Summary
When Rhaenyra Targaryen is called in for the time travel equivalent of jury duty, she's surprised to find that her best friend, Alicent Hightower, has also been summoned. The two are tasked with traveling into the past of a timeline parallel to their own and living their lives over again, supposedly for the greater good of humankind. The mission is further complicated by hard truths about their youth and their progressively confusing feelings about each other.
