"Alright, now the show is over. What do you want?" Boscha asked with a raised eyebrow.
Luz and her friends stood in front of Boscha and her two friends while Boscha was sitting on a chair that looked like a thrown.
Luz slowly walks up to Boscha with a confused look on her face.
"what the heck is going in here?" Luz asked confused and frustrated.
"yeah. this place is a mess and for the record hexside doesn't even have a student council. I would know, I kept trying to organize one, but Bump thought I was too "obsessed," and-"
"all right, girl, take a breath," Willow said patting Amity's back while Amity let out a frustrated sigh.
"well, Bump was right about the being too obsessed part," Emira said with a smirk.
Amity turned to Emira with a glare.
Emira rolled her eyes and looked away.
"And who are you two?" Gus asked pointing to the two new people besides Boscha.
"my little sister and I were traveling for the day of unity but found ourselves hiding here after the, uh, incident. Boscha brought us in, so we helped her establish order over hexside."
"order? it's complete chaos out there!" Amity shouted in frustration.
"shut it blight!" Boscha shouted in anger.
Skara rolled her eyes and whispered "And you wonder why I left your group..."
"what was that Skara?!" Boscha asked glaring at Skara.
Skara just looked away from Boscha who continued to glare at her.
"Look, I know we got off on the wrong foot but-"
"can it human!" Boscha shouted cutting Luz off who rolled her eyes in frustration.
'don't you dare talk to my girlfriend like that Boscha?" Amity said threateningly.
Boscha turned to Amity with a chuckle saying "Or what Blight? you gonna ditch me again to go be with this human you love so much."
Amity gritted her teeth in anger as purple spell circles formed around her hands.
"Amity wait!" Luz shouted stepping in front of Amity whose eyes widen in shock.
"but Luz-"
"It's fine Amity, I'm used to being bullied at this point."
Amity sighed as the spell circles around her hands slowly disappeared from view.
Luz turned around to Boscha who was glaring daggers at her.
"Look, what I'm trying to say is, we're here to help. we are gonna rescue everyone from the archives and save the boiling isles." Luz said smiling.
It was quiet.
"not the reaction I was expecting," Luz said dryly.
"as the leader, the safety of Boscha's subjects is paramount. and this is a suicide mission. after the horrors her grudgby team faced."
"ah, quiet. I don't need to hear that again. but Miki's right. we're staying put."
"but-"
"and that's that!"
"some grudgby captain you are."
Everyone turned to Amity who was rolling her eyes in frustration.
"What was that, Blight?" Boscha asked angrily.
Amity rolled her eyes and said, "Nothing, it's just that while we were saving the world, you just decided to be a coward."
Everyone in the room except for Camila and Hunter gasped at what Amity just said.
Boscha got up from her thrown asking "What did you just say to me?"
Amity glared at Boscha saying "You heard me, captain."
Boscha chuckled as she slowly walked off of her thrown. "ok so, let me get this straight. you lecture me while you and your pack of idiots were gone for a few months. a FEW months blight. what were you doing, singing and dancing like an idiot."
Amity clenched her fists in anger. "we were fighting Belos and saving the boiling isles meanwhile what the hell are you doing? just sitting here like a coward."
"I have been making sure Hexside doesn't fall underground."
"is that what we saw when we came in a few minutes ago? because news flash boscha, it's a complete mess. children are running around with magic everywhere while the other students are trying to keep things sane here."
"we'll at least I didn't spend all my time banging with a disgusting human like you," Boscha said smirking.
Amity grabbed Boscha by the collar as her eyes slowly turned purple.
"What? Are you pissed off blight? maybe now you will think twice before ending our friendship. so go ahead and punch me blight. you ain't got the guts to do it." Boscha said smirking.
Amity gritted her teeth in anger as she threw Boscha to the ground making the ground under them start shaking.
Boscha's eyes widen shocked at what just happened.
"let's go. Boscha won't help and is too much of a coward to do anything to help us." Amity turned around and walked out of the gym.
Luz, Camila, Willow, Gus, Skara, Emira, Viney, and Mattholomule turned around and followed Amity out of the gym.
"Amity." Amity turned to see Luz side hugging her.
Amity hugged Luz back while smiling.
"I'm ok Luz. I promise."
"well, asking Boscha's out." Luz and the others turned to Mattholomule who was looking at them dryly.
"I'm afraid to ask because I probably know the answer but has it always been like this?" Amity asked with a sigh.
