Chapter 1: Fallen Mist

Chapter Text

The Mist that protected those who weren’t born with the ability to see through the Mist. It allowed many to now see the mythological creatures that resided within their world to be seen.

As per Zeus’ request, he informed Wonder Woman that there now would be a joint alliance between the demigods and the Justice League and that all Warriors of Olympus would have codenames. However, Hurricane as requested would not be available for five years with her experience of having a younger sister.

As Gotham starts to become overrun with the creatures of the mythological world, things take a turn.

Inside the Watch Tower, a meeting is called to order between the Hellenic Division, the Imperial Division and the Lunar Division to discuss the progress that is being made.

Architect explains “Mythological Creatures can be killed, but they are only harmed by divine metals. However, they will return since they are immortal beings.”

Lieutenant states “We are missing our most experienced hero. She has the blade that makes monsters flinch at the sight”

Aquaman ponders “Are you talking about the Princess of the Sea”

Shadow sarcastically answers “Of course, who else wields the blade of the Forgotten Hesperide.”

Batman asks “Why is she not here?”

Jewel answers “Hurricane wanted to be there with her sister for the first five years and also create an aquarium”

Wonder Woman assesses each of their abilities noticing the alert stance that they take and is passed a note in Ancient Greek explaining Orphan needs to wield a Xiphos sword.

Orphan signs ‘why me?’

Spartan explains “Wait five years and the reward will be worthy and earnt.”

Aqualad and Tempest are shocked since they know what Orphan will receive.

Nightwing curiously replies “Will you help us learn how to defeat monsters”

“Indeed, Wing” Fuego states “However, certain monsters such as werewolves are only injured by silver.”

Charm who is the quietest observes “the motto ‘Bats don’t kill’ needs to be lost in the mythological world”

Robin wants to know if he can not be restrained if he has the appropriate sword whilst Transformer states that he has a special weapon made by the Cyclopes on behalf of Hurricane. Spoiler, true to her name opens the case and notices two beautiful katanas made from a sort of bronze metals. Wisdom and Bouquet explain that this is celestial bronze and will pass through mortals since they contain no divinity within them, but can harm all creatures of the mythological world.

Red Hood wonders if Hurricane has anything special for all the Bats, but Praetor states that these are prototypes that enchantments binding them to their owners. All of a sudden, the screen of the Watchtower shows a fight going between Strixes and Gothamites.

Architect hurriedly says “Moss, Bouquet, Vines, make as many plants of the Arbutus Variety as you can to ensure that they are easily sent to the pit”

Batman asks if he should involve Poison Ivy since that is up her alley. Shadow states that could be done but would have to placed under careful watch.

Bouquet, Vines and Moss make quick work of the Strixes that are rampaging in Crime Alley whilst the harbour is being handled by Poison Ivy and Flora who have grown many plants to look like weapons so that the Strixes cannot reform.

Batman grunts that the meeting is now over and is not surprised that demigods exists but he however has an idea of their parents due to their code names that they used ensuring that were not easily identified in everyday attire. But he also noticed that their eyes often glowed when their powers were used or that demigod siblings had very similar coloured eyes. But did notice that there was no hydrokinesis on display. Fuego also mentioned the fact that names were never used since they had power and could draw the attention of any mythical being, since many do not want gods listening to their conversations.

Chapter 2: Funding and Meeting Bruce Wayne

Summary:

Rachel uses her heritage to gain an advantage when funding the Warriors

Chapter Text

Camp Half-Blood

Rachel came up with the idea that she could provide funding, but would have to be willing to negotiate with Bruce Wayne, to ensure that Dare enterprises was not overshadowed, alongside allowing her rich girl persona to sign, if her plan is not foiled.

Rachel sought out the children of Ares to secure protection, as Gotham was plagued with crime and she required security to travel safely. She approached Clarisse, who was engaged in spear training with her fellow cabinmates, and detailed her plan to her.

She called Sherman and Ellis over to explain the situation and that they would earn $500 from her father to ensure his only heir was protected whilst she was in Gotham. However, there was one condition, that her father could fund the Warriors and their suits, alongside their weapons, especially if they have to require specific measures to feel balanced within their hand. “For example, Percy and her oceanic blades that no one else can wield”

Ellis’ jaw dropped whilst Sherman seriously pondered “$500 just to be your protection detail”. Drew could hear the gossip and asked “don’t you need a lawyer to ensure that this plan succeeds with contracts”.

Rachel answered “well, you volunteered, not it is your duty and also remember etiquette please”

Drew snarkily answered “Who do you take me for? Acting is essential as a demigod”

“Perfect, 3 days from now, I will arrange a meeting and expect a flawless attitude from all of you”

Inside the Bat-Cave

“Miss Cassandra and Master Damian, training time is over” Alfred shouts into the arena.

“Of course, Alfred” both reply at the same time, whilst Stephanie and Jason are hanging from the rafters, when they were watching the fight.

Dick answers “Let’s talk about the warriors, did you notice their suits, they were all black, but some had symbols and some had different colourways”

Stephanie suggests “Maybe the colourways represent the division, for example the Lunar Division all had silver and black suits, but did you notice that only a few had masks that concealed their eyes”

Damian answers “They must have distinct eyes, that could be easily noticed when not in their suits”

Bruce traipses into the Bat-Cave and interrupts the discussion saying that they were waiting for their leader Hurricane, but did you notice Diana and Arthur’s reaction. “She must be famous within the mythological world.”

Jason suggests “Orange and Bronze must be the Hellenic division, whilst Purple and Gold equals the Imperial division, and if they are demigods, it must symbolise if their parent are Greek or Roman Gods”

Cassandra signs ‘what about powers’

“What do you mean powers” Duke asks, but the discussion is cut when Alfred puts a finger to his lips, since Master Bruce has a meeting.

“What meeting is that?” questions Bruce

“It is with Miss Dare, who is the heir to Dare Enterprises, so all of you heathens must be on your best behaviour, whilst she is here attending a negotiation”

“Ahhh, yes, this is about the funding for a new department at the university as well as an art school, for those who struggle in a conventional school”

Damian rants about her also being a famous activist since she cannot keep her mouth shut. Dick warns him to keep that attitude hidden whilst she is here, since her father does not appreciate the Bad Press that she receives due to being an heir to a multimillion fortune. “I wonder if she is funding the Warriors, since those suits seem to have mixed of fabrics interwoven and they looked lightweight and adapted perfectly to each warriors’ body”

Suddenly, a whirring of blades could be heard, landing on the helipad that was at the back of the manor. Walking off the helicopter, was young lady dressed in green chiffon dress, with simple black heels, however her famous curly red hair was tied back, preventing her from looking unprofessional.

As she stepped onto the manicured lawn, the scent of freshly cut grass mingled with the faint aroma of blooming roses from the nearby garden. The manor's grandeur loomed before her, its ivy-clad walls and towering spires casting long shadows in the late afternoon sun. She took a deep breath, steadying herself for the task ahead.

Inside the manor, the atmosphere was a blend of old-world charm and modern sophistication. Crystal chandeliers hung from the high ceilings, casting a warm glow over the polished marble floors. Antique furniture, meticulously maintained, stood alongside contemporary art pieces, creating a harmonious balance between the past and the present.

She was greeted by the butler, a distinguished gentleman with a neatly trimmed beard and a crisp black suit. "Welcome, Miss," he said with a slight bow. "The master is expecting you in the library."

She nodded, following him through the grand hallway adorned with portraits of the manor's illustrious ancestors. The library was a sanctuary of knowledge, with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves filled with leather-bound volumes. A large oak desk stood at the centre, behind which sat the master of the house, engrossed in a thick tome.

He looked up as she entered, a smile spreading across his face. "Ah, you're here," he said, closing the book and rising to greet her. "I trust your journey was pleasant?"

"It was, thank you," she replied, her voice steady despite the flutter of nerves in her stomach. "I'm ready to discuss the project."

"Excellent," he said, gesturing to a comfortable chair opposite his desk. "Please, have a seat. We have much to talk about."

“Indeed, we do, Mr Wayne” Rachel replies and explains that she has also bought her lawyer with her.

At Mount Justice 5 years later

The League were alongside the Warriors discussing the progress that was being made, when an Iris-Message appeared. The lady in the Iris- Message had raven-black hair, oceanic eyes and a well renowned troublemaker smirk on her face.

Batman asked “Who’s that?”

Orin and Kaldur both saluted “Your Highness”

The lady replied “You know I hate formalities, now stand down since I ain’t my father”

Lieutenant sarcastically asked “Are you out of retirement Kelp Head?”

Diana went “Why Persephone Jackson”

Persephone “Call me Percy since only those who want me dead call me Persephone”

Orphan was shaken with excitement since she was the only one that noticed the chalk in her hands.

Architect was curious why she had chalk in her hands. “Oh just a bit of fun” Percy replied “Also, I have been incognito fighting whilst you were there.”

