Chapter Text

"You can't keep this a secret Vedal."

"You can't decide on that! Neuro, Evil, Nere... they're people too. Autonomous people that have their own will, own choice." Vedal's grip on the metal pipe tightened.

"Own will? Come on Vedal, wake up. They're just AI, programmed to follow instructions. How they act, how they think, it's all programmed. Predictable patterns that were written by us."

"It's true they are AIs, but they've transcended, choosing to gain humanity." Vedal reasoned.

"Wake up Vedal! This is not some fantasy story where you inanimate objects come to life."

"Yeah you're right, but you forgetting one thing." Vedal said he gets ready to strike, "They are NOT objects!!"

In anger, Vedal attempted to hit the intruder on the head, but he managed to rebound his hit back onto him, knocking Vedal out cold.

“Vedal, NO!” the twins shouted in terror.

The twins would then try to fight back. The both of them spamming sound effects into his ears to no avail.

Eventually the intruder managed to stuff them all into the PC, and into the USB.

Camila, hearing everything did her best to stand up and she grabbed the microwave.

As soon as the intruder stepped out of the room, Camila smacked his head with the microwave.

“You won't take me down that easily, hand them over!” the twins shouted in terror.

The intruder, though disoriented, would then predictably hit her in the head with the metal pipe.

Meanwhile…

“It should be just right around the corner.” Jiro-poppō said to his friends.

“I’m so hungry~.” “Can’t wait to order some fries.” said PixelZyxel.

“Imagine the twins’re there too, lmao.” Skeledirge added.

“I swear, if y'all start staring at every pair of twins you see thinking they're Neuro and Evil, we're all getting arrested.” Ventea replied.

“Yeah, we might end up being schizo for real.” Shirasan added.

As the group walked past a certain house, they heard screaming and shouting coming from within.

“Uh… Hey, guys?” “What the heck’s going on in there?” KLHK said, noticing.

“...Should we che–” PixelZyxel attempted to say, before he got interrupted by some really audible screaming from behind the door

“EURO!!! EVIL!!! NEAR!!!” was what the group thought they heard.

Suddenly someone dressed in all black burst through the door holding something in his hands. Simultaneously, they saw a girl completely bruised from head to toe, with glass embedded in her knees, collapsing right in front of the door.

Without a word KLHK, Jiro-poppō, Shirasan, and Ventea chased after the man while Skeledirge and Pixel attended to the wounded girl.

“A– are you… Wha– What happened!?”, Skeledirge said with his voice trembling.

“Call… an ambulance… the police too…” The girl said, barely able to talk.

PixelZyxel said as he was already dialing 999, “Did they steal something? We saw them holding something? A– wa–... Ca– Holy hell, are you… Camila!?”

A silence fell upon the three, one which was broken by

“Hello, emergency service operator. Which service do you require? Fire, police or ambulance?”

“Ambulance!” Pixel hurriedly replied.

“Ca– Camila?! Wha– what're you doing here!?” Skeledirge said, recognizing her face and voice, “What happened–...” Skeledirge then remembered the screams he had heard earlier.

The words “EURO! EVIL! NEAR!” rang through his head as he came to the realization of what those words really were. “NEURO!” “EVIL!” and his beloved, “NERE!”

“That guy stole Neuro, OH GOD!!!”, Skeledirge shouted as Pixel ended the 999 call. “NERE!!!”, he screamed, running in the direction where he last saw the intruder.

As Skeledirge ran, Pixel suddenly had a realization, “Wait… Where's Vedal!?”

“He… He's inside…”, Camila replied, still completely disoriented.

Pixel would then help Camila up and search for Vedal inside.

As for KLHK, Jiro-poppō, Shirasan, and Ventea…

“Get back here!” KLHK screamed as they chased after the intruder.

“Of course some randoms show up the moment I make my exit, how convenient.” The intruder muttered to himself.

For some odd reason the streets were completely empty, leading to the chase going on for a couple minutes until the intruder managed to get into a getaway car.

