"Don't worry, you always have a way of sneaking into people's hearts," Amity said with a small smile, before she leaned forward and pressed a soft kiss on Luz's cheek.
Luz froze before she slowly turned to Amity with her eyes slowly widened in shock and awe.
Amity's face flushed a crimson shade of red before she took a step back and said quickly "Ah ok, farewell forever."
Quickly turning around, Amity began to walk back into her house while muttering "Why did I do that? Why did I do that? Why did I do that?"
Meanwhile, Luz felt like her soul left her body while her face slowly flushed red and held the echo mouse in her hands.
D-Did that just happen?
Did Amity just kiss her on the cheek?
A-And, why did she like it?
No, she knew why she liked it but at the same time...
Did Amity just kiss her on the cheek?!
Luz was having a bisexual panic in her mind while her body slowly got up to her feet.
Before Luz began to walk away, the echo mouse started to squirm under her hold before his eyes glowed yellow and showed another Diary entry.
Luz shook her head before she looked up and watched the diary entry with a shocked look on her face.
"It had been days, weeks, months, I do not know anymore," The projection from the echo-mouse showed Philip walking through the isles while writing in his dairy. "During my journey through the demon realm, I realized that it would take months or years to get to where I need to be, which is why I discovered a new way to get from one place to the next in an instant. A teleportation glyph."
Luz's eyes slowly widened and let out a gasp when she saw the projection show the glyph before she quickly put the rat on her shoulder and brought out her notebook and began to draw a small version of the teleportation glyph.
"I do not know if this will let me get back to the human realm due to my research but if the portal door doesn't work then the teleportation glyph is my only chance to make my way, back to the human realm."
With that, the projection ended with the echo mouse shaking his little head.
Luz, meanwhile, didn't listen to the rest of the diary entry as she continued to draw the teleporting glyph and took a deep breath.
She wasn't sure if this would work but if it does, then she could go back to the human realm and see her mom again.
With that thought in mind and giving a small gulp in worry, Luz took a deep breath and whispered out gently "Hang on Momma, I'm coming home."
She pressed on the glyph and... nothing happened making her eyes widen in shock and confusion.
"Wait, what?!" Luz shouted with a shocked and confused look on her face. "No, no, no, no, no!"
She kept pressing on the glyph but nothing making her grit her teeth.
As many times she kept trying to use the new glyph, it didn't work making her slowly close her eyes with tears welling up in them and throw the notebook and pencil to the ground.
N-No, it didn't work.
Why?
Why didn't it work?
H-Her only chance to go back home and see her mom was now gone, probably forever.
W-What can she do now?
M-Maybe she could find the ingredients to make a new portal door but even if she did that, who knows how long that might take and she didn't have that kind of time? This couldn't be happening.
Tears welling up in her eyes, Luz's breath hitch before she slowly looked up to see the teleporting glyph and turned to the ground before freezing in place.
Wait a second, what was it that Eda told her when she, Eda, Amity, Edric, and Emira were at the knee and learned about the ice glyph?
"Magic is everywhere," Luz whispered with a shocked look on her face, before she brought out an ice glyph, pressed on it, and began to draw the teleporting glyph on the grass with her ice sword.
Amity slowly opened the door to her room with a sigh and her face flushing a crimson shade of red.
Well, that was embarrassing, even for her.
And it was in front of Luz, her crush of all people!
Oh, how could this get any worse?
"Bold move, sister," Edric said, turning to Amity with his arms crossed and giving a smirk.
Never mind, it just got worse.
With a heavy and frustrated sigh, Amity walked up to her siblings and asked with her arms crossed "Did you two watch me and Luz from up here?"
"Yes," Edric and Emira said in unison, with smirks on their faces.
"Oh, titan," Amity groaned, with her face flushed a crimson shade of red.
"Oh, come on, Mittens," Emira said, with a smirk and gave a chuckle. "You can't expect us... too..."
