Chapter Text
“Well it seems that someone remembers me,” William laughed before sighing and walking to the door of the Parts and Service room and slamming it closed. “All of your little friends seem to have forgotten me, well or they’re acting like they have. You seem to be the only one who shows any signs of being afraid. Well, using that to my advantage wouldn’t hurt.”
He laughed again but this time it seemed more sinister than before, it had intent behind and sent chills throughout the already freezing cold room. Jeremy refused to face him. “You can either come on your own or we can do this the hard way, child.” Jeremy floated over to the door. “You are nothing William. I’m not afraid of you. I’m afraid of the memory of that night forever ingrained into my mind. I will forever hate you, and so will my friends. Nothing can or will ever change that.”
“Aw, how cute. The little bunny rabbit thinks he’s so brave. All you are is a child Jeremy. That’s what you were the night I killed you and your little friends, and that is what you will always be. You’re dead. Nothings going to change that.” He sighed. Let’s get something straight. You. Are. A. Child. A dead one at that. Well. Let me rephrase that. You’re the spirit of a dead child.” Laughing while turning towards the door he spoke again.
“Sooner or later I will give you a choice. Lets just hope you pick the right one.” And with that, the figure faded away as he walked out of Jeremy’s sight.
“Well fuck. Now that he’s here we're all done for. Why can’t Cassidy hurry up and stop being manic for one goddamn minute so I can explain all this. Fuck it, I’m just gonna go to Charlie. I mean, she’s the only one who could even help since Cassidy’s out”
First he rushed back down to the basement and found his suit was gone, he couldn't see where it was until he took a turn and saw himself in a mirror and saw he was in his suit. What was going on, first he runs into William and his suit spring locks go off so he has to leave it, he sees one of his best friends' vessel torn to shreds and now he’s back in his suit as if nothing happened.
Come to think of it, the Chica suit had disappeared when he left the parts and service room. I mean he was panicking so his mind probably glossed over it. Was he going crazy? Was his mind playing tricks on him? Or, was William creating delusions just to fuck with him. All he knew is that whatever it was, he didn’t like it. No. He hated it and as horrible as the idea sounded he kind of hoped that William was fucking with him. While yeah, it would mean that that asshole was back, at least it would mean he wasn’t going crazy.
He made his way up to Charlie anyway. “Jeremy, funny seeing you here. What’s up? You haven’t visited here in a while.” Jeremy began “Uh, well. I honestly don’t know where to start to be honest Charlie. A lot has happened since,” he looked up at the clock “Oh fuck- it’s been 4 hours? I didn’t feel like that long.”
“What happened Jeremy? It seems like something major’s up. What’s going on?” Charlie looked up at him and she could tell that it was eating at him, well whatever he wanted to say was.
“I think I’m going insane Charlie..I just saw William in the Spring Bonnie Suit and he..he spoke to me and honestly just thinking about it makes me want to vomit because if we are going to be truthfully honest with ourselves here, if what I saw was real, we’re done. If he’s back, he’s gonna do his best to hurt us however he can. None of us can get rid of him without Cassidy. Not you. Not me. None of us can Charlie.”
He stopped for a second to collect his thoughts and breathe before Charlie spoke, “I know you feel weak and helpless because of everything. I do. We all have experienced it at least one time, maybe more. The visions, the voices, the dreams, the flashbacks. All of it.”
Jeremy glanced at Charlie then down at the floor. “How do we know that this is all real? How do we know I'm not going absolutely insane because of that anger? We are all restless, but it can stay that way until Cassidy is ok enough to help us.”
He walked out and made his way back down to where Cassidy was in the basement of the pizzeria. “Cassidy? Are you here?” he called as he made his way down the staircase. When he was about half way down, he felt a presence behind him, but he knew better than to look. He walked down another couple steps before whatever was behind him pushed him down to the bottom of the staircase.
He turned around and tried to run but he realised that he had been backed against a wall and that he was trapped.
“Well, child. How nice it is for us to have another encounter. And on the same day too. How lovely. Well, lovely for me. Not so lovely for you.” William laughed again before slowly edging closer.
“You and your little friends were doing so well at avoiding me as well. But as they say, nothing lasts forever, I mean you and the others being stuck here will.”
He laughed. Jeremy seen a figure slowly creep up on William from behind and pin him to the ground.
“Get out of here Jeremy, your suit is in parts and service. Get back into it and come help me. I don’t have too much strength right now. Please.”
He looked up to see who this was that was talking to him. It was Cassidy.
“Ok, I promise I’ll be right back.”
“You better be.” he heard Cassidy shout up after him as he ran up the spiral staircase.
He busted into parts and service and floated back into his suit. The others looked at him as if he had just showed up dressed as William. Gabriel spoke. “Hey, hey, hey. Calm down Jeremy. What’s going on that you’re rushing so much?”
Jeremy looked over at him.
“I have no time to explain. All I can say is that Cassidy needs help. Hurry up and come with me.” he ran out of parts and service as the others followed him.
As they ran out the bell rang for midnight. The night guard was back again. I mean, maybe he deserves a break. But maybe, just maybe he could help them.