"yes, it's been like this ever since Miki and Roka showed up. we want to fix stuff around here, but anytime we suggest something, Miki threatens to throw people into the detention pit."
"why am I not surprised at this point? Boscha always loves taking the coward's way out or making lives worse for people." Amity said while pinching the bridge of her nose.
"maybe there's another way. I don't know how to get into the archives, but we may be able to get close by teleporting directly into the titan's skull." Luz said making everyone except Hunter gasp in shock.
"we're in," Emira said smiling.
Amity turned to her sister asking worriedly "Are you sure?"
Emira turned to Viney who was smiling and nodded.
Emira turned to Amity and said "Why not. I got nothing to do here."
"Edric," Amity said dryly.
"I got nothing to do here," Emira said again with a smirk.
Willow turned to Skara who was smiling at her.
"Are you coming to Skara?" Willow asked smiling.
"with you, always," Skara said blushing.
Willow blushed as she slowly kissed Skara on the cheek making Skara blush.
"Alright, let's go," Luz said as she walked down the hallway with Amity and the others following her.
Hunter turned to see Willow and Skara holding hands.
Hunter looked down only to see Flapjack flying up to his shoulder.
Flapjack chirped on his shoulder.
"yeah, yeah, I know Flapjack but what's the point in confessing to Willow now." Flapjack chirped angrily at him.
Hunter sighed. "alright, alright. I'll talk to her when we have a place to calm down."
Flapjack nodded as he turned to see them walking through the hallway.
Luz and her friends walk through the hallway to see kids using wild magic.
Gus and Skara looked to see if anyone is near but... until they heard Gus shout.
Gus turned to the others with a thumbs up.
"ok, the coast is clear." Mattholomule turned to the wall beside him as he drew a yellow spell circle and slammed his hands on the wall.
The wall opened revealing a door with a sign that read Keep out.
Mattholomule opened the door as they all walked into the room.
"This is where I and Jerbo have been trying to come up with plans to make Hexside more livable."
Willow walked up to the picture stand where she saw a photo of her dads during Christmas.
Willow could feel tears coming down her face until "Hey, are you ok Willow?"
Willow turned to see Skara walking up to her looking worried.
Willow looked down feeling a little upset.
"yeah, I just miss my dads is all." Willow laid her head on Skara's shoulder while Skara gently rubbed Willow's back to try to comfort her.
"It's okay, it's okay Willow. we'll find your dads and get them back."
Willow sniffed as she gently pushed Skara off of her and started to walk out of the room saying "I'm sorry Skara. I just need some time to calm down." Skara watched Willow leave in worry.
"hey." Skara turned to see Camila smiling slightly at her.
"Oh, um... hi Luz's mom," Skara said nervously.
Camila chuckled and said "It's just Camila sweety but about Willow..."
Camila and Skara slowly looked down with Skara saying gently "When Luz and the others were gone for a few months I was worried for Willow and I didn't know if she was going to come back until now."
Camila nodded and looked up at Skara saying "You know, Willow told me about this sweet, beautiful girl who stood up for her and made her feel safe."
Skara blushed after hearing that.
"Willow just needs some time to calm down besides..." Camila and Skara turned to see Luz sitting on a chair in front of the table.
"I know from experience that sometimes people just need some time to sort things out themselves."
Skara nodded slowly as she turned around to the door and walked out of the room.
Camila turned and smiled when she watch Skara walking out of the room.
"all right, time to take a walk down memory lane. now who's going to do this since Willow left the room." Luz said making everyone turn to her.
"I can do it," Mattholomule said to which everyone ignored him.
"anyone at all," Luz said again.
"I can do it." Luz and everyone turned to Amity who had her hand raised slightly.
Luz smiled and said, "ok, I trust you Amity."
Amity smiled and grabbed the tweezers from the table.
"Seriously! You trust her and not me. she tried to dissect you." Mattholomule said with his arms crossed.
"And you threw me and Gus in the detention pit." Luz retorted not looking at Mattholomule who rolled his eyes and looked away while grumbling to himself.
Luz turned to Amity while taking her hat off saying "Now, once, I saw Philip-i mean, Belos use a glyph to teleport to the skull. but it may take some digging to find it."
"Luz, remember. no schemes, no plots, no ruses. and no burning the memories... again..." Amity said with a smile.
Luz smiled and said, "Of course."
Amity began to slowly move the tweezers in Luz's left ear and began to start pulling memories and pictures out and hanging them on top of the table.
Skara walks through the hallway to see Willow looking down to the ground.
"Willow." Willow turned around and smiled at seeing Skara.
