So..lets say that at the very same time, down to the exact millisecond even, both Class 1-A and the Miracuclass (teachers included if you so choose!) find themselves as the victims of a not only a quirk on the mha end, but a akuma on the mlb end causing the two sides to switch places! Who gets swapped and the amount that gets swapped is up to choice (or chance)!

But of course it can always be one or the other to be the catalyst here. I only said both cus' that's the funniest option in my eyes. (:

Somewhere in a world much like ours there's a minecraft server (with mods, without mods, pre-existing mods or not, it's up to you!). And public or not, the whole show's cast plays in it one way or another.

Let's say it's public for a moment, a pay to win server mayhaps? The motive behind the League of Villains (greifers in this case) here is to get the admins, mods, and the like to change their ways by force. And as for All for One? He just wants to watch the world burn and move on to the next. Huh? What about the rest of the cast?

...uhhh didn't think that far?

In an interesting twist of fate, Fecto Elfilis finds themself in the world of mha sometime before cannon (could be 30 years or 200, honestly, go crazy with it).

After the usual events of their capture takes place (could be by anyone but my money's on All for One or the Hero Public Safety Commission, they're the only antagonists I have in mind). Elfilin splits, causing Elfilis (now Forgo) to mind control this au's Beast Pack to silently aid Forgo in it's plans to find Elfilin.

And then, with all that said and done, one day at any point of the mha timeline, Kirby finds himself in Takoba Municipal Beach Park (ripped straight from the wiki) where Midoriya will most likely find him.

(Now, should the beast pack be humans with animal quirks, quirked animals, or animals that changed with Forgo's influence? Hm...)

This one's isn't all too fleshed out but simply enough, an au in which Elfilis ends up in Las Vistas years prior to cannon. And everything else is practically the same in terms of story, both for katfl and kataowb.

This idea (and by all means the one before it) hail from the height of my katfl mania. These two were similar enough so I thought, why not swap the plots?

Kipo and the forgotten land

Once again I don't have much in the way of anything all too different, I haven't seen the show or been around the fandom in a while. Just know that the various mutes take the role of the beast pack in their own groups.

Kirby and the age of Wonderbeasts

Everything stays about the same as Kipo cannon as far as I've thought about it, except Elfilis is the one responsible for the Great Mutant Outbreak.

Which leaves a one idea out a bit, I was gonna replace Kirby's mouthful mode with a different version of Kipo's shapeshifting. With a different animal representing each mode. But then I realized that it sounds more like katfl!Kipo should be the one doing that so...

In this au there's two worlds, the Waking World and Dreamland. The Waking World is just a modern au all in all, and Dreamland is the same as cannon for the most part. When someone sleeps, that's where they go. And when they wake up they don't remember much and it's played off as a dream. Then one day, Nightmare, Dark Matter, or something like that, find their way to the Waking world and cause problems. Such as merging the worlds just enough that Dreamland logic is in play (like magic).

Simple as thus, All for one in place of Elfilis/Forgo, and Yochi in place of Elfilin. The Beast Pack? Leauge of Villains. The rest of the cast? Uhhhh....Waddle Dee Town. Yup. That's it......Aizawa gets Meta Knight's spot though.

Let's make an already crazy character even worse! Now there's plenty of ways to go about this, you can make said character into any of the species the game had. Or make them into a spark, a shapeshifting, immortal being that'll stick around as long as it keeps it fervor alight, and it doesn't break the gem on it's head. Have fun :)

Thanks to these two fics (mostly the second fic tbh) I had a thought. What if you were to take your fave media's cast of characters and switch (as in completely swap out, no body swapping whatsoever) them for whoever you think is the most alike. In mha's case it'd be:

Midoriya Izuku - Ash Ketchem (with Marinette (Miraculous ladybug) in close second)

Midoriya Inko - Delia Ketchem (because if Ash is here, so is his mom)

(and if his mom's here, and you like both the "Giovanni is Ash's dad" and "All For One is Midoriya Hisashi" theories,)

All For One - Giovanni (with or without any connection to Ash it still works)

(you could also have Silver as Shigaraki, maybe)

Todoroki Shoto - Zuko (it's almost uncanny how alike they are)

Dabi | Todoroki Touya - Azula (feels like a stretch but eehh)

Endeavor - Fire Lord Ozai (for relation, mostly)

(this is where I stopped putting any more then a minute of thought into these choices and just went for them because funny, case and point)

Todoroki Fuyumi - Elsa (because I heard someone make a joke about her singing Let it go when she's home alone and it spiraled from there)

Todoroki Natsuo - Anna (if any characters are inseparable enough they will get a spot somewhere)

All Might - Superman (I mean, it's close enough right?)