She slowly stopped what she was saying when she turned to see Luz writing something on the ground, making her raise an eyebrow in confusion.
"What is she doing over there?"
"Em, what are you talking about?" Amity asked flatly, with a raised eyebrow in confusion, before she walked up to her balcony and saw Luz drawing something on the grass with her ice sword making her eyes widen in shock and confusion.
What is that?
Looking at what Luz is drawing more closely, Amity could see the fire, ice, and plant glyphs making her gasp in shock.
"I-It's a new glyph combo," Amity whispered out with a shocked look on her face.
"What, how can you tell?" Edric asked with a shock and confused look on his face.
"Look closely Ed, you too Em," Amity said, turning to her siblings and gesturing to the new Glyph Luz was making. "Luz is using the fire, plant, and ice glyphs and combining them into the new glyphs she's making."
Emira and Edric looked closer and saw the fire, plant, and ice glyphs making their eyes widen in shock and amazement.
Without waiting for an answer, Amity jumped off the balcony while using her abomination magic to make a slide and ran up to Luz with a worried look on her face.
Once she was done, Luz stood in front of the new glyph with a proud and hopeful look on her face.
"Ok, that should do it," Luz said, with a proud and hopeful look on her face.
This was it, this was her ticket home and she could see her Mom again.
'Don't worry Mommy, I'm coming home to you,' Luz thought, with a hopeful look on her face.
"Luz!"
Turning her head, Luz saw Amity run up to her with a worried look on her face.
"Luz," Amity said, turning and looking at the new glyph combo with a shocked look on her face. "W-What is this?"
"It's called the Teleportation glyph," Luz said, with a smile, before she turned to the glyph with a worried look on her face. "Although, I don't know if this will work and this is the first test run with it."
"And, you're planning to use it to get back to the human realm," Amity said, slowly turning to Luz with a worried look on her face. "You're going to just up and leave everyone you care about, just like that. Eda, King, Willow, Gus, Lilith, to an extent Hooty, ...me."
Luz didn't say anything and just slowly looked away with a small gulp in worry and fear.
"I-It's not that simple, Amity," Luz said slowly, with worry and fear in her voice. "I-I need to see my mom and let her know that I'm ok."
"I understand that, Luz," Amity said slowly with a small nod, before she slowly walked up and stood in front of Luz with a worried look on her face.
Luz slowly turned and looked into Amity's worried and concerned golden eyes that made her freeze in place with a small gulp in worry and fear.
"A-Amity," Luz whispered, with a small gulp in worry and fear.
"I won't stop or prevent you from going home," Amity started to say with a worried and concerned look on her face. "But not if you're going to do something reckless like this. Luz, I'll help you find a way home but not like this, since the way you're going about it, you're planning to just up and leave everyone you care about without even saying goodbye, right."
Luz was silent and just looked down with a shuttering gulp in fear.
"Do you even have a way to come back to the isles if this does return you home in the human realm?" Amity asked with a small gulp in worry and fear.
Luz again, didn't say anything and slowly clenched her fists in worry and fear.
"I-I still need to find a way back to the human realm and see my mom again," Luz said slowly, sounding worried and scared.
"And you will," Amity said slowly, before she shook her head and gave Luz a worried look on her face. "But not like this, not when you're only thinking about your mom and not the people around you or your own life. Luz, how do we know if this glyph can take you home between worlds? What if you end up in the wrong realm and you get hurt? We... I don't think I can bear to see you get hurt like that..."
"Amity," Luz whispered, looking up and saw the worried look on Amity's face that made her eyes slowly widen.
A-Amity was right, wasn't she.
She was so determined to get back home and see her mom that she nearly forgot about the second life she built here.
Her second family, her friends, Amity, especially Amity.
She was nearly willing to go back to her mom and leave her new life without even looking back while also not knowing if the new glyph could even send her to the human realm at all which made her give a nervous gulp in worry and fear.
W-What was she even doing anymore?
She knew Amity was right but that didn't mean it hurt none the less.