Skara walked up to Willow asking gently "How are you doing Willow? I know you're going through a lot right now after Belos and the collector."
"I'm fine," Willow said slowly.
Skara raised an eyebrow and said gently "Willow."
Willow sighed and said "Fine. I miss my dads, my best friend almost died, and... and..." Willow started to feel tears coming down her face.
Skara gently pulled Willow into a hug while Willow started to break down in tears.
"I missed you skara... I missed you..." Willow whispered while sniffing.
"shh, shh, it's ok, it's ok Willow. I'm here, I'm here and I'm not going anywhere." Skara said while rubbing circles on Willow's back to try and comfort her.
"Well, well, well, didn't think I would see you two out here."
Willow and Skara broke the hug and turned to see Boscha glaring daggers at them.
"what do you want Boscha?" Willow asked threateningly.
Boscha rolled her eyes and said "Save it half-a-witch. besides leading isn't easy, is it? all your time is spent helping the team. keeping people from fighting. planning your next move. and Titan forbids you to show any weakness. everyone else falls apart."
"get to the point Boscha," Willow said threateningly.
"my point is... if you want my advice..." "Advice? from you?" Willow asked rolling her eyes.
"you have been nothing but petty and mean to me since I met you. At least Amity and Skara tried to change and be my friend while you have no one now and it's all your fault."
Boscha clenched her fists in anger as she asked angrily "What did you just say to me half-a-witch?"
"you heard me Boscha. and besides what in the titan do you want from me now? Do you want me to give up? Do you want me to admit how stressed I am? What advice could you possibly give me?" Willow asked as her eyes turned green.
"um... Willow..." Skara whispered in worry.
Boscha put her mask on saying "Actually, I was gonna advise you two to watch your back. you never know when your opponent is gonna strike."
Willow and Skara turned around to see something that made their eyes widen in shock.
"I got it," Amity said as she pulled the memory out of Luz's ear.
Everyone looked to see it was the teleportation glyph that Belos showed Luz and Lilith back in the past.
"Great, now we just..." Gus turned to see Willow and Skara was gone.
"Hey, where's Willow and Skara?"
"I saw them walking out of the room. Willow needed some time alone and Skara went to chase after her." Camila said turning to Luz who smiled and nodded.
"Thanks, Mom."
Camila sighed saying "You kids have gone through too much. even when we rescue your families, there's still so much to fix."
"at least we'll all be together to figure it out. right, Luz?" Amity said looking at Luz who was smiling at her.
Stringbean was flying next to Luz's shoulder while Luz smiled and said "Yeah, we-" Luz was cut off when the wall next to her broke open revealing the two new students.
"ha! So the rumors were true. you were trying to stage a coup, little Mattholomule."
"Yeah, we were, 'cause you guys are the worst," Mattholomule said standing next to Luz.
The girl with white hair started laughing making Luz cringe saying "No, not you!"
"Long time no see, human," Kikimora said revealing herself to Luz and her friends.
"I'm not surprised at this point," Hunter said with a deadpan look on his face.
"Kikimora," Luz said getting ready to fight.
Camila started sniffing before she asked, "What's that smell?"
Luz started to smell it too before her eyes widen as she said "Sleeping nettles."
They heard Boscha laughing as she walked up next to Kikimora saying "Most important rule of grudgby. always expect the unexpected."
Luz, Amity, Camila, Gus, Hunter, Emira, Viney, and Mattholomule all fell asleep.
Luz and her friends fell into the detention pit with Luz saying "What gives Kikimora? Are you working for the collector now?"
"The days of Kikimora the underling are over. I prefer partnerships such as ours. we need to establish our rule now for the well-being of future generations." Kikimora said moving one side to reveal Boscha walking up to them.
"Are you kidding me Boscha? you and Kikimora? this is too insane. even for you." Amity said angrily.
Kikimora jumped into the pit saying "Oh, I'm going to enjoy this. Do you think I'd just drop you in and walk away? no. I think I'll take you out myself." Kikimora said aiming her handgun at Luz.
"um... babe... you want to get puddles now..." Emira whispered to Viney who nodded and whispered back "Yeah... on it..." Viney then whistled for puddles.
Everyone turned to Viney who was smirking at them.
"what are you d-" Kikimora was cut off when she and the abomination fell to the ground by puddles who screamed.
"What is that?" Camila asked sounding scared.
"don't worry miss, Noceda. that's just puddles, he's my friend and my pet." Viney said as she and Emira climbed on puddles back.