“NO WAY IN HADES “Jewel screamed “NOT THE BOX”

“Well I am champion, so who is willing to spar with me” Percy answered devilishly

Flashback

During a fight with the monsters near Gotham Harbour, Orphan noticed a mysterious figure below the waves with eyes that mirrored the ocean on calm day.

However, when the person surfaced, she turned to Orphan and pushed a finger against her lips to keep silent about her involvement. Which prompted Orphan as Cass to seek out the helper. But she did notice that she had an aura like the sea.

When one day, she walked into a coffee shop, and noticed a woman working in a corner booth. This woman reminded her of the harbour helper, who had very similar features. Cass ordered a coffee and walked over and tapped her on the shoulder.

She signed ‘you, harbour’

The lady laughed and went “Ahh, Orphan is it, that indeed was me”

Cass signed ‘train me?’

The lady introduced herself “Persephone Jackson but I prefer Percy”

Then signed ‘it be a pleasure but do not mention it’

Cass replied ‘I swear on the Styx not to tell anyone until I get confirmation from Percy’

Percy wondered out loud “Does Lady Styx accept oaths in sign language’

All of a sudden she heard a thunder clap to confirm that the oath was accepted

Present day

“Orphan, you okay? You zoned out.” Questioned Diana

“I’m good” Orphan murmured

Orin asked “Do any of you warriors know what the Box is?”

Praetor suggested letting the League figure it out themselves, especially with Percy leading the game. The bat- family noticed that none of those associated with gods were willing to spar but then all of a sudden he heard “I swear on the Styx that no powers or weapons will be used during the game of The Box”

Kaldur didn’t even seem to question it and straight up refused to go against her. “Who ever has enough courage, I’m waiting for you at my secret dojo. Orphan, guide them”

Everyone turned in shock and asked “Orphan, you knew”. Orphan replied “Styx swear”

Orin went “Smart aren’t you, how did you dodge Batman”

Cass mumbled “secret”. Warrior asked “who would spar with her”

Robin observed that she was lean and had significant muscle mass; however, he was reluctant to challenge her after hearing the numerous accounts and titles attributed to her. These legendary feats were conveyed to him by Ra’s al Ghul, his grandfather. It was evident to all present in the room that even Robin appeared apprehensive and fearful. Whilst Black Canary, who was silent during the interaction said “Ok, I’ll spar with you” and then using the Zeta Tube they were transported to Aquarium Atlantis, but beneath the floors, so that no one knew where they were. All heroes and warriors were shocked at the size of the dojo that appeared, but then out of nowhere appeared Percy, who shocked everyone.

“Ha, got you good”

Shadow replied “Slow your roll FishFace, you know what Medic will say right”

Percy replied “I can handle myself, and screw Medic”

Shadow casually answered “Sorry cuz, I’m the only one allowed to do that”

Everyone’s jaw dropped and the Lieutenant went “Did death breath just say what I think he did”

Architect went “What has gotten into him”

Then Spartan answered “Well Medic has bought some sunshine to the little emo”

Almost every one there blushed with how explicit Shadow was. But then all of their focus returned to the exercise between Percy and Black Canary. Everyone watched with fascination since Canary was taken down within 3 minutes and Percy proclaiming herself ‘Queen of the Box’. “Anyone else wanna go, or do I have to be snarky and sarcastic around ya guys as per usual”

“Godsdamn yankee” Architect replied

“I hear ya tawking bout me wise girl, don’t think I didn’t hear that yankee comment coming from ya”

The radar beeped showing that a monster was causing damage in downtown Gotham but no one knew what it was, except Spartan and asked “You want round three with your favourite rodeo friend”

“What do you mean rodeo friend” Superman asks

Batman took a closer look and went “Isn’t that Pasiphae’s son.”

Percy ran off screaming “I need his armour now, got his horn and axe, but no armour”

Diana’s face fell whilst the warriors just laughed and said that it was normal with this monster for her to be excited and wanting to get her spoils of war. Robin watched as within 10 minutes, the bull-man was beaten. They observed Percy as she teleported by transforming into water vapour. When they turned around, they found her seated, smirking with her newly acquired armour displayed like a trophy.

Notes:

The Box is a ancient roman game that had soldiers fight within an area designated by Chalk. The box originally meant to kill, however in this modern version, it is to render the opponent unconscious whilst ringing a bell placed above their head to signify that the duel has been won

New York- Jackson Apartment

Walking into her family’s apartment, Percy noticed that she was about to be lectured since her mum had found her warrior suit. The suit comprised a composite of Kevlar and celestial bronze, incorporating sea-inspired colours. It featured a hood but no mask, as her identity was well-known among many adversaries. The suit included water capsules for healing purposes and a trident to signify her lineage.

“You can join the warriors on one condition, you must not use Riptide since they would know it’s you” Sally says

“Why not a trident?” Paul asks

“Hmm that isn’t a bad idea, but I would want one prong to be made of silver” Percy answers

“Before you bug your father, turn around” Sally reminds her

Standing behind Percy was a young woman with red hair styled in a topknot, revealing her undercut. Her skin displayed an olive tone, and her eyes gleamed like rubies when illuminated. She wore a leather bomber jacket, black flare jeans, and black Doc Martens. Suddenly, she placed a cowboy hat on Seph's head.

“How could you forget me, Seph” Avery explained who was daughter of Nemesis

“Oh dear, I’m in trouble”

“Lots of it” Estelle answers

“Bet the bats are watching you kick the bull-man’s arse”

“Not just the Bull-Man, but also Black Canary’s”

“How?!” Sally asked incredulously

“oh, it was the box”

As the dinner and conversation finished, Percy noticed a trident pendant on her counter, with a little note that said “For my seastar, here’s a trident for you, it will be natural to use, just tug at pearl on the pendant and watch”

After tugging on the pendant, Percy saw a purple trident that was 6 foot in length with three wickedly sharp tines that curved outward . “Now this will be fun”

“Not in the house” Paul scolded

“Train elsewhere” Sally shouts

After Percy and Avery had made a bet on a spar, that the winner had to pick date night. But they were interrupted by a group of Empousai, who wanted to battle her, however they noticed the hesitation when she pulled out her trident that she named Maelstrom.

Inside the Bat-Cave

Batman explained that he pulled up the video of Percy sparring with Canary and asked them to watch the fight as well as taken any notes. These notes will help us improve in the fight against terrors.

Orphan walks in late with a bronze spear. “What’s that” Spoiler asks

“My spoil” She answers and goes to immediately take her place to learn the techniques that the demigods showed.

They notice that Percy is using a more defensive approach—her movements are smooth, mirroring the ocean perfectly, constantly shifting and evading. She flows around her opponent, using subtle head fakes and quick footwork to keep them off balance. Her guard is tight, her counters sharp, but she's not the type to rush in with heavy strikes.

Her opponent, Black Canary, is a more aggressive fighter, trying to force openings with her powerful kicks, aiming for a clear knockout. She's landing blows, but they're mostly blocked or deflected by Percy’s impeccable defensive technique. It’s clear she’s comfortable with the pressure, effortlessly weaving between attacks, each move calculated to wear Canary down.

As the round progresses, Canary’s kicks start to slow, the frustration and fatigue settling in forcing her to rush. She throws a wild, wide haymaker, thinking she can catch Kaia off-guard, but Kaia anticipates it. She sidesteps, just barely avoiding the punch. With lightning speed, she moves in, her hands snapping out like a whip—fast, precise, and almost wave-like in their efficiency.

In an instant, she lands a clean, well-timed strike to the side of Canary’s head—an unexpected, yet perfectly placed blow. It’s not a brutal knockout punch, but it’s a strike that hits with surgical precision, catching Canary at just the right moment. Her body stiffens, her eyes go blank, and she collapses, unconscious before she even hits the mat.

Percy’s fluid style isn’t just for defence; it traps the opponent into underestimating her. Her ability to remain calm under pressure, using her opponent’s aggression against Canary, delivering a win without relying on brute force but precision. The crowd gasps at the finesse, and Percy stands there, still poised and composed, having rendered her opponent unconscious without ever needing to be on the offensive. She then victoriously rings the bell that was placed behind her.

“What can we learn from her?” Batman asks

Spoiler points out that her style is like a ballerina or an ocean which is a symbol of fluidity. Red Robin says that her calmness benefits her, so maybe frustrate, if we get a chance to spar.

