affair, but puts on the impression that she did.
To most people, Dusty Jr. comes off as intimidating. When left to his own devices, he's reserved and quiet. He'd love a life of raising his daughters in the privacy of his own home, but sadly, duty calls. He's done his best to live up to the Fairywinkle legacy. Despite some attempt to shield his daughters from the darker side of his work, he does layer certain pressure and expectations on them, as his parents before him.
It's no secret that Serena runs the home and hosts most events for their large family, but Dusty Jr. is a very engaged grandfather. He knows all his nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and his siblings' grandchildren. He blatantly favors Poof - the eldest and a gyne like him - but while a few grandkids may feel slightly bitter, he does an excellent job in expressing affection to all of them so no one can say they've been left out.
He's now raising Poof to take over the family business... and - in theory - raising Poof to publicly kill him one day to ensure the Pixies don't swoop in and try to steal his business. See also, Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Pixies.
His anti-fairy counterpart is Anti-Buster: the First General who helped raise Anti-Cosmo (and who shows up multiple times in Frayed Knots). Allegedly, Dusty Jr. is seeing Mama Cosma in secret, which is a huge no-no for members of the common fairy subspecies (whose culture strongly rejects serial monogamy). Serena doesn't stop him, but it's safe to say she knows... and that the estate yidreamu has been dead for longer than they would ever publicly admit.

Bio: Serena's life revolves around giving her time and energy to others. She helped raise her younger siblings, went into the teaching profession, married young, and has raised her husband's affair children ever since. If Big Daddy is the man you don't want to mess with lest he "take care of things," Serena's the one you don't want to tick off lest you lose her interest in "taking care of things." She has her thumbs in the pies of many important social and childcare programs across Fairy World. Is losing your healthcare a risk you want to take?
Serena met Dusty Jr. at his half-brother's coming-of-age ceremony and later married married him (Both mentally ~23). She is not the biological mother of his daughters (That would be Kylia Swiftspark), but she's treated them as her own as best she can... though she may have favored Blonda more than Wanda.
Today, Serena is a Spellementary School teacher who focuses on the cohort above Poof and Foop. She cares deeply for her students and doesn't tolerate bullying or hazing in her classroom. She does her best to push her students, though many would say she puts them on the spot as if grilling them in an examination room. Both Poof and Foop refer to her as "Nonna" even though Foop is an Anti-Fairy. She appeared in "Looking Back," "I Just Live Here," and Frayed Knots chapters 41 & 42.
Foop is Dusty and Serena's garmhac- The grandson of their counterparts
In her personal life, Serena hosts large dinners, community events, social groups, and gatherings at her home. Family is very important to her, though the apron strings between her and Wanda have unraveled across the years. Despite the affair that soured their relationship, she does wish to maintain good faith ties with her husband. She does what she can to keep this ruffled family from breaking at the seams.
Anti-Serena isn't in the lives of Anti-Wanda, Anti-Wendy, or the Anti-Fairywinkle family at all.
ADDITIONAL FAMILY NOTES
- The Fairywinkle family are well-known for their cherry almond pheromones. It's very strong in their line, so all family members have this scent unless they married into the family or they were born of someone with stronger pheromones (Unlikely).
- Both the Fairywinkle and Wildwisp families speak Lialia at home (Italian parallel). In "I Just Live Here," Poof noted that some of his second cousins only speak Lialia (not Snobbish, the English parallel) and that he wasn't bothered by the language barrier as a baby since he was used to people not understanding him
The Fairywinkle family is large. In-story, Poof refers to many people as "his cousins" even though they are his second cousins. He also knows some people who are technically his second cousins' cousins (no immediate relation to him), but they're still classed as cousins.
Since being embraced in the Fairywinkle family, it's expected that he know and care about these individuals, even if he's not biologically close to them.