Tears began to well up in Luz's eyes before she hugged Amity and whispered out "I'm sorry, Amity. I-I'm so sorry."
Amity gave a small blush from the hug before she shook her head and hugged Luz back with a small smile.
"It's ok, Luz," Amity whispered out softly, with a worried look on her face. "I understand why you want to go home but you can't rush these things, ok?"
Luz broke the hug and gave a small nod with a sniff.
"I-I understand, Amity," Luz whispered slowly with a small nod and sniffed, before she and Amity turned to the teleportation glyph. "But, what should we do about this then?"
Amity gave a frown and said "Well, I said you couldn't use the new glyph to go back to the human realm but I didn't say we couldn't give it a test run and see if this new glyph works the way we think it would."
Luz's eyes slowly widened while wiping the tears from her eyes and gave a small nod.
"Then, where do we go with this Teleporting glyph?" Luz asked, with a raised eyebrow in confusion.
Amity couldn't help but give a small smile and said softly "Let's start with something simple. Let's see if this new glyph can teleport us to the owl house."
Luz couldn't help but give a small smile and said softly "The owl house it is."
With a small nod, Amity turned to the new glyph and began to slowly walk to the middle while trying to not step on the drawings.
"Ok, let's see what this thing can do," Luz said, with a small smile and raised her hands in the air. "To the owl house, here we go!"
As Luz pressed her hands on the new glyph, she, Amity, Edric, and Emira watched in shock and awe as the plant, fire, and ice glyphs began to brighten up around Luz and Amity with Luz running up to Amity with a worried and scared look on her face while an orange fire light came around them.
Running up to Amity, Luz grabbed Amity's hand just as both girls were transported away leaving the shocked and stunned Edric and Emira behind.
"Oh my titan," Edric whispered, with a shocked look on his face.
"You know all those jokes and teasing I said about Amity crushing on Luz way back when," Emira said slowly, with a shocked look on her face. "I take it all back after what we just saw."
"Agreed," Edric agreed with a small nod.
Luz and Amity screamed before they saw the flash was gone making both girls blink a couple of times to see again.
"Ok, note to self," Luz started to say in a grunt, while blinking the flash out of her eyes. "Always close your eyes when you teleport."
"Yeah, I can agree to that," Amity agreed with a small nod, before she shook her head and looked around in confusion. "Where are we, Luz?"
Luz shook her head before she turned and her eyes widened at seeing the owl house in front of her and Amity.
"Oh my titan," Luz muttered with a shocked look on her face. "I-It worked! W-We're at the owl house!"
"What?!" Amity asked, turning to where Luz was looking before she froze at seeing the owl house in front of her and Luz. "Oh my titan."
"I know," Luz said, turning to Amity with an excited look on her face. "We did it! I mean I did it, the echo mouse did it, I mean-Ah!"
She squealed before she jumped and hugged Amity in excitement.
"We did it! We did it! We did it! I found a way to go home and with this new glyph, we can travel to any place in the demon realm that we want! We did it, Amity!"
"Well, I don't know if it will work with traveling between realms but," Amity said with a soft chuckle, before she gave a beaming smile and hugged Luz back. "Yes, it worked. Congratulations, Luz."
While Luz and Amity were hugging, the front door to the owl house opened with Eda walking out of the house with a frown.
"Alright, what are you two doing?" Eda asked, looking at Luz and Amity with her arms crossed and gave a frown.
Breaking the hug, Luz and Amity turned to Eda with smiles on their faces.
"Eda, me and Amity just found a new teleporting glyph," Luz said, with a beaming smile on her face.
"A teleporting glyph?" Eda asked, with a raised eyebrow and a confused look on her face, before she gave a laugh. "Ha, that's a laugh! That's a nice joke kiddo."
"What? No, it's true, Eda," Luz said with a shocked look on her face, before she turned to Amity with a frown. "Amity, can I use teleport glyph to take you home?"
