   Summary

   Six months after Enforcer Saoirse loses her soulmark (and her soulmate), a second one mysteriously appears. Surely it won't affect the Old World experiment she volunteered for.

   A pissed and regretful Pen is suddenly sent back in time after a (false) soulmark appears. Surely this Enforcer who came with him won't be opposed to breaking a few skulls.

   Logan isn't sure where Pen's new Enforcer (friend) came from, or why the two seem so united in saving Martle's Oasis. Surely this strange second soulmark has nothing to do with it.