- Big Daddy has a half-brother named Bryndin, who was born for political reasons (to provide the ruling Anti-Fairy family with a biological heir when they asked for one); Anti-Bryndin is High Count when Anti-Cosmo is born (See also, the Anti-Coppertalon family tree).
Big Daddy and Bryndin share their mother (Ember), but have different fathers: Dusty Fairywinkle Sr. (Common fairy) and Henrie Northfeather (Swanee).
- Big Daddy accepts Cosmo in the family with little complaint, though he does think Wanda could have done better.
- Fairy World looks negatively at twins, especially the second in a set of identical twins, due to a belief that they have a connection with Anti-Fairies (who are also lookalikes who appear after childbirth). Due to this, Blonda's existence was largely shielded from the public. Publicly, she was treated as her father's drone son, Walter, until she renounced that life and embraced being a woman.
Blonda was seen as Walter in the Origin of the Pixies Chapter 36. In Frayed Knots, Anti-Cosmo meets her after she's come out publicly as Blonda (end of Chapter 30).
- Westley Periwinkle (Blonda's ward) occasionally stays in the Fairywinkle home. Poof considers him a cousin; we saw them together in "I Just Live Here."
- Cosmo and Wanda's second child, Dusty the Third, is named after Wanda's father.
- Poof is much closer to the Fairywinkle side of his family than the Cosma side, and his brother Dusty is the opposite. He often stays with his grandparents at their Starglint Town estate during school breaks and/or when his parents are busy with a godkid.
- Poof's relationship with his Fairywinkle family is a major plot point in Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Pixies.
- The Fairywinkle family carries a very rare gene for lateral spots: freckles down the sides of their torsos, but which are only visible in gyne offspring. As far as it matters in Cloudlands AU, Poof and Big Daddy are the only two Fairies who show lateral spots. Big Daddy pointed this out to Poof in "I Just Live Here" when assuring him that he's indeed a Fairywinkle because he wouldn't have that freckle pattern if he were adopted.
- Both Big Daddy and Serena's preferred shapeshifting forms prey on moles.

For part of his youth, Anti-Cosmo was referred to with they/them pronouns. This is due to the Anti-Fairy belief that his mood swings are the result of a nature spirit named Clarice living in his head.

Heir Presumptive: Foop Anti-Cosma-Anti-Fairywinkle
Previous Employment: Worked at the Sugarslew Chocolate Factory as a teen; interned under Venus Eros at the Eros Nest after that; First General under Anti-Bryndin for many years
BACKGROUND
Self-Perception: A hard-working, skittish, and socially awkward leader of his people who is very aware of his limitations but does his best anyway.
Alignment: Chaotic Good
MBTI: ENTP
Deadly Sin: Lust
Heavenly Virtue: Temperance
Love Language: Physical touch
Reinforcers: Assurance; he needs verbal approval to feel good about himself and his decisions
History: Born the son of a concubine and a castle servant, Anti-Cosmo was never expected to amount to much (despite technically being High Count Anti-Bryndin’s stepson).
After a rebellious phase in his youth he never quite grew out of and a failed stint in studying godparenting at the Academy, he turned to a life of breeding some of the last known genies in the universe. This attracted the attention of his creche father (High Count Anti-Bryndin), catapulting the young anti-fairy into the coveted position of First General just before the War of the Angels.
Eventually, Anti-Cosmo usurped Anti-Bryndin’s position and took over as High Count. He’ll go down in history for the Anti-Cosma v. Adelinda von Strangle case, founding the Genie Conservation Program, reorganizing Anti-Fairy World’s entire food supply, sealing away the anti-pixies, technically being responsible for Anti-Fairies becoming visible on Earth again, and his infamous scheme to outwit the honey-lock.
Personality: Very deliberate in his actions, even the impulsive ones. Knows exactly what he wants and is very difficult to turn off from an idea. Tries to remain smooth, but often comes off as nervous- ranges between charming and socially awkward depending on his impression of the other party’s mood. Will argue, shriek, and lash out at objects when upset.
