Notes:

Hey, so... I am no writer. The idea just came to me, and i thought:oh, man, that would be a kind of crazy story, isn't?
So I just wanted to get it out of my system.

So there's no co-writer, expect some spelling mistakes, and don't expect the most awesome or coherent story ever.
Sincerally i would love that someone re-writes this to a better story.

This story also exists on Fanction with already 9 chapters, so enjoy the rest of the story there.
But if you are patient you can see all the chapters with some illustrations made by me here.

So... here it comes.

Chapter 1: Not so Great Outdoors P.1

Chapter Text

"Yo! We are in live in the Wawanakwa camp! In somewhere in Muskoka, Ontário." Chris said to the camera presenting the place. "I am your host Chris McLean! Dropping season one of the most awaited show in all times right now!" He said.

"Here's the deal, 22 campers signed up to spend 8 weeks right here, in this horrible summer camp! They gonna compete in challenges against each other and then face the judgement from their fellow campers!" Chris explains walking through the docks. "Every 3 days one team have the chance to win a reward or see a team member walk through the Docks of Shame, take a ride on the Losers Boat, and leave from Total Drama Island for good!"

"Their fate will be decided in this campfire ceremony, where each week they can see a teammate don't receive a marshmallow and go away." Chris said getting a marshmallow and eating it. "In the end, only one will be standing and will be rewarded these awesome magazine, and this small fortune, what, sincerally, they gonna blow in a week." The host said smirking.

"To survive they gonna have to battle through: black flies, wild animals, disgusting camp food, and each other! Every moment gonna be recorded with the hundred of cameras that are situated all over the camp, even their day off, that you can see the best moments in our website!" The host explained. "Who will crumble to the pressure? Find out right here on: TOTAL! DRAMA! ISLAND!"

"Welcome back to Total Drama Island. All right, its time we meet our 11 first campers." Chris said before turning to address to the camera. "We told them that they were staying in a 5 star resort, so if they seems a little mad thats probably why." The host said smirking. Seeing the first boat arrive, Chris sees getting out a girl with a chestnut hair in a side pony tail, a long green shirt that was tied on the side, along with tight pink pants and white shoes, also wearing braces and glasses.

"Beth! Whats up?" Chris greeted the girl, who runned to give the host a big hug.

"Its so great to finally meet you!" She said ending the hug with Chris dusting himself after it ended. "Wow… you much shorter in real life." Beth said, waving to the camera excited.

"Uh… thanks." Chris replied, seeing another boat arrive, getting out a strong looking Jamaican descendent with a beard, wearing a white hat, short jeans, sandals and a green shirt with a big "D" in the center of it, carrying two bags in his hands.

"DJ!" The host presented sharing a high five with the brick house, who had dropped his bags.

"Yo, Chris McLean! How its going?" DJ greeted back. "You sure that thats the place? Where the hot tub at?" The Jamaican asked looking around.

"Yo, dawg, That is it! Camp Wawanakwa!" Chris said with DJ picking his bags and walking to Beth side.

"Totally different from the application form." DJ muttered looking around.

"Hey, Gwen!" The host greeted the next teenager to arrive, who were a goth girl with black eyes, with black and midnight blue cloths, showing her belly, with black and green hair.

"You mean we staying here?" Gwen asked, looking to the deplorable camp.

"No! You staying here! I gonna stay in my trailer with AC." Chris said smirking to the goth.

"I did not signed for this!" Gwen said glaring at the host.

"Actually, you did." the host said showing Gwen's contracts, but the goth simply picked it up and ripped it. Throwing it in the water, smirking to the host.

"You know whats great about lawyers? They make a lot of copies." Chris said showing another copy of the contract.

"You know what? I don't gonna stay here." Gwen said picking her thing and turning to leave.

"Cool. But i hope you can swim though, cause your ride just left." Chris said pointing to the leaving boat.

"Jerk." Gwen said to the host.

The next boat was playing a loud music, with a blonde guy wearing a cowboy hat, short blue jeans, sandals and a pink open up shirt, jumping off the boat with his bags.

"Chris McLean! Sup, man, its a honor to meet you, man!" Said the party goer, sharing a fist bump with Chris.

"The Geoff-Ster! Welcome to the island, man!" Chris greeted back presenting the cowboy.

"Thanks, man!" Geoff said before going to the other campers side.

"they say "man" one more time i gonna puke." Gwen muttered with crossed arms. Already feeling irritaded.

"Everybody! This is Lindsay!" The host called presenting the next arriver, being a long haired blond, with blue eyes and sun tanned skin, wearing a blue bandana around her head and a red top under a brown sleeveless shirt with some of her belly exposed, a short orange skirt and brown boots with stars on them carrying a pink bag. "not too shabby." The host said to the camera.

"Hiii~! Okay, you look so familiar" Lindsay said to the host.

"I am Chris McLean." He said, but still don't getting reconized by the blond. "the host? Of the show?" He explained with the blonde finally getting it.

"Ooh. that where i know you from!" The blond happily said.

"Yea, right…" the host said, hopping to end it now, with Lindsay walking to the campers side.

The next person to arrive was a white girl with long black hair and grey eyes, wearing a dull red shoulderless top with straps going around her neck, short-shorts and black open toed high tops wearing a sunglass, removing it to look around.

"Heather!" The host greeted with the girl simply passing by him without saying a word.

Excited to make a new friend, Beth got closer to Heather, spitting in her face every sentence.

"Hi! Looks like we are you new friend for the next 8 weeks!" Beth said excited, not noticing Heather recoiling away, disgusted from her saliva.

Suddently everyone began to hear a rock music in the distance, and looking to the source they could see what looked a punk with unibrow and blue eyes with piercings on his face, nose, and ears. a small black beard and wearing a spike collar, a black shirt with a skull on the center and white sleeves and highlight around the waist. He also had blue jeans and red and white sneakers and a green dyed hair in a mohawk, with a sound box beneath his feets.

"Duncan! Dude!" Chris greeted the punk, who seemed in a bad mood.

"I don't like surprises." Duncan said rising his fist, speaking about the camp state.

"Yeah, your parole officer warned about that, man. He also told me to give a call anytime to have you returned to juvie" Chris said with crossed arms not even a little scared of the punk who just rolled his eyes and breathed through his nose.

"Okay then." he said walking to the other campers side, making a comment when he passed Heather "meet you at the campfire, gorgeous."

"Drop dead, you skeez." Heather said angrily with crossed arms. "I am calling my parents. You can not make me stay here!" Heather grumbled, going to other side of the docks with Chris grinning and showing her contract to the camera.

The next to arrive was a jock in red clothes, red and white headband, brown hair and eyes, and basketball shoes. who skied his way with the boat. "Ladies and gentlemans. Tyler!" Chris presented, making the jock wave at the camera, but also lose his grip in the rope, making him roll in the water surface for a while, hit the dock and fly in the air before falling in the bag piles, making one of them fly away and splash Heather with water.

"My shoes!" The queen bee complained completely wet.

"Wicked wipeout, man!" Chris praised the painful stunt, making Tyler give a thumbs ups from the pile, and also making DJ and Geoff give a thumbs up.

While chuckling seeing the campers interact with each other, Chris hear a heavy sigh coming from behind him. Turning he sees a skinny ginger boy with a few beard hairs, with glasses and green eyes. He wear a blue shirt that had a picture of a burger on it and bright green highlights on the sleeves and neck area. Having a light red long sleeved shirt underneath. He had dark green pants and white shoes with blue and green strips and carrying a keyboard under his arms.

"Welcome to the camp, Harold." Chris greeted, but the red head only looked around.

"What he's looking at?" Beth asked for no one specific.

"So the show is in this crappy summer camp and not some big stage or something?" The geek asked to the host.

"You got it." the host confirmed his suspicious, thinking the nerd would be disappointed.

"Yes! That so much more favorable to my skill." Harold said walking to the group side, making Chris cringe with his weirdness.

"Contestant number nine is Trent!" Chris presented the next contestant, who was a boy with black hair and green eyes. Wearing a light green shirt with a black hand print in the middle with came sleeves, also using black pants and green shoes with dark green stripes. Carrying a guitar case along with his bag.

"Hey, good to meet you, man. Saw you in that figure skating show. Nice work." Trent complimented, sharing a fist bump with the host.

"Thanks, man, i knew i rocked!" Chris replied confidently.

"I saw it too, one of the guys dropped his partner on her head, so they got immunity that week." Beth said.

"Lucky, i hope i get dropped on my head too." Harold said, hoping that he can also gain immunity that way.

"Me too!" Lindsay said smiling, not really getting what the nerd mean.

"If you want i can make your wish come true." Duncan said to the geek punching his open palm.

"So this is it?" Trent asked looking to the campers, Heather drying her hair, Duncan about to throw Harold in the water and the others watching the show. "All right then." he said walking to Gwen side, hearing a splash when Harold was throwed by Duncan. Trent tried to smile at the goth, but she only turn her head, but give a small smile back without him notice.

The next to arrive was a long haired blond girl. With her hair in a pony tail and green eyes, wearing a light blue hoodie that showed off a small part of her stomach and jeans that went halfway down her knees and carrying a surfboard with her.

"Hey, what up?" The girl said smiling calmly, leaving the boat to greet the host.

"All right! our surfer chick, Bridgette, is here!" The host presented the camper to the others.

But Duncan only snorted at the new arrival "Nice board, but thats not Malibu, honey." The punk said.

"I though that we were going to be in a beach." Bridgette said the reason of bringing her board.

"And we are!" Chris said motioning to the trash filled beach making Bridgette sigh.

"Great…" she said picking her stuff from the ground.

"All right! That makes-" Chris began, only to be hitted by Bridgette board "ouch! Darn it! That hurts!" He said rubbing his head.

"Hey, guys." Bridgette greeted the other campers.

"Hey! i am Geoff." the cowboy present himself, going to Bridgette other side.

"Whats up?" She said turning to look at the cowboy. Forcing the others campers duck to avoid getting hit by the surfboard like Chris.

"Dang! Watch the board, man!" A wet Harold complained.

"Hi! I am Beth!" Beth greeted the surfer from her other side.

"Hey." The surfer said turning around again and almost hit the others with her surfboard once again.

"Okay, we all meet the surfer girl. Can we go on now?" Heather complained, having finished to dry her hair.

"Looks like someone didn't take her double cappuccino macchiato this morning" Duncan mocked to the queen bee.

"Get bent." Heather replied.

The next to arrive was a skinny boy with slightly dark skin. Brown hair and brown eyes. using a red sweater vest over a collared short sleeved shirt with a white long sleeved shirt underneath. Along with olive green jeans and shoes with darker green and white strips. Basically, a appearance who screamed "Nerd" with capital N.

"Our… ow! next camper is Noah!" Chris said still feeling Bridgette blow.

"You received my memo about my life threat allergies?" The bookworm asked walking through the docks.

"I am sure that someone did!" The host replies smiling while pointing a finger gun to Noah.

"Good. This is where we staying?" Noah asked seeing the deplorable camp.

"No is in your mother house! And we gonna throw a party!" Duncan replied cracking his knuckles to the nerd.

"Cute. Nice piercings. You did them yourself?" Noah said sarcastically, not at all scared of the punk.

"Yeah, want some?" Duncan asked pulling Noah lower lip and a needle from his pockets.

"No, thanks. Can i get my lip back please?" Noah asked, not a little intimidated, making Duncan release his lips. "Thanks…" Noah muttered rubbing his mouth.

The next camper to arrive was a dark skinned girl with a beige shirt with a kumquat pattern across the chest area. Also wearing a pair of hoop earrings, jeans, and brown flats with black hair in a pony tail.

"Wassup ya'll?!, Leshawna is in the house!" The girl said from her boat, making Harold gasp.

After getting out of the boat Leshawna began to walk to the other campers side. "yo baby, how is going?" She said sharing a quick high five with Chris. "feel free to quit now and save yourself the trouble, 'cause i come to win!" The girl said confidently.

"Wassup, my brother? Give me some sugar, baby." She said to DJ, sharing a quick high five, thats when Harold decide to pop up and speak to her.

"I never seen a girl like you in the real life before." The ginger said.

"Excuse me?" Leshawna asked, with her hand in her hips. Wondering if its in a good way or bad way.

"You're real big! And loud!" Harold said throwing his arms in the air for emphasis. Making Leshawna angry.

"What did you said to me? Oh you didn't! You did not seen nothing yet! I gonna show you big, baby!" Leshawna said angrily, preparing to give the nerd some slaps, but was held down by DJ and Bridgette, with Harold chopping the air with his hands.

"All right, campers! Settle down!" Chris said, putting order and ending the fight. With Leshawna fixing her shirt and looking at Harold, who gave a sheepishly smile back.

The next campers arrived in the same boat, being two girls who dressed alike. With pink shorts, and shoes and stripped black and white shirt and same hair style in pig tails, with one of the girls being skinny and with dark skin and the other chubby with white skin.

"Katie and Sadie! Welcome to your new home for the next 8 weeks!" Chris said presenting the camp to the girls.

"Oh my gosh! Sadie look" Katie said in a peppy voice pointing to the camp "its a summer camp!" She exclaimed excitedly to her BFFF.

"Okay! i always wanted to go to a summer camp!" Sadie said equally excited before both running off to the campers side giggling, making Chris wonder if they had a screw loose for liking the camp, but he didn't had time to entertain the though, cause the next boat already arrived.

The next boat to arrive dropped a short and skinny white boy, with brown hair, blue eyes, who had a bit of a chipped tooth. He had a beige shirt with darker sleeves, waist, and neck with a red and blue horizontal stripe around the center and also use blue jeans and green shoes with cream colored bottoms.

"Cody! The Coaster, the Code meister!" Chris hyped, sharing a high five with the boy, who started to walk to the campers side.