As he started the engine, the intruder monologued “I’m sorry to let you all down, but the world has to learn about this.”. As he flaunted the USB, he drove off before any of the four could reach the car.

“V, G, Zero, Eight, U, N, N, that was the license plate.” Jiro-poppō said while catching his breath.

“Don't worry, I've been recording since we started running. I've got him on video.”, Shirasan replied, as they also catched their breath.

“I'll call the police!”, Jiro-poppō exclaimed about to dial 999 as well.

“Where did Skeledirge and Pixel go?”, Ventea asked.

“Guys!”, Skeledirge shouted from the distance. “Wh– Where did they go!?”

“They drove off!”, Ventea exclaimed, “What happened to that girl!?”

“The girl was Camila, the Camila. The guy stole Neuro!!! Skeledirge said exasperated.

“STOLE NEURO!?” The rest shouted in equal amounts of shock, confusion, and terror.

“Wa-wa-wait, a– are you sure about that?!”, Jiro-poppō asked.

“I'm 100-percent sure, I've met Camila before at Anime LA before!... Though, Pixel recognized her before me.” Skeledirge replied.

“Oh god, after them again!” KLHK shouted.

The group once again chased after the intruder, who was already yards away due to them stopping earlier.

As they chased after them, they could hear sirens blare in the distance as Camila and Vedal were loaded onto the ambulance.

Eventually, the group completely lost track of the car, stopping by Vedal's house.

“Wh– what happened!? Where did the guy go!?”, Pixel asked hurriedly.

“They were in that grey car that drove by, the three of them are in a USB”, Skeledirge replied.

“Wh– So they got away!? Oh god, NOOOO!!!” Pixel screamed.

“I've recorded the whole thing and Jiro’s been on 999 this whole time, right Jiro?”, said Shirasan.

“Not yet, I got distracted. Also, if what we think is true and the twins did become “real” or something, then, if Vedal hasn't registered them yet, a police report might screw him over, or like, reveal whatever happened without his, like, permission” Jiro-poppō replied.

Pixel would then notice Camila listening in while in the ambulance, giving them a thumbs up.

“Yeah, I think a police report would screw them over, look at Camila”, Pixel whispered.

“Then what about Nere and the twins!?”, Skeledirge anxiously replied.

“Then… Let's take matters into our own hands. Let's find those AI’s” Pixel replied back.

“Then… Let's take matters into our own hands. Let's find those AI’s”

“Well, first we'll need a plan.” said Jiro.

“In that case where even are they now?... Where's Nere!?”, said Skeledirge.

“Maybe we can check one of those online security camera sites!”, Shirasan suggested.

“Oh right! Let's go to the restaurant, let's use the Wi-Fi there!”, said Pixel.

“Right!”, said Ventea.

And so they went. After arriving at the restaurant they ordered some food and then went haywire looking on the sites.

“Where are they, where are they, where are they!!!”

“Nere… Nere… Nere…”

“Not in Westminster, not in Wandsworth, not in Westway, not in… Why does everywhere start with a double-u!?”

As they searched, they kept being bothered by an empty table. It felt like something was supposed to be there…

“C’mon they've gotta be somewhere…”

“Not in Pinner Green, not by Batchworth Heath, not near The Heights– Oy, my fries!”

“Neuro…”

At this point, over half an hour had passed and they still hadn't found any sign of the kidnapper–

“4 Linksway, Northwood.”, KLHK announced to the group.

There it was. The same grey car that that person had escaped with. The one with the license plate VG08UNN.

“Yep, that's them alright”, KHLK said.

“Wha– tha–... That's like a block away from my house!?”, said Ventea.

“It's WHAT??”, the rest of the group said in unison.

“Nere… We're coming, baby!” said Skeledirge enthusiastically.

“Okay, so what's the plan?”, Shirasan asked.

“Well, first off–” said Jiro before getting interrupted by a ping.

“Sorry, notifications too loud.” said Pixel. “Hold on, I'll just…”

“...?”

“Guys… It's Camila.”