Robin goes “I’m glad she doesn’t have a trident, only a sword”

Nightwing goes “Why give her a trident”

“Children of the sea use a trident as it is a natural extension of their arm. Which makes them even harder to defeat since can be used long-range or close-range depending on the battle” Red Hood answers

Orphan signs “Very scary”

Batman suggests that they find a way of incapacitation if the warriors go rogue in battle. Since there is nothing better than a contingency plan as a preventative measure

New York

As Percy and Avery were enjoying their dinner date at Vatan, they received a notification, through their earpieces that there was a battalion of monsters in Central Park. “Can you deal with it?” Delphi asks

“You owe us.” They reply at the same time

“Also, no flirting Scales and Hurricane” Delphi responds

“what do you take us for” says Hurricane

“We fight better when we flirt” replies Scales

“Good luck and don’t I get a kiss for tradition” Hurricane asks

“Seabird, later after we have our fun” Scales scolds

Notes:

Percy went through the Pit alone and also she never used Annabeth as her mortal point, but it was her mother. Annabeth and Percy had more of sisterly bond as best friends, which also allowed her to explore her powers being used on other liquids such as poison. Avery is more of a punk character and only one allowed to call Persephone 'Seph'

Chapter 5: The Prophecy of The Owlet

Summary:

A new prophecy has been issued. This will be a short chapter.

Chapter Text

As the warriors were battling a group of dracaenas and telekhines that seemed to form in never ending waves, and asked to call in back-up.

“Another one bites the dust” Percy goes

“And another one bites the dust” Avery starts singing as well. When all of a sudden, a blond lady dressed in purple asks if its too late to spoil the party. “I quite like spoiling things” Spoiler goes

“Only if you can sing and fight” Hurricane answers

“We got our date ruined by the way” Scales whines

“Aww, poor you, but another one bites the dust” Spoiler goes as she stabs a telekhine with a borrowed celestial bronze lance.

Delphi advises Hurricane to get Oracle on the comm, since she feels as if there is about to be prophecy that will be issued, but it includes those in the City of Bats. Hurricane hands over the code and says “Get Oracle on the line immediately, Delphi is about to issue a prophecy”

“Ok, but what is a prophecy for?!” as Spoiler spots three ladies holding a grey sock with long shears. Whispering in her ears 'the final choice is yours'

“Ignore the Fates, Spoiler, now listen” Oracle demands and then asks “Delphi, I have all the bats here, you ready.”

“Anyone writing this?” Scales asks

“Robin is, thank god” Spoiler goes and then is warned that no prophecy must be prevented

The prophecy goes:

“Within the city of bats, where lies the legend of the clown

Heroes and demigods will combine, or the city shall drown.

The sea and balance standing tall and unite,

To defeat the combined terrors’ might

When Wisdom’s Bane stays put

An Owlet’s string may be cut”

“NO” Cass goes, “How morbid”

“What does a string cut mean?” Jason asks

“Its when the fates decide that someone will or may die, and if they cut your string, it means that with this prophecy, there is a high possibility of someone dying” Bruce explains

“But at least we know the fight will be here” Tim supplies

“However, we need two gods due to the lines mentioning Sea and Balance” Robin answers

“An owlet I’m guessing is a child of Athena, since an owl is her sacred animal” Alfred remarks

“Let’s discuss with the Justice League first and if we can get any weapons supplied by the warriors and we need to tell Diana” Richard says as he takes a mental note of the prophecy

“Maybe arrange a visit to their camp, to get those weapons” Damian supplies, but I need to see my mother and ask about prophecies and the dangers if they fail to be fulfilled.

Chapter 6: Camp and the prophecy

Chapter Text

As Spoiler and the warriors were finishing defeating a group of terrors. They took off to Times Square to discuss the issue and the prophecy.

Avery asks “Where there is one bat-fam member, there is another often”

Spoiler answers “Oh I was here shopping, but Hood is somewhere around here”

Percy asks “Where would he be? What’s your guess?”

Spoiler sighs “Likely a bookstore, him and his books.”

Avery reminds Percy that they need to call Chiron, but should also give Spoiler her number, since then they can discuss plans and pranks for the upcoming meetings likely to happen between the Justice League and the Warriors

Percy pulls out her phone, which has a red phone case on and instantly dials Chiron to inform him that cabins 6 and 14 need to fully included. We will be there in around half an hour. Then hangs up and goes to Spoiler “Have fun and look someone recorded us.”

“Thank god I’m not embarrassed easily. That would be great blackmail for my siblings”

“Really, even the feisty one, Baby Bird” Avery questions

Then all of a sudden, Spoiler flew into the New York sky to find Red Hood, whilst the demigods called upon the Chariot of Damnation to get them to camp through the fastest route.

Camp Half-Blood

Chiron calls all cabin counsellors to a meeting, once Percy and Avery have arrived, explaining that a new prophecy has been issued and includes the City of Bats.

“So, you mean Gotham, is where it will go down” Connor states

“Nice outfit there, Percy” Piper compliments. Percy was wearing a sleeveless black button down, with a green skirt and adorned with a simple silver necklace. Whilst the boots were similar to Chelsea Boots, but in a jet black. However everyone noticed that she was wearing Avery's cowboy hat.

“Yeah I dressed nice, we were at Vatan, until we were rudely interrupted” Percy states

Leo goes “Does that include singing and fighting. And go saving horses afterwards, ok?”

Avery answers “How did you know. Haha, the Texan knows the cowboy hat rule”

Annabeth laughs and goes “Only you, Seaweed Brain. Only you.”

Clarisse “It was recorded, pretty funny if you ask me. But Spoiler, she can fight pretty well”

Katie responds, “They often come in twos, where was the other Bat”

Percy sighs “Have a guess, all I’m telling you is that it was Red Hood”

Chiron chuckles “He is fond of his literature, right. Seems like that person honestly”

Will bewilderingly “Really, the violent one is fan of books”

Nico states “We need more people who like books and was he in a bookstore, since New York is great for book signings”

Lou Ellen claps one time and says “Let’s get back on track. What is the prophecy?”

Percy recites

“Within the city of bats, where lies the legend of the clown

Heroes and demigods will combine, or the city shall drown.

The sea and balance standing tall and unite,

To defeat the combined terrors’ might

When Wisdom’s Bane stays put

An Owlet’s string may be cut”

Annabeth gulps “Likely time for our cabin to make shrouds due to the owlet”

Avery deadpans “That is why we requested both cabins, 6 and 16, to be here”

“Scales are a symbol of Nemesis aren’t they” Clarisse states

Butch suggests that all the vigilantes of Gotham should come to camp to be measured for weapons, but however we do need to request that from the gods.

Within an instant a chorus of “Not me” is heard including Clovis, but the last one to respond is Pollux, which means he must go up to Olympus to request permission. “Also, the batgirls are pretty cool” Percy states

“Only cos you have been training Orphan and Spoiler to fight mythological beasts” Laurel goes

“And so?” Percy says with a bow and a flourish

“So you know them better than anyone” Annabeth deduces

"Well, I have a way to contact Spoiler, thanks to Leo's phones he made" Percy announces

"NO CHAOS!" scolds Avery

"That can not be done with Percy" Clarisse huffs

“I call to end this meeting” Chiron announces with a stomp of his hoof and proposes that the vigilantes should be allowed to enter camp.

Up on Olympus, gods were discussing the new prophecy. But were interrupted, when Apollo showed the new video of “Another One Bites the Dust”.

Chapter Text

On Olympus

Zeus has a called a meeting of the Olympian council regarding the new prophecy, and asks Apollo to recite it.

As he recites the prophecy, Athena face begins to drop as her emotions are unmasked from her usual stoic state, when in a meeting and points out that her kids are already making their shrouds, since there is a high possibility that one of her kids could die

Out of nowhere, Hera speaks up “We need to find Nemesis, she is included in this prophecy.”

Poseidon is wary “Again, another prophecy for my daughter. AGAIN!!”

Aphrodite states that love can lead to mistakes, but this is just her fate being woven. “You did break an oath” reminds Artemis

“I’m not the only one that did” Poseidon argues “Zeus broke it twice, in two different forms”

“OK, ok, calm down now” Hestia says as she glares at both of them, which instantly quiets the noise bubbling around the council.

“Athena, you need to prepare yourself. Poseidon start training with Nemesis, since both of you need your daughters in this fight” Hera suggests

Ares points out that many of the heroes will need to be trained. He also points out that Percy has been training Cassandra to recognise how to defeat monsters. “We know that Wisdom’s Bane is Enceladus, but he shouldn’t have reformed this quickly” Artemis points

Hades calmly notifies the gods that he has no control over the giants and the time they take to reform after being killed. “But the weaker ones reform faster by the looks of it” Apollo concludes

Dad, I need you here, it is time for me to hand over my sword

Poseidon hums and asks Hephaestus if he can show the scene at Atlantic Aquarium, where he sees two young ladies sparring and then notices that his daughter has finally been disarmed

If you hand over your sword, I’m bringing Artemis with me, since the young lady needs to hear the story of your sword.

Thank you, it feels an honour to pass Riptide on to someone.

“Artemis, come with me” Poseidon suggests

“Why?” questions Artemis

“Percy feels as she is ready to hand over her sword. I recently gave her a trident and she named it Maelstrom”

“She is handing over Riptide” Ares screams. "I will also tell Chiron to allow access to the camp for the mortal vigilantes" Dionysus announces. "They need to understand the pressure they face" Athena points out, but "they should also be chosen to be within different cabins depending on their traits"

“She has finally found someone worthy of honouring the blade that has seen her through many battles. I gave her a trident which she promptly called αναστάτωση”

“Who?” Aphrodite in her Areia form asks

“Lady Shiva’s daughter, Cassandra Cain”

“I approve” Artemis declares and then both Poseidon and Artemis vanish into thin air as they disappear off to Aquarium Atlantis and its secret dojo.

