Summary
In the aftermath of the September 11 attacks, the city is only a former shell of its past self. At thirty, Max Mayfield is fighting her way through another attempt at college, working part-time in a run-down bar to afford rent and tuition.
On one fateful night however, she crosses paths with a ghost from her past - someone who lost everything within 102 minutes and is now drowning in the ruins of his own life.