Luz used plant glyphs to tie Kikimora down to the ground.
Puddles jumped and flew up to the ceiling before the doors to the detention pit closed locking them inside.
"oh, come on!" Emira shouted in frustration.
Amity used her abomination magic and an abomination wave got glued to the abomination's left fist.
Kikimora slammed the left fist to the ground.
Amity and Hunter pushed Camila out of the way as the abomination fist slammed on the ground and Mattholomule and Gus.
"Oh, man," Gus said coming up for air.
"ah! I don't deserve this." Mattholomule said frantically.
Luz used two plant glyphs to tie Kikimora with the vines.
"i-i-i think I remember the ice glyph," Camila said grabbing bone from the ground and trying to draw an ice glyph.
"Mama, wait!" Luz shouted frantically but it was too late.
Camila drew the ice glyph and slammed it down on the ground.
Ice came up from the ground and shot up hitting the roof making rocks come down on them.
Puddles landed on the ground as Amity made a huge abomination ball around her, Emira, Viney, Gus, and Mattholomule while Hunter ran up to Camila and helped Luz push her out of the way.
Luz got up asking "Mama? amity?"
Luz turned to see Kikimora getting up from the rubble saying "Don't think you've won just yet."
"kiki-Miki!"
Luz and Kikimora turned to see Camila and Hunter standing a few ways away from them.
"uh, bruja toss!" Camila shouted as she grabbed her red bat, kissed it, and threw it at Kikimora.
it hit Kikimora making her fall to the side.
Luz got up and followed Camila and Hunter out of the detention pit.
"Luz? Camila?" Amity shouted as she, Mattholomule, Gus, Emira, and Viney started searching for them.
"well find them mittens," Emira said turning to Amity who started to get worried.
"Are you ok?" Amity asked in a shout.
They turned to see Boscha landing in front of them.
"Let us go, Boscha," Amity said angrily.
"oh, Amity. I already let you go. many times. when you stopped hanging out with the group. when you left the grudgby team. when you disappeared for months." Boscha said glaring at Amity.
"what are you saying?" Amity asked sounding a little crept out by all this.
"I'm saying..." Boscha walked up to Amity who looked mad.
"Please come back," Boscha said bending down to one knee.
"huh?"
"huh?"
"huh?"
"huh?"
"the others are gone, but we can still be a team. we can rule new hexside together. it'll be just like the old days. maybe even bet-"
"Are you out of your mind?" Amity asked sounding angry.
They all felt the place start to shake.
"sorry but we don't have time for this," Amity said as all six, including Puddles walk past Boscha.
"I won't let you leave again," Boscha said as she grabbed onto Amity who elbowed Boscha in the stomach making her let go.
Amity turned around to see Boscha glaring at her angrily.
"All this because of that human," Boscha said threateningly.
"that "human" is my girlfriend Boscha and she has shown me more love than you ever have," Amity said as her hands glowed purple.
Boscha grabbed a potion that looked green.
Emira turned to see Mattholomule making a yellow spell circle but stopped him saying "This is Amity's fight, not ours."
Mattholomule stopped and turned to Emira who was glaring at him while shaking her head slowly.
Emira and Mattholomule turned to see Amity and Boscha glaring daggers at each other.
When a rock fell to the ground it signaled the fight starting.
Boscha ran up to Amity and grabbed her hands not letting Amity move.
"got you now blight."
"you wish," Amity said with a smirk.
Boscha raised an eyebrow in confusion until Amity upper kicked her making her let go of Amity.
Amity right kicked Boscha in the stomach making Boscha fall to her knees.
"Boscha enough! I'm not that little miss perfect you and my ex-mother want me to be anymore." Amity said while Boscha slowly began to get up from the ground and looked up to Amity glaring at her.
"This all that humans fault," Boscha said with a sneer.
"which one? Luz or Belos?" Amity asked probably knowing who Boscha was talking about.
"your little human girlfriend! She ruined everything!" Boscha screamed as she stood up on her feet again.
"Belos was going to kill everyone with the draining spell and Luz tried to save everyone while you didn't do anything to help," Amity said before sighing and turning around.
"let's go. Luz and the others are probably not that far away." Amity said not turning around to Boscha.
"Amity!" Boscha shouted making Amity slowly turn her head to her.
"Are you going to throw everything away... just... just for that stupid human?"
Amity turned forward and just said "Yes. goodbye boscha."
Amity walked forward with Emira, Viney, Gus, Puddles, and Mattholomule following her while not looking back to Boscha who watched them leave with shock in her eyes.
