When being a teacher is 20% about teaching and the other 80℅ about creating material, marking, homework, hunting down to get homework.
Homework is also my home work to create, to mark, to grade. Why does it take so much time to actually hunt students down to get their homework.
Homework reminder? ignored.
Reprinted homework worksheet? Got lost again.
Actually offering to stay longer to finish it with them? Rejected.
But then...
When the homework was exercise to prepare for the test. they finally have the time to do it 10 hours before the test, at 10pm, half done.
And after being offered the same day in the afternoon help they said they don't need, answer on the question "Do you need help" Yes.
