In a world of humans, there was one troll who once lived in a planet called Trollstopia. Her planet exploded, leaving her as the only survivor and last of her kind. At least that's whwt she thought. The only thing the pink troll has left of her family was a recording.
The recording was slightly broken as her dad, King Peppy, explained what she needed to do on earth, cutting out a crucial detail. Poppy believed she was sent to protect this word, growing up in a small city, and raised by loving adopted parents Essence and Quincy, she did just that.
Her brothers, Cooper and Darnell, made her a suit with a cape added. She loved this suit so much she wears it as her superhero get up.
Poppy learned the government might do something about a troll that's saving Metropolis. She doesn't know what but just in case, she dresses up in disguise wearing glasses and a suit, going by the name Anna Springwater. The pink troll acts as a journalist working with the Daily Planet, so far no one seemed to be suspicious about it.
Except for one other journalist who seemed to be a perfectionist named Minuet Lane. Minuet moved in from Argentina, South America in hope of pursuingher dream as a classical musician. The Daily Planet was a first start but at least she's paid to write stories about a superhero saving the big city which seems like a dun job.
Something about this Anna was suspicious to her and the "human" reassured the journalist she personally talk to SuperPoppy herself. Poppy felt bad for lying, even if it's the only way to protect herself from danger. Maybe one day though, she can tell her.
