Martin couldn't help but smile as Jonathan shut off the tape recorder.
"You actually believe me about this?" Martin asked, a bit shocked. "You don't think I'm just crazy?"
"Don't go that far" Jonathan shook his head. "But... Well, things are starting to overlap a bit too much to be chalked up merely to delusion, so I believe your claims may hold some water" he explained. Martin's smile softened a bit. "Nonetheless, if you can't be in your apartment right now, there's no point in you being homeless while we sort it out. I'll help you find some blankets that haven't been eaten through by moths yet"
"You have a heart in there, Jon" Martin said gently. Jonathan fought the urge to smile.
"I'm not a monster, Martin"