"Dude, psyched to be here, man!" He said walking to the campers side. "See the lady's has already arrived. All right." Cody said, passing by Bridgette, Lindsay and Leshawna. But then he got back to say something to Leshawna, only to be shushed by her placing a finger on his lips.

"Save it, short stuff." She said joking making Cody go back to the other side.

The next to arrive was a rather bulky girl with a mole on her face, hazel eyes, and black hair in a pony tail. She use a blue sleeveless top with dark blue gym shorts along with gym socks with two horizontal strips near the top with one blue and the other dark blue and dark blue sneakers with white bottoms.

"Eva! Nice! Glad you could make it!" Chris greeted, but was ignored by the jock, who just walked past him.

While walking to the other campers, Cody offered a high five to Eva, but she only dropped her bag on his feets.

"Ouch! Whats there? Dumbbells?" Cody asked holding his feets in pain.

"Yes." The jock replied flatly.

"She's all yours, man." Duncan said to DJ.

While Chris enjoyed the interaction another boat arrived, dropping a big boy with blond hair and black eyes wearing a white t-shirt with a blue maple leaf on it, moss green jeans, and white and yellow shoes.

"Whoahoo! Chris! Whats happening?! Hahahaha! This is awesome! Woohoo!" The goofy ball cheered.

"Owen! Welcome!" The host greeted to match Owen enthusiasm, receiving a big hug from the big guy.

"Awesome to be here, man!" Owen said crushing the host "that its so…" Owen said, wondering what word use.

"Awesome?" Gwen helped, smiling a bit with the big guy enthusiasm.

"Yes! Awesome!" Owen said excitedly. "You gonna be on my team?" He asked to the goth.

"Oh, I sure hope so" Gwen said swirling her finger in the air sarcastically, making Owen scream excitedly again.

"you about finished?" The host asked, already tired from the crushing hug.

"Sorry, dude! i am just so psyched!" Owen said releasing Chris. His smile ever present.

"Cool. And here comes Courtney!" Chris said pointing to the next boat who had a light brown skinned girl with brown hair that went a little past her neck and black eyes. She wear a gray top over a beige shirt along with skin tight green pants and dark brown open toed shoes.

Chris helped the girl get out the boat, with Courtney giving a polite "thank you" while walking to the campers.

"Hi! You must be the other contestant! Its really nice to meet you all." Courtney said trying be polite, with Owen shaking her hand excitedly.

"How its going?! Iam Owen!" The goofy ball said, don't stopping to shake her hand.

"Nice to meet you, Ooww- whoa, whats that?" Courtney began before her eyes catch a glimpse of the new arriver.

A handsome tanned boy sailed in the ship, the wind flowing through his black hair like silk, with a perfectly tanned skin and a fit and well builded body, with his crystal blue eyes like the cleanest ocean. He used a simple dark green shirt and worn out jeans and dark green sandals.

While he sailed all the campers were impressed with the guys beauty, with all the girls, and Owen, swooning over him.

"This is Justin! welcome to Total Drama Island." Chris welcomed, sharing a fist bump with the stud.

"Thanks, Chris. This is great." Justin thanked.

"Just you know, that we picked you based totally in your looks." The host admites, smiling to the model.

"I can deal with that." Justin said shrugging his shoulders. Walking to the campers side.

"I liked your pants!" Owen tried to comply him.

"Thanks, man." Justin said continuing to walk.

"Hehe, they look kind worned out, hehehe, did, you buyed them like that?" Owen asked to the model chuckling.

"Oh, no just had them for a while" Justin reply simply smiling.

"Oh… cool." Owen said feeling a bit dumb "Stupid!" Owen said to himself slapping his head.

The next to arrive was a red head who wear a grass green top that completely exposed her belly as well as a bracelet on her right wrist. She used green shorts with a light green skirt tied around her waist.

"Hey, guys! Its Izzy!" The host presented the approaching girl.

"Hi, Chris! Hi! Hi!" She said excitedly, tripping on the boat and falling with her chin on the docks and falling in the water.

"Ouch! That was bad!" Tyler winced, before starting to laugh. Enjoying not being him to get hurt for once.

"Guys! She can be seriously hurt!" Courtney said alarmed, helping the girl climb the dock up, who just shake herself like a dog.

"that felt… so… good! Except for hurting my chin! Thats a summer camp? Thats so cool! Did you have paper mache here? We eating the lunch soon?" She asked nonstop.

"That is a good call!" Owen said excitedly pointing to Izzy.

"One question each time." Chris said calling the others attention "We still missing one camper." The host said making the number one with his fingers, making the camper wait the new arrival. "But before he got here i must say that he's kinda a especial contestant." Chris said putting emphasis in "especial".

"Especial? Like they have some deficiency?" Owen said always the good guy, already thinking in ways to make the new arrival feel welcomed in the camp.

"No… Especial like he's from a different country." The host replied smiling with his arm on his back.

"We gonna have a foreing competing?" Heather asked with crossed arms.

"I thought the show were Canadian." Geoff said scratching his head.

"And it is. But the produtors thought that some foreing cast might be good for the ratings, so we picked someone from our neighbor country." Chris said, never losing his trademark smirk. "But enough of chit chat. Give it up to our American contestant: Lincoln Loud!" He said pointing to the arriving boat. Who soon dropped the contestant.

"So this is the camp?" Asked the american camper, looking around the camp. The boy was very different from what all of them expected. With a white skin and blue eyes who looked like the clean sky and a chipped front tooth. Wearing blue pants, white sneakers and a red shirt with a black spade printed beneath a orange, open up, long sleeved shirt. But the more notable feature is his short length white hair who had a cowlick.

"Right you are, man!" said Chris approaching the albino "Welcome to Wawanakwa!" Chris welcomed sharing a fist bump with Lincoln.

"Well it definitely don't look like what promised." Lincoln said looking around the camp while walking through the docks. "But its good to know you guys." said Lincoln while offering a hand shake, that DJ was more than happy to accept.

"Its great to know you too. I expect you like canada." DJ said gently.

"Hehe thanks, its great being here." said while ending the hand shake and walking throught the campists with some like Geoff, Trent, Justin and Cody giving a small hand shake or fist bump, while others simply present them selfs like Bridgette and Courtney. While others like Lindsay, Katie, Sadie and Beth gave a small friendly smile and wave. And then he passes by Duncan who gives a light chuckle because of his white hair.

"Liked the hair, grandpa." The punk mocked, making the albino look at him.

"Wow… like i haven't heard that before, that the best that you have?" He asked with a eye roll before leaving, having dealed with his fair share of similar comments all his life, causing some give a light chuckle and making Dancan frown in his backs.

While still walking throught the docks he passes by owen, who gives a crushing rib hug, lifting him from the ground.

"Welcome to the Canada! You gonna love it here!" The goofy ball said happily.

"Yeah…thanks…but i would love breath again!" Lincoln manage to say between short breaths, causing Owen to gently put him in the ground. "Thanks." Lincolns said gasping for air. Not noticing someone getting closer from behind.

"Wow! I never meet someone with white hair! Only my grandma, its natural?" Izzy ask rapidly. Running her hands on his hair. "oooh~ so soft."

"Hehe… thanks." Lincoln said nervously, backing away uncomfortable.

"Okay, we already know the foreign, could we continue?" Heather asked impatiently.

"Calm down, lets not put the carriage before the horse." said Chris with his smirk.

"Oh! There horses here?" Lindsay suddently asks with enthusiasm looking around.

"Its a metaphor…" Chris deadpanned to the blond.

"Oh…" Lindsay mumble looking down with sadness and a little bit embarrassed.

"Continuing." Chris said moving past the short conversation. "We need a promo photo with all of you. So everybody to the end of the docks!" Chris said jumping into Lincoln ship to take the photo.

Seeing that they didn't have much of a choice everybody beggan to squeeze together and get ready for the photo.

"Okay, everybody smiling… 1, 2, 3." He prepared to take the photo "Oh… wait i forgot the lens cap!" Chris said making all campist deflate a little.

"Okay! Hold that pose… 1, 2-" Chris prepared again, only to notice another problem. "Ah its card's full." Chris said having to delete some photos from the camera.

While that was happening, Lincoln, having lived with Luan all his life, begun to suspect something was off.

"Come on, man. My face is starting to freeze." Leshawna complained to the host who finally get ready again.

"Okay now we ready!" He said pointing the camera to the campers "Everyone saying "Wawanakwa!""

"Wawanak-" The teenagers begun, but before they could finish the docks give in beneath them, making them fall in the lake, and in that moment Christ take the photo.

"All right, now with that dealed we gonna start some explanations, so dry your selfs, and meet me in the campfire in 10 minutes." Chris said on the boat to the now wet campers.

After the 10 minutes passed, all campers were in the campfire, already dryed and listening as Chris explained how the show worked.

"Now you are between your friends, foes and future teammates." Chris said, making some of them look at each other. "And we are at the campfire of elimination, where you gonna go in case you lose a challenge, having to vote who is the unlucky to be sent home, to never get back again." Chris explained to the teenagers, who begun to get nervous.

"Excuse me, but how we gonna be divided to sleep, cause i definitely would like to share a bed with her." Said Duncan while looking at heather, creepying her out.

"They are not unisex are?" Heather asked, hopping to not have to sleep next to the punk.

"Dont worry, girls sleeps in a side and boys in the other." Chris explained.

"Excuse me, kyle, can i sleep with a lake view, since i am the prettiest?" Lindsay asked with a raised hand.

"That can be true, but thats not how it works." Chris said making the blond deflate. "And its Chris." The host said correcting Lindsay.

"i need to be with Sadie or i die." Katie complained holding Sadie hand.

"And i break out in hive. I swear." Sadie agreed.

"This cant be happening…" Gwen Lamented about her situation.

"Aww. Come on guys that will be lot of fun!Gonna be like a big sleepover!" Owen happily exclaim while give a head lock in Gwen and Tyler, with the latter whispering to the goth.

"At least you dont gonna sleep next to him." Tyler whispered seeing Duncan give a head lock in a deer.

But then suddenly a pebble flew into Duncan direction, hitting him in the back of the head and making him flinch. "Ouch! Who threw that?!" He asked angrily to the campers while rubbing his head. Having release his hold in the deer. But no one said nothing, don't having seen who throwed the pebble too.

Using that opportunity the deer runned away to the forest. Making the punk growl in frustration.

"Hello? Host of the show here." The host said waving his hand in the air what called the campers attention to him once again. "Good. Now from now on you gonna be divided in two teams, so if i call your name stand up!" Chris said pulling a list "Gwen, Trent, Heather, Cody, Lindsay, Beth, Katie,Owen, Leshawna, Justin and Noah."

"From now on you gonna be know as Screaming Gophers!" Chris said throwing a flag to the team, with Owen picking it up and unfolding it excitedly.

"Yeah! I am a gopher!" He cheered in his always happy mood.

"The other can come here!" Chris said pointing to the other side. "Geoff, Bridgette, DJ, Tyler, Sadie, Izzy, Courtney, Lincoln, Duncan, Eva, and Harold." The host called.

"But Katie is a Gopher! I need be a Gopher!" Sadie said sadly seeing her best friend in a different team.

"Sadie, right?" Courtney asked getting closer to the chubby girl. "You gonna be fine." She tryed to comfort Sadie while leading her away.

"I gonna miss you, Katie!" Sadie said waving sadly to her best friend.

"Gonna miss you too, Sadie!" Katie replied also waving and equally sad to lose her best friend.

"Dont worry, i am sure you gonna see each other soon." Lincoln also tried to softly comfort Sadie who ended standing on his side.

"You, from now on, gonna be know as: The Killer Bass!" Chris said, throwing the flag to the team, with Harold picking it up and unfolding.

"Cool! its like, amazing!" Harold said liking his team name and logo.

After dividing the teams, Chris started explain more rules about the show.

"You gonna be getting recorded 24/7 by all the camera that are spread through the camp in all the publics areas around here." The host said showing some cameras who were scattered around the camp.

*static*

"This is the confessionary." Chris said sit in a toilet in a small wooden cabin, with flies flying around. "Where you can express your more intimate thought. Let the people at home know what you thinking, or vent a little." Chris said to the camera.

*static*

"Okay… what iam thinking? So far, it stinks." Gwen confessed with crossed arms. Ambiguous if she's talking about the confessionary or the show in general.

*static*

"I dont understand, where is the camera man?" Lindsay asked confused while the camera record her back.

*static*

The camera recorded, impressively, not a camper, but a loon applying lipstick in their beak.

*static*

"Okay… i admit, i didn't expected getting accept." Lincoln admites nervously scratching his neck. "But now that i am here, i can at least try to win this!" He hyped up to try his best to win the prize. "And Lina! Sam!, just know that i love you." He finished. Making a heart shaped gesture over his chest. Definitely, making two girls ambarassed, and a certain family giggle by the sappy commentary.

*static*

"Hey guys, i have something really important to say…" Owen said before farting and giggle.

*static*

"Some question?" The host asked to the campers, but seeing no one say nothing he continued. "No? So lets meet the cabins" The host said moving to the next camp location.

"This is your cabins, where you'll be sleeping and share the rooms with your teammates." The host explained to the campers. "Gophers, you use the east cabin, and the Bass the west." the host said, with all the campers starting to go to their cabin to check them out and unpack.

(Gophers side)

"Bunkbeds?" Heather complained seeing the beds. Stopping in the middle of the door way. "That's looking a summer camp."

But for blocking the way Gwen ended pushing her aside to enter the cabin. "That the idea, genius." The goth said to the queen bee.

"Shut up, you goth." Heather replies angrily.

Suddenly, Cody simply pop up from nowhere trying to flirt with Gwen.

"Seems you're pretty smart. I like it." The geek said. For some reason inside the girls side of the cabin.

"You shouldn't be on the guys side?" Said Gwen, a little discomfortable by the geek presence.