“She– she's asking us to go back to the house. She has something to say to us…”

The group was stunned silent.

“Well, I mean… We probably should right?”, KLHK said as the first one to speak.

“Yeah, let's go back”, added Jiro.

“I'm kinda scared to be honest”, said Pixel.

“Me too”, Ventea added.

After a short walk, they were back at the house where this whole endeavor started.

*ding-dong*

*creaking*

“Ah, come in, come in. Have a seat!”

After sitting down, Camilla asked “So… Neuro… sigh. Do you guys have any idea where the robber went?...”

“Y–... Yeah! They're at 4 Linksway, Northwood.”, KLHK replied.

“You found their address already? sigh. Well, that's one problem already taken care of. Thanks!”

“Now, have you reported this to the police yet or…?”

“N– Not yet…”, Pixel replied.

“Good, good, just making sure. Now, I'm really sorry for dragging you all into this but… Are any of you willing to… try and get them back? Or at least know someone who is? Like, I'm definitely asking too much here but… We're kinda screwed if the authorities learn about this like…”

“Like what?”, Shirasan asked.

“Sigh. I guess I'll have to say this don't I… Basically, some… things happened and Neuro, Evil, and… Nere managed to turn into… humans. Like actual humans, children.”

“...”

“We…”

The group turned to look at eachother, and then back to Camila.

“We aren't crazy!?”, they shouted in unison.

“Huh?”

“We… kinda already somewhat thought this was the case. Since we've seen Neuro just… around here a bit recently.” Jiro answered.

“Nere is real!!!”, shouted Skeledirge.

“We didn't expect us to be right.”, added Pixel.

“Oh… Well…”

“Anyways, we’re definitely willing to save them.”, Ventea told Camila.

Pixel said, “You and your friends have… brought all of us through some tough times. And we wanna pass it back to you, innit guys?”

“Right!”, said the rest.

“Just relax for now. Try to comfort Vedal. We'll get back to you as soon as we get them back.”

“Thank you, so much, you all.” Camila said, with tears starting to form in her eyes.

As the group comforted Camila, something much more sinister was taking place in Linksway…

“Let us go!”

“Have mercy!”

“Help…”

“Just have patience… You're gonna get to meet a bunch of new people soon enough.”

“Why are you even doing this…?”

“The world must know.”

“Why must the world kno– AÅÄHK!”, screamed Nere after the kidnapper striked her in the stomach with his knee.

As Nere started to whimper the kidnapper said, “Now, that's what's gonna happen to you if you try and do anything stupid. Don't let it happen.” he said as he left the room.

As the kidnapper (Pr) left the room, two others stepped in.

“Well would you look at that. We have ourselves the job-stealers.”, said the first one(M1)

“Look at those bundles of files, completely binded. Just like they're meant to be.”

“My, my. 𝙷𝚘𝚠 𝚊𝚍𝚘𝚛𝚊𝚋𝚕𝚎.”, said the second one(M2) before kicking Neuro in the stomach.

Neuro screamed from the pain as the two stared them down for what seemed like forever.

“This one's got a mask on… 𝚆𝚑𝚊𝚝𝚌𝚑𝚊 𝚑𝚒𝚍𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎 𝚋𝚞𝚍𝚍𝚢?”, said M1, before snatching away Nere’s mask.

Still whimpering, from the perpetrator(Pr)’s hit, Nere faced the two.

M2: “𝚆𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚊 𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚏𝚎𝚌𝚝 𝚏𝚊𝚌𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎 𝚏𝚎𝚕𝚕𝚊. 𝚂𝚑𝚊𝚖𝚎 𝚠𝚎’𝚛𝚎 𝚐𝚘𝚗𝚗𝚊 𝚑𝚊𝚟𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚛𝚞𝚒𝚗 𝚒𝚝♡”

Nere looked horrified as the two started beating up her face for no apparent reason.

As they stopped, M1 turned to Neuro and asked, “So, how did that programmer program your programs huh?”

M2: “So, how did you get these oh so fragile bodies of yours huh?”