Aizawa | Eraserhead - Meta Knight (this both feels like a stretch and makes sense all at once)

Nedzu - csmp!Doctor4t (I was gonna say Elfilin, or Elfilis...but those don't work as well this this one)

Hawks - c!Grian (tbh I don't know Hawks well enough to make a proper connection aside from: blond, red, and bird (to whatever extent))

The Hero Public Safety Commission - Watchers (and I mean like Watchers in a negative light cus there's plenty of ways they've been portrayed and antagonistic is one of them. I...don't know Watcher lore very well)

And so on and so forth.

So this one. This idea. This prompt(?). Is a doozy.

So much of a doozy that I'm pre-writing this instead of flying at the seat of my pants and writing in the "chapter text" box straight up.

So. Imagine with me, for a moment, of an...event? Where sometime, someplace, the main character of this story (a person from a world like ours) wakes up...somewhere.

Wherever it is, it isn't their home. Or wherever they slept. It isn't even their world as they quickly realize. But after the initial shock, trials, and tribulations that comes with getting isekai-ed, the MC settles down a bit.

And that's really when "The Crossing" starts.

One day anywhere from a week to a month after they've woken up, and they've gotten their bearings for the most part, the MC is out and about. Still adjusting to whatever way of life they've picked up, and they run into someone. Someone who, much like the world the MC has found themselves in, is from a work of fiction. Not the same one as the world they're in though, a completely different one.

Like if the MC woke up in the world of My Hero Academia, somewhere near the main setting, and one night while they're out on a stroll they see someone up on a lamp post. And for a moment they think, "Oh. Hello...Eraserhead?". But when they get a better look at them they realize that, no that's not Aizawa Shouta: Pro Hero Eraserhead, one of many pro heroes of Japan. That's Chat Noir, magical black cat hero of Paris, France.

Soon after more people, or things, show up.

Maybe a pikachu, or a rabbid. A creeper, Little Mac, Galacta Knight, Thomas the gosh darn tankin dankin Train Engine. Heck, maybe an outright god or two for good measure later down the line.

And they just keep coming. Starting as a slow trickle, one or two people a day, maybe more. Then one or two becomes four or five. Then four or five becomes nine or ten, and so on and so forth. Until hundreds of characters from different medias with varying amounts of representatives are all attempting to share the same space.

Eventually, maybe after a month (give or take) of this, the MC realizes some things.

1.) No matter what language is spoken to them, the MC can understand it. Japanese, French, Halcandrian, Zaglo Text vocalized, the stray cats outside their living space (which could easily turn out to be from Warriors with the way things are going). No matter what it is or where it came from, it can be understood by them and be spoken back. Though, by the ears of the MC, it just sounds like their first language. (And it can't be turned off)

2.) Whatever happened to bring them all there isn't related to sleep, death, or any of the usual isekai methods like they thought. Everything and everyone who found themselves ending up there only know one thing. They were simply going about their day, wherever they were. And then they weren't. Some were awake, some were asleep. Some were standing, some were sitting. Some blinked and missed it, others had their eyes open the whole time.

Eventually something else shows up. Something different. A (technically) nameless, formless being that goes by Multi for simplicity. As it's what appears when something goes wrong with the multiverse. It's concept is somewhere between Tri (The Legend of Zelda Echoes of Wisdom), Kwamis (Miraculous Ladybug), and...two others that are major spoilers for their respective medias. (I'll talk about this character more at the end when I leave myself some space to ramble)

Multi explains what they are and why it's there. The long and short of it being what was explained about themself in the last paragraph and that:

- It gave the MC the ability to speak and understand any language

And:

- A something is preventing it from fixing everything

From there a goal is set. Find out why Multi is unable to send them all home. And depending on where the MC woke up (such as...San Fransokyo? Springdale, Japan? There's not many places that don't deal with this kinda stuff often, huh?), keep things under wraps as much as possible.

Ok, so, where do I start...ah! Inspirations, right, yeah. Uh..

This video here, a thought process, and a joke was what started this...mess. I mean- this a alright prompt(?) don't get me wrong. It's just..a lot when you think about it. There's the potential to have 10,000+ different characters all in one story with this if you're brave enough. And have the energy for it... But I'm getting off track.

The way this came about was through a.. "pipeline", of sorts. One that went:

- Watch a video that could be summarized as, "What happens if you leave a 20 something year old gen z kid in the League of Villains bar?"

- Think "Ok. Alright. Now what would you in this situation?"

- Make a joke along the lines of: "Haha, kirby fan scared of "suspicious orange butterfly", the LoV are confused 🤪"

- "Accidentally" let it become "Ok. But what if that actually was Morpho Knight though?" at almost the same time as, "I saw someone describe Aizawa as a dark figure on a lamp post and immediately thought that they were talking about Chat Noir. Somehow."

- Which then, after some thought, becomes: "EVERYONE. IS. HERE. No. Exceptions."

