Chapter 1: prologue

Chapter Text

TWO YEARS AGO

“we made it! we made it, we made it, we made it!” bangchan picked you up and threw you around. you laugh, felling dizzy from the overwhelming happiness.

you did it. you debuted with a group of eight boys under the name straykids.

after all those days and weeks, you and the boys managed to reach perfection in the eyes of your manager.

you chuckled and pushed bangchan away: “let me down!”
he obliged and eased you to the ground, pulling you into a tight group hug along with minho, seungmin,
hyunjin, felix, han, changbin and jeongin.

bangchan smiled with pure victory and love: “that’s it guys. stray kids are official!”

none of the members could control the joy that the words of their leadet gave them. you just couldn’t stop hugging eachother.

you were rookies, oblivious to the hard path that you had just started.

the path that changed you completely.
