Chapter Text
* So maybe he had gotten used to it
* Living with something so below him
* Integra found it amusing, really
* The great vampire living with a mouse like creature, it kept him on his toes
* So much easier to keep him in one area
* Alucard had given up
* Resigned himself to this
* After all, what could he really do?
* His darling boss had given him a tasking
* Cooking
* Wasn’t that a peasant’s hobby?
* Something so human
* Its not befitting of him
* And here he was, aprons and all, standing in the kitchen with a fumbling mouse
* You were gripping the mixing bowl just a tad too tight and there was batter all over
* The hounds didn’t mind though
* Finally, everything was set in place
* Plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins
* One plate full, eleven empty
* The dining hall was sat with just him and you
* Seems a meal was what you needed
* You were so, so sleepy
* You fit into his palms so easily
* So soft
* So fragile
* But peace doesn’t last, it seems
* He didn’t even expect you to wake with a start and start thrashing in your half-woken state
* He could only grab you harshly, but that seemed to only further your panic
* The screams and sobs and your half-assed hits continued
* What, were you pawing at him?
* But something about your panicked cries were more than amusing
* They were annoying
* Stop it
* Stop crying
* Stop shoving him away
* Removing a glove with his teeth, he covered your eyes and shoved you into his neck
* You were smothered in the smell of the blood of millions, the smell of wine and aniseed
* You were calming
* Shuddering sobs and strange, choked out words barely escaping
* Was it over?
* Could he finally get some peace and quiet?
* And could you go back to quietly resting on his chest?
* What were you doing to him?
