Kira x Misa Fanfiction
Every once in awhile there is a rare occurance called mutual stalking. That stalking consists of two different people simultaneously stalking each other. This is a story about Kira and Misa and how that unfolds.
Could this be the girl that I’ve been stalking!?
This is the boy that I have been stalking!
The two meet up in an alleyway after all the text messages and see each other’s faces for the second time. “I wouldn’t date anybody else but you.” And she replies sincerely “I want to be loved by you.” He reaches closer and replies even deeper “Nobody else but you, nobody else but you.” And moves her golden ponytail behind her ear. She has two on each side of her head. Her hair is so soft and well-groomed. Totally different than how feral she was acting.
Back to the beginning of the story. This is how it happens.
Kira is at a local library picking up some books for him and his shimigami, Ryuk to read. As he is browsing a girl runs by past him with a black dress on and golden locks of hair. Kira quickly turns around to the sense that someone had been spying on him. But that is not the case he takes a step back and a closer look at her to see that she is just a normal girl.
He continues browsing and then she comes back and taps Kira on the back. “Hi! I’m Misa. As I was walking by I noticed that you had a unique haircut. Where’d you get that from?” He replies “Oh this? .. Uh well. I got it from Shicutz the barber shop.” She replies enthusiastically “Oh! That is so cool. I’ll ask my brother if he wants that hairstyle. What is your name by the way? It’s so rude not to ask, right?” She smiles at him gleefully. He replies “My name is Light Yagami. You are right in customs it usually would be rude not to ask. Thank you for asking my name.”
She smiles gleefully again, thanks him, and walks away. Kira is back to browsing his books while the girl leaves the library with a book in hand. Kira drops a book as she leaves realizing that may be the girl he is currently stalking! He didn’t realize it at the moment but that was Misa Amane! The girl that he found on Facebook discovery! She is a student at Shiuiye College and studies Theoretical Studies! Things like Ryuk! This peaked my interest and I couldn’t even recognize her in time!? Well I guess it is for better if I acted like a fan in front of her it would be obvious I know her without her knowing me.
Anyways it’s been a week since I’ve watched her social media. I had to go on missions with Ryuk so that’s why. Kira picks up the book he dropped and takes it to the clerk to buy. He buys the book and goes outside to catch a taxi. The taxi arrives soon enough and takes Kira and the invisible Ryuk home. The driver does not sense Ryuk since he is a shimigami. The two arrive home and go inside. While inside the first thing Kira does is check Misa Amane’s social media account and see 20 missed posts from one week! God this girl posts herself a lot!
At the same time Kira gets a text message to his phone from an unknown person stating “Hi this is the girl from the library. My name is Misa and to put it straight to a guy like you I have a crush on you.” Kira drops his phone in shock and excitement. He waits ten minutes and another texts goes through. “So what do you think about that? Please respond I know I just met you lol.” Kira shakes himself out of shock and picks it up to respond. He honestly says, “Hi. I was just looking at your social media because I’ve been looking at you for a long time. I did not recognize you at the library though.” He types while phewing.
She texts back “OH MY GOD YOU ALREADY KNOW WHO I AM?!? THAT IS SO EXCITING!” Kira reads the message and squeals himself! He texts “Yes! Yes I do! I hope it’s not weird that I already follow you on social media.” He replies hoping for a good answer. Five minutes later she responds “No! It’s not weird at all. This way we can connect. Also right off the bat I have something to tell you.” Kira responds “What is it?” Misa responds “I have been stalking you. Please don’t tell the police I’ll run away forever.” Ha! Kira is pleased by this response he texts back saying “Well well now, I surely wouldn’t want you to run away dear.”
“I promise not to tell this to the police.” Kira tells Misa what she wants to hear with the police on his mind. I mean he’s been stalking her so it would be hypocritical to call them. Moments later he decides not to. He does not get anymore texts from Misa either. Has she run away? Kira and Ryuk stay inside his house and chill.
Hours later at 9 P.M Kira gets a text message from Misa Amane. “Meet me at the Midnight Blue Block on 99th street. I want to meet up with you and see each other again. We are meant for each other!” Kira picks up his phone to read the new message. He is surprised and is eager to meet with her too. He responds “Okay I’ll meet you there. What time?” She responds “Now!!” He thumbs up the message and starts biking towards Midnight Blue Block on 99th street. It is not too far from his house and he wonders if she knows this already.
Could this be the girl that I’ve been stalking!? Kira exclaims as he gets off his bike and walks closer to a female shadow figure.
This is the boy that I have been stalking! Misa exclaims as she walks towards the clear male figure.