Rather scattered and disorganized, but this doesn’t stop him from working on a million more plans when he has alone time (not that many of these plans ever see the light of day). Has manic and depressive mood swings. He’s the type to plan things out in advance but jump the gun, miss a crucial step, and run with it anyway.
Anti-Cosmo desperately wants a godkid, hoping to mold a child who’ll actually listen to him (unlike his Anti-Fairy children). As a side hobby, he views conquering the universe (well, mostly just Fairy World and Earth) as an intriguing prize that gives him purpose. He prefers circling these targets for weak points and making moves piece by piece.
He’d much prefer to gain experience by completing side quests before throwing himself into a direct boss fight, the way H.P. prefers.
Anti-Cosmo doesn’t enjoy being in the line of fire; direct confrontation isn’t his strong suit. He’d rather shove you down the stairs like a slinky, taking advantage of external social and political factors that prevent you from clawing your way back up to seize command. And he’ll brag about it all the while, too; there’s no glory in success unless accompanied by recognition.
Anti-Cosmo isn’t one to rest on laurels. He’s achieved many successes in the past, from overthrowing the former leader of the Anti-Fairies to achieving his dream of fathering biological children, but finds no satisfaction in life unless he’s working towards his next big bragging opportunity.
He’s caught in a constant loop of striving for grand successes and feeling like a failure each time he falls short, always looking ahead instead of admiring how far he’s come.
Special Note - Divus Displacement Disorder (D3): Anti-Cosmo has a magical parallel of bipolar disorder. He experiences mood swings, energy swings, and hypersexuality. Rather than taking lithium (a drug helpful for bipolar disorder), he paints bottled Fairy pheromones on his cheeks and forehead. These soothe his fluctuating energy periods. Unfortunately, he enjoys the emotional highs so much that he rarely wants to give them up.
Anti-Cosmo has struggled with hypersexuality since his early adolescence. His impulsive desires often damage his relationships or otherwise get him into trouble (socially, emotionally, or politically).
Just as with his other pursuits in life, Anti-Cosmo constantly looks ahead to the next success he can win, yet fails to find satisfaction every time. He assures himself his next dangerous escapade will delight him, but thrills are always fleeting. He’s easily bored, easily distracted, and never settles down.
Lack of achievement makes him feel shameful and helpless, leading him to plunge into anxiety. Anti-Wanda supports her husband as best she can and they’re working through it together.
- Anti-Cosmo is the protagonist of Frayed Knots, which depicts many of his struggles in life (especially in regards to D3 and hypersexuality)
Education: Young Julius was specifically selected to attend Spellementary School despite Anti-Fairy children not being allowed to after the War of the Sunset Divide; High Count Anti-Bryndin paid handsomely so he could go and test the waters for Anti-Bryndin’s son Anti-Phillip (Winslow) to potentially attend in the future.
Julius didn’t last long in Spellementary, but did receive special one-on-one architectural and interior design training from several Anti-Fairy experts.
Despite many bumps in the road, Anti-Cosmo eventually studied genies and is widely known as a genie expert in modern times.
Spellementary School: Was specially invited to Spellementary School (in contrast to Cosmo Prime being homeschooled). Only attended for a day before he embarrassed himself and refused to return. He interacted with many Fairies at school and, upon being judged, began developing prejudice towards Fairies himself.
Middle School: Attended Frederick Shinesworth and easily established himself as more of an academic than a jock. Notably, he was roommates with Anti-Lance, another very intelligent Anti-Fairy who had been permitted to gain a Fairy education.
Julius performed very well in his studies and also interned at the Eros Nest during this time, where he studied pixie behavior and learned more about genies (since up until now his knowledge of genies was self-taught).
High School: After a hiatus from his education, Anti-Cosmo attended Carl Poofypants High, where he befriended Wanda and Blonda and finally met Cosmo. Once again, Anti-Cosmo established himself as very intelligent. However, while many Fairies were happy to study with him during middle school, his braggart attitude during high school put many people off.