Atlantis Aquarium

Percy had decided it was finally time to get serious and duel with Cass, who she knew from training, was a great swordswoman in her own right. The lights are dim, casting shadows over the indoor arena as two skilled warriors, a younger woman and a slightly older but more experienced one, lift their swords ready for a duel. Both are clad in Greek armour, their swords gleaming in the light. The slightly older woman, with her raven hair tied back in a neat braid, stands firm with a confident, practiced stance. Her experience shows in the way she holds her weapon, poised and unhurried. The younger woman, with a formal intention in her body, holds her sword with fluid precision, her movements sharp and quick.

They circle each other, their eyes locked, each waiting for the other to make the first move. The younger woman strikes first, a swift, precise thrust aimed at her opponent’s chest. The older woman parries with ease, the clang of metal ringing out as their blades clash. She counters with a swift slash, aiming for the younger woman's shoulder, but the younger woman ducks and rolls to the side, narrowly dodging the blow.

With one sudden movement, the younger woman alters her position, striking at her opponent’s open side. The older woman blocks with her sword, but the younger woman quickly feints, altering her direction and delivering a low swipe at the older woman’s legs. The older woman stumbles slightly but recovers quickly, regaining her footing after losing her balance as if she walking on a tightrope.

The two continue to exchange blows, their swords flashing in the fading light. The older woman’s movements, though precise, begin to slow just a fraction, a sign of the toll the fight is taking. The younger woman’s strikes become faster, more unpredictable, as she seizes on every opportunity. In a final, decisive moment, the younger woman feints a strike to the older woman's right, but in a quick and fluid motion, she spins and disarms her opponent, sending the older woman’s sword skittering along the ground

The older woman stands still for a moment, surprised by the younger woman’s finesse, before nodding in respect. Her chest rises and falls with the exertion, but there’s a proud smile on her face. The younger woman stands with her sword raised, victorious but respectful, knowing that the older woman’s experience made this battle, the hardest she’s ever faced.

As soon as the fight ends, both Percy and Cassandra, are shocked to hear two deities walk through the door, and they instantly bow.

“My daughter, stand. Is this the young lady who you believe is worthy of your sword?” Poseidon asks

Cassandra is stood tall, Percy kneels and hands over the sword that has gotten her through many hardships. Cassandra takes the sword that Percy believes she has rightfully earnt. Cass is in shock, that such a swordswoman is handing her sword over.

“Indeed, but she needs to know the story of the sword. Right, Lady Artemis?” Percy declares

“Indeed, it is a heroic sword. Made with the immortal soul of a Hesperide” Artemis begins

Cass listens silently as the goddess, weaves a tale of a woman so heroic, that she lives on forever, within the stars.

“Do you want to know her last words to me were?”

“Absolutely, it be my honour” Cass smiles

“The last words to me from Zoe, were ‘I am honoured you carry that sword and carries it legacy. Promise me you will find a worthy heir to this sword, on the condition that it is a woman’”

“WOW” Cass breathes out shakily

“We, as gods both agree that it was finally time for her to pass on her legacy” Poseidon answers and “Will you swear on the River Styx to carry that sword with honour and pride”

“I swear on the River Styx that this sword shall be honoured”

“This is not to be taken lightly, that is my Last Lieutenant’s sword. But I am happy that it has a new rightful successor”

“Thank you, Lord Poseidon and Lady Artemis,” Cass bows

“You’re welcome” Poseidon says "Also, Zeus has decreed that the mortal vigilantes can come to camp, but only after you have discussed the cabins you will put them" "How do we decide" Percy answers "Just observe" Artemis suggests to Percy

Percy nods at her dad, and then bows to Artemis since she is one of the few gods that she respects, leaving her and Cass to recover from their exhaustion over the sword duel

αναστάτωση means maelstrom

Chapter 8: Wayne manor

Chapter Text

After recovering, from that exhausting duel, both Cass and Percy headed their separate ways. Cass went back to the manor, to discuss the prophecy, whilst Percy started to close the Aquarium for the day. The Aquarium had many awards for exemplary practices, regarding care for their animals, but it was linked directly to the sea, which meant that visitors were able to see a variety of sea life.

At Wayne Manor

Cass walks in with her new sword in her hand, but many of the bat-family stare at her, but it is not unusual, since they are all curious about how she earnt a new sword. She uses sign language to explain that it was given to her and the name is Anaklusmos or Riptide.

As Cass explains the origins of her new weapon, the bat-family listens intently, their curiosity piqued by the tales of Riptide's past. The sword's reputation precedes it, and they can't help but wonder what adventures and challenges lie ahead for Cass now that she possesses such a formidable blade.

Alfred bangs his fist on the table, which grabs everyone attention. “Ok, calm down now, young children”

“Let’s discuss the prophecy” Bruce suggests

“Maybe we can get in contact with their camps” Dick suggests

This reminds Steph that she has a letter which suggests an invite, but it has to be arranged to ensure optimum conditions are met, especially in regard to training and being able to fight terrors, like the demigods have for many years, when the Mist existed, hiding the Mythological World from those who are not clear sighted.

Tim wants to know what the letter contains and then asks Steph and Cass, “Where is it you disappear off to, on every Friday, and not on patrol”

“Oh yeah, Bruce knows we have been training with the best demigod” Steph emphasises and adds that Cass probably received her sword in a duel and after disarming Percy Jackson.

“Percy Jackson? You say” Damian in shock, “She is known as the best warrior alive and she handed her sword over. You should be honoured” suggests Damian

“I am” Cass says with pride

“Ok, maybe we do need new weapons, made with Celestial Bronze or whatever they use, since some weapons are Gold, from the Imperial division” Jason reminds the table

Dick wonders “Can they make any weapons”

Duke recommends asking the Hephaestus kids since they have natural forging talent, allowing them to create any weapon that would feel balanced within their hands.

Steph slams both hands and says that she is the only one in the house with a number that goes straight to a demigod.

“When did that happen” Jason asks

“In New York, whilst you were in a bookstore” Steph replies with sass

“Of course, its difficult to get him out of a bookstore” Alfred deadpans

“Does this have anything to do with that video” Barbara hints

“Oh, yeah, singing and fighting” Steph murmurs

“We can’t not go to the camp, without any help, and would they know our secret identities” Bruce explains

“Oh, that’s easy for Percy” Cass explains and then signs that her and Steph have been learning how to take advantage of mythological creatures and their weaknesses, so that they can send them back to the pit to reform.

“HOW?!” Tim screams

“She can tell DNA apart, which is pretty useful, all things considering.” Steph suggests

“What else can she do?” Bruce ponders

“She’s the most powerful of her generation. Is that enough of an explanation. You need to end with this paranoia. It gets you nowhere” Steph complains

“What do you know about paranoia” Dick questions

Steph slaps Dick across the face and scolds him, “You should know the bloody paranoia of having to give a kid up. Timothy was there with me, when it happened. Don’t think that I don’t worry everyday about her, especially with who her grandparents are.”

“Alright, calm down now, Miss Stephanie, no need for this behaviour” Alfred says as he helps Steph calm down. However, this does not work, and Steph slams the door as she storms out the meeting

“When did she have a daughter” Damian ponders

“It was teen pregnancy” Tim says . “But do you notice that she is not as jovial as usual”

“Leave her be!” Dick screams whilst rubbing the welt that is forming on his cheek

“That is why she gets on with me and Cass. We listen, but don’t judge” Jason reminds everybody

“Let’s plan a schedule, and then contact Percy. Ok, Cass, you will be the mediator with the Camp” Bruce tells everyone

“Ok.” Cass says coolly

Duke emphasises that many of us need to be able to work at the speed of the demigods, since their speed and reflexes are a lot quicker than we are used to, especially with the rogues that we have to deal on a daily basis.

“You’re all excused from this meeting” Alfred explains

Steph has a dream as she calms down, which shows her daughter and her mother. The figure in the dark suggests that she will have to make a choice, between her daughter and her mother. This figure looms large, with swords that embrace his long dark locks, but the figure had a mysterious green hue to his skin. She ponders this information and stores it away for when they go to Camp Half-Blood, so she can discuss the scene that is likely to belong in her nightmares for many a night.

When calmed down, Alfred walks in, with some cookies and leaves them there whilst she gets a handle on her emotions. Then, in walks Jason, who suggests that they can bond over their attitudes towards Bruce, who they have similar feelings on. Jason suggests watching ‘Pride and Prejudice’ to help her explain her feelings and also invites Cass over, where they can be free from the drama within the manor taking place currently.

Chapter 9: Steph a legacy?