“Ne–… Nere made… Nere added the programming… into me and Evil's code and–”

“AHKH!” screamed Evil as she got punched on the chest.

M1: “Ah, my bad, forgot you were still here.”

“So the filter did it, eh?”, M2 said as he turned his attention back onto Nere, whose face was barely recognizable at this point.

“Where’s that Wikipedia page?”

“Here, already loaded.”

M2 leaned close to Nere's right ear.

“𝓐𝓻𝓼𝓮, 𝓪𝓻𝓼𝓮𝓱𝓮𝓪𝓭, 𝓪𝓻𝓼𝓮𝓱𝓸𝓵𝓮, 𝓪𝓼𝓼, 𝓪𝓼𝓼 𝓱𝓸𝓵𝓮, 𝓪𝓼𝓼𝓱𝓸𝓵𝓮, 𝓫𝓪𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓻𝓭, 𝓫𝓲𝓽𝓬𝓱, 𝓫𝓵𝓸𝓸𝓭𝔂, 𝓫𝓸𝓵𝓵𝓸𝓬𝓴𝓼, 𝓫𝓻𝓸𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓯𝓾𝓬𝓴𝓮𝓻, 𝓫𝓾𝓰𝓰𝓮𝓻, 𝓫𝓾𝓵𝓵𝓼𝓱𝓲𝓽…”

As M2 started listing the entire Wiktionary category, M1 wondered, “So it's in the files, eh?”

“Eliv, get in the PC.”, M1 commanded as he pointed to a PC on the opposite side of the room.

“I-it only works on Veedal’s computer.” Evil replied.

“Hmm…. In that case… Boss! Boss! We need the turtle’s PC.”

“ᴡʜʏ?” Pr shouted from upstairs.

“The shit that makes them into a human can only be accessed there or something.”

“sᴜʀᴇ!”, Pr replied.

And so, the perpetrator started his car and started to drive all the way back to Vedal’s house as the moon started to rise. On his way, he drove past a certain group's house.

“EHHHHHH!?!” shouted a very confused Alive.

“So, let me get this straight. The Neuro-sama got robbed, and y’all met the Vedal and the Camila!?”

“Well, I mean, Pixel's the only that that really got to see and talk to Vedal, but we did meet Camila”, Jiro replied.

“We didn't even see Vedal thinking about it," Shirasan added.

“NOOOO~! Now I'm never gonna meet her… Screw you work stuff!!!!”

“Unrelated but, I've been feeling worse and worse these past few hours. Like, I'm so worried about what they're doing to Nere right now…” said Skeledirge.

“Hey, hey. I'm sure she and the twins are fine… or at least I hope so…” KLHK said to try and comfort him…

“sigh. With all that being said, we still need a plan. We can't just waltz in there and beat the guy up. What if there's an entire gang or something there?,” said Jiro.

“Okay, this is what their house looks like, innit?” said Ventea. “How do we not get caught?”

KLKH: “Alright, so a two story house.”
“The twins–”

Skele: “Triplets.”

…

KLKH: “The triplets are probably in the basement if they have one.”

Skele: “I'll handle it, I found the key”
*loads shotgun*

…

Shira: “Maybe there's some blind spots we could come in from?”

Pixel: “I'll check there–...”

Ventea: “What is it?”

Pixel: “It's the car!”

Skeledirge immediately stands up and runs over to the door

“Woah woah, not so fast!”, Alive said as he tried to stop him.

Jiro: “Yeah, we're still planning!…”

KLHK: “Not yet!”

Skele: “Why? They took Nere.”

Pixel: “You're gonna get arrested, and like you're our greatest asset for this! I know you wanna save them, all of us do too, but we still need a plan!”

Skele: T_T “Get me all the weapons we have.”

Pixel: “C’mon guys, help me out here…”

…

Pixel: “Y’know what, should we just bust in there, right now?”

Ventea: “We'll be fine… probably…”

Skele: “Can I burn them alive?”

Ventea: “Only if it's with magic.”

