Vessel looked at the man in front of him. His own face tinged with pink, he was glad he had his mask and body paint on; otherwise it would've put his position out. "Alright." He took his place, next to (your name) again. "Thank you." He said, almost in a whisper "I wasn't aware, you liked my company that much." Vessel looked at the other man, His eyes gleamed through the slightly dim lighting of the living room. It was, just him and (your name). Together, like he'd wanted...Then why was he scared? Why did he feel scared that she would come at any moment and ruin this for him? He knows she's well off with some other guy..but he can't help the overflowing thoughts of Her. He didn't want to think about her anymore, he had a chance to be safe, calm and possibly loved. Then why was he scared? He was admittedly a bit of a coward. But that still didn't keep him from wanting to love (your name). He wouldn't let his cowardice overwhelm him again. He let out an audible and shaky breath. "Vessel? Are you okay? You don't look so good.." (your name) was so close to his face.
Vessel nodded and looked away from him and couldn't help but smile. "Yeah. I'm okay. Thank you for your concern."