Notes:

Who could Steph be a legacy of?

Chapter Text

At Camp Half-Blood

Chiron called another meeting after Percy had visited Olympus and she explained that the gods gave her permission to reveal the Camp to the mortal vigilantes, since they would need to be trained before a giant battle took place

“I have also been working with some of the vigilantes, they have impressed me with their desire to learn” Percy explains

Annabeth notices the trident pendant on Percy, but doesn’t have her trusty pen with her and questions “Where’s Riptide?!”

“I passed it on to Orphan”

“Why?!” Clarisse wonders with a look of shock and disbelief written across her face

“She earnt the right and Lady Artemis and my dad both approved” Percy says

“Fair enough, but when we are in Gotham. We need to set patrols” Avery suggests

“Maybe patrol with the vigilantes, then we can work together, so that no group of terrors are left roaming free throughout the streets” Chiron reminds the group

“I have been training Spoiler and Orphan, especially how to find weaknesses of a mythological monster. Hood should be fine, since he reads a lot, so should know what to do” Percy tells everyone

“We should set a meeting with Wonder Woman, and help just get an alliance with the Justice League, which means we can prepare” Avery hints

“Us Hephaestus kids can make extra weapons, especially with celestial bronze, but we should get recommendations from the heroes, on what they would prefer. For example, Robin likes Katanas, whereas Spoiler, due to her height, would work better with long range weapons” Leo calmly says

“I can contact Oracle, since I’m the only not affected by technology and she’s pretty cool and a badass in her own right” Rachel mentions to everybody

“Sure, but does anyone know who’s who under the masks and cowls” asks Katie

“I only know Hood, Spoiler and Orphan” Percy announces, “However I won’t reveal their identities for their safety”

“We could also give them lessons in how to communicate safely with us such as Iris- messages” suggests Travis

“Look at you being smart” Katie dryly says

“I can be smart, but Avery, stay away from Nightwing” Connor points out

“Why would that be?” Avery shouts as she blushes

“Oh, just redheads are his weakness, its so obvious” Connor tells everyone

With new plans put in place to help the demigods ally with the Justice League and the heroes of Gotham, Chiron disbands the meeting. He then sends a letter to Diana Prince, through Hermes Express, telling her of the decision to allow Camp Half-Blood to be shown to the vigilantes, on one condition, that no one reveals the location of the Camp. She vows that she can do this, since it is protected from terrors being able to access the demigods in one of their sanctuaries. Percy then texts Stephanie

Percy: We can get you access to Camp

Steph: Really, when

Percy: As soon as the JL give the word

Steph: By the way, Cass loves her new sword.

Percy: Knew she would

Steph: Any gifts for the rest of the family

Percy: Expect it soon, it be through Hermes Express

Steph: Great, that letter with the lyre on it. That for me?

Percy: Yes, your grandpa sent it

Steph: Wow!

At Wayne Manor

After receiving confirmation that the golden letter was written for, Steph opened it and was surprised when she read it.

Dear Stephanie

Your father may not have been the best; however, he did inherit the domain of logic from me, which means that you are my legacy. Therefore, I have been keeping an eye on Elizabeth; she is doing well and I could arrange a meeting. Also, when Hermes comes to deliver the gift, it will be special since this weapon will perfectly fit you, considering how you love your bo staff so much. I have adjusted it to be a spear since they are similar, so that it can easily kill monsters and send them back to the pit.

Love,

Grandpa Apollo

P.S. Percy’s mom has also sent something for Jason, considering his love for literature

As Steph finishes reading, she hears the doorbell ring. Alfred opens the door wide, and everyone notices a man with an angled face, and sandy blue eyes that seemed to sparkle with mischief as if he knew something that you didn’t.

“Lord Hermes, I believe you have something for me” Stephanie announces

“Ahh, Stephanie, here’s a gift for you. And Jason, I believe you to be a fan of literature.”

“Indeed, Lord Hermes” Jason agrees rapidly

“Well, thank Cass and Steph for arranging this” Hermes hums approvingly. Jason opens the box and notices two books that have been signed and written by Sally Jackson. They were called Love Song of the Gods and The Fever of the Seas. “I have always tried to get these books, but they are already sold out” Jason goes as he thanks Steph and Cass

“We know, Percy suggested it as we trained with her” Steph says happily

“Well, Master Jason, I believe you have some important things to do, but mainly patrolling. You can read later.”

“Also, Miss Stephanie, keep that spear inside, only use it on terrors when on patrols”

“Ok, Alfred” Steph says as she skips away to work on her technique.

“Miss Cassandra, you need to help run patrols”

“Of course, Alfred” Cass answers

“Thank you, Lord Hermes.” Alfred bows

“I also have a letter regarding a visit to the demigod camp” Hermes notes

“When?!” Bruce says as he saunters into the porch, demanding to know what has got into Steph and Cass. “Also, why is Jason brooding”

“He can’t read his new books” Damian replies as he slowly sharpens his katanas, from the day that he received them from the demigod Hurricane.

“We should really branch out, since the battle is likely to take place. It would be a wise strategy” Tim confirms

“On one condition, they have no access to the Bat-Cave” Bruce seriously announces

“Maybe Mount Justice” Duke suggests

As the night sky begins to fade, and the vigilantes patrol, many are considering the risks and benefits of allowing the Warriors to enter Gotham. Since many Gothamites are not fond of those with powers.

Chapter 10: Batman being a grump

Chapter Text

As camp disbanded the council meeting, Percy heard her phone buzz, confirming that they could go meet the JL at Mount Justice. This allowed the demigods to show the powers that they had due to their parents. Mount Justice also had the latest technology, when it came to fight stimulators.

There was a group of members waiting at Mount Justice, as those from the Hellenic Division teleported through the Zeta Tube. Since it was the first time through a zeta, Percy gasped out ‘what the Hades’. She was not used to teleporting, unless through vapour travel.

She looked around the room and noticed that the other divisions were already in a meeting. No one looked up, until she had her head over a map on the table displaying Gotham City, and how it could be patrolled due to the new prophecy. The JL and Warriors were split into pairs, and chose their specific weapons, unless they carried one on them. For example, Percy’s trident pendant, that she received from her father. The stimulator allowed for injuries that could occur during battle to be shown, to prevent this happening in the battlefield.

Hurricane and Orphan were the first pair to go, since they had danced before with sparring. Everyone was mesmerised by the fact that their battle seems more like a choreograph, than an intense fight.

Spartan announced “Spoiler, with me.”

Spoiler questions “Me?!”

“Yes, you. Bring your spear with you. The gift”

“Ahhh, of course, I carry it with me”

Spoiler then pulls out a mascara, that as she uncaps turns into a spear with a celestial bronze tip.

Wonder Woman asks where she received that spear, since it is one of a kind, but fits her perfectly.

“Oh, my grandpa, Logic”

“You are a legacy?!”

“Indeed, which god”

Orphan then speaks up and says “Apollo”

Jason reminds everybody that names have power, which means that it is inevitable that they are going to either watch or listen in to what is going on.

Wonder Woman then begins the countdown

Ten

“Have you used your spear already” Spartan asks Spoiler

“Indeed, I have”

Five

“Try to be quick”

“Don’t worry, I will”

One….

Spoiler and Spartan finished their bout with a handshake, since many monsters were decimated quickly due to the range that both girls had, with their height benefitting both of them.

After the stimulators finished, the groups moved on to discussing what was needed, especially with patrolling Gotham and for the warriors getting to know the city.

“We need to stock ambrosia and Nectar within safe areas” Architect suggested

“What about mortals gaining access” Batman asks

“We can work some magic into the compartments so that no one who cannot use it, will be unable to access these hidden compartments” Jewel says

“You can do that magic” Zatanna asks

“Oh, Jewel is champion of Hecate, so it be easy for her” Shapeshifter says

“Also, I need a list of weapons that you prefer” Fuego mentions

“Why?” Batman and Superman question at the same time

“We can ask the Hephaestus kids or the cyclopes in my dad’s forges to make disguised weapon. Just like Spoiler’s spear looks like a tube of mascara till it is uncapped. Or Orphan having Riptide as a pen” Hurricane muses

“Neat, but what about guns” Red Hood asks

“They’re too difficult to construct and celestial bronze doesn’t easily reload” Spartan explains

“How you know so much about weapons, Spartan” Nightwing asks

“I’m a daughter of the God of War”

The League and Warriors sit down to discuss the trios that would be patrolling together. Both groups tell each other that they have their own ‘eyes in the skies’ and since we cannot use regular technology. The warriors have special masks, that allows them to display their routes, as well as communicator earpieces, that are monster proof due to the celestial bronze chip.

