Summary
Caitlyn Kiramman, daughter of the most powerful family of the nation and knows nothing about loss. Being the only child of a Councilor she has everything she ever wanted. But she is a junior detective at the enforcement. Her mother was always concerned about her behaviour but her life changed when accidents took place in their life.
Vi, who lost both of their scientist parents in an accident when Vi was six and Powder was almost two, both of them were adopted by their mom’s brother, former Don of the Undercity. After losing both parents Vi became distant and being a quiet kid they were frequently bullied in school. One day the bullies went too far and Vi fell from the second floor stairs. Left leg is fully paralysed and has huge nerve damage on the lower body. Vander admitted them to another school, and they moved out of the main city.
It's an enemies to lovers, sort of.
