Bill, pulling baby Pyramid Steve in a high chair, "Alrighty then! What's on the menu for lunch today, Angle?" Pyramid Steve: "JAM SAMMICH! NO CRUSS!"

 

"Oh-ho, you got it boss!" Bill says, pulling out a big knife and summoning bread and jam.

"One sammy-jam, just like Mama Cipher used to make!"

 

 

Bill is doing a cool spinning knife trick to impress the baby, while setting up sandwich making on the kitchen counter.

 

It worked! Baby Pyramid Steve is very impressed!

Now would be a good place to stop and imagine a happy ending~

Bill flips the knife to his other hand, happily showing off as he makes the sandwich

 

Bill thinks cheerfully, 'still got it~!'

 

thinks, 'you're going to hurt him'. Outloud, he says "HA"

 

Bill spreads jam on bread, only his hands visible. His eye is reflected in the knife weirdly. More thoughts: you're going to hurt him (when?) you always hurt them. (you) you're going to hurt him. you always do. (hurt him) you'll hurt him. you're a monster, you can't help yourself.'

Bill, looking more pensive and upset, holding knife closer to himself. His thoughts go: (no no no) you'll only ever hurt him

 

Bill is cutting off the crusts when a thought cuts through him: STAB HIM (nonononononono)

Baby Pyramid Steve is splattered and screaming in his high chair

 

Bill, out of it, clutching at his face with splattered fingers. Ford's talking in the background. "I heard screaming all the way from the lab, what-? OH GOD-"

 

Ford, panicked craddling the baby, thinking 'blood blood he's covered in blood-'

 

Ford wipes some splatter off with his thumb, thinks, 'it's- not?'

 

Ford, confused. "It's... jam? What- Bill, what happened-? there's glass everywhere-"

 

Bill, burning planet in his eye, trembling on the floor. "the.. monster..."

 

THE MONSTER echoes. Ford, shifts into protect mode, searching for the threat, holding baby close to his chest with one arm, frantically patting pocket for some kind of weapon with the other. "THAT monster?! The one that- WHERE? Bill! How did it get inside?!"

 

Bill, haunted. "sixer. it was already. here." He is small and miserable in the corner of the frame, shadowed and surrounded by ghostly triangles

 

It will eat you alive.
