Summary
This story takes place after Hailey's final appearance on Chicago PD. Jay and Hailey find each other again years after their divorce but things are no longer the way they used to be. Do they still love each other, even after all this time? Is forgiveness even possible? Can Upstead finally find their way back to each other?
