It begins innocently: young, abused, malnourished Harriet Potter is secretly cared for by a mysterious figure, who feeds her through a vanishing cabinet hidden in her cupboard under the stairs. What starts as gentle, forbidden kindness slowly twists when Harriet finds she can crawl through the cupboard herself and finds herself in a strange underworld, meeting the man himself. Severus Snape finds himself with a young, needy Harriet and can't deny the dark and possessive obsession as Harriet grows under his touch and care into something far more dark than he ever imagined, and then something infinitely sweeter-the man who might have been her Daddy if her mother had chosen differently.