The next thing that Cody knew, was that someone grabed him and tossed him to the door, making him fall face first on the ground groaning.

"You all right?" Someone asked from above Cody, and when he looked up to see who is it, he sees Lincoln, who was passing by to get to his team cabin.

"Yeah… just some girl problem." Cody tried to play it cool while get up. Dusting his cloths off. "You know how it is." He said making finger guns to the albino.

"Like you have no idea." The albino agreed rolling his eyes and smiling nostalgically, while continuing to walk to his team side.

"Excuse me, but where theres outlets? I need them for my straightner iron." Lindsay asked to Chris holding the said object.

"There some in the Communal bathroom." Chris replied pointing to a building next to the cabins.

"But i am not catholic." Lindsay said to the host.

"Not communion, Communal." Chris deadpanned to Lindsay, who still didn't get it.

"It means that everyone use it." Gwen explains sitting in the in the stairs of the cabin porch. "idiot."

"AW NO! COME ON!" Lindsay complain loudly causing Gwen and a few of the other girls to cover their ears due to the intensity of Lindsay scream.

"Good that in our side there only mans, isn't?" Owen comment on the guys side of the cabin, making Trent and Noah, that were looking the confusion, give weirded looks at him, making him notice what he said and try to correct him self "I mean… i like girls, i just dont wanna sleep next to them… i mean." But somewhat just make things worse and in that moment Trent and Noah get back inside the cabin, making Owen run to try explain himself again.

"So Chris, there gonna be some kind of chaperone for us or…" Geoff asked approaching the host.

"All you guys are 16 years old, the age of a camp monitor. So beside my self, you're gonna be totally without supervision" The host explained, making Geoff smile and share a fist bump with DJ. "Uou have 30 minutes to prepare yourselfs and meet me at the main lodge." Chris gave the time limit to everyone to prepare, leaving soon after.

After Chris leave, didn't take long before a extremely loud scream comes from the girl side of the Gopher cabin. Echoing through the camp, making everyone see what the cause of the scream. But a white haired camper already imagined what could be. living in a house with 10, now 12, girls, and by his experiences it can be or a spider or-

"Man, that white girl know how to scream" said Leshawna poking her head in the doorway along with other campers who came see whats happening.

But what everyone saw was a panicked Lindsay, who was screaming above a stool. "Whats is that?!" She screamed in a horrified tone "kill it! Kill it!" And the reason of so much chaos was a-

"Yeah… i am not surprised" Lincoln deadpanned, seeing the cockroach crawling in the ground.

But someone who was very surprised was DJ who gave a girlish frightened scream. Jumping into the nearest bed… that happened to be Gwen's bed, breaking it.

"That… was my bed…" Gwen lamented the now broken bed.

While the cockroach were crawling around. Everybody was or avoiding or trying to stomp the bug. But the panic made everyone miss it.

Lincoln being the calmer between all of them, was about to kill it. Having dealed with pest frequently for Sam, Lina and his sisters. But then stepped back in fear after seeing Duncan with a axe in mid-swing, chopping the bug in 2 halves on the floor.

"Dude! What was that?! You almost slashed me!" Lincoln complained to the punk with a exasperated expression, because he was right, if he didn't stepped back, probably he would be the one cutted in half.

"But i didn't, so we are good." Duncan said smirking to the albino who only scowl at him. "Thats how we do the things in Canada, grandpa." Duncan said with a smirk, putting the axe over his shoulder and leaving the cabin. And Lincoln could already say that he didn't liked so much of Duncan.

"Just to be clear: we dont do that here" DJ tried to clear thing to Lincoln.

"If you have a problem like this again, you can just call me, that i gonna solve for you" Tyler flirted to Lindsay who smile flattered.

"They alway go for the jocks." mumbled Cody with crossed arms.

"So we just gonna ignore the part of where he got that axe?" Gwen deadpanned.

After finishing unpacking all the camper were walking to the main building. With the team a little apart, with the Bass walking more behind.

"So Lincoln where do you come from?" DJ asked the foreign, trying to be know him more.

"What do you mean?" Lincoln asked, wanting that DJ be more specific.

"Well we know that you are from america, but from where specifically?" The brick house asked with some teammates also curious to know more about the american.

"Oh… well… i am originaly from a small city called Royal Woods, in Michigan." The albino said nostalgically. "But because of some personal reason, me and my family moved to New York." Lincoln explained a little sad.

"Aw... But how its there, a lot of crazy parties?" Geoff asked hopping to change subjects to the albino sake and excited to know how its a party in a different country.

"I would love to know about the Americans beaches." Bridgette also asked. More interested in the foreign sea.

"There a lot of gloss there?" Lindsay also asked. Having heard the other team and excited to know about the beauty products.

"Hehe. Well theres really a lot of gloss there." Lincoln said remembering of the gloss collection of Lola since they got there. "And the beaches are good i think. I couldn't say." Lincoln replied apologetically for no giving more details to his surfer teammate. "While the party. Well i never was to one… except some birthday parties."

"WHAT" the cowboy blonde exclaimed surprised by Lincoln confession. Halting and grabbing him by the shoulders "Dude! Not go to a party its like… a crime!" He said shaking the albino.

"I also never gone to a party." Harold said to no one surprise.

"If you want we can throw a party in your mom house, snow white" Duncan joked to the albino. Using another nickname.

"Thanks, but no." Lincoln deadpanned to the punk. "And snow white had black hair."

"You know that not everyone need to go to a party right?" Courtney said to her team, also never going to a real party, except proms and family birthday parties.

"Aw, the princess never was invited to a party before?" Duncan mocked the brunette.

"Shut up!" She yelled at him red from embarrassment.

"Look, its not like i never wanted go to one." The albino said going back to walk to the approaching building. Making his team follow suit. "I even tried to go once, but the things didn't turn up so well…" Lincoln said, remembering the time he tried go to Girl Jordan pool party. Ending in his undies in the end.

"I also never was one of the popular kids to be invited to many parties." Lincoln said remembering the few times he got invited but refusing to go to take care of Lina. "But thats dont metter anymore, i have a lot of responsibility now days, so i dont have time to party."

"Come on man, everyone has time to party! you need to enjoy your youth and unwind a little." Geoff trying to make the Loud boy to loose a little.

"Well… who knows." The albino said shrugging his shoulders. "Maybe if we win the challenge today we can throw a small party." Lincoln said, smiling softly.

"Now thats what i am talking about!" Geoff exclaims, now really looking forward to win todays challenge.

After arriving in the main lodge, all the campers saw that it was a cafeteria, with all of them forming a line in front of the counter with a bulky black man who looked that should be in the army.

"Now listen up you bunch of Shrimps!" The chef yelled tho the campers "I serve 3 meal by day, and you gonna eat whatever i cook! Bring your plates, get your food, and sit down. NOW!" Chef Hatchet explained the rules of the dinning area in the best way he knows: the military. With Beth and Harold being the first to receive the food.

"Excuse me, we gonna have all the major food groups?" Beth asked, worried with the disgusting food.

"Yeah, I get hipoglicemia real bad if i dont eat enough sugar" Harold explained his condition to chef, who only get more angry.

"You'll get a bunch of SHUT THE HECK UP!" Chef yelled at Harold, spitting in his face, making the ginger and Beth get out of the line with their filled trays.

"Have a cow." Owen whispered to Noah, making the bookworm give a little smile at the pun.

But unfortunately Chef seems have heard them. "WHAT WAS THAT?" He yelled making the two boys flinch. "Come closer chubby boy, i didn't heard you." Chef said making a gesture with his finger to Owen come closer.

"Uh, it was nothing important." Owen meekly said, already regretting his comment.

"I am sure not." The cooker said placing the food on Owen tray.

"You! skinny boy!" chef said, this time aiming at Noah "Bring your plate." Chef ordered, with Noah couldn't do nothing but hesitantly stick his plate closer to Chef put a "extra meat" in his burger. Except that the meat somehow dropped and come back to the spoon.

*static*

"Okay, i am pretty smart, but didn't take a genius to knows that food dont just jump back to the spoon." A creeped out Noah confessed.

*static*

After a few shakes the "meat" fall back to Noah plate, with him leaving looking at his food like it gonna attack him, and it probably can…

"Woah, you really needed be so mean to them?" Lincol asked while approaching the chef with his own tray.

"Gotta a problem with this, snowtip?!" Chef yelled right at his face, spitting in all the albino face.

"… a little." Lincoln said with a spit filled face. "And i would love if you dont spit in me." Lincoln deadpanned while wiping his face looking at chef right in the eye, making everyone stopping breathing for a moment. Because the foreign was apparently defying the scariest person in the camp.

But then Chef only give a small smile. "He… you better then i expected, snowflake." Chef admited while dropping meat into Lincoln plate.

"Uh… thanks… i guess" Lincoln said while leaving and sitting besides Geoff, who looked at him like he had grown a second head. "What?" He asked confused.

"After that little exchenge, the enviroment come back to normal, with Leshawna and Eva being the next in the line.

"Wassup girl?." Leshawna greeted to be polite, being ignored by Eva, who just passed by her and sitted into Lincoln side without saying a word, making leshawna angry. "So thats how it is?" Leshawna said, but soon the anger become fear at the time Chef yelled "NEXT!" close to her making her flinch.

The next in the Line was Lindsay. Who were listing what she can't eat with Gwen by her side.

"Look, my nutricionist said that i cant eat white sugar, white flour and lactose." Lindsay listed, but Chef just keeped staring at her while killing a fly who flew close to his face.

"I dont think that gonna be a problem" Gwen commented disgusted, seeing her food give a small spasm.

"Cool." The bombshell said happily, moving away to sit with the rest of the Gophers.

"Look, i hate be predictable and complain in the first day, but my food just moved" Gwen said to chef, who just raised a mallet before smashing it at Gwen's meat, spilling it all over him and her face. Freaking her out

"Great! Its allright then!" Gwen said as fast possible and walking away.

After everyone having picked up their food, all were just poking it, too disgusted to eat, all except for one.

While everyone was poking their food, Lincoln was the only brave enough to try it, bringing a piece to his mouth and gulping it. Shrugging his shoulders and making everyone look weirdly at him, but motivating some to try either, like Geoff, Eva and Duncan.

*static*

"Okay, after seeing Lincoln eat it, i though: "that cant be that bad isn't?" and after i eated i though "yeah its that pretty bad."" Geoff vented sitted in the toilet.

*static*

"Unlike these chicken, when i saw that skinny boy eat it like its nothing, i taked that as a challenge, and i never back down from a challenge!" Eva said frowning and punching her hand on her open palm.

*static*

"I wont lie, i though that was one of: dont judge the book for the cover. But i was wrong, looks like with food, always judge for the cover." Duncan said pointing to the camera.

*static*

"Finally! Someone who isnt a wimp to eat!" Chef said with crossed arms and smiling to the camera.

*static*

"Okay, fine, i wont lie, it was terrible, but after living with Lana you learn to turn down the taste for the sake of her happiness, sorry sis, but you're gross…" Lincoln said scratching his head.

*static*

After the taste hit the three of them, Duncan and Geoff spit it out. But Eva gulp it forcefully, with Geoff spitting in DJ and Duncan spitting in Izzy.

"Sorry, dude…" Geof said smiling sheepishly to DJ.

"…" DJ just frowned at the cowboy with his face covered in meat. Saying nothing.

"My bad, tarzan" Duncan said to Izzy mocking the way that her cloths look like grass.

"Its all right." Izzy said wiping her face. Strangely okay for someone with food and spit in the face.

"Welcome to the main Lodge." Said Chris entering the cafeteria by the main entry.

"Hey, Chris, can we order a-" Geoff begun to say, only to stop after Lincoln shut him down placing a hand over his mouth.

"I dont recomend do that, saying that you want eat other food of other place in front of a cooker is a big offense." Lincoln whispered, making Geoff look a chef, who seemed ready to throw a knife at him. Seeing that Geoff got the mensage, Lincoln remove his hand from his mouth.

"Its all good Chef! the slop is good, isn't guys?" Geoff nervous asked everyone, who only nodded afraid of become the target of Chef wrath.

After that little scene Chris decide to continue continue his announce.

"Is you better wear your bath suit, cause the first challenge start in a hour." he said, using this cue to get out again.

"What you think they gonna make us do?" Sadie asked to DJ apprehensively.

"Its the first challenge, it cant be that hard." DJ said to reasure his teammate

And to prove him wrong, all campist now find themself in a cliff of 300 metters high.

"I don't signed for this." Gwen muttered.

Chapter Text

"I don't sign for this," Gwen muttered.

"What swimsuit is that?" Duncan asked Lincoln, who, unlike the other boys, wasn't wearing trunks but was using a full-body orange wetsuit with some white and black details.

"What's the problem with it?" Lincoln asked, looking at his suit.

"Nothing, it's just that you don't look like a surfer, like Bridgette, to use it." Duncan said, pointing to Bridgette, who was also wearing a full-body wetsuit.

"I just don't like to show so much of my body, all right?" Lincoln said defensively.

"Wow, relax, grandpa. I didn't mean to tip your scale." Duncan mocked, thinking that the albino only had shame of his body.

"All right!" Chris said, which caught the campers' attention. "Today's challenge is going to be divided into three parts. The first part is to jump off this 300-meter-high cliff and fall into the water." Chris explained, pointing to the sea.

"Easy enough." Bridgette said, smiling calmly as she looked down.

"If you look down, you're gonna see two target areas." Chris said, motioning for the campers to look down below. "The larger area is where we infested the waters with psychotic, man-eating sharks, hehehe." the host chuckles, enjoying the surprised faces.

"Inside that area, there's a safe zone where we are almost sure it's shark-free, and that's your target." The host continued. "For each team member that jumps and actually survives, you'll get a supply box with tools for the last part: build a hot tub." Chris said, showing a photo of the hot tub to the contestant. "And the team that wins will get a super party at the hot tub tonight!" He finished the explanation, motivating the campers.