Anti-Cosmo planned to specialize in art history, but switched his focus to godparenting in an attempt to get closer to Wanda; the two were roommates and partners during a study abroad godparenting program.
- He and Blonda were good friends in high school. They were briefly in an interspecies relationship despite social disapproval
Further Education: Anti-Cosmo did not graduate from any further Fairy education facilities; however, he continued learning about genies, founded the Genie Conservation Program, and is regarded today as an expert authority on genies.
He rose through the ranks of Anti-Fairy society and became First General after Anti-Buster, and went on to become High Count of the Anti-Fairies after that.

EXTERNAL
Verbal Notes: Anti-Cosmo is very loud, often yelling. He has a tendency to shriek, plead, and whine, and generally expects people to pity him. His temper often gets the better of him. When in his manic state, he’s an enormous braggart. When in a depressive state, he’s more self-deprecating. He uses an advanced level of vocabulary.
One of Anti-Cosmo’s quirks is using phrases such as “you and I” at the ends of his sentences when the correct phrase would be “you and me.” He frequently ends sentences with the stereotypical British phrase, “You know what I mean?” or begins them with the phrase “I say!” Another common line is “For smoke’s sake!” or “Good smoke.”
Anti-Cosmo is very literal and answers rhetorical questions. He’ll also jump in and answer for other people. He can pick up new slang quickly, but language barriers still trip him up.
He’s still mortified over this one time he implied he and the Head Pixie had an affair... Sleeping together has a much more platonic meaning for Anti-Fairies than for Fairies.
Language: Anti-Cosmo has a High Southian accent. He speaks Snobbish fluently, can get by awkwardly in Vatajasa, knows some Milesian, and knows some Gaideliac.
Physical Notes: He’s very short and light; H.P. can easily carry him over one shoulder. Blind in his other eye. Prone to flushing. Poorly-healed right wing means he limps, leaning to that side when he floats.
Handedness: Favors his left hand, except when wielding his wand or other weapons while in a serious mindset. Has a tendency to switch things to his left hand after picking them up, even if it means throwing something that was already in that hand over his shoulder.
Body Language: Overly expressive with his arms. Kicks up his heels when irritated or delighted. Splays his fingers when alarmed, clenches his fists when angry or gleeful. Folds one arm behind his head while in a cocky mood. Regularly crosses one leg over the other while he sits.
Puffs his cheeks when annoyed; has a habit of tapping his wand against his knee at the same time. When uneasy, he twists the cap of his wand around. Often huffs upwards, making his bangs billow. Frequently sets his hands to his hips when sassy or irritated.
Hair: Blue and permanently scruffy just like his father’s. He has a bald spot in the middle due to having a scent gland there, like a sugar glider. His hair is long in the back and reaches his shoulders in messy curls, but there isn’t quite enough to tie it up.
As with Cosmo, I draw Anti-Cosmo with a 'C' tuft in the back of his hair. However, Anti-Cosmo's usually remains in the C direction while Cosmo's follows the position of his head.
Teeth: Has large fangs for an Anti-Fairy and is considered highly attractive in Anti-Fairy society because of it.
Wings: Wings are based on the Mexican free-tailed bat. Anti-Cosmo limps on his right side when he flies, allegedly from jumping out a castle window the day he was born. It never quite healed. He has three small punctures near the edge of each wing, mirroring the commitment notches in Cosmo’s wings.
Iris Virus: Inherited (Maternal)
Scars: He’s completely blind in his left eye, though it hasn’t lost its bright green color. Additionally, the Water zodiac symbol is branded into the underside of his right wrist. His ears are scruffy at the tips because he cut them with a knife as a child.
Has a blatant star-shaped scar below his chest (in the belly area, above his stomach pouch) due to his fagiggly gland transplant (S5′s “The Gland Plan”).