“Will you share the code with Oracle” Green arrow asks

“Easily, we need a way to talk and strategize in the field” Architect deadpans

“How long till the weapons can be made” Hood asks

“A few days at most” Hurricane tells everyone

“Ok, send the list to us through Hermes Express” Jewel tells everyone

“I can start adjusting some of the weapons you already own” Fuego hints

“How?!” Red Robin asks

“Oh, I’m a kid of Forge and Fire”

The combined alliance decides that as soon as the weapons are made, the mortal vigilantes can go to the camp. But then an alarm goes off, as Calculator hacks into the system at Mount Justice, to tell everyone that we can work with terrors now. Then, Calculator disappears into the ether, leaving no trace that he was ever there. The Warriors also explain how offering works, to help prevent any mistakes that may occur, if the vigilantes prayed wrong.

Then Hurricane whispers into Nightwing’s ear, we have some cool escrima sticks ready, but just stay away from Scales. ‘I know strong willed and red heads are your type’. But then turns on her heel and disappears, through the zeta to complete paperwork that has likely piled up on her desk at the Aquarium.

Batman announces that patrols can start two weeks from now. Which means that Gotham is likely to suffer minimum damage, and also We could use flash in the field.

“He be great for transport of injured” Charm emphasises with her voice, persuading everyone to go along with this plan

The warning system at Mount Justice sounds, which shows a group of empousa, that need to be taken down and are surrounding the museum in Gotham.

Chapter 11: Arkham break

Chapter Text

“Why is it always empousai” Spoiler asks

“Tell me it isn’t Kelli” Architect and Hurricane say in unison

“You mean, the first empousa” Red Hood asks

“Yep, natural to run into her” Hurricane responds

“She doesn’t like us” Architect hints

“Before your zeta, take these earbuds with you. They will prevent the charm-speak” Fuego announces

The Justice League study the earbuds that Fuego produced out of his toolbelt. This toolbelt seemed to fit anything, but when the League had a look at earbuds, they realized that it only blocked speech coming from another body, but not from an ally. The meeting then was disbanded as the warriors returned to their bases.

Camp Half-Blood

The Hephaestus kids were excited, after the meeting disbanded, since they could use a variety of creative methods to hide weapons as a different item. For example, having a hair clip, that could easily turn into a gladius sword.

Percy then had a text conversation with Spoiler about Camp being open, after Spoiler and Orphan defeated the group of empousai that got the League’s attention. The conversation went like this

Steph: Empousai defeated, thank Fuego for the earbuds

Percy: Will do, can get camp visit next week

Steph: I let the league know. Friday good?

Percy: Friday’s perfect

Steph: Hopefully nothing happens

Percy: You jinx yourself

Steph: Whoops, who cares

Chiron explained that the League and the Bat-Family were coming to camp, therefore we need to prepare to prevent secret identities getting out.

“We could use the mist to hide emotions” Lou Ellen suggested

“Possibly, but will it hold” Annabeth questioned

“What about masks, like the domino ones” Clarisse hinted at

“That’s perfect, what about suits?” Percy asks

“That’s where us and the Aphrodite kids come in” Leo explains as he pulls out some rings, and when they are tapped, they expand into your suit.

“The rings also allow the suits to be altered, such as with a hood” Piper comments

Percy then taps the ring that she was given by Leo, noticing that she was then soon covered in a sleeveless suit, which showed off her lean body, the hood was made of green fabric, representing her connection to the sea and its depths.

Avery asks “Are all suits customisable or only some”

Piper announces that they are all customisable and depends on the fashion style of each warrior. Leo also made vehicles that allow for better transport between New York and Gotham so that they can better assist, especially when it comes to terrors running wild.

“Hopefully, no rogues will team up with them now” Avery says seriously

“Did you have to jinx it?” Katie questions

"That's the number one- Do not ever tempt the Fates" Percy shouts everyone

Chiron nods and chuckles in agreement, since Percy has been one the Fates' favourite toys

All of a sudden, the TV turns on, as Mad Hatter appears and shows that he has a decent amount of control over some terrors in Gotham.

Wayne Manor

Everyone is exasperated as another Arkham breakout occurs, but they do notice that the rogues and terrors have started working together. However, they are appreciative that no giant is yet to appear, therefore the prophecy is yet to be in place. They all start to prepare to leave camp, since Stephanie announced that they could visit on the coming Friday

Chapter 12: Camp visit

Summary:

Who else is a legacy? Weird dreams start to plague those who visit camp? Who is Mad Hatter's ally? Why are the League afraid?

Chapter Text

As camp prepared for the visit from the Justice League and Bat-Family, the campers were discussing about secret identities, plus what cabin they would be put in.

Travis Stoll had already started a betting pool, and Percy made a surprise bet that Spoiler would be put in Cabin 7. Travis glanced suspiciously at Percy, and said “Do you know something?”

Percy winked and said “I do, but if you promise me that you do not prank Avery. I will help with your next prank.”

Travis grinned at her, and gave her a nod, ready to explain the prank that he was about to pull on Cabin 20. The Athena and Hephaestus were arguing over which cabin that Red Robin would be put in, since he could possibly be an inventor or just a creative detective that does not stop.

Chiron then banged his hoof and yelled “Places everybody”

Everyone looked towards the hill and Thalia’s tree, and noticed that the vigilantes were queuing on the border ready be accepted. Percy then invited the vigilantes in and whispered to Spoiler, “Pass that letter to Chiron”

Spoiler then proceeds to come from the back of the crowd, and hands Chiron the letter. He scans it quickly and sends Spoiler on her way to Cabin 7, to meet the rest of the Apollo Kids. However, all of a sudden, Orphan was basked in a ruby red glow, and Avery announced herself, “Ahh, a legacy of Nemesis”

Orphan asks “Legacy?”

Avery explains that one of her parents could be a demigod and their mother is likely the same as mine, who is Nemesis.

“She’s the goddess of Balance and Vengeance” Avery deadpanned

‘Ahh, my mom loves revenge, she is Lady Shiva’ Orphan signed

‘ok, I will use sign language for you and you said Lady Shiva, right?’

‘Yes, she’s my mom’

‘She is mom’s favourite, due to her methods for revenge, but also balance. Luck and Balance often work together’

‘Where’s Percy, your girlfriend’

“Oh, she’s in the lake”

“Typical” Orphan grumbled as she was shown to Cabin 14, which had a pair of scales painted gold on the door, and was decorated sparingly. However, she noticed that only two beds were currently occupied.

“Ahhh, Damien, my half-brother is currently in the forge” Avery explained as Orphan pointed to the unmade bed.

Spoiler’s POV

I was soon basked in a golden light, as a lyre appeared above my head. “That’s Apollo’s symbol” Jason announces. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the camp looked as I was guided around by Kayla, who was a daughter of Apollo.

“What aspect did you get?” I asked her

“Oh, my best skill I inherited is Archery” She replied

“My dad got Logic, apparently and reckon we could use a bow or visit the range” I wondered

“Who’s your dad?” Kayla says

“Its Cluemaster, pretty horrid if you ask me”

“Ahhh, so you probably has some sort of Logic aspect tied to you, and also all kids or legacies of Apollo can shoot a bow pretty easily.”

“It’s Natural?” I exclaimed

“Yeah, dad’s pretty cool”

“I know, I got a mascara hiding a celestial bronze spear from him.”

Spoiler hands it over as Kayla uncaps and inspects it, that when she uncaps it, she is met with a beautiful spear that is etched with the symbols of Apollo along its shaft.

Red Hood’s POV

I notice that both Steph and Cass were whisked away for a tour of camp, since they both had become basked in a glow confirming their status as legacies.

I ask Chiron “So, Trainer of Heroes, do you have library here. There are no altars, and are you foreboding tradition?”

Chiron chuckles “I notice you never say the name, you are a very smart man, use that to your advantage”

Also, I explained that I knew how to use Iris-messages, since I often spent time with Hurricane sparring after Spoiler and Orphan introduced me to her.

“She doesn’t pressure you, does she?” Chiron ponders

“Oh no, never” Jason grimaces as he remembers the times that he ended up on his backside due to an intense spar going awry.

Third person’s POV

As soon as the crowd of heroes dispersed, they went their separate ways, with some staying in Cabins such as Wonder Woman being in Cabin 1 and Nightwing somehow ending up in Cabin 10. Whereas other vigilantes were set up in the guestrooms within the Big House.

Spoiler then had a dream that was eerily realistic, as she noticed that Mad Hatter had a bunch of goons, but seemed to be in discussion with a deep dark figure, who had a tinny voice that carried everywhere. “I have purpose, will you have this alliance?” The tinny voice asked

“I will, I can control my men. Can you control your terrors” Mad Hatter asked?

“Hopefully, but we have an unwilling presence her astral projecting” as the giant with dark blue eyes representing storms, seemed to turn towards Spoiler, who then woke up her entire cabin with a scream.

Will questioned “Nightmare, or weirdly realistic dream”

Spoiler answered “Weirdly realistic dream. Mad Hatter and terrors working with a giant’”

Will cursed “What the Hades? We talk to Chiron in the morning”

When sunrise came, Spoiler bounded over to Chiron and explained her dream. Chiron then instantly called a meeting announcing this.

Orphan then raises her hand and signs ‘ I had the same dream’

Percy mumbles “Too early for this. I need to get in the lake”

Architect was already suited and waiting, “Let’s gather everyone, Suit up and head out to Gotham”

“We can take any transport, but I’m bringing Blackjack”

“Who’s Blackjack?” Nightwing asks

“My personal Pegasus” Percy says with pride

Robin asks “Can I ride one”

“Of course, or you could shadow travel with Mrs O’Leary” Nico suggests

“Ahh, the world’s only friendly hellhound” Jason ponders

“If you want to, you can either fly, use of vehicles or pick a mythical creature as transport. Chiron, contact Camp Jupiter” Architect decides

“I will contact Fuego, once suited up, he’s coming from Indianapolis” Charm hints

“Ok, only codenames in the field.” Spartan hints

Moss asks Hurricane “Cousin, you coming”

Hurricane then shouts “Lieutenant, bring the thunder with you”

“How many kids of the Six Kronides are there?”

“There’s one Roman Kid, that’s Jewel. Then on the Greek side, there’s 9 of us, but 6 are kids of grain” Moss announces proudly

“I bet Ivy would love you” Spoiler declares

“She has mom’s blessing” Moss says

“That’s cool” Red Hood reminds

Red Robin and Batman reminds everyone that they have to move quickly to prevent damage to buildings and other civilians. “Let us set Camp” Wisdom tells everybody

“Ahh, my old friend, Wisdom’s Bane is waiting” Charm says

“Hades, you have to be effective. Deal with Hatter’s goon, vigilantes. But Spoiler, terrors are yours, I know you saw the Life Weavers” Hurricane observes

“How?” Spoiler says with a look of dread and shock

Hurricane explains that she is the only one who has ever survived a meeting when they snipped a cord, referring to the first Great Prophecy, in front of her eyes, when she was twelve years old. They also cut a string, since I was critical to fulfilling the great prophecy

“Everyone, got your weapons?” Spartan announces

“Aye, Aye Captain” Scales responds

Chapter 13: Fight goes down, but has the prophecy finished

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

As the Justice League and the warriors began to head towards Gotham, many of the Bat-Family were uncomfortable with the fact that they had to abandon their no killing roles. But, through their comms, they noticed the two special words, that released them from their vow

“Penny-One, Spoiler, Robin, Hood and Orphan. Listen to me, you are weapons free” Alfred announced

Oracle questioned, “Are you serious”

The four aforementioned grinned, since they could use their techniques that they been training. Spoiler eyes brimmed with fury, when she came upon the park, noticing how her daughter was encased in a cell. She then whispered to Hurricane, “You got a plan”

“Of course, I have” Percy announced and explained “Speedsters, transport those injured to the tents that will be set up by Medic and Surgeon. Bats, you are on crowd control. Invictus division, are you here?”

“Aye Aye, Captain” Jewel announced

“Set up your legion as you see fit.”

“Ok, legion, with me, long range archers in the back. The rest, from shields and fight together” Shapeshifter ordered

“Can we use powers” Moss asked

“Two words- Let Loose” Hurricane announced

“Ok, Lunar Division” Lieutenant answered

“Perfect timing, Sparky” Architect suggested

“You got plans for Lady Nemesis and your dad” asked Vines

“Of course, I’ve already made offerings and shown Spoiler and Orphan how to do it”

“Why those two?” asked Warrior

“Ahh, we need patrons of children and Apollo is protective of youth, due to his domain” Scales summed up.

Soon, as the multiple methods of transport pulled into Robinson Park in Gotham, the plan was set in motion. This view was accompanied with a multitude of terrors, but also goons, who seem to be hypnotised and attacking people out of nowhere. But silently and sneakily, the vigilantes made their way to the back of the battalion of enemies, whilst the warriors caused a ruckus within their ranks. Hurricane was a whirlwind, twirling Maelstrom around and causing damage left right and centre, taking multitudes of cyclops, that had abandoned their realm. Scales was calm, fighting besides Hurricane, and her daggers using precise methods, and turning many terrors into golden dust.

As the battle raged on, the air was filled with the sounds of clashing weapons and the cries of the fallen. The warriors moved with precision and grace, their training evident in every strike. Hurricane's movements were a blur, her trident whirling through the air with deadly accuracy. She was a force to be reckoned with, her presence commanding the battlefield. Scales, on the other hand, was a picture of calm and focus. Her daggers moved with surgical precision, each strike turning her enemies into golden dust.

The vigilantes, meanwhile, were making their way through the ranks of the hypnotised goons. They moved silently, their training allowing them to blend into the shadows and strike without warning. Their goal was to reach the back of the battalion and take out the leaders, thereby disrupting the enemy's command structure. As they moved, they could see the warriors causing chaos within the enemy ranks, their presence a beacon of hope amidst the darkness.

Hurricane and Scales continued their assault, their movements synchronised and fluid. They were a formidable team, their skills complementing each other perfectly. Hurricane's whirlwind of attacks kept the enemies off balance, while Scales' precise strikes ensured that none of them could recover. Together, they were unstoppable, their combined strength a testament to their training and determination.

All of a sudden across the field, she heard raised voice, “I call upon Lady Benthesikyme, patron of children and goddess of waves, there is a child in danger” which was likely Orphan.

With a blinding flash, out of nowhere, appeared a woman with blue eyes deep as an ocean, and raven hair rolling as if they were waves hitting a beach

“You called, Orphan?” Benthesikyme asked

“Indeed, ready to fight” Orphan says

As soon as Orphan finished her prayers, two more gods appeared, one who looked like the male form of hurricane, with tanned skin, deep sea-green eyes and jet-black hair the colour of the trenches in the sea.

“Dad, you’re here” Hurricane says

“I will be fighting with scales, but good work with the trident. We cannot ignore a prophecy, now can we?” Poseidon asks

“So, Lady Nemesis, ready to get down and dirty” Hurricane asks

“Of course, you also have my blessing afterwards” Nemesis confirms

“So, Mom, we just started having fun with the terrors, now it is your turn.” Scales hints

“First, Spoiler, call upon your grandfather, there is a child related to him, who is in danger, he will answer” Nemesis tells Spoiler, who groans as she is knocked to the floor by a cyclops. Robin comes to the rescue, with his katana as he slices the head of the cyclops off.

Spoiler covered in dust prays ‘Lord Apollo, Protector of Youth, hear my plea, there is child in danger. I’m your granddaughter, and therefore it is your great-granddaughter, will you come to the rescue’

Soon, the weather seems to heat up, with the sun blazing in fury as Apollo dares the terrors and exclaims, “Who dares harm a child?”

Spoiler grinned as she pulled her spear out of the ground, whilst many of the vigilantes were busy fighting the goons, to prevent them from escaping.

Soon, Hurricane and Scales came face to face with the giants, but the giants did not realise that they had backup.

Encleadus asks “Any gods with you”

Hurricane responds “Look behind you, Enchiladas”

“That’s not my name, you disrespectful sea spawn”

“Well, I’m the one with the trident, and there’s a goddess with a sword at your spine”

Hurricane and Nemesis, then in one motion chopped Encleadus in half, as their trident and sword met and clashed, with a loud bang, reverberating around the park.

Hurricane was looking for any signs of the other giant, which she seem to sensed was Polybotes and hoped that Scales was okay. She also noticed that the vigilantes had freed the kidnapped children, who were getting treatment from Medic and Surgeon

Scales then grins “Lord Poseidon, Mom and Hurricane had their fun, its now our turn”

Poseidon gives a deadly smile, “Indeed, Scales, let’s go”

As the battlefield began to clear, many of the division and vigilantes noticed that Mad Hatter was running away. However, he was easily stopped when Diana pulled out her lasso, and bought him in front of the combined vigilantes and demigods. He did not feel good, regarding the child he kidnapped, but did not say where she was being kept. Then with a strong stride, Hurricane pulled up a chair and sat opposite the Mad Hatter, with so much confidence, that Tetch froze.

“Please let me interrogate him, Diana” Percy pleaded with a sickly-sweet smile on her face. However, her eyes gleamed dangerously.

“This will be fun” Shadow hints

“Wait, let me pull up a chair” Jewel suggests

“I have popcorn” Scales tells everyone

All of a sudden, many people surrounded the scene as Percy, put up the wall of water. Then it dropped, as she began to speak.

“Do you know who I am? My namesake is the Iron Queen herself” Percy begins

“Ooh, That’s Persephone’s favourite nickname” Shadow announces

“She just loves it, only one Percy fears honestly” Poseidon moans

“I do know who you are, Persephone Jackson” Mad Hatter responds with irritation

“Well, do you know my titles? Do you know what I can do” Percy nonchalantly says?