"Woo-hoo! You heard that, Linc? That will be your first real party! And in a hot tub!" Geoff cheered, giving Lincoln a friendly headlock, making the albino giggle a little.

"And the team that loses will have to send someone home." Chris commented, ruining Geoff's vibe and causing him to release Lincoln. "Killer Basses, since you're so excited, you can go first." The host said, making the others glare at Geoff, who smiled nervously.

"Wow… right… hm… does someone want to go first?" Bridgette asked her team while looking at the sea from above, receiving only silence in response and even hearing a cricket.

She sighed and was about to volunteer herself, that is, until someone beat her to it and walked to the ledge.

"Well… I guess I can go first…" Lincoln offered nervously, looking at the targets from above, being the only one to volunteer himself.

*static*

"I didn't think someone really would go first. I was already gathering courage to jump in." Bridgette said to the camera. "But I am kind of happy that he chose to go first… that doesn't make me a bad person, does it?" Bridgette confessed, worried.

*static*

"If I was scared? Of course, I was. Terrified! But my team needed an example to follow, and well… I have to prove that I am useful to them." Lincoln said nervously, looking at the camera. "And don't even think about doing something close to this, Lina!" he said, frowning and pointing a finger at the camera.

*static*

"Lincoln, you don't need to do this. I can go first if you want to." Bridgette said, putting a hand on the albino's shoulder.

"No… I can do this." Lincoln said to the surfer and to himself.

Preparing himself, he took a deep breath and took some steps back, sprinted to get momentum, and jumped off, bracing himself in a cannonball pose for the impact. "CANNONBALL!" he yelled, falling right into the safe zone. When he emerged, the whole team cheered, getting motivated to try next. Then Chef arrived with the boat, giving a nod of respect to the Loud boy.

"Oh boy! He did it! Me next!" Tyler exclaimed excitedly, about to jump next, only to be pushed aside by Eva, making him fall to the ground.

Eva, feeling once again challenged by the albino, took a sprint before jumping without screaming a single time, landing right on the target. Lincoln tried to help her climb into the boat, but she only ignored him and got inside by herself, making him scratch his head, confused by her attitude.

The next one to jump was Bridgette, who dove like a professional right at the target, emerging right after and accepting Lincoln's help to climb onto the boat.

The next to jump was Tyler, who cheered while he fell, but unfortunately, he hit the buoy, at least sinking inside the safe area. Seeing Tyler sinking in the water, Lincoln jumped from the boat to save him before he drowned, with Bridgette following close behind to help.

The next to jump was Geoff, who cheered through the fall, shaking his hat in the air excitedly.

Next was Duncan, who fell with crossed arms and said nothing.

The next to jump was DJ, but he was too scared to jump.

"Uh-uh, I can't. I won't jump," DJ lamented, stepping back with his hands in front of his body.

"Fear of heights?" Chris asked, looking at the brick house.

"Yes, since I was a little boy." DJ explained.

"I get it, big guy, but unfortunately that makes you a chicken, and you'll have to wear this for the rest of the day!" the host said, pulling out a chicken hat from a box next to him.

"Aw, man. Really?" DJ asked as Chris put it on his head, but he only received mock chicken sounds from Chris in response.

"And the chickens must use the escalator." Chris said while pointing to the stairs, making DJ walk there dejectedly.

The next to jump was Harold, who unfortunately jumped with his legs wide open in a split. Then when he hit the water, it was with his pelvis.

"AAAHHHHHHHHHH!" he screamed loudly, making men, women, and sharks feel his pain, and even causing birds in the forest to fly away with his scream while he slowly sank in the water, forcing Lincoln to once again retrieve their fallen teammate.

"Ooww… I hate when this happens." Chris said with a grin, as if he was loving every second of this.

The next in the jump line was Courtney. But like DJ, she was too scared to jump, but tried to hide it.

"Excuse me, Chris. I happen to have a disease." Courtney said.

"What disease?" Chris asked, looking suspiciously at Courtney.

"One that makes it impossible for me to jump from cliffs." she said with crossed arms.

"Well, you can chicken out, but that could cause the defeat of your team and probably make them hate you." Chris said, smirking at the brunette.

"It's a calculated risk. I've seen the opposite team. I don't think they're all going to jump." Courtney said confidently with crossed arms.

"Okay." Chris said, getting a chicken hat from the box. "Here's your chicken hat," he said, placing the hat on Courtney's head.

"Now let's do the counting. Wait! There are two missing," Chris noticed, looking at his list.

"I won't jump without Katie." Sadie said, holding Katie's hands.

"We need to be on the same team, Chris!" Katie agreed.

"Please! Please! Can we? Can we? Can we? Can we?" the two begged repeatedly at the same time, which started stressing Chris out.

"I can trade with her if you want to," Izzy offered. Lifting her hand.

"All right! Fine! You two are in the Killer Bass now! Izzy, you're on the Screaming Gopher!" Chris said angrily, with Izzy simply shrugging her shoulders while Katie and Sadie cheered.

"Killer Bass for the win!" the "twins" cheered while jumping at the same time, holding hands.

"Okay, so that makes 9 jumps and 2 chickens." Chris wrote down in his list, going back to his professional persona. "So it's the Screaming Gophers' time. If you surpass this, you're going to receive these pull carts to carry your crates." He said, showing the carts that were down below on the beach.

"All right! So… who wants to go first?" Trent asked his team.

"Sorry, no way I am doing it." Heather complained with crossed arms.

"Why not?" Beth asked, even if any normal person wouldn't jump into water filled with sharks.

"Hello? We are on TV. I won't wet my hair." Heather explained her reasons.

"You're kidding, right?" asked Gwen, surprised that her main worry instead of the infested waters.

"If she won't jump, then I won't either." Lindsay said confidently, crossing her arms.

"You're going to jump!" Leshawna angrily argued getting closer to Heather.

"Who says?" Heather defied, narrowing her eyes.

"I say! I won't lose this challenge because you got your hair day, you spoiled little daddy's girl." Leshawna offended the queen bee.

"Back off, ghetto-glamour, too-tight-pants-wearing, rap-star wannabe," Heather retorted.

"Mall-shopping, ponytail-wearing, teen-girl-reading, peeking in on the high school prom queen!" Leshawna shot back.

Heather was silent for a moment until she smirked and said, "Well, at least I'm popular." This made everyone wince or smirk, expecting a catfight—except for Justin, who only looked at himself in a hand mirror.

"You're jumping!" Leshawna said, her face close to Heather's.

"Make me!" Heather challenged, choosing the worst thing to say, because Leshawna really picked her up and tossed her into the water, with Heather screaming until she landed in the safe zone. But that was not enough to make her anger waver.

"Leshawna! You're gonna pay me!" she yelled from beneath.

"At least I threw you in the safe area, didn't I?" Leshawna yelled back, smirking at Heather. "Now I hope I can make it too…" she said, preparing to jump.

When Leshawna jumped, she also screamed all the way and landed on Heather's side in the safe area.

"WAIT!" Courtney yelled from the sand to the host. "Chris, that's not fair! She didn't jump voluntarily!"

"Well… that's not exactly true. She said, 'make me,' which gives consent to be thrown down." Chris said, grinning, having enjoyed the teammates' fight, and making Courtney growl in frustation.

And now the next to jump was Lindsay.

"I thought that this was a talent show." Lindsay nervously said to Chris.

"Haha… yeah?" He laughed sarcastically. "Hahaha… no." The host replied, with the blonde having no choice but to jump.

After Lindsay, who screamed all the way down, the next was Gwen, who also screamed while falling, but with both hitting the safe zone.

The next to jump was Cody, with Izzy following behind, both also being safe.

The next one was Justin, who wasn't so lucky, landing right in the sharks' area, with all his teammates yelling for him to swim. But when the sharks got close enough, Justin's charms worked on them, making the sharks become docile and carry him to the shore.

*static*

"Okay, I've seen a bunch of strange things, but I really didn't expect that." Lincoln said, surprised.

*static*

"Living food and sentient sharks? Okay, that's getting ridiculous," Noah said, frowning with crossed arms.

*static*

After what happened, everyone just wordlessly agreed to ignore it for now.

The next to jump was Beth, who, like Courtney and DJ, was too scared to jump.

"I can't do this!" Beth lamented, looking down. "I am scared! I am sorry!" Beth exclaimed to her teammates down below, with Leshawna and Cody making mock chicken sounds while Beth took the stairs with the chicken hat on her head.

"This is, like, so lame, isn't it?" Lindsay said to Heather, watching the scene from below.

"Totally lame." Heather agreed.

"Say that to the girl who was thrown down." Duncan whispered to Geoff, who laughed a little at the remark. But unfortunately, Heather also heard that.

"Mind yourself, you punk." she said angrily with crossed arms.

The next to jump was Trent, who also made it to the safe area, leaving only Owen to jump or give up.

*static*

"I was super scared. It's just that… I've never been a strong swimmer." Owen said nervously.

*static*

"I looked at the guy and thought, 'There's no way he's gonna make it,'" Geoff admitted to the camera.

*static*

"I just thought that if he jumped, he was gonna die." Gwen said with crossed arms.

*static*

"You think he can do it?" Lincoln asked, not specifically addressing anyone.

"If he doesn't, at least the sharks will never need to eat anything ever again." Duncan joked about Owen's situation.

"I'm gonna die now! I'm gonna freaking die!" Owen said after putting some distance between himself and the ledge.

Everyone looked up in tension as Owen prepared himself. Then he started running toward the ledge, jumping belly-first and screaming all the way down, "OOHH CRAAP!" Unfortunately, Trent and Noah were still there, making them swim as far away as possible.

When Owen hit the water, it created the world's biggest splash, almost reaching the cliff peak, throwing everyone to different places, including the boat and the sharks, with one of them getting stuck in a tree.

"And the winners are the Screaming Gophers!" Chris announced from above with his megaphone, making everyone from that team cheer.

"Calculated risk, huh?" Eva angrily said to Courtney, who could only look down in embarrassment.

"That was amazing, dude!" Trent cheered from above the upside-down boat, but soon saw that Owen didn't look so happy anymore. "Any problem, dude?"

"I… think that I lost my trunk," Owen explained, making everyone disgusted.

"I think I got it…" Lincoln said flatly, with the said trunk in his face after it flew into his direction.

With the first part finished, both teams moved to the second part, which involved pushing their crates to the cabins. While the Screaming Gophers were calmly pushing their crates with the carts, the Killer Bass were lagging behind, with most of them pushing their crates in the sand, the only exception being Eva, who carried hers with one hand above her head.

"Say, Linc." Geoff called to the white-haired boy who was helping Harold with his crate. "You said that you never went to a party because of your responsibilities, but what do you do exactly?" The cowboy asked curiously while helping Bridgette push a crate.

"Well… I don't have much time for fun since we moved to New York." Lincoln admitted. Thinking in what he can and can't say. "Between studying, working, and helping all your remaining sisters, a guy can't have much time for himself." He said, joking lightly, not mentioning Lina or Sam to avoid revealing too much.

"You have sisters? Cool. How many?" asked Harold curiously.

"Ten." the albino said simply. "Five older and five younger." Lincoln said casually, but soon noticed that everyone had stopped to look at him. "What?"

"Look, Grandpa, if you're going to lie, at least make it believable." Duncan said, pointing to the Loud boy.

"You all think that I am lying?" Lincoln asked everyone, with all of them nodding.

"I don't think you're lying… just maybe exaggerating a little bit," Bridgette said, trying to be polite.

"Well, I can show a photo to prove it, so who wants to put money on it?" Lincoln joked, smiling confidently, halfway to get his wallet.

"I'll give you my axe if you really can prove it." Duncan said, approaching the albino.

"Wait!" Everyone heard in the distance. "I have to see this!" Chris said smiling, arriving on an ATV, also wanting to see it personally.

Seeing everyone doubt him, Lincoln fished his wallet from his pocket and motioned for them to come closer. When everybody was close enough, he opened his wallet, showing a bunch of photos of him with 12 other girls. But one of the photos looked that was ripped and put together with tape.

"From older to younger: Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn, Lucy, the twins Lana and Lola, and little Lily." When Lincoln finished listing all his sisters, everyone was surprised to see someone with so many sisters because it looked very well explained to be a lie, and the photo didn't look edited or anything.

"Wow, that's… a lot of sisters," Bridgette said, impressed.

"Are your parents rabbits or something?" Duncan asked, smirking at the Loud boy.

*static*

"Right, I admit that I was surprised." Courtney said, still digesting the fact. "I assumed that Lincoln was like those guys who love attention and even lie to get it. But that is just… wow," she said to the camera.

*static*

"Ten sisters… do you think some of them would like me?" Harold dreamily asked himself. "The older ones! Not the younger ones!" he added, trying not to be misunderstood.

*static*

"Eleven kids! Hahaha!" Chris said, laughing his ass off. "When I picked him, I was thinking he was some guy who invents stories all the time, but this is gold! You Americans know how to have some fun, huh?" Chris said, giving an amused smirk to the camera.

*static*

Geoff, noticing the ripped and put-together picture, asked about it. "Hey, what happened with this photo?" he said, pointing to a picture of a younger-looking albino boy along with a short-haired brunette in purple clothes. Luna, if he got it right. They looked to be singing and having fun together.

"Oh... I ripped it by accident and tried to put it together with some tape," Lincoln said, looking sadly at the photograph.

"But what about these two?" DJ asked, pointing to a photo of him with two other people: a blonde with a blue streak and her hair in a ponytail and a little girl with white hair just like Lincoln's.

"Sorry, but i think its better if we have go back to the challenge." Lincoln said, closing his wallet abruptly and making everyone curious about the sudden subject change.