Tattoos: Not entirely a tattoo, but several ultraviolet spirals can be found along the left side of his neck, down his collar, and across the upper part of his chest. They glow turquoise in the dark.
Style: Tries to look prim and proper, but often comes off as scatterbrained.
Regular Clothing: Wears a navy blue morning coat along with his famous cravat.
Casual Clothing: Black undershirt with seven colored patches arranged in a circle, symbolizing the Fae zodiac.
Nightwear: Black silk tops and bottoms. His favorite nightwear is actually a black nightshirt, but he only wears it when Anti-Wanda is out travelling or he’s away from Anti-Fairy World, when he’ll be sleeping lying down rather than roosting.
Ceremonial Clothing: Fond of black robes. Likes wearing silver during elegant affairs.
Other: Wears a blue robe with silver crescent moons during very serious meetings with high-ranking people.
Height: 2′11″ (Short for a fae)
Hygiene: Scruffy and disorganized in private. Constantly forgets to bathe and brush his teeth, and has been known to dunk himself in acid or lava before a meeting in order to burn off the dirt.
That said, his clothes are always clean. When in public, he makes an effort to appear cleaner than he is behind closed doors. Has many servants who keep the Blue Castle nice and tidy.
Morning Schedule: Assuming he actually slept, Anti-Cosmo wakes up late since chances are he stayed up working on something outrageous (or alternatively, wooing Anti-Wanda).
Anti-Cosmo doesn’t like being seen in improper clothing at the wrong time, so he always splashes water on his face, runs his claws through his hair, and dresses before he leaves the camarilla roosting room. He does take pride in his appearance, even if he still comes off as messy.
It’s uncommon for him to be awake in time to join the rest of the Castle at breakfast, so the servants deliver meals to his office.
Typical Day Schedule: If Anti-Cosmo had his way, he’d design new evil plans all week and throw them into action over the weekend. He still does this when he can, but he’s also High Count of the Anti-Fairy race and has to do boring government-oriented things too. During and after breakfast, he’ll review whatever paperwork he was looking at the previous night and try to make decisions that are best for his people.
His job mostly entails reading memos written by the camarilla court and deciding whether or not to give them his stamp of approval. Sometimes he prepares and practices speeches, or writes letters to the Fairy Council. Occasionally he may join an important figurehead for lunch. He also keeps an eye on a few genies who are part of the conservation program he runs.
As creche father of his colony, it’s Anti-Cosmo’s responsibility to look after the pups who live in the castle. Their parents take care of them in the morning and Anti-Fairy pups can provide for themselves for the most part, but he always checks in on them before noon and several times throughout the day to provide healthy snacks, teach a daily class about life and the world, and just generally socialize with them and answer any questions they may have.
He and Foop don’t get along; he prefers to avoid his son when possible, but often can’t. Irritating brat or not, Foop is still his heir and job-shadows him every few days so he can prepare to take over as High Count in the future.
He and H.P. share custody over an anti-fairy child named Talon who is an acolyte at the Water Temple; occasionally, Talon stays at the Blue Castle for weeks or months at a time, being a broody teenager who doesn’t get along well with Foop (who replaced him as heir presumptive).
Anti-Cosmo frequently visits the Water Temple in Pixie World (often spending a week there) and sometimes meets with H.P., sometimes doesn’t.
Evening Schedule: Anti-Cosmo receives new papers to look over in the evenings, and will read them once before making decisions in the morning. He’s athletic and strives to stay that way- he gets stir-crazy after hours of sitting inside, he’s the medium for the nature spirit of agility, and keeping in shape for the next Fairy World Games never hurt anyone.
He frequently leaves the Castle in the evenings to run, swim, or fly around the nearby area (something which the other nobles frown at as dangerous since he could easily be kidnapped or hurt).
If Anti-Wanda is home, she generally goes with him (and listens to him chatter about his current projects); otherwise, he may go by himself or possibly drag Foop along in an attempt to bond with or educate him.
