Work Text:

September 10th
New semester, hooray. There’s not much going around in here, usual boring routine.
Our writing teacher changed, though, new teach’s name’s Mrs Peters. Quite stern. But I’d say it’s not a bad thing, at least she knows how to keep her students under control.

September 14th
I’ve been seeing Bailey a lot lately. I thought our curriculums were different.
Is he always red like that?

September 15th
Found a new series of books in the library, I thought the librarian stopped buying horror themed ones ages ago. Looks like I’m wrong but I’m not going to complain.
Still seeing Conner Bailey at different places. I don’t know if he’s doing it on purpose or what cause if he is there’s not reason for him to run away every time  I meet his eye.

September 17th
Turns out the books where great. I hope the librarian will buy the rest of A Mystery In The Mist soon. I think I’ve seen Bailey and his, who is it, his sister in the library talking about fairies and children’s stories. Not saying there’s anything wrong with fairy tales but it’s still a bit strange.

September 21st
Alex Bailey hugging books in the library. And I thought Mindy and her gang were the weirdos here.

September 30th
There’s a writing competition coming up next month, I’m not really sure if I should join… But Mrs Peters asked me in particular so I think I’ll give it a chance. Wonder if there’s a theme restriction.
Seeing more of Conner Bailey recently.

October 3rd
Writing classes are more interesting than I thought they would be. Mrs Peters’ ideas are interesting too.

October 5th
Spotted Alex Bailey in the library, again. Want to know what she’s hugging? A fairy tale collection. Muttering something about going back. I’m not usually suspicious but either there’s something fishy about this or she’s going nuts.
But I’ve heard she a been a bit off the track ever since she came back to school from small pox. So I can’t really say.

October 16th
The writing competition is NOT themed and I’ve already got some ideas. I’m struggling between a detective story about a ghost and a more abstract one about misunderstood women.
Conner Bailey’s entering, too. Mrs Peters says he’s quite a good writer.