"Huh?" Amity asked with a raised eyebrow in confusion. "Um sure, but don't you already have the drawing of the glyph already?"
"Oh yeah," Luz said, sounding like she just remembered something and began to find her notebook but couldn't find it, making her start to get worried. "Oh no, I think I left my notebook and the glyph combo back at your place."
"Well, don't worry," Amity said, with a reassuring smile. "I'm sure we can-"
"Lose something?"
Amity was cut off when she, Luz, and Eda heard Emira's voice making all three of them turn to see a bright flash in front of them and Emira and Edric appeared in front of them with Emira holding Luz's notebook that the teleporting glyph and Edric holding the echo mouse in his right hand.
"You left this back at our house," Emira said, walking up to Luz and giving her the notebook back with a smile. "Took us a few tries to get the glyph working and once we did, we came right over here."
"Uh, how many tries did you two do before you got here?" Amity asked, with a raised eyebrow and gave a frown.
Emira flinched before she slowly looked away and whispered out "S-Shut up, Mittens."
Amity rolled her eyes before she slowly got up to her feet and walked up to Luz with a smile.
"Anyways," Amity said, walking up to Luz with a smile. "You did it, you created a new glyph and with the echo mouse, you're one step closer to going home."
"Y-Yeah," Luz said, slowly with a small nod and gave a frown. "I just wish I could just head home right away and see my mom. She must be so worried about me not being there."
"I get it, Luz," Amity said, slowly with a small nod and gave a worried look on her face. "But you can't rush these things. I know you're worried and want to go home but until we can find a way for you to come to the human realm and back and see if this glyph can actually work to travel to the human realm, testing it and using it like this is the best we can do right now."
"Boots is right, Luz," Eda said, walking up to Luz and Amity who both turned and saw that she was giving them a proud smile. "While I am happy that you found this new glyph, we don't know much about it and need to learn more about it. Also, we don't want the Emperor Coven finding out about this new glyph, right?"
"No, I guess not," Luz said, slowly with a frown. "But, I finally have a way to go home with this teleporting glyph."
"But do we know that it would work?" Eda asked sternly, with a raised eyebrow.
"N-No," Luz whispered hesitantly, with a small gulp before she shook her head and looked up to Eda in worry. "B-But what if my mom is worried sick and wondering about where I am?"
"Then, if your mom is anything like you," Eda said with a smile and patted Luz on the head. "Then she'll figure out a way to come to the demon realm like how you came here a few months ago."
Luz gave a frown and wanted to say something but after the day she had, she just wanted to lay down and go to sleep.
With that thought in mind, Luz gave a long and tired sigh.
"Alright, I'll hold off on using the teleportation glyph until we have a door built," Luz said, gently with a long and tired sigh.
"That's my girl," Eda said, with a chuckle and ruffled Luz's hair before she turned to the Blight siblings with a smile. "For now, we should keep this a secret but only a select few like your friends, the Blight siblings, and your girlfriend over here. Right, baby Blight."
Luz and Amity's face both gave massive blushes while Emira and Edric started chuckling to themselves at this.
"W-We're not dating!" Luz and Amity both shouted with deep blushes on their faces before they turned to each other with shocked looks on their faces.
"W-We're not dating, r-right?" Luz asked hesitantly, with a worried look on her face.
"N-No," Amity said gently, sounding hesitant with a worried and sad look on her face. "I-I mean, i-if y-you don't want to, that is."
Luz froze in place with a shocked look on her face.
D-Did she just hear that right?
While she wouldn't mind and admittedly wanted to date Amity, she didn't want to rush things after the cheek kiss Amity gave her a few minutes ago.
With a small and hesitant gulp, Luz's face slowly flushed red and whispered out slowly "W-Well, I-I wouldn't mind us start dating but I-I just don't want to rush things after the cheek kiss you gave me a few minutes ago."
"Wait, a cheek kiss?!" Eda explained, with a shocked look on her face.
Ignoring Eda's comment, Amity looked to Luz with a soft and worried smile on her face.