Evenings after exercise is the typical time for him to wash up (Anti-Wanda may join him on occasions or may not). Generally the last one up and about, he gives the Castle corridors a final sweep before heading to the camarilla roosting room.
Sleep Schedule: Anti-Cosmo’s sleep schedule is a wreck. He tends to stay up late or not go to sleep at all, and often wakes up earlier than planned due to the noise that can fill the roosting room in the morning. He’s a deep sleeper, at least, but once woken, it’s impossible to get to sleep again.
He hates naps, so if he isn’t well-rested he’s often cranky all day. He always stays up late when in prison or during the weeks Anti-Wanda is out traveling. However, when she’s home, he often follows her to roost and is, if nothing else, IN bed at a reasonable time (though he might stay up for another few hours enthusing over something, ranting about something, or wooing her).
If he didn’t sleep the night before he generally goes to bed early the following night; when Anti-Wanda isn’t in the Castle, he sometimes sleeps in the nursery with the pups (or with the juveniles if there’s someone he particularly wants to keep an eye on).
On colder nights, he’ll snuggle up with other members of the camarilla court (most likely his cousin and loyal First General, Anti-Poof Anti-Everwish).
PERSONAL
- Anti-Cosmo's Family Tree: HERE

Relationship Status:
- Married to Anti-Wanda
- Wedding Anniversary: October 13th
Ideal Relationship: Regular physical touch when he’s in the mood is a must, but someone who’ll give him personal space when he wants it is equally important.
Anti-Cosmo needs a partner interested in his ideas and supportive of his dreams. Someone who can run wild with him while he’s energetic, but is gentle enough to comfort him at his low points.
Flexibility is crucial, and he found that in Anti-Wanda.
Sexuality: Romantically and sexually attracted to many sentient species in the universe; demisexual.
On paper, he’s panromantic graysexual (generally referred to as demisexual) and struggles with hypersexuality (one of his D3 symptoms)
Attractiveness: Anti-Cosmo is considered a somewhat attractive anti-fairy by Anti-Fairy standards. His brains and noble upbringing win him many points, but his shorter-than-average stature and general “off-ness” have long made potential partners hesitate.
The fact that he’s High Count has made him desirable for those seeking one-night stands; his hypersexuality is widely known, and many curious Anti-Fairies daydream about what it would be like to have the High Count sweep them off their feet on a day his energy is at its highest.
By Fairy standards, Anti-Cosmo is far from attractive. He’s physically weak, magically weak, and unpredictable to the point of chaos. Chaotic does not an attractive figure make in Fairy eyes.
By Pixie standards, Anti-Cosmo holds a pleasantly high rank in society, but his wildly fluctuating moods affect his dominance. At his most confident he’s considered quite attractive, but Anti-Wanda is seen as more attractive during long periods of time when Anti-Cosmo crumples into an anxious, self-loathing mood.
Many would argue Anti-Wanda’s reliable stability makes her the more desirable catch all the time, so pixies are often confused by gossip suggesting that Anti-Cosmo and H.P. have had romantic affairs. No...? Why would their boss go for Anti-Cosmo when he could have Anti-Wanda instead? How illogical.
Intimate History: Regular sociosexual interaction with fellow Anti-Fairies, in line with their culture. Was groomed and taken advantage of by his lifelong friend and later boyfriend (Anti-Kanin). He’s still in denial this happened and vehemently defends his friend.
Considers his first “real” sexual experience to be a fling he had with a drake named Anti-Apollo. Later, when imprisoned in the Anti-Fairy enclosure at the Eros Nest - a zoo run by Cupid’s family - he had a fling with a damsel named Il d'ijärv [Anti-Pine]. Had a few more flings after that, including a relationship with Blonda. Was regularly intimate with his first wife (Anti-Saffron).
Anti-Cosmo has a long string of partners lurking in his past, but he strives to be faithful to Anti-Wanda (apart from a few dozen flings he’s had when his hypersexuality proved difficult to fight).
