Law started sprinting at high speed while carrying the boy on his back. "Hang in there, Mugiwara-ya. I’ll get you to Chopper so that you can get treated."
Luffy was feeling dizzy as he could feel that everything around him was wobbly. It was as if he was in a very high fever where his body feels so uncomfortable that he can’t identify if it aches or if his muscles are all sore. He feels so weak. The only thing that was clear in this situation was Law’s voice, constantly muttering words of assurance and concern.
"T-Tora-o… I don’t feel well." Luffy said as he opened his eyes half-lidded, giving him a side view of Law’s anxious face.
"You’ll be fine once you get treated by chopper," Law assured Luffy as he started picking up the pace while subconsciously tightening his hold on the boy.
‘This is all my fault. I let my guard down, and now Mugiwara-ya is suffering. Law couldn’t help but blame himself, as he could feel the boy’s burning temperature. Although it was stated that the effects of Sekiell and Voele combined would be a potent aphrodisiac, there were little to no records about the detailed effects of it or if there were any side effects the person affected was suffering.
Luffy panted as he tried to keep his eyes open. He could see Law’s face doubling in his sight. As his sight refocused, he could see Law’s face wearing a grim expression as his eyes were full of worry and anxiousness with a tinge of self-loathing. Ah. It was the first time that Luffy saw this kind of panicked expression and emotion on Law.
"Hehe" A small chuckle came out of Luffy’s lips. Grabbing the taller boy’s attention
"You still have the energy to laugh at this point?" Law couldn’t help but ask bewilderedly as he glanced at the small smile hanging on the boy’s lips.
"Because... Tora-o is worried about me," Luffy answered while hugging Law’s neck.
Law was stunned by Luffy’s reply. His heart started pounding loudly because of the boy’s words and actions. He retracted his sight from the boy and focused on the path in front of him while gritting his teeth.
‘Damn it, Mugiwara-ya. I just can’t help but fall deeper in love with you. Calm down, heart, or he’ll hear you, Law said in his mind as he tried to calm his heart that was beating rapidly.
"Of course I am." "We have an alliance," Law said to Luffy awkwardly.
Luffy stared at the Law’s face as he chuckled at what Law said. ‘Tora-o is really an awkward guy, huh? Hehe." Luffy rested his face on Law’s shoulder as he tried to endure the uncomfortable feeling in his body. Gusts of wind passed through them as the leaves on the trees rustled as they neared the hideout.
Law couldn’t help but be delighted as he saw the very familiar ruined castle in front of him. As he sprinted to approach the hideout, he caught a glimpse of a cloud's silhouette rising in the sky. It was Zeus carrying the straw hat crew and the Kozuki clan.
"They... where are they going? Oi! Where are you all going?!" Law shouted towards it.
"Mugiwara-ya got poisoned! He needs to be treated!" Law continued as he sprinted after the cloud.
Chopper looked down and saw Law carrying his captain on his back. He stood up and waved at the two people below. "I’m he-"
The reindeer didn’t get to finish his sentence as numerous pairs of hands covered his mouth. Chopper stared at everyone around him questioningly.
"Shhhhh. Act like you don’t hear him." Sanji shushed chopper. Chopper let out numerous ‘hmmmm’ sounds as he found it strange as to why they had to do that. Besides, their captain got poisoned.
"It’s bad. He almost caught up with us," Ussop said to the others as he looked down and saw Law sprinting at a high speed towards them. "Oi Nami! Do something!"
"I got it! Zeus, you need to get away fast. I’ll give you many black clouds as a treat," Nami ordered as she patted Zeus. Hearing this, Zeus eyes sparkled, and he started speeding up and rising upwards towards the sky, making a huge gap between the distance between them and Law.
Law couldn’t help but stare befuddled at the lump of cloud getting farther and farther from them. What’s up with them?! Could it be that they didn’t hear me? Things are getting dangerous with Mugiwara-ya. As Law glanced at the boy on his shoulder, he firmed up his determination and bent his knee. After that, he gathered up his strength and leaped upward towards the sky.
"Oi! Can’t you hear me? I said Mugiwara-ya is in urgent need of treatment!" Law shouted as he gazed at the lump of cloud.
"Eeek! That guy’s crazy! He freakin jumped, and now he’s gaining on us!" Ussop exclaimed panickedly as he sweated heavily while staring at the guy just below them, shortening the distance between them at a high speed.
"Tora-o seems so persistent," Robin commented as she peered towards the guy.
"Don’t worry, you guys. I can solve this. Make sure to hold on tight and don’t fall," Franky said as he walked toward the back and took a stance, pointing his butt toward the back.