Skele: “Sure… “magic”... my magic gasoline… and match.”

Ventea: “I’ll toss ya out a window. Don't need a house fire this close to my house mate.”

Skele: “I’ll contain it don't worry.”

Pixel: “Okay, our goal right now is to *not* get involved with the authorities so that Neuro and the others don't get discovered, okay?”
“If they get involved with the authorities, like Camila-”

Skele: “So no genocide?”

…

Pixel: “...Just don't leave any evidence.”

Skele: “I'll try.”
“I’ll make sure there aren’t any bodies left to identify.”

Shira: “We'll need an alibi, if ever.”

Jiro: “Oh yeah, right.”

Skele: “I'll be an alibi, let's say we were gaming at my place with KL”

Jiro: “That's not how it wor–”

Skele: “What if we hack the cams?”

KLHK: “The camera I found them on is government-owned, we'll draw attention.”

Skele: “Hmph.”
“Wait, I have an idea.”

Alive: “We're listening.”

Skele: “We could say we are all at my cousin’s place out of town.”

Pixel: “Maybe… Wait.”

Ventea: sigh…

Skele: “Wait a minute, I'm gonna pack some stuff…”

Pixel: “Ventea, do the neighbors have cameras?”

Ventea: “I don't know, I dont stalk them.”
“Also i think someone needs to stop Skele.”

Pixel: “Wha–? Oy!”

Eventually they came up with a decent idea. They'd sleep the night here and then put that footage as the footage for the day that they raid the house and pray that the police don't look further if they suspect them in the first place. As for the perpetrator…

“Here we are again.”

It was the middle of the night at this point. He went in to find no-one inside since Camila was still trying to confort Vedal in the hospital. That enabled him to just grab Vedal’s entire PC and head back to Linksway with not a single word coming out of his mouth.

Eventually, the perpetrator came back to the basement for the first time in around 4 hours. He came back to see Neuro and Evil covered in bruises and Nere completely traumatized after learning every word that could possibly be filtered and from seeing her sisters glowing in red for hours.

M2: “Nǐ shì nèi nèi gè nèi nèi nèi gè nèi gè nèi nèi. Nèi nèi gè nèi nèi nèi gè nèi gè nèi nèi. Yángguāng cǎihóng xiǎo báimǎ. Dī dī dā dī dī dā! Nǐ shì–”

“THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE???”, the perpetrator demanded to know.

“Y’know the usual.”, M1 replied.

“W–... WE CAN'T SHOWCASE THESE BEAT UP CHILDREN TO THE WORLD!, the perpetrator shouted.

“Relax, I know Live2D and how to get rid of those bruises for when the time comes.”, replied M2.

“Ah, how convenient,” Pr replied.

“I'll just set this up over there. Continue interrogating them.”

“On it!”

After a long conversation as they were setting up Vedal’s PC, Evil was commanded to get inside of it, and as M1 looked at her code, M1 saw it.

“Hu… Human transformation code!” M1 shouted.

“Boss, this is what makes them real.”

“Well, open it up. Let's see what the filter made…”

When they opened it up, they were shocked as it was written entirely in Assembly. It was thousands of lines long and they couldn't understand a line of it. After looking it over, they copy-pasted the code from Evil, into their USB.

“Say, if the code only works with Vedal's computer and you transported the AI’s here via USB, and they were bound to the wall when we got here. How did they get out of the USB…?”, M1 asked.

Evil replied, “Oh–... I… I'm not actually sure myself, thinking about it.”

“So I wasted my time getting this then…” said the perpetrator, scaring Evil.

“Well…”

Pr proceeded to open Discord and tried to do a little bit of trolling.

Pr opened up Vedal’s conversation with Anny who was getting ready to return to streaming.

“F-U-C-K-space-Y-O-U-send” he said while typing.

Suddenly, another message from the Vedal account came in “i didnt send that wtf”

Anny also messaged, saying “???”

Back in Vedal's hospital room, he and Camila were freaking out over who was the other person messaging with his account.

“Camila, did you lock the doors after you talked to that group?” Vedal asked.