"Luz," Amity said softly with a soft and worried smile on her face before she gave a deadpan look on her face. "I've been crushing on you ever since grom and if we're talking about rushing things, I think I have a few choice words to say and my gay panics over the past few months since you came to the isles can add to that."
Luz gave a small nod before she froze and her eyes slowly widened in shock and realization.
"Wait a second," Luz started to say, with a shock and realization look on her face. "I was your date to Grom!"
Amity, Edric, Emira, and Eda all face palmed themselves while Luz flinched at this.
"U-Uh, bad timing."
"Oh titan, you're so lucky I love you, you adorable human dork," Amity said flatly, with a groan before she shook her head and gave a sigh. "But, if you want to hold off on us dating then I am ok with that. Just let me know when you're ready and we'll talk about this, ok."
Luz just looked at Amity with a stunned look on her face but didn't say anything when she saw Amity slowly turn to her siblings and begin to walk away from her.
Wait what?
T-That's it.
N-No, she didn't want to leave things like this.
Not when she had things she wanted to tell Amity and tell her what she really felt about all this stuff with her feelings about Amity.
With that thought in mind and gave a frown, Luz ran up and grabbed Amity's hand.
"Wait, Amity," Luz called out, with a worried look on her face.
Amity stopped in place before she turned to Luz with a worried and confused look on her face.
Well, here it goes.
Taking a deep breath and gave a small sigh, Luz slowly opened her eyes and said slowly "Listen Amity, I won't lie to you, when I first came to the boiling isles, all I could think about was wanting to be a witch and I pushed everything else to the side, even my feelings for you,"
Amity gasped, with her face giving a small blush.
"But now that I'm technically a witch, I can put that dream behind me, at least for now and focus on other things like building a portal door and getting back home, and... Oh titan, I'm bad at this stuff," Luz groaned, before she shook her head slowly and looked at Amity with a worried look on her face. "Look, I-I never really thought about you as anything more then a friend until recently when you went out of your way and saved me from your crazy parents Abomination just a few weeks ago,"
Luz and Amity's face's blushed even redder at the memory.
"Ok, I guess what I am trying to say is that everything is so crazy right now and I have no idea what my future holds but, it would be so cool and amazing if you were in it."
"L-Luz, are you really sure you want to do this?" Amity asked softly, with a worried and concerned look on her face. "I-I've been dreaming about this ever since I began to have feelings for you and it's grown to the point where I can't imagine a world, realm, or a life without you in it as well. I'm willing to give this a shot and I will be the best, awesome, and most supportive girlfriend that you'll ever have, but I don't want to rush things or make you feel uncomfortable doing this if you're not ready for this."
"I don't think this will make me feel uncomfortable," Luz said softly, with a worried look on her face. "I'm even more willing to give this a try, especially since we're both new to this but only if you're willing to give this a try as well."
"Do you even need to ask?" Amity asked, with a teasing grin. "Did I not cheek kiss you and just confess my love and loyalty to you?"
Luz's face flushed red before she took a deep breath and was about to say something when Amity beat her to it.
"Do you want to go out with me?" Amity asked, with her face flushed red.
"No, I was so ready," Luz said in a groan with her face flushed red, and gave a small smile.
Amity couldn't help but giggle and said "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, you can say it."
"Ok," Luz said slowly, before she gave a sigh and looked at Amity with a smile. "Amity Blight, do you want to go out with me?"
"Yes!" Amity shouted in excitement with her face flushed red.
"Ok!" Luz exclaimed with an excited smile and gave a blush as well.
"That's great, sis," Edric said, with a smile before he brought out his scroll and checked the time. "Now, can we go home? I have a date I need to get too before I'm late."
Emira rolled her eyes and turned to Edric with a deadpan look on her face.
"I thought you already went to your date," Emira said, with a deadpan look on her face.
"Come on, Em," Edric said, turning to Emira with a frown on his face. "Do you really think I would go on a date with a zit on my forehead?"