"That's right! We still have a challenge to win." said Courtney, leaving her stupor to focus on the challenge and motivate her team.

While everyone went back to pushing their crate, DJ wondered if he had touched a nerve or something.

While everyone was pushing their crates, a fly flew close to Courtney's face, biting her eye, making her give a small yelp and slap her own face to kill it. But the yelp was loud enough for Lincoln to hear it and see what happened with the C.I.T.

"You all right?" the albino asked, stopping to push his crate with Harold.

"I think something bit me." Courtney said, pointing to her eye.

"Let me see…" Lincoln said, getting closer to take a look. "Sheesh. Looks like it was a black fly," Lincoln said, making a face at her soon-to-be swollen eye.

"And that's… bad?" Courtney asked fearfully, concerned for her health and covering her eye with her hand.

"Hey, hey. Relax." the albino said in a soft voice. "Your eye's just gonna swell and burn a little, but I know what to do." Lincoln said, going into the woods and quickly coming back with some leaves and vine.

"What's that?" Courtney asked, already feeling her eye burn and swell.

"Just some herbs." the albino said calmly, going behind the girl. "That's going to ease the burn and the swell, but I still recommend seeing the nurse after the challenge." He advised for good measure while starting to make the impromptu eye patch.

"Cool. Where did you learn these skills?" Harold asked, impressed by Lincoln's knowledge.

"I already went to the woods once when I was younger. And I have already read the Survival Logbook of Rip Hardcore cover to cover many times." Lincoln said confidently, giving a knot on the eye patch.

"I've heard about him, but I've never seen his program." Harold said. "But I was once part of some camps that teach about surviving in the wild."

"Well, regardless of that, thanks, Lincoln. I already feel a little better." Courtney thanked him for his kindness.

"Think nothing of it. We are a team, it's normal." Lincoln dismissed, finishing the final touches.

"Where were you three?" Eva asked angrily, seeing that Lincoln, Harold, and Courtney were left behind.

"Courtney was bitten by a black fly, so I had to help her out," Lincoln explained the situation. "And why did you guys stop here?" he asked.

"Tyler, Katie, and Sadie needed to go to relieve themselves." Bridgette said.

"Haha! Liked the eye patch, pirate princess." Duncan joked to Courtney, referring to her eye patch.

"Shut up! That's only the help that Lincoln gave me for the bug bite." Courtney flustered yelled at the punk.

"Didn't expect that you knew these things, dude." Geoff said to Lincoln.

"Hehe. Just enough to survive," Lincoln replied with a light chuckle.

After waiting a few minutes, both the "twins" and Tyler returned to the team, getting a little confused by Courtney's eye patch, but after a quick explanation, they all went back to push the crates. But that didn't last, because while everyone was pushing their crates, Katie and Sadie were beginning to feel an itch in their rear, leaving them uncomfortable.

"Do you feel an itch on your back?" Katie asked, uncomfortably, to her best friend.

"To me, it looks like it's burning," Sadie replied.

After the Screaming Gopher arrived, they began the third part of the challenge: Build the hot tub, but they had to open the crates in a… different way.

"And remember! You can only open it with your teeth!" Chris said to the campers, with some of them trying to open the crate with their teeth. "Hehehe, I made up this rule." Chris said, smiling at the camera.

"Hey! I think I got it!" Izzy said, using a rope to open her crate, making it fall apart. "Ouch! Rope burn!" She complained about her now burned tongue.

After some time passed, Sadie and Katie had enough of the itch.

"I can't take it anymore! I have to scratch!" Katie said, with both starting to furiously scratching their rear. That action got the attention of the team, who stopped to see what the problem was.

And while this was happening, Chris arrived next to them once again on his ATV. "You guys are way behind the other team." he said, pointing to the camp. "Like… way behind. What happened?" the host asked.

"Their butts are itchy." Courtney said flatly.

"And what happened with you?" Chris asked curiously, noticing the eye patch.

"Just some bug bite, but Lincoln dealt with it for now." The C.I.T. said, covering her eye patch with her hand.

"You two are fine?" Lincoln asked, approaching the best friends, concerned and embarrassed by the actions of his teammates.

"No! I don't know what happened, we were fine before going to the bushes," Sadie replied, with Katie nodding in agreement. Both still scratching themselfs.

"Did you squat when you peed?" Bridgette asked, also approaching her teammates and receiving a nod from the BFFFs. "Did you happen to know the shapes of the leaves?" the surfer asked.

"They were kind of oval-shaped, green, and all over the place," Sadie explained, still scratching her butt.

"They were low to the ground? About this big?" the surfer asked, making a gesture with her hands. Again, the girls nodded. With that explanation, both Bridgette and Lincoln traded an amused glance before Bridgette revealed their problem.

"You squatted in poison ivy." Bridgette revealed to the "twins," who got wide-eyed expressions, screaming as they dragged their butts in the sand, like dogs, making Lincoln and the other man's glance away, embarrassed.

"Hahaha! Ow, man. Hahaha! That's rich!" the host said, laughing at their torment.

After finally opening their crates, the Gophers saw what they had to build the hot tub.

"Hey! Check it out!" Owen called. "I got some wood!" he said to his team.

"I got some tools and a pool liner," Trent said, pulling out a hammer and a pool liner from inside his crate.

While searching through her crate, Leshawna saw Heather approach along with Lindsay, making her think that the queen bee wanted to cause problems once again.

"Hi. I just wanted to apologize to you. I didn't mean to say bad things about you, like being a ghetto rap-star wannabe." Heather said, in what seemed to be sincere regret. "And I love your earrings. They're so pretty."

"Really?" Leshawna asked. Seeing Heather nod her head made her smile and apologize too. "I am sorry too about what I said about you, pushing you from the cliff and all."

"No worries." Heather reassured the girl. "I needed a little push. Truce?" she asked, offering her hand.

"Yeah, yeah." Leshawna agreed, accepting Heather's hand and shaking it. "You got it."

Heather and Lindsay then walked away, and when they were far enough from Leshawna, Lindsay asked. "Did you mean all that stuff you said to Lefonda back there?" Lindsay asked, getting the girl's name wrong.

"Leshawna." Heather corrected, rolling her eyes. "And, no. She's going down." She said, making a fist in the air. "And P.S. those are the ugliest earrings I've seen in my life."

"Oh." Lindsay said, looking rather confused. "So if you hate her, why were you being nice to her?"

"You ever seen one of these shows before?" Heather asked, as if the answer was obvious. "Keep your friends close and your enemies closer."

"Ooooh~." Lindsay finally got what Heather meant before asking, "I'm your friend, right?"

"Uh, yeah." Heather reassured Lindsay. "For now." she muttered to herself.

After taking so long, the Bass team finally arrived at their destination.

"Finally," Harold said tiredly, falling into the ground, making the Gopher notice the arrival of the other team.

"What's up, guys?" Trent asked in his cool tone to the other team.

"Aren't you missing some girls?" Leshawna asked, noticing Katie and Sadie's absence.

"Umm… They're getting a drink." Courtney replied, thinking of an excuse.

"Only if they are drinking with their butts." Harold whisper joked to Lincoln, who gave a silent, amused snort.

"And what happened to your eye?" Beth asked, pointing to Courtney's eye patch.

"That's just to patch a small bug bite." Courtney gave a simple answer, not wanting to make the other team think they had an advantage.

After piling their crates, Geoff saw that some of his teammates were kind of unmotivated, so to hype them up, he climbed the crates to give a motivational speech.

"Come on, guys! I know that it seems hopeless, but we can do it!" he said, hoping to hype his teammates, but unfortunately, some weren't paying attention, like Harold, who was drooling.

Seeing that it wasn't going anywhere, Courtney decided to take the lead in the situation.

"All right! Listen up!" Courtney called, which got the team's attention. "We have to finish that hot tub, and we need a project manager! Since I am the only one here with C.I.T., I am the most obvious choice to be a leader!" Courtney said, pointing to herself.

"What does C.I.T. have to do with a hot tub?" Lincoln asked DJ, who only shrugged his shoulders.

"And who voted for you, pirate empress?" Duncan mocked.

"Myself! Or do you think you're better at leading?" Courtney challenged, making Duncan think about the advantages of bossing others around and the disadvantages of having to represent his team and being blamed if something went wrong and etc. With the bad sides winning in his head, he simply shrugged his shoulders.

"Nah, I am good," he said simply.

"Well, with that decided, we need to start working!" Courtney said, punching a fist into her open palm.

"And where do we start, Cyclops?" Duncan asked the brunette.

"Opening the crates!" Courtney said, pointing to Duncan's face. "Bridgette, go get the girls! We need all the help possible!" she said to the surfer, who only nodded and walked away.

"Now with this dealt with, let's get to work!" the C.I.T. motivated, raising a fist in the air.

And to work they went, but unlike the other team, where everyone was working together, the Bass team was the exact opposite. People were fighting with each other or being clumsy, like in Bridgette's case, who hit Harold multiple times by accident with a piece of wood. And when these situations escalated, Lincoln took it upon himself to solve them, like breaking up a fight over a hammer between Duncan and Tyler. Since he was used to apart petty fights and helping whoever had a problem.

But even with the team's efforts, they barely built a passable hot tub, with tape surrounding some parts and the water heater barely working. A seagull with a dumb-looking face floated by, wearing some kind of a plastic can holder around its neck.

"Hm… I'll take care of this," said Lincoln, feeling bad for the bird. He picked it up and tried to unrope it carefully. After living so long with Lana, he kind of developed a soft spot for animals. While he did this, Chris began to analyze the hot tubs, starting with the Screaming Gopher, assessing the water heat and stability.

"This is a great hot tub!" The host said, giving his approval, which made the team cheer. And Owen, who for some reason was in the water, emerge from it.

Having checked the Gophers' hot tub, Chris made his way to the Bass. The tub looked somewhat fine, the structure was stable, and the heater was in place, but some parts were held together with tape, and the heater barely worked.

"Yeah… that is basically a normal wooden tub…" Chris said, disappointed after giving some small taps on the wood.

"I think we already have a winner." Chris said, building some suspense. "The victory goes to the Screaming Gophers!" Chris announced, making the team cheer. "And with this, they're safe from elimination and will get to use the hot tub for all summer break! Bonus!"

"Killer Bass… what can I say? I don't want to be on your skin. After that, I will be seeing you at the campfire." Chris said, making some of them look down in shame.

"Yes! We can stay here for more three days!" Lindsay cheered, sharing an excited hug with Heather and Beth.

"Woo! Haha! Yes!" Owen cheered, having left the tub with his trunk. "We're gonna stay! We're gonna stay! We're amazing!" he said while dancing happily. "We win the challenge!" Owen cheered, going behind the girls and giving them a big hug.

Suddenly, all of them heard a small "yes!" and looked at Lincoln, who managed to free the seagull. The bird gasped for air, and its light came back to its eyes, cawing gladly for breath again and starting to nuzzle its head against Lincoln's cheeks in gratitude while standing on his shoulders.

"Hehehe, that tickles!" Lincoln said, giggling at the bird's antics.

"Well, at least someone is happy," Bridgette said, smiling softly and finding the view kind of amusing.

"That's so cute; they even match in color," said Sadie, with Katie nodding along and gushing over the interaction between the bird and the albino boy.

The only ones who didn't say anything were Eva and Duncan, who didn't mind it, and Courtney, who was complaining about their defeat.

Already in the dining room, all the Gophers were chatting happily about their win. Meanwhile, the Killer Bass were in a more tense moment, having to think about who they would send home. But there's another problem: the seagull.

"Hm… Linc, not that I mind, but are you sure it's a good idea to bring the bird with you?" Bridgette asked about the fact that the seagull was still on Lincoln's shoulder, with the albino giving some of his food to it. This made some of his teammates keep their distance, concerned about getting some disease.

"Well, it's not like I could do anything, he just follows me around." Lincoln replied, shrugging his shoulders indifferently. "But don't worry, Chef gave some medicine and vaccines for birds. Looks like he has some rescued birds and always carries it around with him. So you won't get any disease, I promise." Lincoln reassured, petting the bird, which cooed happily.

"Well… if that's true, then all right." Bridgette relented, getting closer and also rubbing lightly the bird's head.

"Hello? Can we forget Lincoln's bird and focus on who we're going to vote off?" Courtney complained, making the bird caw in offense.

"Well, that's not very difficult. There are two chickens right here to vote on." Said Duncan, referring to DJ and Courtney, making the former look down and the latter glare at him with crossed arms. "And personally, if we have to push a truck at some point, I prefer our chances with the big guy here." Duncan said, pointing to DJ, making the big guy smile.

"You can't do this! I am the only one that—"

"Was a real C.I.T., we know." the surfer said, rolling her eyes. "So who do you suggest?" Bridgette asked, making Courtney look around to find someone to put the blame on.

"How about… him? He is pretty clumsy and was hurt a lot today. I bet he can't even move well." she said, pointing to Tyler, surprising him and making Lindsay protest from her table.

"No!" the blonde exclaimed loudly, making everyone look at her. "I mean no salt… there's no salt here! Bummer..." she said nervously.

"Hey! I'll let you know that I am super fine!" Tyler complained to Courtney, flexing his arms in emphasis.

"And at least he jumped, chicken." Duncan also retorted to the brunette.

"Shut up!" she yelled at him for what looked like the hundredth time today.

"Okay! Why don't we relax a little bit? Things are getting tense." Geoff tried to be the peacemaker between them.

"Okay, I am done with prison food; I'm going to take a nap." Duncan said, getting up and leaving the cafeteria.

"You can't do that! We didn't decide—" Courtney protested, only to be interrupted by Lincoln's seagull, which flew in to eat Duncan's food.

"Uhhrr, Lincoln, put a leash on it!" Courtney yelled, already losing her cool.

"I can't do that! He's spirit free." Lincoln said, shrugging his shoulders, thinking about how Courtney and Lori were alike in some aspects.

"Who would you suggest to vote for, Lincoln?" Harold asked him.

"Me?" Lincoln asked, confused as to why his opinion would matter in the problem at hand.

"Yeah, you were the first to jump in and helped the most while building the hot tub. You must be thinking of something," DJ said, listing some things that Lincoln had done for the team.

"He's right, you know. Without you, that could have turned out much worse," Bridgette agreed, having seen Lincoln help stop fights and assist Harold when she knocked him down.

"Yeah! You did great," Geoff also praised, giving a thumbs up.

"Well, I—" Lincoln began, scratching his head and looking embarrassed, only to be interrupted by Courtney.

"Well, that proves that I am important! After all, I led everything!" Courtney said confidently. Placing a hand on her chest.

"Uh… look, no offense, but you kinda just barked orders at everyone." Geoff said, scratching his head.

"WHAT?!" Courtney yelled indignantly, which caught even the Gophers' attention.

"Wow, things look tense there…" Gwen muttered, making some of her teammates nod in agreement.

"I must agree with her; you only bossed everyone around and placed some things together with silver tape." Tyler said with crossed arms, still offended to be pointed out to be voted on.

"Well, that tape is what held everything together." Courtney tried to protest, making some look at her with raised brows. "But that doesn't matter. We need to decide who to vote for!" she said, punching the table.

"I already know who I am going to vote for…" Eva suddenly included herself in the conversation, looking sideways at Courtney, making the brunette growl.

Lincoln saw the tension rising, with even the bird looking nervous, and, like Geoff, tried to calm things down.

"Wow… hehe. Looks like everyone is kinda hot-headed." he said nervously, pulling at his shirt collar. "What do you think about cooling down and just voting without telling anyone this time?" he asked hopefully.

"Fine!" Courtney angrily replied, getting up. "I hope by then you've cleared your mind and made the right choice!" Courtney said, storming off from the dining area, not minding the other glances behind her.

"Whoa, that girl needs a chill pill," Leshawna said, impressed by the girl's temper.

"Welcome, Killer Bass, to the first elimination of the show!" Chris welcomed the not-so-happy campers. "Now, all of you cast your votes and made your decision," Chris said, holding a plate filled with marshmallows. "Now, there are only ten marshmallows on this plate. When I call your name, come up and claim your marshmallow. The camper who does not receive a marshmallow tonight must immediately return to the Dock of Shame to ride the Losers Boat. That means you're out of the show, and you can't come back...ever." he explained, making everyone look at each other uneasily.

"Now, let's begin. And the first to receive a marshmallow is… Lincoln!" Hearing his name, Lincoln smiled while walking to pick up his marshmallow with the bird still on his shoulder, opting to give it to his seagull, who happily ate it.

"Dude! You were supposed to wait until I finished the ceremony!" Chris complained.

"Oops… sorry." he said, smiling sheepishly.

"Right, just don't do it again," Chris said, frowning a little at the albino. "Anyway, the next are… Geoff, Duncan, Bridgette, Katie, Sadie, Harold, Tyler, and Eva." Chris called, with each of them gladly getting up to get their treat, leaving only DJ and Courtney.

"DJ, you let your fear win and refused to jump, costing a point for your team." Chris said, making DJ look down.

"Courtney, in addition to doing the same thing, you showed yourself to be bossy and short-tempered, trying to take control of everything and blaming others before yourself." Chris said, making the brunette cross her arms and glare at him.

"And the last marshmallow goes to…" Chris built up the tension before giving the answer.

"DJ!" Chris said, making DJ smile while walking to get his treat.

"WHAT?!" Courtney yelled, indignant at the results. "You can't do this! You need me! I am the only one who is—" she begun before getting interrupted.

"A C.I.T." everybody muttered at the same time, already tired of hearing that.

"Yes, we know. But don't think much of it, princess, that's just how it is." Duncan said, smirking and shrugging his shoulders.

"We didn't want to vote on someone, but we don't really had a choice…" Geoff said, feeling a little guilty.

"That's so unfair! You're going to regret that! Regret, I say! You'll see! I'm going to call my lawyers!" Courtney said while being carried by Chef, who placed her on his shoulders, to the Dock of Shame.

While walking through the docks, after Chef put her down, Courtney suddenly heard someone call her.

"Hey, Courtney!" Lincoln called, running to her direction. "I just wanted to say that, I am sorry. We didn't want to, but there are not many options." Lincoln said nervously, scratching his neck.

Courtney simply sighed, having accepted her defeat. "Whatever," she muttered. "Duncan's right, that's just how the game works." She said, looking down. "But thanks again for the eye patch. I think for now I'm going to cheer for you." she said, smiling softly while getting into the boat and soon leaving the island.

"Whoa, that was a lot of drama for 2 episodes, wasn't it?" Chris said smirking at the camera on the docks. "And that was only the first challenge of Total Drama. Now what's going to happen next? Will the Bass take the lead? Who's going to be eliminated next? What secrets Lincoln hides? Discover in the next episode of: TOTAL! DRAMA! ISLAND!" Chris said, finishing the episode.

Chapter Text

In the last episode of Total Drama Island, 22 contestants arrived and discovered that they would have to spend 8 weeks in a crusty old summer camp. The campers were faced with their first challenge: Jumping from a 300-meter-high cliff and falling into water infested with sharks.

And while some took the plunge, others were forced to wear the dreaded chicken hat.

Meanwhile, Lincoln made a new feathery friend after saving him from choking on a can holder. He also revealed a little about himself but suddenly changed the subject. How curious, isn't it?

In the campfire ceremony, two contestants were against the wall: Courtney, who has experience as C.I.T. in summer camp but refused to jump out of fear (even though she doesn't admit it), and DJ, who also revealed himself as a coward for not jumping. In the end, it was the bossy girl who was the first to be eliminated from Total Drama Island.

Who will be eliminated this week in the most dramatic campfire ceremony yet? Find out tonight right here in Total! Drama! Island!

(Killer Bass cabin - Guys side)

The cabin was silent, with all the campers still peacefully sleeping—well, all except one.

In one specific bunk bed, there was one person who was tossing around as if he were having a nightmare. That would be Lincoln Loud, who shared a bunk bed with Geoff, sleeping on the lower part. The albino was sweating and looked a little winded while tossing around.

'WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS?'

'I-I didn't! Y-you have to believe me!'

The albino stirred once again, haunted by the memories.

'I can't believe that I called you my brother!'

'Luna, please! You have to believe me!'

*SMACK*

The albino woke up startled, breathing heavily, sweating and feeling his cheek with his hands.

"A nightmare?" Lincoln whispered to himself. As was routine, he began to use his hand to search for something in his bed—or, in this case, someone. "Sam? You—" But before he could finish his sentence, he noticed the blonde's absence, reminding him where he was.

"Right… the camp." He muttered to himself as if he had only now perceived his surroundings. To put his mind in the right place, he began to slap his cheeks lightly. "Put yourself together, Loud. That's only the fourth day." He whispered to himself.

While he got up, he noticed that all his teammates were still sound asleep. Deciding to start his day, Lincoln grabbed a change of clothes and exited as silently as possible to avoid waking anyone.

As soon as he exited his cabin, he heard a caw coming from the distance, and when he looked to see what it was, he saw a seagull coming in his direction, making the albino extend his hand.

"Hey, little buddy, slept well?" he asked as the bird landed on his hand, receiving a caw in response.

The reason the seagull was in the woods was that, while everyone was fine with it being nearby after it received some medicine and took a bath, they all knew that seagulls pooped a lot. Not wanting their cabin covered in poop, they asked Lincoln to make sure the bird at least slept in the woods.

Surprisingly, that was kind of easy to do. It looks like the bird is pretty smart and seems to understand what it is talking about. Without wanting to cause problems for its savior, the bird easily complied, simply sleeping in some nearby trees.

"So, what do you say to a bath today?" the albino asked while walking to the bathroom, receiving an excited caw from the bird in response, which made him giggle at the bird's energy.

While everyone was sleeping, Chris thought that they had had enough sleep, so he put headphones on his head and used a megaphone to blow an air horn and wake everyone up, causing some, like Leshawna, to hit their heads on the bunk bed.

"Ouch!" she muttered after hitting her head, going to the window to yell at whoever was making so much noise. "It's 7 AM! Do I look like a farmer girl to you?!"

After that, everyone was forced to start the day, putting on their normal clothes and exiting their cabin to stand in the center, with no one surprised to see Lincoln there first, as they were already used to him waking up early.

"Hey, Linc, what's up? Did Chris explain why he woke us up so early?" Geoff grumbled, still kind of tired, while walking to the albino side.

"Yeah, that can really affect my mad skills if I don't sleep properly." Harold also complained.

"Sorry, but I have no idea; I was taking a walk before he used that horn." The albino explained.

While everyone was still trying to clear the sleep off, Cody, who was beside Eva, took some interest in her MP3 player, slowly reaching his hand to see it better. But then Eva noticed and snapped her jaws at him, almost biting his hand off and growling at the geek, leaving him scared.

"Morning! Hope that you slept well!" Chris said, grinning at the sleepy campers.

"Hi, Chris, just wanted to say that you look really buff in those shorts." Heather said, trying to get on Chris's good side.

"I know." the host replied, knowing what she was trying to do, but enjoying her try. "Hope you're all ready because your next challenge starts in exactly one minute!"

"Hm… excuse me, I don't think that's enough time to eat breakfast." Owen said shrugging his shoulders.

"You're going to eat your breakfast, Owen, as soon as all of you complete the 20-kilometer run around the lake." The host said, grinning, which made Eva angry.

"You think you're so funny, huh? I'm going to show you what's fun!" Eva said, approaching Chris, before being held back by Duncan and Geoff, who didn't want to get punished because of the temper of their teammate, although they couldn't really stop her.

Seeing things escalate, Lincoln, who is used to dealing with hot-headed girls, tried to solve the situation and motivate her a little, Lynn style.

"Calm down, Eva." Lincoln said calmly, approaching his teammates, with the seagull standing on his shoulders, catching the campers' attention and making Duncan and Geoff release the girl. "Don't tell me that not sleeping enough is all it takes to make you lose your A-game?" Lincoln taunted, trying to appeal to her ego.

"What are you trying to say?" Eva asked, crossing her arms and narrowing her eyes, challenging him to say what she thought he meant.

"Just that maybe you can't do the run just because you're a little bit tired." Lincoln taunted again, making Geoff and Duncan think that Eva would pound him down at any moment.

"I CAN do it without a problem." Eva angrily challenged him to contest, turning her hands into fists.

"Well, then prove it." Lincoln said with a smug expression, crossing his arms.

Eva could just punch his face, like she normally would, but she had that feeling to prove herself once again. So, controlling her anger, she stormed out, bumping shoulders with the albino, motivated to make the Loud boy see that she could do anything, even if she didn't sleep enough. Not noticing the relieved sigh that Lincoln gave as he started to rub his bumped arm when she moved away.

"Dude, how did you do it?" Geoff asked, stunned.

"I gotta say, I didn't take you for the manipulative kind," Duncan also said, amused.

"Hehe… well, she is almost like one of my sisters, just angrier." Lincoln explained, shrugging his shoulders. "So I just thought that could work with her too, but I'm not gonna lie, I was terrified; I think she was almost punching me."

"No kidding." Duncan said, smirking.

What they didn't notice was Noah, who was listening and was impressed by Lincoln's bravure to face the Spartan girl like that.

"Hope you're ready, 'cause we're gonna start in 30 seconds!" Chris announced, calling the campers' attention.

*static*

"Okay, I gotta give credit for the snow tip. I've already seen what that girl can do, and if he can turn her anger into a drive to our win, then we can win almost all the physical challenges," Duncan said. "And if, at some point, things go wrong and she snaps at him, it will be hilarious!" he finished, imagining the scene, which made him smile.

*static*

"As someone who also has a big family, I can't help but wonder what that guy had to live with." Noah said sympathetically about Lincoln, having once overheard their conversation during their days off about the albino family. Being the youngest of nine siblings, he can relate.

*static*

"In your marks. Get set. Go!" Chris announced, making some people take off running, the most motivated being Eva, who soon began to lead. On the other hand, there was Tyler, who, while he was also running, appeared to be the most tired one, almost dragging himself on the ground.

While everyone was running as fast as they could or simply walking, Noah was jogging at a moderate pace beside Lincoln, who was also jogging at his side, but the bookworm looked to be more winded than the Loud boy.

"So, ten sisters, isn't it?" Noah, panting, suddenly asked Lincoln.

"Yeah? How do you know about it?" the albino asked, confused, not recalling having mentioned something to the other team.

"I kinda overheard you guys on the days off. So how is it living with them? I mean, that doesn't look like something easy to live with." he explained.

"Uh, heh… well, you're right, it is kind of difficult, but you manage and learn how to live with them. Mainly when now there are only six at home." Lincoln said, making Noah agree on certain aspects, remembering how the house was getting quieter when his siblings started to move away. "But it's nice. I mean, there are fights and a lot of noise, but in the end, we all love and support each other." Lincoln said happily. However, then the memories of the nightmare and some bad things that happened made the albino look kind of sad and guilty. "Even in their worst moments…"

"Tou all right?" Noah asked, curious about the sudden mood change, causing Lincoln to snap out of it.

"Huh? Oh, sorry, but I need to go." the albino said, quickening his pace and leaving Noah behind, making the bookworm wonder what had happened and slow down his own pace.

"Ouch! Look out where you're going!" Heather complained after Lincoln bumped into her by accident, letting out a quick "sorry."

*static*

"I don't run, especially in high-heel wedges. And that chipped-tooth dork is suspicious; just yesterday, I saw him letting Lindsay do his hair, and I must say, that girl really doesn't know how to do hair." Heather said in the confessional, not liking the closeness between the teams.

