   Summary

   Phaethon was a legend among legends. The best Proxy there was. Yet, there was never a doubt around how they got work done. Sure, they had connections to the Cunning Hares and a few others, but that didn't explain the missions where those were not available. How was Phaethon so efficient? People seem to forget one thing:
