Summary
Fourteen-year-old Harry Potter couldn't find a way to respond when his best friend Ron Weasley accused him of putting his own name into the goblet of fire. Harry of course didn’t, he was just as confused as Ron and Hermione, but that only made him more suspicious to Ron. Harry did not enjoy the accusation; it filled him with anger and could end up hurting someone like Hermione or even Draco Malfoy. Harry was slowly getting closer to Malfoy as they steadily put things behind them. It was a very slow process trying to be friends with Draco, but Harry and Draco were learning how to like each other and how much they had in common. Malfoy was opening up to Potter but he didn’t let him have it for free, Harry had to share something to get information back from Draco to help make him not feel so alone. Even as Harry made friends with Draco, Ron started to call him bullshit names and a traitor for becoming friends with the enemy. Their relationship was strained and Hermione was in the middle of it all, it killed her to see them fight but now she was just fed up with their constant bickering and she snapped. Now Ron, Harry, and Hermione were no longer on talking terms.