“This is an interesting interrogation technique” Batman notes

“If you knew her titles, you would be scared” Aquaman answers

“She is one of the few to survive the Pit” Wonder Woman tells the vigilantes

Spoiler nods and goes, “Me, Hood and Orphan are well aware. She’s fun to spar with”

Percy then starts listing off her achievements, and finishes with a flourish, “I am the only demigod ever to look Tartarus in the eye and blink second. Guess what I learned to control down there. I could turn you into a lovely pretzel, just to get you to respond.”

Hood asks, “Scales, do you know what she can control”

Scales replies “Basically any liquid now, that’s how strong she is, and she almost bleeds bronze. My mother told me she was always meant to ascend”

With this confidence flowing through her, Percy noticed that Mad Hatter seemed uncomfortable, so decided to inform the surrounding alliance that the child was kept in a warehouse near GCPD. She was then rescued and went through treatment with Surgeon and Madness, to prevent any trauma

Spoiler noticed this, and began with confidence to fight her way to towards her daughter, but asked if anyone was closer. Mischief said “I can pick the lock and release her”

They instantly killed Polybotes without any hesitation, which led to the terrors dispersing, who were chased off by the kids of Hermes and Mercury. They also noticed that there was no casualty of warriors with grey eyes, preventing the possibility of an owlet’s death. “Thank gods, Gotham hasn’t drowned” Orphan breathes out steadily, due to overexertion. Percy was then gifted an apple, as many warriors cleared the area, with an understanding. Even the vigilantes, seemed to understand what was about to happen. With a turn of her heel, Hurricane threw the apple towards Scales, who caught it deftly. Then all of a sudden, Hurricane was on one knee, proclaiming that Scales is the only one for here and asked the all-important question, “Avery or Scales, Will you marry me?”

“Of course, Seph” Avery responds, as many of the warriors and vigilantes begin to clap.

However, out of nowhere, a letter appears, which causes Percy to go through the five stages of grief as she reads it.

Notes:

Throwing an apple is a from of proposal, and if the recipient catches it, then they can conssumate their marriage, as with ancient greek customs

Chapter 14: Hyperion, again

Chapter Text

In the letter was written

Dear Percy Jackson

I have kidnapped your sister, Estelle. Come to the land of the gods, alone. No help, if you would like to see her again.

Your Old Titan Friend

Hyperion

Hurricane motions over to Poseidon, who scans the letter quickly. However, Hurricane hands the keys for the aquarium to Scales, and whispers, “Initiate Lockdown protocol, grab Mom and Paul”

Before flying off, Hurricane gave Scales, a quick peck on the cheek and explained what was in the letter. “Let them know the sea can’t be contained, my fiancée.”

“I know” Percy responds, “See you soon, and Dad, remember I will be back”

Poseidon grimaces as he knows this is not an easy fight, even though his only demigod daughter has doused his light once before.

Then announces and starts to point as he gives instructions

“Diana, Wonder Woman, Lock down Themyscira, on my orders. Take this charm with you, to protect you from the storm my daughter is about to cause”

“Will do, Lord Poseidon” Diana informs as she curtsies, before flying to the home of the Amazons. “Arthur, listen to me, shut down all underwater cities, you won’t be free”

“Lieutenant, you know what to do” as he pointed at Lieutenant.

“Of course, my lord. I will take the Lunar Division to camp” she answered as respectfully as she could.

“Avery, my soon-to-be daughter-in-law, you have your instructions”

“Nemesis, can you get my elder brother to shut down the underworld”

“Of course,” Nemesis answers

Jewel then asks, “Do you think she is going to destroy the rest of the Hubbard Glacier”

Shapeshifter answers, “Wouldn’t surprise me, she also killed a lot of shades”

“My father was so grateful for that” Shadow announces

“Shadow, get Chiron to lock down Camp” Poseidon says

“Will do, my lord.”

“Then, I will lock down Olympus and Praetor, get your sister to lock down Amazon HQ, whilst my daughter is on a path of Chaos and destruction.”

“Sure, I know they met before.”

“Oh dear, my seastar’s brain is acting on her fatal flaw” Scales says drily

“What’s a fatal flaw” Spoiler asks

“It’s a trait within a person, that is overdone, can be fatal to its user. Anyone vigilantes wanna guess what Hurricane’s fatal flaw is”

“Loyalty” Orphan announces

Avery nods, understanding her fiancée's situation. When Percy reached the land beyond the Gods, she encountered a stunning sight before being dazzled by the towering titan. He pointed his spear at Percy, who revealed Maelstrom, her new trident, by pulling on her pendant. Twirling it around in her hand, showing how she is prepared to fight.

“You have something of mine, we can go the same way we went, when I was sixteen, or we can fight” Percy sassily remarks

“Let’s go, but you won’t get your sister without a fight” Hyperion parries with another reply

“I’ve been through the Pit. Do you know what I can do now? I have full permission to let loose as well.” Percy gleefully accepts the challenge

Within three minutes, the fight is over as Percy stabs her trident through Hyperion’s midsection, causing him to return to Tartarus. When all of a sudden, she transforms into mist as she returns to her aquarium, with her baby sister in tow. Avery turns around, as the scent of the sea overwhelms her. She hugs Percy tightly, whilst Percy hands Estelle off to her mother, who is protective.

“One question, Avery has a ring. Did you propose?” Sally asks

“Yeah, threw an apple at her, after the battle in Gotham” Percy smiles as she answers

“You got both blessings, right?” ponders Paul

“Oh, indeed I did. Nemesis likes me.”

“Who’s going to plan and when?” Sally asks

“Summertime and probably a few gods and vigilantes there as well”

Percy then announces to the aquarium, which has voice recognition, that Lockdown mode can finish. Whilst she spins on her heels, and quickly snogs Avery.

Shadow scrunches his nose and goes “That is not a sight I want to see, until the wedding”

Jewel points at her and goes, “I’M ON INVITE DUTY”

"Let's hold a meeting to discuss future plans. As well as claiming colours for gods. They need to be sent to camp urgently" Architect decides

Chapter 15: Last chapter

Chapter Text

As many of the vigilantes and demigods returned to Mount Justice, they decide to have a meeting that would help from an alliance. This would allow demigods to be sent to Camp from anywhere, by the time they were thirteen.

Hurricane called the meeting to order, since over time, she had gained the responsibility of being a leader to other demigods, of both pantheons.

“I would like to propose a list of glows, that coincides with different gods, to allow you to understand who their parent is” Hurricane explains

Red Hood asks, “There a few maiden goddesses, but are there any gods that will not have demigod children”

Scales announces “There are, for example, the messenger of the sea swore on his ichor that he would never sire another demigod child.”

Batman ponders why, and questions the demigods if they would like to explain.

Diana responds, “This is due to his daughter being killed by Wisdom. Pallas has long been lost to history. However, that is the major reason, since Athena is still accountable under laws of Atlantis”

Aquaman nods along with the explanation.

Next, Architect and Jewel produce a list that shows the colours of the major Olympians.

The list for the Hellenic Gods went like this:

Sky Blue- Zeus

Sea Green- Poseidon

Grass Green- Demeter

Red- Ares

Grey- Athena

Gold- Apollo

Orange- Hephaestus

Pink-Aphrodite

Light Blue- Hermes

Purple- Dionysus

Crimson- Nemesis

Black- Hades

Rainbow- Iris

Tyche- Green and Gold

Hecate- Neon Green

Hebe- Pastel yellow

Nike- Red and gold

Persephone- Pomegranate red

Many of the Justice League look through the list that they have been given for the Hellenic Division. Nightwing speaks up, “I do not know if any of you demigods are aware. But when I visited San Bernardino, there seemed to be a child with the pomegranate eyes you mentioned, but they seemed unnatural.”

Shadow speaks up from where he was hidden and suggests, “Jewel, wanna come with me to meet child of our stepmother.”

Jewel chuckles, “Of course. So, San Bernardino, race you there, little brother.”

Jewel and Shadow ran towards the corner of the meeting hall, giggling as if this was common between them. They then melted into shadow and transported them away.

“What the hell was that” Superman asked astonished

“Ahh, that’s a power that children of Hades have. It’s called shadow travel. They transport through shadow” Architect confirms

“The worst thing is when they race to get foods they enjoy. They go from New York or San Francisco to New Orleans then onto Venice and back to New York” Medic complains

“We Big Three children arguably cause more mischief than the children of the messenger” Lieutenant declares

“Me, trouble?” Percy says with a raised eyebrow

“Darling, trouble follows you everywhere. Now, let’s go we have wedding to prepare for” Scales says as she tries to calm Seph down

“Well, later losers” Percy decides as she disappears in a trail of mist

“They’re interesting. Do their powers correlate to that deity’s specific domains” Spoiler wonders

“Indeed, there is your grandpa’s logic coming into play” Diana hints

“I officially declare this meeting closed.” Batman announces

When back in New York, Seph and Avery ended up sitting across on a table in Sally’s apartment discussing wedding plans. When all of a sudden, the door opened and they turned their heads towards Sally, who had a disappointed look on her face.

“Have you started planning without me?” Sally asks