"You can barely see it, Ed," Emira said, with a frown on her face before she shook her head and turned to Luz, Amity, and Eda with a small smile. "Luz, can you help us create the new teleporting glyph and teleport us back to our house? We barely used that glyph to get us here since we are still new to it. By the way, you want to stay with your new gf, Mittens?"
Amity's face blushed a crimson shade of red and was about to say 'No' but thought about it for a second and turned to Luz with a worried look on her face.
"Luz, you wouldn't mind me staying for the night, right," Amity said, with a worried look on her face.
Luz couldn't help but turn to Amity with a small smile and said "No, I don't mind. In fact, I would really like it if you spend the night at my place tonight."
Amity gave a nod before she turned to Emira with a smile and said "Sorry Em, I'm going to spend the night with Luz and her family tonight."
Emira gave a nod before she turned to Edric and said with a frown "Ed, give mittens the mouse while Luz makes the new glyph for us."
"What?" Edric asked, with a shocked look on his face. "But, can I at least keep the mouse for the rest of the night?"
Amity rolled her eyes and began to walk up to Edric while Luz got to work making the teleporting glyph.
"Ed, give me the Echo mouse," Amity said, walking up to Edric with a deadpan look on her face. "Luz needs the Echo mouse to make a portal door to get home."
Edric gave a frown before he grumbled and gave the Echo mouse back to Amity who gave a nod.
"Thank you, Ed," Amity said, with a nod before she, Edric, and Emira turned to see Luz drawing the teleportation glyph with her ice sword with shocked looks on the siblings faces.
Once Luz was done drawing the teleporting glyph, she gave a smug grin and said "Alright, all done. All aboard the glyph train."
"You're letting this get to your head," Amity said, walking up to Luz with a small smile on her face. "Aren't you, Luz."
"Do I need to stop this smug feeling with my new teleportation glyph?" Luz asked, turning to Amity with a smug and playful grin. "Like using this to get us to dates in the future?"
Amity's face gave a massive blush at the thought of Luz and her using this new glyph for dates or date night or...
Oh titan, is she going into a gay panic?!
While Amity was going into a gay panic, Luz turned to see Emira and Edric walk in the middle of the glyph with a smile.
"Alright, just imagine where to go and the glyph will take you there," Luz said, with a smile before she faltered a little. "At least, that's what me and Amity think will work. We still need to work on this glyph and see what we can and can't do with it."
Emira and Edric gave nods before they closed their eyes and began to imagine Blight Manner.
Seeing this, Luz gave a nod before she raised her hands and slammed them down on the glyph as the plant, fire, and ice glyphs began to glow bright around Emira and Edric while an orange fire light came around them as they were bathed in light.
Luz quickly got up and took a few steps back to Amity and Eda while Emira and Edric were teleported back home.
Once Emira and Edric were transported away, Eda raised an eyebrow and asked in slight worry "Um, how do we know the two Blights made it back home safe?"
"I... I don't know," Luz said, slowly with a shock and confused look on her face. "Maybe we can transport to Blight Manner or..."
She was cut off when she, Amity, and Eda heard a vibration making Luz and Eda turn to see Amity summoning her scroll and opening it with a raised eyebrow.
"Emira just messaged me and said that she and Edric are back home at Blight Manner," Amity said, with a sigh in relief. "Thank titan. At least we know the glyph can take someone home safely."
"That's true," Luz said, with a small nod before she turned to the tower and began to get an idea.
Without saying anything, Luz ran up and began to draw the teleporting glyph with a small grin.
"Luz, what are you doing?" Amity asked, watching Luz draw the teleporting glyph with a raised eyebrow in confusion.
"Just give me a second, Amity," Luz said, with a smile before she finished her drawing of the teleporting glyph and gave a nod with a smirk. "Done. Now, let's see if you guys can catch me after this!"
She put her left hand on the glyph as all the glyphs started to glow bright while she was bathed in light.