Everyone grabbed Zeus as they got ready for the impact. Franky inhaled as his bottom ballooned up rapidly. "Here we go. Coup de burst! Suuuupeeeer!"
A heavy gust of wind exited Franky’s body, which boosted their speed, and sooner only a small silhouette of the Heart Pirates captain and their captain were left behind. Seeing that Law didn’t follow, Ussop breathed out a sigh of relief as he took a seat and everyone wiped their sweat.
"That guy, Law-dono, is really crazy," Kanjuro said.
"Oi everyone. Why do we have to leave them? Besides, Luffy got poisoned," Chopper couldn’t help but ask worriedly after finally regaining the freedom to speak.
"Don’t worry. Have you forgotten that Tora-o is considered one of the best doctors in Grandline?" Robin assured Chopper as she took a seat beside him.
"But I’m surprised, Zoro-dono. How were you able to be so sure that after Luffy gets poisoned, Law would immediately think of getting him to Chopper instead of curing Luffy himself since he’s a doctor?" Kinemon asked.
"It’s natural. Since it happened to his beloved, it’s inevitable for him to panic, and his mind would stop functioning since all that would be in his mind is Luffy. He would forget about everything. That’s what happens when you’re so madly in love with someone," Zoro muttered as he closed his eyes while feeling the breeze brush his face.
"I’m really surprised that you initiated making this plan, Marimo," Sanji commented as he settled beside the green-haired samurai. He put a cigarette in his mouth and lit it.
"I just don’t want to feel the awkwardness of those two with each other. It’s so unsettling, and them not solving their problem is detrimental to the plan," Zoro replied.
"Heh. Since when did you ever follow the plan, Marimo?" Sanji teased the guy beside him.
"What did you say, dumb cook?" Zoro replied in anger as he stared at the blond guy beside him.
"Stop it, you two. Anyway, it’s really a good decision to make this plan," Nami interjected between the two and smiled happily as she fed Zeus with dark clouds from her staff.
"I hope that Law-dono will finally share his feelings for Luffy-dono," Kinemon said as he crossed his arms while thinking seriously.
"I’m sure they’d be fine. Now let’s have our rare one-day vacation, yay! To be honest, Law was so solemn and serious that I almost didn’t get any rest from formulating the plans and making adjustments," Nami muttered as she massaged her shoulders. Hearing the word vacation, everyone’s eyes lit up as they let out exclamations of joy as they headed towards the beach.
Meanwhile near at the ruined castle. Law stared at the cloud that was slowly disappearing on his sight. "Shit! I need to do something."
"Room! –" Law didn’t get to finish using his devil fruit power as Luffy suddenly started hugging him tight from behind and rubbing his face on his neck, interrupting the taller boy.
"Oi! Mugiwara-ya, just stay put," Law ordered as he landed on the ground.
“Tora-o, your body is cold," Luffy replied dazely as he rubbed his body towards the taller guy, making Law gulp.
“Right, I’m a doctor myself. I could cure him on my own." Law couldn’t help but curse as he gave up on following the cloud and returned to the ruined castle. Upon entering the room, Law grabbed Luffy’s hands, which were roaming dangerously on his body, and settled the boy on the sleeping mat. When Law wanted to retreat, Luffy suddenly grabbed Law’s yukata and gripped it tightly.
“Mugiwara-ya, let go."
"No….hah"
"What do you mean no? I’ll go fetch some water." Law tried to take the boy’s hand off his yukata, but the boy's grip was so tight.
“Tora-o, you still haven’t explained... Why you avoided me" Luffy started at the taller guy with half-lidded eyes. He was so weak and dizzy, yet his body was full of determination.
Law couldn’t help but be stunned and was silent for a few seconds before replying, "Now’s not the time to talk about that. We need to treat you first."
Luffy couldn’t help but get irritated at the taller guy’s reply. He was so worried at that time and so confused while Law tried to stay silent and wouldn’t explain to him. Why does he have to be so secretive? Could it be that they weren’t close enough? Could it be that Law doesn’t trust him? It was as if there was something burning in his heart. Luffy’s hands changed their target and turned to Law’s face as he pulled it down, causing their lips to touch each other.
This action caused Law to widen his eyes and stare at the boy in front of him bewilderedly. After a few seconds of being stunned, Law finally recovered and immediately leaned back, creating some distance from the boy. “Oi, what do you think you’re doing?"