Anti-Cosmo cheats on Anti-Wanda, especially when she’s away traveling. He zigzags between “She wouldn’t leave me if she loved me” and “I have needs” and “I’m a horrible person” and “I don’t deserve her.
Anti-Fairy society has an interesting view of sex (as their culture is sociosexual); Anti-Cosmo is a unique case with hypersexuality in a world where it’s not easy to find information or get help. Anti-Wanda forgives him and shows love without hesitation; she’s far more interested in where his mind and heart lie than his physical touch.
It’s worth pointing out that as High Count, he’s preened occasionally with political figureheads, so there’s some intimate history between him and H.P. Fairies and Anti-Fairies alike suspect Anti-Cosmo has regular affairs with H.P. behind Anti-Wanda’s back.
Anti-Cosmo tends to wave such questions off with cryptic amusement and a chuckle, neither wholly confirming nor denying it (to the Head Pixie’s irritation, since it casts doubt on his own denials).
Turn-Ons: Anti-Cosmo is a very physical person who likes to let his hands wander. He likes tracing them along Anti-Wanda’s hips, or playing with her wings... he has a thing for wings.
He loves it when Anti-Wanda draws patterns across his skin with her fingertips, and we haven’t even mentioned the kisses. He’s a man of spontaneity who lives for wild, playful encounters (especially when his hypersexuality kicks in).
His biggest turn-on is being the more submissive one in a relationship; he can be charming and make the first move and whatnot, but he loves it when Anti-Wanda toys with him.
Kiff-Tie: Anti-Cosmo currently hosts the nature spirit Prince Sunday (“Sunnie”), the zodiac spirit who wields control over water. The gem he wears on his cravat is evidence of this fact. Sunnie can take control of Anti-Cosmo’s body, but only in one of the other six Zodiac Temples or if Anti-Cosmo grants him explicit permission (i.e. he can’t simply seize control if Anti-Cosmo happens to be tired or hurt).
Taking full control of Anti-Cosmo’s body is rare; normally Anti-Cosmo will only allow him a hand to gesture with or a mouth to speak with.
For the most part, however, Anti-Cosmo and Sunnie simply share a mental link. Anti-Cosmo is essentially Sunnie’s yoo-doo doll, and Sunnie experiences all the physical and emotional sensations that Anti-Cosmo does while the two are tied. The two cannot have mental conversations, although Anti-Cosmo can sense when Sunnie becomes restless, upset, or excited.
Sometimes Anti-Cosmo wakes up in the middle of the night, groggy, and wanders off to take care of whatever got the spirit agitated (Like turning off a faucet that was left on, picking a book off the floor, pulling the drapes shut in some room on another floor of the castle, or getting a midnight snack). Sunnie can be pretty picky and easily upset, and Anti-Cosmo does a lot of strange little things at random times of the day.
Anti-Cosmo has described the sensation of being tied with a nature spirit as “feeling permanently turned on” (See the Frayed Knots chapter “Sunnie Rise”).
Honey-Lock Partner: Anti-Wanda
Bound by honey-lock 3 months after their counterparts mate (No more than once every 500 years due to common fairy heat cycles and biology).
I heard a rumor something else happened once, but I’m sure it’s nothing important.....

Nature Spirits: Anti-Cosmo is also referred to as “Sunnie’s champion” as he is medium for Prince Sunday, the zodiac spirit of water, focus, and agility. They share a physical, mental, and magical bond known as a kiff-tie.
Whenever Anti-Cosmo sees, smells, touches, tastes, or hears a thing, Sunnie can also sense that thing. Though the two cannot communicate telepathically, Anti-Cosmo can generally get an idea of Sunnie’s desires since he can feel the spirit’s emotions.
Sunnie is extremely picky and whines when he doesn’t get what he wants (which is often a swim, dessert, soft animal, shiny object, or kisses); the emotions can become overwhelming for Anti-Cosmo when Sunnie is upset.
