Sizhui clamped a hand over his mouth to hide the laugh bubbling out. Beside him, Jin Ling’s eyes narrowed further. Then, with one decisive motion, he snatched the note. Jin Ling opened the note. His expression morphed instantly—eyebrows raised, a dangerous smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.
Within seconds, Sizhui was hit with two crumpled paper slips.