His voice trailed off as he saw a very tempting scene in front of him. Luffy laid on his back as he panted roughly. Due to the light of the lamp beside them, Law could see a pink blush on his face, and because of the massive sprinting earlier, Luffy’s yukata got messed up and his chest and his small pink nipples could be seen. His high body temperature caused his body to be flushed a cute pink.
‘No, no, no, no, no! Get yourself together, Trafalgaw D. Water Law!’
Law slapped himself, as he couldn’t help but loathe himself when he felt his lower body react to the seductive scene in front of him. His beloved is suffering, and now he still has the nerve to get aroused! Law recited a mantra on his head, hoping to calm himself down. He must help alleviate Mugiwara-ya’s poison first.
"Tora-o… Hug me," Luffy muttered as he opened his arms towards the taller guy, as he could feel that Law’s body was cold and he couldn’t help but want to approach it to somehow satiate the heat in his body.
Snap! (the sound of Law’s sanity being broken)
"That’s a foul, Mugiwara-ya," Law said as he grabbed the boy’s nape and kissed the boy’s soft lips. His other arm went toward Luffy’s waist as he caressed it.
"Open your mouth. Mugiwara-ya" Law ordered to the smaller boy. Luffy obeyed and opened his lips, exhibiting his pearly white teeth and pink tongue resting in his mouth. Law clicked his tongue as an arrow went through his heart due to the adorable scene in his eyes.
Law connected their lips again as his tongue invaded the boy’s mouth, turning everything over and leaving no place behind. It was as if he were branding it his. Some saliva escaped their mouths and flowed down Luffy’s mouth towards his neck, adding more seductiveness to the small boy. Law bit Luffy’s tongue as his hands started to work.
One of his hands entered Luffy’s yukata and started caressing his chest. As Law bit Luffy’s lips, his hands couldn’t help but grope the smaller boy’s chest, causing a small hum of pleasure to escape from the boy’s mouth and making Law’s pants tighten.
From kissing Luffy’s lips, Law’s mouth traveled down to the boy’s neck, planting strawberries everywhere and gliding his tongue over the boy’s sensitive neck. His other hand went towards Luffy’s belt as he untied it, trying to get the clothes off the boy. However, because of the inconvenient position, Law had a hard time taking Luffy’s clothes off.
"This is so tedious. Room." Law muttered in between his kisses on Luffy’s neck. with his ability. The smaller boy’s clothes disappeared into thin air, leaving only a small inner garment covering his private parts.
Law licked his lips as he lowered his head and aimed his mouth at Luffy’s pink nipple. With great excitement, Law contained the bud in his mouth, sucking it roughly while slightly pulling it with his teeth.
"Ah…hah… Tora-o!" Luffy exclaimed as his hands went to the taller guy’s head, grabbing his hair.
"What is it, Mugiwara-ya?" Law asked with his mouth still containing the pink bud on Luffy’s chest.
"Don’t suck it! Ah! It feels weird." Luffy complained with small amounts of moans interjecting in between the words he said.
Law glanced at the boy’s face and was hit by cupid when he saw Luffy’s knotted brows while staring at him with his half-lidded eyes. There was a cute pout hanging on his lips as Luffy stared at Law aggrieved.
"Don’t worry, I’ll make you feel good soon enough." His mouth was focused on pleasuring the boy’s nipples, constantly changing direction towards the other side every few seconds. Meanwhile, he raised his hand and placed it on the boy’s lips.

Taking full advantage of the smaller boy’s moaning, Law took the opportunity to slide two of his fingers inside the boy’s slightly opened mouth. Luffy was stunned by Law’s actions and tried to push the fingers out of his mouth with his tongue. Law’s hands stood firm, and his fingers played with Luffy’s tongue, constantly rubbing it on its erogenous zone.

He slipped his hands into the boy’s underwear and grabbed the boy’s half-hardened groin. Law slowly started sliding his hands up and down until he started to accelerate the pace, roughly giving the smaller boy a hand job.

Law chuckled as he kissed the boy’s lips, and their tongues danced together in a very heated French kiss. His saliva-coated hands reached down towards Luffy’s ass as he aimed his index finger towards the boy’s hole. "Mugiwara-ya, I love you. That’s why I’ve been avoiding you these days. I was afraid of hearing your response. But the truth is, I’ve fallen so deeply for you, ever since we met at Punk Hazard.”
"Hmph! Me…… Me too," Luffy replied unexpectedly, causing Law to widen his eyes. He stared at the smaller boy in front of him with disbelief. His body turned stiff as he continued to stare at Luffy as if confirming whether what he heard was real or just in his imagination.
"You—What did you say, Mugiwara-ya?" Law asked.