Amity and Eda watched as Luz was teleported with shock and worried looks on their faces.
"Luz!" Eda and Amity shouted in unison, with worried looks on their faces.
"It worked!"
Turning their heads, Eda and Amity looked up and saw that Luz was on top of the tower next to the owl house making their eyes widen in shock.
Luz turned her head and saw a secret door before she gasped in shock and said "Eda, you never told me the tower had a secret door!"
"I never showed you what's inside the tower before," Eda mumbled, with a worried look on her face.
Amity gave a sigh and pinched the bridge of her nose with her right hand while holding the echo mouse in her left hand.
"Either way," Amity grumbled, under her breath before she shook her head and created a mouse cage.
After putting the Echo mouse in the mouse cage, Amity borrowed Eda's staff before she got on it and flew to where Luz was at with a worried look on her face.
"Ok Luz, you had your fun," Amity said, gently with a worried look on her face. "Now, how about you come back down and we can have dinner with Eda and King."
"And me," Hooty said, with a smile while slithering next to Amity who flinched uncomfortably before she elbowed Hooty in his left eye. "Ow! Alright, geez, I was just trying to be polite."
"Then warn me next time, Hooty," Amity said, turning to Hooty with a dark glare that made Hooty flinch a little.
"Y-Yes, ma'am," Hooty said slowly, with a small gulp in fear.
With a sigh, Amity turned to Luz with a worried look and said "Alright Luz funs over, now come on down and we can-"
She was cut off when she saw Luz slam her hands on the teleporting glyph and was transported away making her give a long and tired sigh.
"This is going to take all day, isn't it," Amity said, with a long and tired sigh.
Willow was laying on her bed with a tired sigh and was about to go to sleep when she heard a voice beside her.
"Hey Willow!"
"Ah!" Willow screamed, in shock, before she turned to see Luz standing in front of her with a smile. "Luz, what are you doing here?!"
She was about to scold Luz before she froze at seeing Luz stand in front of her and raised an eyebrow in shock and confusion.
"Uh Luz, how are you here? Did you come to my house without me and my dads knowing?"
Luz laughed and said "Nope, I was just using a new glyph that me and Amity just found and..."
She was slowly cut off when she and Willow turned to see a phone crow fly through the window and into Willow's left hand while her right hand was still in a cast.
"Um, hello?" Willow asked, with a raised eyebrow in confusion.
"Hello Willow," Amity said, from the other side of the call. "Is Luz there with you?"
"Yes, she's here in my house next to me," Willow started to say, before she turned to see Luz start drawing on the ground, making her give a frown. "Give me a second."
She made a spell circle and used her vines to grab Luz and pull her next to the bed with a yelp.
"She tried to use the teleporting glyph, didn't she?" Amity asked flatly, knowing the answer.
"Is that what Luz was drawing?" Willow asked with a raised eyebrow in shock and confusion, before she shook her head and gave the crow phone to Luz. "It's for you, Luz."
Luz gave a nervous gulp before she took the crow phone with her right hand and asked gently "Hello?"
"Luz Noceda-Clawthorn, you will come back to the owl house this instant!" Amity shouted, in a scold and stern tone that made Luz flinch a little.
"But Amity," Luz said, in a whine. "It's a teleportation glyph!"
"Yes, while I am impressed that we found out about the glyph," Amity started to say, with a sigh and pinched the bridge of her nose from the other side of the call. "That's still no excuse for you to use the new glyph and go on a joy ride like this."
"Amity does have a-"
"At least not without me!"
"Never mind," Willow said flatly, with a deadpan look on her face.
"B-But Amity, my beloved, my sweet potato," Luz said, sweetly with a worried and pleading look on her face. "I was just testing this new glyph for our upcoming date."
"Please turn your head to the window," Amity said flatly.
Confused, Luz and Willow both slowly turned and jumped at seeing Amity fly in front of the window with her face flushing crimson and glared sternly at Luz, who gave a nervous gulp under the glare.