Sunnie cannot take over Anti-Cosmo’s body unless Anti-Cosmo freely offers it to him and cannot use any nature spirit magic unless in harmony with his medium, but the mental link they share can wreck Anti-Cosmo’s unstable emotions on top of his usual mood swings. All of this makes Anti-Cosmo a chaotic and unpredictable being who still has a passionate, hardworking soul at his core.
Other Important Relationships: Considers Cosmo his cousin (and Poof & Dusty his nephews). He doesn’t get along well with Jorgen or with Anti-Sanderson, but he does have a rocky friendship with Dame Artemis Cairo. He’s raised many genies as part of the genie conservation program and is very fond of almost all of them.
TRIVIA
- As High Count, he owns an official stamp that he uses to approve important documents. It also functions as a credit card. The stamp is identical to Anti-Wanda’s since they’re legally equals, but Anti-Cosmo uses green ink whereas Anti-Wanda uses pink.
- Like all Anti-Fairy drakes, he has a scent gland on his head. He doesn’t consciously think about it, but he nuzzles his head against people (or doors) he considers “his” in order to mark them as such.
- Cosmo’s middle name was revealed to be Julius in the printed comic “Baby Factory” (March 2007) and confirmed again in “77 Secrets of ‘The Fairly OddParents’ (Revealed)”
- Frequently dissociates and will either withdraw or wander off on his own for long periods of time; occasionally suffers from dissociative amnesia.
- Has strong legs; would sooner kick than punch. He’s able to take off from the ground, which many Anti-Fairies can’t do.
- Has an extremely long tongue pierced with several studs in the back.
- Paces while floating (in contrast with Foop, who paces while walking).
- Can’t use magic if Cosmo hasn’t been drinking his milk.
- Bottles his emotions until they explode.
- His lifelong rival (Anti-Phillip) has the same name as Cosmo’s beloved nickel (although Philip is a girl nickel).
- Really doesn’t like his food touching.
- Raised Talon as his heir until Foop came along (See the latter half of Frayed Knots for more details); Talon is meant to be the anti-fairy child Anti-Cosmo and H.P. were implied to have raised together in “Fairly Odd Baby.”
- Dots his Is and Js with hearts
- The small nose is fake; he disguises it with magic.
- Secret Pokémon nerd.
[Major Frayed Knots spoiler - Chap 20 & 21]
Many Anti-Fairies have memories of being reincarnated (i.e. they've lived a past life as an Anti-Fairy). According to the Zodii belief system, this is possible, but a soul can never change its birth zodiac and only members of the family line are permitted to claim. Anti-Cosmo is unique for being the reincarnation of a famously abused will o' the wisp: Ilisa Maddington... the first wisp, whom Cupid's ancestors kept under lock and key so they could pair her off and "preserve her species."
Anti-Cosmo keeps this information under wraps as he's the only Anti-Fairy known to have a past life as a Seelie Courter... Supposedly, none of his Water-zodiac ancestors took interest in him at birth due to his status as "the unimportant second son of castle servants," so Ilisa's plea for a second chance at life was granted and she filled the empty slot.
I've drawn Ilisa HERE and HERE, and my wonderful friend linziefey drew Ilisa and Anti-Cosmo together HERE. If her design looks familiar, it should... She's based on the "innocent girlie" disguise Anti-Cosmo wore in "The Fairly Oddlympics." Frayed Knots is the main work that covers this plot point; it's not explored in other 'fics.

Notes:
🗄️ Reedfilter Rules AU - Anti-Cosmo is a major character who goes by his Vatajasa name (Pag-sün d'eskel, or Eskel). He was raised in a high-ranking family and took over from his brother, Prince Mon d'lin. He's looking after several children and is in an illicit affair with Anti-Wanda, as in this AU it's considered scandalous to mirror your counterparts' love lives.
🌃 City Lights AU - All seems well... Let's hope it stays that way.
