Summary
There was nothing else on his mind. Craig couldn't speak, couldn't breathe without thinking about Kyle. It was insufferable; a pull he felt tearing at his heart from inside his chest and dragging him closer to the edge he knew he would never recover from falling off of.
What had happened to him? When did this mild interest in Kyle Broflovski manifest into care, and want, and love? When had he become obsessed with the mere idea of this man by his side for the rest of his life?
It was almost laughable, how Craig acted as if he didn't know the answer to his own anxious ruminations.
He didn't fucking care. Because now, it was an opportunity. An opportunity for him to truly commit to the act of caring for and loving another human being unconditionally, without anyone to interfere.