*static*

While walking, Heather saw Owen, on all fours, drinking water from a puddle and complaining while panting.

"Can't… breathe… must… be… condition…" Owen panted before falling into the puddle.

"Yeah, that's called 'overeating,'" Heather said, attracting Leshawna's attention, who was passing by and stopped in a tree to catch her breath.

"And what's your excuse, you skinny annoying... Ugh… I am too tired to insult you." she said tiredly, sweating bullets.

"Come on, guys! If you don't come back by dinnertime, you won't eat!" Chris mocked with a megaphone while using his ATV.

"Urgh! How I hate that guy!" Heather said before starting to walk again and stepped over Owen with her heels.

Soon, almost all the contestants were gathered in the dinner area, missing only Noah, Owen, and Leshawna from the Screaming Gophers, as well as Harold from the Killer Bass.

While everyone was resting a little after the run, Owen banged the door open, carrying Noah over his shoulders.

"Someone! Clear a table!" Owen said desperately, placing Noah on an empty table and starting cardiac massage.

Close behind was Leshawna, who cheered for finally arriving in the cafeteria.

"Oh! We made it!" she said, falling to her knees.

After Leshawna, it was Harold's turn to arrive, clutching his chest.

"Harold! You all right, dude?" Lincoln asked, concerned as he approached the ginger.

"I think I am having heart palpitations!" Harold said exaggeratedly, just not used to walking for so long.

"Don't worry, buddy; just take a deep breath through your nose." Lincoln said, repeating the tip that Lynn had given him when he, too, started exercising, with Harold doing exactly that.

"Wait, if he was the last one… that means we won the challenge!" Gwen said, making all her teammates cheer, including the formerly unconscious Noah, all thinking they won today's challenge, while the Basses groaned, believing they had lost once again.

"Whoa! Let's calm down a little. Who said that's the challenge?" Chris said with his characteristic smirk.

"What did you say?" Gwen asked but was promptly ignored when Chris made his way to a curtain.

"Who is hungry!?" Chris asked as the curtain opened to reveal an amazing buffet.

*static*

"After a whole week of brown sludge, I almost cried when I saw that buffet," Gwen admits.

*static*

"And then I saw it! The buffet table! There was turkey, pie, Nanaimo bars, and baked beans in maple syrup!" Owen excitedly listed before starting to cry with happiness. "Give me a minute. Ow! Ow! Ow!"

*static*

"After living with Luan, you learn to feel that something is wrong and that no one is going to offer good food without ulterior motives." Lincoln said suspiciously.

*static*

"If there's something that I learned in juvie, it is that you don't receive good food without suffering or holidays. So, it is obvious that something was up." Duncan said, also suspecting that something was off.

*static*

"There's something wrong…" Lincoln muttered, approaching the table, which got some of his teammates' attention.

"What's the problem?" DJ asked, confused, already piling food on his plate.

"I don't know… but there is something off… I feel it." he said ominously.

"You think that they put something in the food?" Bridgette nervously asked, already beginning to think twice before eating.

"I don't know, but they won't give us good food for nothing, right?" he said, scratching his chin with his hand.

"I must agree with Snow White; there's something fishy here." Duncan said pointing to the albino.

"Again: Snow White had black hair," Lincoln corrected once more.

"Someone asked for fish?" Tyler offered, his mood in the highs with the food, making Lincoln sigh.

"Just take care; we don't know what might happen." Lincoln said to the few who were listening—Duncan, DJ, and Bridgette—before also grabbing some food for himself.

What they didn't know was that Gwen had heard some of the conversation, making her reconsider eating all the food that she had piled on her plate.

*static*

"Okay, we might have known each other for just a few days, but Lincoln has already proven to be pretty smart and to have a lot of skills. He even temporarily fixed the bathroom lock that Eva broke on the first day before it was fixed for real." Bridgette reasoned. "So if he says that there's something wrong, I feel compelled to listen." she said, trusting Lincoln's judgment.

*static*

After a few minutes, all the food was gone, with most of them groaning on the ground. The only ones somewhat fine were Lincoln, who managed to control himself after being raised with his father cooking; Gwen, DJ, and Duncan, who still ate more than they should but were still somewhat fine; and Bridgette, who, being vegetarian, only ate the salad.

"Okay, campers! Time for the second part of the challenge!" Chris said, jumping on top of a table and speaking into a megaphone.

"I thought that eating was the second part." Owen said, his mouth covered in baked beans.

Gwen, who kind of expected something like this, was grateful to hear the other team's conversation.

"This time, I must agree with him. Haven't we suffered enough?" Heather said, holding her stomach in pain.

"Let me think… no." Chris said evilly. "It's time for Awake-a-ton!"

"what-a-ton?" Owen asked, confused.

"Awake-a-ton!" The host exclaims. "It's simple. The last one who sleeps wins immunity for the team." Chris explained, jumping off the table.

"So all the running and buffet were part of your evil plan to make it harder for us to stay awake?" Gwen asked, now really grateful for overhearing the other team.

"You're absolutely right, Gwen," the host said, enjoying the campers' surprised faces.

"Whoa… he's good." The goth admitted, with Leshawna nodding her head in agreement.

While everyone was exiting, Trent walked beside Gwen, making small talk.

"So, Gwen, how long do you think it's going to take for everyone's out cold?" he asked for her opinion holding his stomach in pain.

"One hour, give or take." Gwen said sincerely, but soon Owen passed by them, drooling and looking about to faint, which made the goth reconsider. "Maybe less."

(Mark of 12 hours)

"Now we are at the mark of 12 hours, where none of the contestants have closed their eyes yet." Chris whispered, looking at all the contestants, who looked bored and had bags under their eyes.

While everyone was sitting in a corner, Owen was standing, looking like he was on an energy rush.

"12 hours awake? Ha! I can do that sleeping!" he said before fainting, turning the score into 10 - 10.

*static*

"The Awake-a-ton was the most brutal thing that I did in my life." Gwen said sincerely.

*static*

"This is the most boring thing that I have done in my life." Gwen muttered.

"Well, that could be way worse," Trent, who was beside her, said.

"Yeah? How?" she asked, wondering how it could be worse.

"I could be here without you to talk to." he flirted, making Gwen blush a little and look the other way, flattered, leaving Heather suspicious.

*static*

"My strategy is to get two more people to try and form an alliance, but who's dumb or desperate enough to do all that I say?" Heather wondered.

*static*

While most campers were separated with their own teammates, two people from different teams were interacting, sitting on the ground between the teams.

"So I said, 'I don't get it,' and the teacher only turned away and ignored me." Lindsay vented sadly to Lincoln, who was behind her doing braids on her hair, with his seagull sleeping by his side. "Maybe he already gave up on someone dumb like me…"

"Come on, you're not dumb; you just haven't found your forte," Lincoln reassured her. "The teachers also gave up on one of my sisters, Leni, but that didn't stop her from trying harder and completing high school, even getting an invitation to a fashion college in France," he said softly. "She even opened her own small clothes shop."

"Really?! You really think that I can go to the college, Lincy?" Lindsay asked hopefully, accidentally using Leni's nickname for Lincoln, which made him see even more of his sister in her, so he couldn't help but nod in support.

*static*

"Since I arrived here, Lincy has been almost like the older brother that I never had. He is the only one who didn't treat me like I am an idiot." Lindsay revealed, smiling happily. "Well, he and… what's his name again? Oh yeah! Piper!" Lindsay said, blushing while saying wrongly Tyler's name.

*static*

"What are you two doing?" Beth asked, approaching the braiding duo.

"He's doing braids while I vent some things to him; that way, we both can stay awake," Lindsay happily explained, with Lincoln giving a little nod.

"Can I join too?" Beth asked hopefully.

"Sure, the more, the merrier! Isn't that right, Lincy?" Lindsay asked happily, looking at her friend.

"Sure, I don't mind," Lincoln said, shrugging his shoulders, happy that there were other contestants who didn't segregate the teams.

With the approval of both, Beth happily undid her ponytail and sat in front of Lindsay, who began braiding her hair too.

Seeing her teammates interact with the enemy made Heather scowl, but she also thought that these two were perfect to use. Deciding that enough was enough, she made her way to them.

When Heather approached, Lindsay happily stopped braiding Beth's hair to wave at her. "Heather! Hi! Do you want to join us too?" she asked excitedly.

"No. What I want is for you to stop interacting with the enemy!" she exclaimed angrily.

"But we're doing braids! It helps get us awake!" Lindsay tried to protest, with Beth nodding along to show her support.

"Well, you can do braids on our side! Away from the enemy!" she said, grabbing both of them by the hand and pulling them.

"But… but…" Lindsay tried to protest, not wanting to end their braiding session.

"It's all right, Lindsay; she's kind of right. We are in a challenge, after all," Lincoln reluctantly admitted. "You and Beth can continue without me," he said, getting up. "Besides, I already finished your braids," he added before leaving, making Lindsay look at her hair and see it braided into two well-made twin braids.

*static*

"I know that we are in the middle of a challenge, but when she came to me, she reminded me so much of Leni that I couldn't refuse," Lincoln said, shrugging his shoulders with a sheepish smile.

*static*

After dragging Lindsay and Beth to a more secluded side, Heather began to whisper to both.

"Right, now that we are here, I wanted to say that I have a plan to take me and the other two to the final three, and I chose you guys." The queen bee said to the two girls.

"Really?" Lindsay asked excitedly, thinking she had found another person who didn't think she was a dumb blonde.

"Yeah, and I gotta say, this is a very big deal. I am placing my trust in you. And trust is a two-way street." Heather said, making Lindsay and Beth nod. "So you'll do everything I say then?"

"Of course, Heather!" Lindsay happily agree. "We're going to the final three!" The blond squaled, jumping up and down with Beth.

*static*

"Oh, my gosh! Heather's gonna take me to the final three! I'm going to the final three! I'm going to the final three!" Beth cheered happily. "…But then… what?" she asked herself, confused about what was going to happen if she really got to the final three.

*static*

"Speaking of alliances, could we include two more people?" Lindsay asked, looking at Lincoln, who was making small talk with Harold, and Tyler, who was slouching on one of the stumps.

But soon, Heather blocked her view of Tyler. "Oh No. no no no. You can't date him. Not even be friends with that white haired dork."

"What? Why not?" Lindsay asked.

"Because they're on the other team!" Heather angrily explained. "And it's prohibited to date or be friends with people from other teams! It's against the alliance rules!" She concluded.

"There are rules?" Lindsay tiredly asked.

"Remember what I said about trust?" Heather asked, getting closer to the blonde's face. "Of course, you can leave the alliance. But doing so, I can't help you avoid elimination." she said, shrugging indifferently.

"No, I-I wanna be in the alliance!" Lindsay said desperately.

"Good. Then is settled." Heather said, walking away while Beth followed her.

Lindsay was about to follow them, dejected, but when she looked at Tyler again, who gave her a small wave, it made her feel better and think of a small plan.

*static*

"Heather said I couldn't date him. She never said I couldn't like him. And she said that I can't be friends with Lincy, but she didn't say that we couldn't talk after the challenges!" Lindsay happily said.

*static*

While everyone was sitting, bored, Eva was enjoying her music on her MP3 player until she suddenly got up.

"I'm going to the bathroom." she announced to no one in particular.

What she didn't notice was that while she was walking, her MP3 player fell from her pocket, and two people noticed it fall.

Heather, making sure no one was watching, made her way to the MP3 player, faking a stretch before picking it up.

"What are you doing?" someone suddenly asked behind her, making her flinch and turn around rapidly, hiding the MP3 behind her back.

Looking at who called her, she immediately frowned, seeing the loud boy with crossed arms and looking at her suspiciously

"Nothing, just a little stretch," the queen bee said, hiding her motives.

"Then what did you just get from the ground?" he asked, looking at her like she was some kid who had done something bad.

"Nothing." she said nervously, trying to play innocent, feeling like a child trying to hide something from her dad.

"Then show me your hand." he asked, in a slightly strict tone.

Then Heather showed her ampty hand.

"Both." the albino said, making the girl even more nervous before also showing her other hand with an Eva MP3.

"Ah… this… I was just giving it back." she said, still trying to appear the most innocent possible.

"Well, then you can leave it to me; after all, she's on my team." Lincoln said, extending his hand, with Heather dont having choice beside comply

*static*

"That goody two-shoes is getting on my nerves! First, he's being friendly to the opposing team, and now he's ruining my plans! When I have the chance, he's going down!" Heather angrily said, lending a fist to her open palm.

*static*

Some minutes after Heather and Lincoln spat, Eva returned, with Lincoln immediately making his way to her.

"Hey, Eva!" he called, making Eva look at him. "You let this fall." he said, showing her the MP3.

Seeing her MP3 in Lincoln's hand, Eva tapped herself, confirming that her MP3 was gone.

Seeing her so desperate, Lincoln extended it to her, and she immediately picked it up.

"Thanks…" she muttered.

"Don't mention it. It seems really important to you." Lincoln says before going back to sit down

(Mark of 24 hours)

While most of the campers were awake, three more had already given in on the Bass side: Bridgette, Katie, and Sadie, along with Izzy and Noah on the Gopher side, giving the Gophers a lead of 8-7.

While everyone was trying their best to keep themselves awake, Tyler, who was in front of the BFFF's, began to close his eyes. The moment he closed them, he dreamed of the "twins" getting mauled by a bear, causing him to wake up instantly with a loud scream, also waking up the best friends. But this quick nap was enough to make the score decrease to 8-6.

After Tyler's ear-splitting assault, Chef appeared dressed like a pink sheep while holding a lyre, stopping by Chris's side.

"Hahaha, I like the clothes, Chef!" Duncan laughed at Chef's outfit, making the cook growl at him.