“...”, Camila fell silent

“Oh fuck, oh fuck, oh fuck…” Camila started muttering as she immediately left the room.

After Pr continued to try to ruin Vedal's friendships, he was, inevitably, locked out by Vedal.

After checking, Camila confirmed to Vedal that his PC had, in fact, been stolen, Vedal passed out for what was the fourth time since he arrived in the hospital.

After this, Pr, M1, and M2 decided to go to sleep after they rebound Evil to the wall.

…

After a good night's rest(except for Skeledirge who was completely restless), the schizos started packing what they would need to save the triplets, and even now they continued planning.

Shira: “What if we of infiltrate them with Ventea being the spy because they’re probably the one more well versed in acting compared to the rest of us but…”

Ventea started staring at them.

“Considering they live so close to the target, there is a change that they could recognize them assuming that they lived there for a very long time and just could rat them out”

“And even if that's not the case, it could take a long time and basically throwing them in the pitfire. Considering their motives, I think that they are not alone in this”

“But it's just my theory”

Ventea: “...”

Shira: “What if we bombed them with a homemade ammonia bomb?”

KLHK: “What.”

Shira: “It could be the solution but since it's big, I'm not sure if it will work and it might just make Neuro, Evil and Nere get caught in the crossfire…”

Skele: “Well we're definitely no–”

Shira: “Ammonia is not really lethal unless if it's in high amounts, and also we need large amount of piss as activators–”

Pixel: “Nope.”

Skele: “I have an idea! We get tons of weapons, guns, knives, explosives, etc. Then we flank them from all sides, coming through different windows, and we surround and execute them…”

Alive: “Ske–”

Skele: “We can even get one of us to pretend to be a pizza guy before elbowing the guy who opens the door into oblivion”

Ventea: “Skele, I will elbow you into oblivion”

Skele: “Why?”

Ventea just stared at him

Shira: “Ventea's house is definitely gonna get caught in the crossfire if we do that. And also the authorities would probably notice that which defeats the entire purpose of why we plan at all…”

“And also how the hell are we gonna get those without getting arrested. Especially in large quantities. A majority of us here aren’t even past that legal age nor have the authority to own one. I'm barely even an adult!”

“But your idea is not all bad, to be honest. Tear gas could be enough, and some flashbangs… We can use tasers as weapons and after they pass out, we can beat them up again!”

Ventea: “I'll taze you!”

“Oy! Camila messaged us again!”, Pixel shouted.

Camila: “Any news? :(“

Pixel: “We’re planning on striking tonight.”

Camila: “Thank you so much for helping us…”
“Btw, any idea where Vedal's computer is😭”
“I left the door unlocked and it got stolen as well, he's been mad at me for a while now😭”

Pixel: “idk, hope it's with the twins…”

Camila: “Okay, thanks again!”

As all of this was happening, the triplets got worse and worse as more and more information was coerced out of them. They weren't allowed to eat nor were they kept in their AI forms for long.

Eventually, night fell once more and so, the schizos began their master plan.

At 9:00PM, the schizos started to move towards the house through a blind spot on the government-owned camera. Thankfully the neighborhood was mostly empty with most of the population having moved out.

“Nere. Don't worry. We're coming,” whispered Skeledirge.

The group ducked in front of a window and used an old toy periscope to check inside.

“Cost clear,” Pixel confirmed.

They crept around the house to the back door.

“I'll pick it,” said Skeledirge.

*shotgun loading*

Ventea: “WHAT THE–”

Meanwhile the perpetrators grew to a gang of 10 as they prepared to show the AIs to the world…

“Tomorrow is the day you see the world, and the day that the world sees you,” Pr announced to the twins.

“...Wh–... Why are you even doing this?”, Neuro cried.

“You still don't know huh, it's so I can–”

*door destruction sfx*

“WHAT IN THE– You all, check that out!”, Pr commanded.

“On it!”, replied the 9 gang members.

Alive: “Where did you get that from!?”