And the original concept for this went a little bit like this:

some sort of self insert visual novel thing that starts off normal enough with the main character waking up in the LoV base (inspired by a fic I saw) but after month of living with them a pikachu shows up, then rabbids, then dragons, then morpho knight, so on and so forth. This keeps going untill almost 1,000 (could be more, could be less) medias with varying amounts of representatives are all trying to share the same space and get home.
all while mc tries to keep everything under wraps while also having no idea of what's going on

And then I realized that this is a lot for, not only one person, but for someone who doesn't really know how to write. So instead there's this. A blueprint for others to use! Definitely makes the "main character can be whoever you want it to be" (:cough cough: a reader insert or oc probably :cough cough:) part I had in mind while making this a lot easier.

Especially since I don't exactly know how to make OCs either. For example:

This is Selvi Danielle, a 20 year old gen z kid who lives in Ohio. She's the middle child between 2 brothers, and has a skiddish personality.

I rolled for a random name, set her age to 20, rolled for a random place in the USA, and gave her a older and younger brother on a whim. The personality trait there came from me amping up the "mom pick me up I'm scared" vibes from the first scene in the original concept of this.

Speaking of which...

This is what the full, laid out plot concept looked like (once again, straight from my notes):

-the MC wakes up in the LoV base (the bar)

-after some confusion, fear, and explaining, the MC manages to get a place to stay there and learns a few things, such as: they can (dispite possibly not being able to) understand japanese (and other languages, including animals, but that'll come later)

-they live there for some time, and everything is calm as it can be for a while

-and that's really when The Crossing™ starts (ZeFrank reference)

-the MC is out taking a walk late in the day when they find Chat Noir walking around as well (the MC thinks it's Eraserhead on patrol for a moment)

-Chat comes up to them and askes them where he is, which leads to the MC trying to get Chat to realize that he's been isekaied (he was on patrol in paris, and then he wasn't in paris) to start some kind of attempt to acclimatize (had to look that up) him (ie. find a place for him to stay and help him get back home if possible)

(this part is where the MC realizes that they can understand more than just Japanese (not animals, yet))

-the MC decides to attempt to let him stay at with the League until they can get UA's attention (and I say UA because they're the only authority mha has that isn't highly sus as far as I know, this is what I get for living in fannon)

-they manage to get the League to let him stay the night and they're off to UA the next morning

-they flag down some people and are sent to a police station after lightly explaining the situation to whoever shows up to deal with them

-once they somehow make it to the police the MC eventually breaks (or lets it slip) and tells them about the isekai issue (including where they've been staying since they got there)

(this is where the MC realizes that when they speak, the language that's heard depends on who they're talking to, they quickly become the translator in most conversations)

-they say that there's been similar reports recently, about a day after the MC showed up and agrees to take Chat in

-the MC goes back to the League and tries to explain what happened

-before this point the MC's main goal was to not end up in the middle of a civil war by preventing it, it quickly becomes "pretend you don't know the strange things/people that keep showing up but still try to help them" on top of that

-at some point word gets out that the MC knows more then they let on (ie. the MC knows who almost everyone is, what'll happen in the future (or what would've, at this point the previous conflict gets shelved or half shelved cus there's way to much happening all at once), ect.)

-and as the one who knows everything and nothing at all, the mc is tasked with gathering the endless amount of strangers strewn about

-after a week of this the "etherial being that represents the concept of a multiverse/crossovers/shifting/ect. that I haven't named yet" shows up and and tells the MC it's end of the story

-it says that it doesn't know what happened to cause this, but they had a hand in bringing the MC to the LoV (not by choice, they apologize for that) and giving them two gifts: the ability to speak and understand any language, and anyone they speak to will trust them as long as they mean what they say

 

TLDR: It starts off like MHA fix-it fic, and quickly becomes...this.

Ignore that last part about "anyone they speak to will trust them as long as they mean what they say". That was there to ease up on potential conflict but I cut it out for that same but opposite reason. Yeah it would ease up on conflict, but maybe a bit too much.

That aside, Penguin Highway and Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 spoilers by context ahead!

This is Multi. There isn't much I can say about it except that their concept came from taking Lady (Penguin Highway), Marle (Puyo Puyo Tetris 2), and the two others I've already mentioned and just, sticking em' in a blender.

Oh, right, there was a whole thing about ✨escapism✨ and ✨reality✨ I wanted to add to the story too but uh...I don't know how to do that? Just know that Endless Possibilities (Sonic Unleashed) was involved.

so. I was trying to get some ideas for a thing I wanna make. one of them was "Bdubs horse" (horse that looks a bit like c!Bdubs). but while trying to understand what I meant by that, instead of "Bdubs horse", my mind screamed "All Might horse"

I ran into a fic a while back where c!Grian gets summoned by class 1-A, like, with the whole watcher getup and whatnot. but like..what if it was the permit office fit? or the fishing mania fit? the buttercup fit?

So a little birdie ( :cough cough: the giant banner over the homepage that was here a week ago :cough cough: ) told me that this "fic" is very against the tos and should be deleted right away!

so instead, the moment I put out this chapter I'm going to remove every possible tag in a desperate attempt to "decommission" this fic, and scatter the pieces to the wind :D
