We'll Start Over Again Now

Summary:

This is a full social media fic originally posted on my Twitter.

The posts start the night of Valborg in season 3 and show what Wille + Simon and friends' social media and texts would have looked like. Each chapter is a different month, May 2021 - December 2021, and fills in the gaps between the end of canon and the start of the second work in the series - We’ll Start A New Revolution Now.

 

Basically Wilmon terrorizing everyone they know being down bad losers and making it everyone else's problem. And a little plot.

Chapter 2: Valborg + May 2021

Notes:

This chapter follows the canon events of Young Royals s3 episodes 3, 4, 5, and the beginning of episode 6. Timestamps and post dates are important and accurate, to my knowledge! Based on the timeline of Wille's birthday being May 28th (as mentioned by the director of s3), yrtwt concluded Hillerska's graduation was on June 3rd. So this chapter will end before Wille and Simon reconcile - but that's the only angst in the entire smau!

Info for new readers: I modified both Wille and Simon's birthdays, and the reasoning is explained in the second part of this series. Wille's birthday in this fic is a few days earlier on May 18, so there was a longer gap between the breakup and graduation reunion than in canon. Simon's birthday is referenced as being in November, when Wille was gone for Erik's funeral, which is why we weren't shown it. (I wrote the first few chapters of WSANRN before Lisa said Simon's birthday is in July.)