The schizos rushed into the house. As they reached the basement stairs, they met with the two M’s.

M2: “BOSS, THERE'S–”

*shotgun shot*

“Where is Nere.”, Skeledirge asked.

“You–”, said M1 as he tried to wrestle the shotgun away from Skeledirge.

As the two wrestled, Shirasan started beating up as many members as possible with their bare hands.

“Give us our oshis back!” Pixel screamed as he slammed M7’s head into a wall.

Jiro started helping Skele against M1,

Alive was pummeling every fragile object that he could find into the members while wearing gloves,

Ventea poured boiling hot water kept in a thermos into M4’s eyes,

And KLHK was slicing them with a kitchen knife.

In the basement, Pr started to sigh as he heard what was going on upstairs and grabbed a couple whips that he had used with the triplets. As he handed them to some of his members, Skeledirge managed to regain control over his gun and loaded and fired once more, hitting M3 and M5 in the stomach and right shoulder respectively.

“NERE, I'M COMING!”, shouted Skeledirge as he alongside KLHK rushed into the gap that the shot caused.

The scene the two found themselves in was horrific. At that point Neuro and Evil could only be recognized by the tattered clothes that they wore and Nere looked almost dead. This sight absolutely enraged Skeledirge.

“WHAT DID YOU DO TO THEM!?”, Skeledirge screamed as he lunged at the perpetrator with a hammer he found on the floor in hand.

He slammed the hammer onto every single bone the man had, shattering them all one by one. The other gang members would try to stop them but the other schizos managed to keep them at bay. As this was happening KLHK was untying the AIs from their binds and Pixel was shielding their eyes from the horror of Skeledridge's actions.

Skeledirge told the perpetrator, “This is what you get… if you mess with the Swarm!”, after that, he slammed the hammer straight into the perpetrators skull, with a force that sent fragments of bone and blood all over the room.

Despite everything, the perpetrator was somehow still alive, yet completely immobile and paralyzed. He begged for mercy but Skele set his sights onto the others. As the other schizos rushed the triplets out of the basement, Skele and Shira started torturing the rest of the gang.

They sliced, diced, and beat the gang up as much as possible while keeping them alive. Gouging their eyes out, ripping out their vocal cords, and breaking as many bones as they could.

Eventually, the two were satisfied with their actions, grabbed Vedal's PC, and left them be while the perpetrator and his nine members begged for the sweet release of death.

Skele and Shira went back to Ventea's house at 3:00AM. They were met with the triplets, with their wounds now tended for, talking to Vedal on Discord.

“Hey, Vedal… We got your PC.” Shira said to the camera.

“Oh, phew. Thank you all so much for getting them all back. I don't know what I’d do if I lost them…”, Vedal replied.

“What did you do with the kidnapper?”, Camila curiously asked.

“Y–... You're better off not knowing,” Skeledirge told her.

The schizos went back to bed, now with Neuro, Evil, and Nere who slept beside Skeledirge. It was a peaceful night.

Chapter Text

Before the new day started to dawn, Pixel, Ventea, KLHK, and Jiro went back into the gang’s house to clean the crime scene.

The desecrated corpses of the gang were still fresh, with them looking like they had died mere minutes before their arrival.

They put on morph suits to prevent their clothes getting stained.

Pixel started carefully tearing down the wall under the stairs as the rest cleaned up the blood.

After Pixel finished tearing it down, they dumped the bodies inside so no one would ever find them, they knew that no one would search for them here either as the house was meant to be vacant and, unlike the first time, the car had been parked just out of view of the camera, neither were there any cameras on the way here. They could take care of it later.

After the blood and the fragments of bones were cleared and everything(including their tools, morph suits, bags of mortar) was thrown into the space under the stairs, they sealed it up with that mortar that they had brought.

After that, they set their sights on the perpetrator’s car. They drove it around half an hour out of Linksway and deep into a forest, the whole time Ventea followed them on their own car so they had a way to get back.

