Summary
Father Dennis is a young priest, struggling, but not shying away from responsibility. When a man discloses murder in his confessional, Dennis offers absolution instead of judgment. But the man is not a stranger. As a member of the local street gang, Brendon the Shark has an image to uphold. He can never be known as someone who snitched to a priest. But caught by a little bird's song, Brendon cannot escape a growing need he is unable to understand in any language other than violence. Returning to the priest's door for forgiveness turns into something else. Something far more dangerous. Something that could destroy them both.