Skara slowly opened her eyes to see she was in the detention pit.
"Great... thanks Boscha for staying on Kikimora's side and... and..." Skara looked down to see vines coming up to her feet.
"vines? why would vines... Willow!" Skara shouted as she ran forward only to see Willow with vines all around her and green eyes.
"W... Willow..." Skara whispered in shock and worry.
"hey, Skara. we had a little run-in with Boscha and got stuck down here." Willow said smiling while making a green spell circle in front of her.
"what's going on?" Skara asked running up to Willow who said "It's ok Skara, I got everything all under control."
Skara watched as more vines came up from the ground.
"I can do this. I can do this. I can do this." Willow kept saying as more vines started to come up from the ground.
"Willow!" Skara screamed as the vines pulled her away from Willow who turned around to see she was all alone. "hello."
Luz, Hunter, and Camila ran through the forest trying to get away from Kikimora.
Luz and Hunter got on their palisman and started to fly away from Kikimora.
Camila rode with Luz.
"so, what's the plan?" Hunter asked turning to Luz who said "I don't know, my plan messed up again." Camila turned to Luz looking worried.
"Skara? Skara, where are you?" Willow asked in worry.
Skara opened her eyes and turned to Willow who looked down to the ground saying "I can't do this. I can't control my magic. I can't help my friends and girlfriend. why have I been trying to be someone different? Boscha's right. I'll always just be... half-a-witch willow."
Skara made a red spell circle as she summoned her violin and used her bard magic to get herself free.
"Willow!" Skara ran up to Willow and used her violin to destroy the vines around Willow freeing her.
Skara caught Willow saying "Boscha's wrong Willow. your not half-a-witch, you didn't make things worse, and you didn't do anything wrong! you mean the world to me, and I love you Willow and please don't call yourself that ever again. You've been holding in a lot, haven't you?"
Skara watched as Willow started to let it all out as she shouted "I miss my dads!"
Skara felt the detention pit start shaking as she summoned her staff.
Skara and Willow got on the staff as they started to fly out of the detention pit.
Skara turned to Willow asking "Are you ok Willow?"
Willow smiled and said "Yes. thank you Skara and I love you too."
Willow kissed Skara on the cheek.
Skara blushed saying "You're welcome Willow."
Skara turned forward while still blushing.
"Willow, Skara!" Skara and Willow turned to see Luz, Camila, and Hunter flying up to them.
"Are you two ok?" Luz asked worriedly.
"yeah, we're fine. thanks to Skara here." Willow said smiling.
Skara blushed before she turned to Luz asking "What's the plan, Luz?"
"We have a way to get to the skull but Kikimora is still a problem," Luz said as they turned to see Kikimora trying to hit them with her abomination canon.
"There has to be something we can do to hold her off," Willow said trying to think of something.
"leave it to us!" Luz and the others turned to see puddles flying up to them with Gus flying on his staff.
"leave Kikimora to us," Emira said with a smirk.
Amity got on Hunter's staff.
"let's do this puddles!" Viney shouted as puddles flew down to Kikimora.
Puddles dodged the abomination canon until she grabbed Kikimora with her claws.
"they'll hold her back. let's get to the skull!" Amity shouted as Gus, Luz, Hunter, and Skara flew down to the ground and everyone got off their staffs.
Luz grabbed the picture out of her pocket and looked at the glyph.
Luz put the picture in her pocket as she started to draw the glyph on the ground.
Hunter, Willow, Gus, and Skara started to draw the glyph on the ground as well.
When they were ready Luz slammed her hands on the ground as the glyph activated teleporting them to the titan's skull.
Luz and her friends opened their eyes to see them on the titan's skull.
"We... we made it!" Gus cheered.
"Oh, my gosh! ah! I can't believe that worked!" Willow shouted in excitement.
Skara and Amity followed Willow as they jumped for joy.
Amity turned to see Luz looking at Stringbean with a smile.
Stringbean turned into a staff as Luz grabbed it with a smile.
"I can't wait to show Eda and King."
Amity walked up to Luz saying "They'll love her. although hooty might eat her."
"King might too."
"Eda might three."
Luz and Amity laughed while not knowing who was watching them up above.
The Collector and Belos now possessing Raine watched them from above with Belos asking "What did I tell you? Luz has come to help King get rid of you for good. what will you do, Collector?"
The Collector's eyes glowed red as he started to float in the air saying "I think I wanna play a new game." and he snapped his fingers.