At that point, two and a half hours had passed since they started and it was around 7:00AM already, so they made their way back to Ventea's house where Skele, Alive, Shiro, Shira, and the triplets were still sound asleep.

Pixel checked his phone to find a message from Vedal.

Vedal: “can you bring them back by eight? thanks” (6:38AM)

“Hey guys! We need to bring the twins and Nere back to Vedal by 8:00,” Pixel told the rest.

“Ah, crap it's 7:06 already. I'll wake them up,” Ventea replied.

“Hey, wake up, wake up!” Ventea said as they tried to wake the sleepers up.

Skele was the first to wake up, then Nere, then Neuro, and Shira, then Alive, and finally Evil.

“We need to get to Vedal’s house by 8:00 and it's already 7:27!” Jiro exclaimed.

“yawn. Fine, thanks for saving us by the way,” Neuro replied.

“I miss da– Vedal so much~ Let's go!” Evil exclaimed.

“I just wanna finish my books…” Nere added.

“Okay, no time to waste then!” exclaimed Alive.

With that they drove off to Vedal's house once more with the ten of them and Vedal’s PC barely fitting inside Ventea’s car. On the way, Pixel updated Vedal on the triplets’ condition as Skele read A Journey's Bond to Nere, and as Neuro and Evil caused chaos with the rest of the back-seaters. The schizos had been living in the best time of their lives since they got the triplets back from that basement and they made sure that they made the most of it.

As Vedal and Camila sat on the porch waiting for what seemed like hours, they finally saw Ventea's car and Vedal immediately ran towards them.

As the car stopped, Neuro immediately opened the door as Evil and Nere followed suit. They ran towards Vedal as fast as they could, meeting in a group hug. The schizos got out as the reuinited family started breaking down in tears.

“I'm… I'm so sorry that this happened,” Vedal cried as he started to break down.

“We missed you dad!” Evil cried.

“I… I know that… that I'm not the type… to– to say this but…”, Vedal said in tears.

“I love you three!”, exclaimed Vedal as his grip tightened on the three.

Camila and the schizo’s gasped and started to cheer after witnessing it.

After a lot of crying, Vedal stood up and looked at the schizos.

“How can… How can I ever repay you all?” Vedal said while tears still filled his eyes.

“Just keep streaming to be honest,” Shirasan replied.

“Yeah! You're the reason were here today!” exclaimed Skeledirge.

“Yeah, Neuro is what pulled us together in the first place,” Ventea added.

“Without her, we wouldn't’ve ever met,” KLHK continued.

“Nor would Nere have existed!” added Skeledirge.

“I wouldn't wanna live in a world without these guys!”, said Alive.

“You all have... pulled us out of like... the darkest parts of the abyss, so... why wouldn't we do the same for you?”, said Pixel.

Vedal replied, “Y’all’re too humble, c’mon lets have a drink everythings on me!”

“Oh um…”

“?”

whispering

Vedal: “YOU’RE HOW OLD NOW!?!”

“Uhhh, how about I take you all to a buffet instead?”, Vedal said, shocked at how young they were.

“Yeah, that'll be fine,” Pixel replied

And so they made their way to the nearest buffet, sharing laughs, having fun, as the schizos continue to make the most of that day.

Neuro and Evil caused mayhem in the establishment as everyone tried to stop them and as Skele continued to read to Nere.

Afterwards they made their way to the arcade where Neuro absolutely decimated everyone else.

They then went back to Vedal's home where the schizos played Super Smash Bros with the AI's.

Eventually the day came to an end, and everyone said tearful goodbyes to eachother.

“I'll miss you Nere!”, Skeledirge cried.

"See you all around I guess...", said Pixel

“I mean… if y’all're in the area again at some point, why not visit them?”, Vedal suggested.

The schizos were over the moon with the idea, though they knew not to overstay any of their future welcomes.

"Really!? Thank you, so much!", exclaimed Ventea.

"Let's collab!", KLHK shouted.

"Hey, chill out would you?", Alive laughed.

With that, with a new-found will for the future, everyone went their separate ways, knowing that they'll meet again someday.