"I said. Me. Too. I love you too! Get it, dumb Tora-o!" Luffy answered as he covered his face with both of his hands. However, Law caught a glimpse of the boy’s beet red ear, signaling the boy’s shyness.
‘Fuck! How could he be so cute?! Did I save a kingdom in my last life that I was blessed with Mugiwara-ya?'
Various thoughts keep running through Law’s mind as what the smaller boy said starts to sink in to his currently malfunctioning brain. He was so happy that he could die happily at this moment. "There’s no taking back what you said, Mugiwara-ya."
"I know that! I wasn’t planning on taking it back," Luffy muttered as he shrank under the taller boy’s deep and heated gaze.
"I’m so happy right now, Mugiwara-ya," Law muttered as he hugged the boy tightly in his arms. Luffy replied with a small nod while still covering his face, causing Law to release a small chuckle as he stared at the boy amusedly. But because of their actions, Luffy could feel something hard rubbing on his thighs.
Both of them were stunned at the same time as Luffy turned red with steam coming out of his body in shyness and Law’s cheeks were tinged with a hint of pink in embarrassment because he had ruined a sweet moment with his beloved by pitching up his tent.
"That, Mugiwara-ya, I-" Law was cut off sentence by Luffy.
"You can continue what you’re doing earlier and…no need to prepare" Luffy’s voice started to weaken as he reached the end of what he wanted to say.
"Huh? What did you say, Mugiwara-ya?" Since Luffy’s voice was muffled by his hands, Law couldn’t hear clearly what the boy said.
Luffy felt as if Law kept teasing him. Always making him repeat embarrassing words he said. He must be doing it on purpose! Luffy took his hands off from covering his face and stared at Law eye to eye. "I said there was no need to prep me since I’m literally a rubber man! So just do it!"
Seeing Luffy’s face tinged with a small anger and his cheeks colored in deep red, Law couldn’t help but gulp as he could feel his dickens hardening more, and he could feel a slight pain from it being constrained by a layer of clothes.
"Your wish is my command," Law muttered as he licked his lips sexily while undressing in front of the smaller boy. Luffy gulped as he could see Law’s toned muscles flexing with his every move. After taking off everything, Luffy couldn’t help but feel a bit of regret as he stared at the huge size of the shaft in front of him.
Luffy couldn’t help but back up a little bit and say, "It can’t fit."
"What are you saying, Mugiwara-ya? I’m sure it will, now don’t escape from me," Law said as his lips contained a smirk as he grabbed the boy’s ankle, dragging him back under him.
The whole night, loud moans reverberated throughout the ruined castle, and they didn’t stop until it was sunrise. After a hot, passionate night, Law cleaned up the exhausted Luffy and dressed him up. After that, he cleaned up the room, and everything was back to normal, erasing the traces of their passionate affection from last night.
After washing and dressing himself, Law walked towards the sleeping boy and laid down beside him. Gathering the smaller boy up in his arms, Law closed his eyes contentedly as he closed his eyes and started to doze off in a deep slumber.
A few hours later, silhouettes of people could be seen at the doorway of the ruined castle. The straw hat crew was back, along with the Samurai affiliates.
"Looks like everything turned out fine, huh," Nami commented as she smiled while staring at the lovely scene in front of her.
"I’m happy for the both of them," Robin followed as she gazed at her captain’s smiling face while being embraced by Law from behind.
“Yosh, guys, let’s not disturb the both of them. How about we have lunch outside, huh?" Ussop suggested. Everyone agreed as they all went outside.
Zoro followed but soon stopped when he saw a blonde cook remaining behind. He turned around and stood beside the cook. "What’s up, curly brows?"
"Captain. He looks really happy, huh? Even Tora-o looks happy," Sanji muttered as he stared at the scene in front of him. Zoro retrieved his gaze from the sleeping figures and focused his eyes on the blonde cook beside him.
"What? You jealous?" Zoro raised both his hands and put them up against the wall beside Sanji, fully trapping him in his arms.
"Oi! What’s with this pose, Marimo?" Sanji didn’t get to finish his sentence as he felt his lips sealed with the green-haired samurai in front of him. After kissing for a few seconds, Zoro leaned back and broke the kiss as he smirked at the flushed cook in front of him.
"Satisfied now?" Zoro teased.
"You-! Stupid Marimo!" Sanji exclaimed as he ran outside hastily, leaving behind Zoro, who was laughing in amusement.
And so all of them ate up the scrumptious lunch prepared by Sanji, laughing happily as they talked about fun topics, while inside the room, there lay Luffy and Law, each wearing a smile on their lips as they continued to sleep.