"Congratulations, campers! You've reached the 24-hour mark, so it's time to increase the level!" the host said, smiling beside a pile covered with a cloth. "Fairy tales!" He revealed, removing the cloth and showing a pile of books.

"You can't be serious," Gwen said with a raised brow.

Clearing his throat, Chris began to prepare to read, while Chef strummed the lyre, making the host snicker at the cooking situation, but he stopped immediately when he looked angrily in his direction.

"Once… Upon a time… There was… Inside this boring kingdom…" Chris began with a soft voice. "A boring village. And inside this boring, sleepy, village… Filled with very boring children… that did very… Boring things." And so Chris went on with the softest voice he could manage, making everyone yawn and almost fall asleep. But right when Cody was about to sleep on a cushion, he woke up instantly because what he used as a cushion was actually Owen's butt, and Owen had farted right in his face.

After Chris's stories, Chef appeared once again, this time dressed as a ballerina while dancing to the rhythm of Nutcracker, tossing glitter at everyone and making them yawn.

DJ, not wanting to fall to the ground if he fainted, tied himself to a tree. However, as soon as the chef tossed glitter at his face, he fell asleep, taking the tree down with him.

"Timber." Gwen tiredly said.

"DJ! You alright, dude?" Lincoln asked, concerned for his friend's well-being, but he received only a snore in response.

Seeing that his teammate was fine, Lincoln simply untied the brick house and placed him in more confortable place before walking back to sit down.

After some time passed, almost all campers were asleep. The only ones still awake from the Bass team were Lincoln, Duncan, Eva, and Geoff, while from the Gopher team were Heather, Gwen, Justin, Lindsay, Beth, Cody, and Trent.

"We should talk about our strategy." Heather said, hitting Lindsay with her elbow.

"Uh, what?" Lindsay asked, confused. But as soon as she stopped talking, she and Beth fainted, displeasing Heather and changing the score to 5-4 in favor of the Gophers.

"Okay, so… favorite song?" Gwen asked Trent, sitting beside him, trying to keep each other awake with questions.

"She Would Be Loved." he replied. "Favorite color?" he asked her.

"Hmm… midnight blue," she replied.

"Hmm, mysterious. I like that" he flirted, making Gwen give a small smile.

Gwen yawned, feeling too tired to continue.

"Come on, don't give up! Quick, favorite movie scene?" Trent asked, trying to motivate her.

"You're gonna think it's cheesy." Gwen said, kidding.

"I promise I won't," Trent replied, making Gwen relent.

"Okay, is the kiss scene of that movie about boat trip, that one with a guy and three girls?" came Gwen's reply.

"Dream Boat, the movie?" Suddenly, someone asked, making Gwen and Trent look to the source, seeing that it was Lincoln who said that. "Oh… sorry, didn't mean to interrupt; it just was kinda surprised." the albino said apologetically, scratching his head.

"No, it's all good. I didn't expect someone to remember the name of the movie." Trent said, trying to reassure the Loud boy.

"Yeah, Sa– I mean, my sisters and I watched it. After all that was our favorite family program." he said, so tired that he almost mentioned too much.

"Ha! Didn't expect that you liked that girly stuff." Duncan mocked, smirking at the boy, with Geoff also giving a teasing smile in Lincoln's direction, but it didn't affect the albino, who had long since passed his complex of not being masculine enough.

"Well, it's actually pretty good if you give it a chance, you know?" he said, frowning slightly at Duncan.

"Yeah, I'm gonna watch it when squirrels shoot lasers." he teased, supporting his head in his hand and grinning at Lincoln.

What none of the five expected was to see Owen walk right in front of them, naked, making everyone pause for a moment, wide-eyed, as they watched him go into the woods.

"Hm… should we get him?" Lincoln asked the others.

"Be my guest." Duncan replied drily.

*static*

"Did I mention that I ate the entire dish of baked beans and maple syrup?" Owen asked. "Funny thing about baked beans, they make me sleepwalk, hehehe."

*static*

After more time had passed, Gwen and Trent changed positions, now lying on the ground in front of the sleeping Katie and Sadie.

"Oh, cool. They even fall asleep together." Trent said to Gwen, both of them watching the BFFF's sleep together.

Now both Gwen and Trent found themselves looking at the night sky.

"You still awake?" Trent asked looking to the clean starry sky.

"Yeah... It's weird, but I think I'm so tired, I'm not tired anymore." Gwen said. "Does that make sense?"

"I really have no idea." Trent replied equally tired. "Where's the Little Dipper again?" He asked looking to the stars

"See the Big Dipper? Follow the handle to that bright star, the pole star. And it's right there." The Goth replies.

"Ahh... cool." Trent replied

While the musician and the goth were having their romantic moment looking at the stars, the goth suddenly began to hear a voice coming softly from the woods.

"You heard that?" Gwen asked, suddenly sitting up.

"Heard what?" Trent asked, not having heard anything. But Gwen only grew quiet, trying to listen again.

"That," Gwen said, having heard the voice again. "Lincoln, you also—" She turned to address the albino, wondering if he had heard too but didn't see him. "Duncan, where's Lincoln?" the goth asked the punk, who tiredly looked at her.

"Sorry, Goth, but Grandpa had to go to the bathroom," Duncan replied tiredly.

Having heard the voice again, Gwen decided to get up and investigate. Trent also got up, wondering if the sleep deprivation was taking a toll on the girl.

"Gwen, wait!" he said, running to her.

Meanwhile, Heather sees the two of them getting farther away and only frowns suspiciously.

While they get closer to the forest, Trent begins to hear the voice too. It sounded like someone was humming a soft tone, like a lullaby. Trent didn't know if it was the sleep, but to him, it sounded like the most beautiful thing he had ever heard, as if it were a siren singing.

Gwen wasn't any better, following the tone blindly through the woods, until both of them found the source: a silhouette of a person they couldn't identify in all the sleep and darkness, sitting beneath a tree. However, hearing the soft humming relaxed them, bringing a sensation of sleepiness.

(Gwen's and Trent Vision)

"That… was a bad idea…" Gwen said tiredly, almost closing her eyes.

"Is this another of Chris's traps?" Trent wondered, also nearly falling asleep.

"If it is, we fell right into it…" Gwen said, almost collapsing but being caught by Trent.

"We need go…" Trent tiredly said, dragging his feet on the ground, like they were tied to boulders, trying his best to block out the humming and also carry Gwen. But unfortunaly they couldn't resist anymore, with both of them falling in the ground, knocked out.

Already in the campfire Lincoln finally appears, but everyone was so tired that no one noticed he hadn't come from the bathroom way. Meanwhile a intern go to Chris side whispering something in his ear.

"Wait, really?" Chris asked, receiving a nod from the intern. "Okay... Campers. I have an announcement to make!" Chris called, which got the remaining campers' attention. They were Eva, Lincoln, Duncan, and Geoff from the Killer Bass, and Heather, Justin, and Cody from the Screaming Gophers.

After Chris got the attention of all the campers, he began to speak. "According to my interns, it seems that Gwen and Trent fainted in the woods." the host revealed, leaving some of them surprised. "That means that the Basses are now leading with 4 against 3." he said, making Heather growl in anger.

*static*

"Really?! Sleeping in the woods? Their walk was that boring?" Heather asked angrily, with crossed arms.

*static*

Meanwhile, Owen was seen on top of a cliff, still sleepwalking and about to fall from the ledge, but suddenly he stopped and turned around, only to fall backward into the water.

(Mark of 85 hours)

Duncan was on his knees, about to put down the fingers of a sleeping Harold in a bowl of cold water.

"And what are you doing now?" Until he be interrupted by someone who looked pretty tired.

Looking back, Duncan saw Lincoln, with heavy bags under his eyes, looking as if he could be easily knocked down by the wind, but still standing with crossed arms and trying to act firm.

"What do you think, Snowball?" Duncan asked, smirking as if the answer were obvious.

"I think you're trying to make Harold wet his pants on international TV." The albino said, still frowning at the punk.

"Good, so you know what I am doing." He said, grinning at the loud boy.

"And I'm not going to let you do this." Lincoln challenged in a strict tone.

"And what are you going to do about it, Grandpa?" Duncan said venomously, getting up and looking eye to eye with the albino, already tired of dealing with him always interrupting his pranks on the geek.

When it looked like the two teammates were about to throw hands, Harold suddenly stirred, waking up.

"I am going to the bathroom." he lazily announced, getting up.

Seeing his chances go to waste, Duncan growls before walking past Lincoln and bumping shoulders with him.

*static*

"That guy is starting to get on my nerves! He has some kind of 'hero syndrome,'" Duncan said, making quotes in the air. "And that will be his fall!" he added angrily before trying to stab the wooden wall with his pocket knife. However, due to fatigue, he could barely stick his knife into the wood.

*static*

Noah and Cody then woke up, with the former hugging the latter from behind and kissing the geek's ear.

"AAAAHHHHHH!" the two screamed at the same time.

Now the score is 3-2, with the Bass Leading with Lincoln, Eva and Duncan awake. And the Gopher having only Heather and Justin awake.

"this is a nightmare." Heather muttered.

"Come on, guys, we're already behind the schedule. Sleep already," Chris said, coming in while sipping a cup of coffee.

"If you came here just to rub this coffe on our faces i swear i kill you." Heather angrily threat the host.

"Then you are lucky, because I came to end the challenge!" the host announced, surprising the remaining campers and making them wonder what he meant by this. "Whoever is awake, stay with me! The rest, go take a shower! For the love of God, you stink!" Chris ordered, making all the formerly sleeping campers get out.

After all the eliminated campers were gone, all the remaining ones were seated on stumps.

"Okay, you forced me to do this. I talked with Chef Hatchet last night and said, 'Chef, I don't want to resort to this, but dang! These campers are tough!' So I'm going to use the most boring sleep-inducing activity I can find." Chris said.

*static*

"I got so far to quit now, so whatever Chris have in mind, bring it!" Heather challenged on the confessional

*static*

Suddenly Chris pulled out a large book and opened it. "The Canadian History: Chapter One - The Beaver…" As soon as Chris said it, all heard a thud coming from Lincoln, who had fallen to the ground knocked out.

"Okay. First off: rude," Chris said, amused by the irony of the foreigner fainting at the start of the Canadian history.

*static*

"I didn't faint because of the country's history; it… just was the last straw." Lincoln nervously tried to explain himself. "God, I hope I am not giving a bad example to the younger ones and Lina." Lincoln sighed, with his hand in his face.

*static*

Meanwhile, Owen was seen, covered in mud, sleeping in a dam being builded by beavers.

After the first half of the book, Eva and Heather were sleeping, with only Justin and Duncan remaining awake. However, Duncan was having a harder time, looking like he was trying hard to hold the will to go to the bathroom.

"All right. That was the first half." Chris said closing the book momentanly. "Time for a bathroom break! Any takers?"

"I've held it this long, sweetheart! I can go all day!" Duncan said trying to hold the feeling. "How about you, barbie?" Duncan asked to Justin, but received only silence in response.

"Uuhh... dude? You all right?" the host asked, getting closer to the model, since he hadn't moved since the start of the challenge, which made the host curious. When Chris got close enough, he began to hear a sound.

Snores. Justin was snoring, which made the host suspicious. He slowly brought his finger close to the model's face, and when he touched Justin's cheeks, Chris saw his painted eyelids lift up.

"HEY! HIS EYELIDS ARE PAINTED!" Duncan yelled angrily, getting up, indignant for having been made a fool for so long.

"Yep, I see it. And it's freaking hilarious!" Chris said, grinning close to Justin's face, making him smile nervously. "But you out!"

*static*

"I know that some of my teammates will be mad at me, but you can't keep a face like this without sleeping properly." Justin said, looking in a hand mirror not showing regret for having cheated.

*static*

"Duncan is the last standing! So the Killer Bass win the challenge!" Chris said, and as soon that the host made it official Duncan fall on the ground like a rock.

The air around the campfire was tense. After their first victory against the Bass and seeing the atmosphere that the team had, none of the Gophers were excited to send someone home.

"All right, the rules are simple. Each one of you casted your vote for someone go home. If your name is called, you're safe, so get up and get one of the 10 marshmallows." Chris explained. "And wait until the end before you eat it." He finished by giving a warning look to Owen, who could only fidget with his fingers nervously.

"All right, the people who are safe are: Gwen, Trent, Heather, Lindsay, Leshawna, Beth, Izzy, Cody and Noah." Chris called, with each of them getting up to get their treat. Now there are only two people left: Owen and Justin.

"Now we are down to one marshmallow. One of you will continue in the game, while the other is going to be forced to walk through the Docks of Shame to ride the Losers' Boat and leave the island. Forever!" Chris built the suspense leaving the remaining campers nervous.

"Owen, you were one of the firsts Gophers to sleep, and after that, you walked around naked, flashing your parts to your teammates and enemies. Not a cool thing to do." Chris said, making Owen look down, embarrassed, fiddling with his fingers. "Justin, you didn't even try. Choosing to paint your own eyeslids to sleep, that, while funny, was against the rules," Chris said, with the model with a look that showed no regret of his actions.

"And the last marshmallow goes to…" he paused, creating suspense.

"Owen…" Chris announced.

"WOO! I'm not going home!" Owen yelled, rushing to get his treat. "I mean, sorry about it, Justin…" Owen said nervously, trying to make Justin feel better.

"Justin, it seems that your looks wasn't enough to stay. You know where the dock of shame is, so go on." Chris urged, with Justin just walking there sadly.

After Justin dissapear in the horizon on the Losers' Boat, Chris appeared at the docks to finish the episode.

"And that's how the episode ends. Now the teams have gone back to square one! Even members! Who was that mysterious siren in the woods? Who will win next? Who is going to be eliminated? See it right here in: TOTAL! DRAMA! ISLAND!"
