Parker didn't understand how others interacted. It didn't make sense. There were so many rules that everyone seemed to know but her. And no one knew her rules so why was it fair that she was expected to know theirs. So she learned and made ways to remember the rules. Even if the others rolled their eyes. But they also helped make them so it was all good. She would learn the rules and she would use them to steal more money for herself and others that needed it.
And she would make her family learn her rules of engagement.