Ending the call, Amity flew in the room and landed on the ground with her arms crossed and gave a frown.
Luz couldn't help but flinch at Amity's frown before she shook her head and gave her girlfriend a small smile.
"So, how was I using the teleporting glyph go?" Luz asked gently, with a small smile on her face.
"Give me your ice sword," Amity said sternly, with her left hand stretched out to Luz.
Luz gave a pout and gave Amity her ice sword before she watched as Amity pointed to the window.
"Let's go home and we can talk about what we can and can't do with this new teleporting glyph," Amity said sternly, while pointing to the window.
"So, date night with the new glyph isn't off the table-"
"March!" Amity shouted, with a stern look on her face.
Luz deflated before she looked down and slowly walked to the window.
While Luz was walking to the window, Amity shook her head and gave a sigh.
"I'm sorry about this, Willow," Amity said, shaking her head and turning to Willow with a worried look on her face. "Me and Luz were finding Philp's diary in the library before an Echo mouse ate the pages before it showed us the teleporting glyph and... well, you know what happened after that."
Willow gave a small nod before she began to giggle and said "It's ok, Amity. While it was crazy and shocking to see Luz just appear in my room out of nowhere, it was impressive to see you and Luz finding new glyphs like the teleporting glyph."
Amity couldn't help but give a small smile before she and Willow turned to see Luz sneaking off to finish the teleporting glyph making them both give flat looks on their faces.
Without saying anything, Amity and Willow created violet and green spell circles as abomination and vines came up from the ground and captured Luz who gave a yelp in shock and confusion.
"Stay," Amity said sternly, with a stern glare before she turned back to Willow with a small smile. "Sorry about her, Willow."
"Eh," Willow said flatly, with a shrug. "Knowing Luz, it shouldn't be all that surprising at this point."
"Hey," Luz said, sounding offended with a shocked look on her face. "I take offense to that."
"And I love you for it," Amity said, giving Luz a loving smile on her face before she created a lavender spell circle that caused Luz to float from the ground. "Now, let's get back home and we can talk about the new glyph we found today."
With that, Amity turned and began to walk back to Owlbert in his staff form with Luz floating right behind her with a pout.
Getting on her staff, Amity turned to Willow with a smile and said, "I guess we'll see you tomorrow morning."
Willow nodded and said with a smile "Yeah, I'll see you guys tomorrow. Also, please try and keep Luz away from the new glyph for the night."
"I'll try," Amity said, with a nod before she turned to Luz with a small smile. "You hear that, Luz."
"Yeah, I heard," Luz grumbled, with a frustrated pout. "You try to use the new teleporting glyph for fun, and this is what you get."
Amity gave a small smile before she leaned forward and kissed Luz on the cheek.
"Don't worry, Luz," Amity said sweetly, with a loving smile. "Once we get back to the owl house, we can see about you finding a glyph to use abomination magic like me."
"Wait, really?!" Luz asked, turning to Amity with an excited and blushing smile from the cheek kiss. "I'm going to get to learn abomination magic with my glyphs from my awesome girlfriend!"
"Well, I don't know if it can happen tonight but I'm willing to give it a try," Amity said, with a giggle from Luz's excitement. "Only if you're willing to learn from the best abomination student in hexside, that is."
Luz didn't need to be told twice as she jumped and shouted in excitement "Yes, yes, yes! What are we waiting for? Let's go, sweet potato!"
"Ok, ok, ok," Amity said softly, with a soft chuckle before she and Luz began to fly away from Willow's house. "Just don't fall off the staff while I'm flying, alright?"
"I make no promises!"
"You're lucky I love you."
"And I love you too, hermosa."
While the two girlfriends were flying away, Willow got up from her bed and watched Luz and Amity fly away with a shocked look on her face.
She did not miss the 'I love you' they said to each other making her eyes widen in shock before she summoned her scroll and began to message Gus.
Oh, he is not going to believe this.
